Snowflake, a world-class bodybuilder, takes one of his runs to the Everfree Forest. After an encounter with three talkative fillies, he takes them, and himself back to the safety of Ponyville. Waking up the next day, everything seems so different. When his past rushes back, so relevant and moving, Snowflake's friends have to find a way to remedy his problem, no matter how challenging, or awkward it may be.
