Aria then held out her hand, awaiting my response. I knew what my options were: run away and live like a coward or die in my motherland, just like every other respectable German, but now that I had my friends, I felt like I only had one option left. That’s when I made my decision and walked forward, grabbing Aria by the hand. This was my choice, and I was sticking to it.
“Yay!” Sonata cheered. “I’m so glad we found you! We’re gonna be so much better off now that it’s the three of us!”
“Er… Where exactly is it zat we are going, again?”
“It’s a place called Canterlot. It might not be a dream home, but we’ll at least be safe there.”
North America… The place that turned this war on its head. If not for them, maybe the war wouldn't have turned out this way, and Adolf would still be alive. I would make sure that they paid for what they did to us, and I’d always remember what Adolf told me.
