CHAPTER 2

The History Of Dracona

After Twilight was done with her food shopping, she & Blaze went to her house to discuss about Blaze's homeland.

"This is a very nice place you have here Twilight Sparkle" Said Blaze looking around the library.

" it's nothing & you can call me Twilight, all my friends do." Twilight says putting the food away " but before we begin do you want anything to drink?"

He thought for a moment thinking of what ponies drink that he might like. "Well do you have green herbal tea?" he said.

"Oh yes I do" she says "That is my favorite type of tea, I'll make some right now." Twilight uses her magic to boil some water, put the teabag in a cup & makes some for him and her. As they were about to start their discussion, Spike just entered the library.

" Hi Twilight did I miss anything?" Spike said as he just entered.

"No not at all. Blaze here was going to tell me about Dracona."

Spike looked at her then at Blaze with a confussed look on his face. "Dracona?" Spike said.

"Let me put it this way...Spike was it? It is or was where dragons lived" Blaze said as he took a sip of his tea.

"Wow maybe this will tell me about where I came from" as if Spike may get some answers from Blaze.

"Well Spike you can hear the story of his home land" said Twilight as she knows the little purple dragon wants to hear about it. Sipke sat down as Blaze was going to explain about his land.

Blaze takes another sip of his tea & starts. "Dracona was founded by the Eldest of my ancestors, King Bahamut over 5000 years ago. He was consider the greatest dragon that ever lived, a warrior, knew the economy & United the land under his rule." As he takes pauses & takes out the sword from it's sheath. " This sword is the Sword Of Bahamut it's passed down from generation to generation from father to son." Spike & Twilight look at the blade with amazement as it shines. Then he puts it back in its sheath & continues " So my family ruled the land to keep the peace thought the land, so we learned to use magic, grow food, build buildings Ect. then 500 years ago my father, Fireheart, & Uncle, Socoreflame, Were Crowned The Kings & Ruled together. 300 years later, they meant my mother & my aunt, Windstorm & Crystal."

Drinking his tea so his throat was not going dry. Then Continued with his story. "So they started to know each other & later on got married. 20 years ago, I was born. I was Taught about History, Economy, math, English, science, & all the other stuff that everyone learns in school or in private tutoring. When I was ten years old, My aunt & uncle had an egg. It was also the day that change my life. Nobu 'the demon king' & his army attack the kingdom. My father & uncle did their best to keep them at bay, but was too powerful to stop him. My mother took me to the secret passage & gave me, the sword, a book about the history Dracona & my unhatched Cousin & escaped, me & the egg were the only survivors." Both Twilight & Spike looked at Blaze with a sad look. It was one of the saddest stories that they heard.

" So what happen to your Cousin?" Said Twilight.

"Well after we Esapce the castle, Soon I rested in a Forrest In Equastia. The next day I lost the egg, I tried looking for the egg, but it was nowhere to be found."

"Oh I'm sorry to hear that" Spike said knowing that losing the only family is hard "So what happens afterwards?"

Blaze drank the last of his Tea & continued the last part of his story."Seven years later I trained & gathered an army to reclam my kingdom, the war took 3 years. Then Me & Nobu came face to face. The sword fight said that it took three hour unit I beheaded him. After the war I was to late, Dracona was a wasteland & could not be recovered, So I traveled so I can call a place home, that's my history."

As he finishes both Twilight & Spike looked, then started to ask some questions.

"OK well since I'm a dragon, why don't I have wings?" Spike said.

"Well" Blaze began "like my aunt, your an earth dragon. They may not have wings, but they have powerful legs, so they can run fast."

" Oh so they are like the earth ponies here" Said Twilight as she was interested with this.

"If that makes it easier for you then yes" Blaze told her.

" I can't wait to tell Princess Celestia in Canterlot" as if Twilight discovered something. Twilight excitedly

"Princess Celestia?" questioned Blaze.

"That's Right your not around here. Princess Celestia & her sister Princess Luna rule over Equestria." Twilight explained "I'm suppose to have a meeting with them tomorrow." She told him.

" Well If you don't mind me asking but can I join you tomorrow?" said Blaze.

"Of course I'm sure they won't mind." Twilight said then added "you can stay over here if you want, I have a guess bed here."

" Thank you Twilight, Spike, I appreciate it" Blaze said.

"No problem" both Twilight and Spike said.

Later on at Night, Spike went to bed as Twilight was late night studying & Blaze was on the balcony observing the night as he watched the moon & stars.

'Beautiful' he thought as he looked up 'it always is every night.' Twilight noticed him on the balcony & went on it

"What are you doing out here?" she asked Blaze.
"Hey Twilight, I was just admiring the night as I always do. Looking at the stars, watching the phases of the moon, everything about it."

Twilight Smile for a moment then said "I think Princess Luna will like you. For She is the one who summons the night after all."

"Really?" as Blaze heard her wrong.

Twilight nodded " & Celestia raise the sun & day so they rule together."

Blaze smiled when she told him about this. "Now I really want to meet them. They must be very powerful to control day & night."

"you will, but we got to get some rest tomorrow. "I'm Going to bed" as she yawned "good night" Twilight said as she walked Out the balcony and into her bed turning all the lights off.

"Ok good night" a few mins later he when to bed. He was falling asleep & finally out like a light he slept at ease.
