Takes place after the events of 'Taming of the Screw.' Screwball, a magical pony-like being created by Discord, appears in Ponyville General hospital in search of kindred spirits. There she finds two ponies as mad as her. Together. the three of them set out on a quest to spread madness and warp reality.
