The day before the funeral. I made my way to Rarity’s to go get me a suit, I remember the first day I came to equestria and me and Twilight went to rarity’s for me to get new clothes. That day was also I got hit by derpy hooves.

As I got to the front door I knock three times. I waited for 15 seconds for Rarity to answer, the door then open At first I thought the door open on its own I saw a white pony with a purple mane of different shades, she looked very familiar, kind of like a young Rarity.

The small filly then scream at the sight of me, She then slam the door in my face.

Moments later the door open and rarity came out., “Oh I’m so sorry about that.” she then let me in. “What brings you here Noah” she asked me.

“I kind of need a suit to wear.”

“Oh, a suit…” she pauses, then remembers.

“You said you wanted to make me one, someday. Here’s your chance.”

“Do you have a picture so i might have sense how to make it?”

I remember i had a picture of me and my friend took a picture of us in front of the Engine just before we went to the fireman's ball.

“You look quite dashing, if you don’t mind me saying.” She gave me back the picture.

I blushed “thank you, Don’t you need to take my measurements?”

“Nope! Got them in my head. See you tomorrow!” she trots off to her workroom, leaving me alone in the room.

Since I had nothing else to do I headed back to Twilight’s.

The next morning, after a nice breakfast, I went straight over to Rarity’s. Opening the door, I didn’t see her inside, like I normally would, but it was unlocked, so she must have been expecting me to arrive.

“Rarity?” I called out.

“In a moment, dear. Just putting on the finishing touches.” I hear her say from behind the door to her work area. A few moments pass, and she comes out, floating up a folded stack of clothes. “Here you are. All ready to go.” I look at her appearance; eyes slightly baggy, her hair a bit unkempt.

“Did you spend all night making this for me?”

“No…I mean yes…probably. Some of my designs weren’t panning out, so I had to start from scratch a few times. Plus Opal was being more trouble than she was worth, making me start over again and again.”

“Opal?”

“My cat. Can you please take these? I’m a little tired.”

“Yeah, certainly. I’m sorry.” I take the clothes. She exhaled in relief.

“Thank you. You can go try them on in the dressing room. I just need to take a little nap.”

I nod, and walk past her towards the dressing room. Before I could step inside, I heard a thunk on the floor. Looking back, I see Rarity slumped down, fast asleep. The poor mare, I wasn’t going to leave her like that. Carefully, I put the clothes down, and picked her up, bringing her over to a nearby couch, gently putting her down. I locked the door to the shop, so she wouldn’t be disturbed, and went back to the dressing room.

Placing the clothes on the small table in the room, I took note of the ensemble. She even took the liberty of making me shoes for the event. I wasn’t much of a fashion guru; back at home, I would watch an episode or two of this show called Project Runway, but I wasn’t a very good judge of clothes. Nevertheless, this looked like a very stylish suit.

Trying it on, I was amazed on how Rarity adapted to my new measurements. Being in Equestria for 4 days, and I have already gotten a lot thinner than my original frame. The silk felt good on my skin, and nothing felt too tight, or too loose. I looked in the mirror and studied my look. I never would have thought something like this would look good on me, but Rarity sure thought so, and she was right. I was like some sort of fashionable secret agent, only not quite as dashing. Now, I was really going to have to do something to thank for all the work she had done.

It wasn’t until I started getting dressed into my, when Rarity began to wake up. She was initially surprised that she found herself lying on the couch.

“Wha? How did I get here?”

“You passed out on the floor.” I walked out, suit in hand, “I wasn’t going to leave you laying there like a throw rug.”

“That’s sweet of you, darling, but this wouldn’t be the first time I fell asleep on my floor after an all-nighter. Besides, it’s all nice and clean.”

“Yes, well…the suit fit perfectly, by the way.”

“Really? While thank you so much Noah.” She looked around me.

I look at my watch It was now 9 A.M.

“Hey Rarity I’ll talk to you later.” I went to leave.

Getting lost a few times I made it the the funeral.

Meeting up with Electricshock we talked around a bit just before it started.

“thank you for coming Noah, this means alot to me.” He said as we were started to take are seats.

“Hey i made a promise I’d come, I didn’t want you to be alone on this man.” I put a hand on his sholder.

“Thanks.” he gave me a smile.

As we took our seats on the first row of seats, by the time the serves had started ponies filled the room some of them being friends, others family.

A older pony had stepped on the stage. most of the seats had been filled up with either friends or family, a few moments later we had started the serves and everypony had went quiet. “Today we are here to remember the life of Bright Ruby, she was a loving mother, loving wife, and a beloved friend”.

Electricshock had said his final words and then it was my turn to give a speech. It wasn’t the first time I had to give a speech, back when I was just a junior firefighter back in my home World, I had lost my Uncle durning a 6 story structure fire, I was only 15 at the time it was a bad time for all my family.

“I wish I had the chance to meet Bright Ruby, sadly I’ve never got the chance to but today we won’t morn her death but by celabrating her life.” I get down form the stage and back to my seat next to Electricshock.

“That was a good speech.” Electricshock whispered to me.

“Thanks.” After we had taken the casket to the final resting place, the priest had said a couple more things and then they lowered the casket down.

Another pony came up to us and she looked like a older Bright Ruby, she then looked at Electricshock and slapped him straight in the face. “letting her marrying you was my worst mistake of my life.” Electricshock just stood there taking every moment of it.

She then looked at me “and you could have done a better job of trying to save her.” She then left leaving us in silent.

After the funeral I headed to twilight’s for a moment to rest, “how it go?” I look at Twilight “and how is Electricshock.

“It went alright and he is heart boroken.” I sit up form my bed, Putting my hands up to my face.

“it doesn’t look like it.” She puts a hoof on my sholder. “If you need to talk just ask me.” She gets up from the bed and gives me a smile, she then turned to leave.

“Twilight.” I stop her, “at the funeral “Bright Ruby’s mother came up to me and Electricshock and said that letting Bright Ruby marry Electricshock was her worst mistake of her life, and told me that I could have done a better job of trying to save Bright Ruby.” I told Twilight.

The purple alicorn’s face was in shock at what I just said, Just then spike had just came in holding a scroll in his claws. “Hey Twilight Princess Celestia just sent you a letter.” He gave it to Twilight in wich she cought it by her magic.

Twilight’s eyes went wide as she read the letter. “The Princess needs us in Canterlot at once, especially you Noah.”

On the train ride to Canterlot Castle was uneventfull except the occasional stare from other ponies, after about an hour we finally arrived to are destination, The city looked so beautiful the lights, the colors.

As the eight of us got out of the train station a couple royal guards had came to escourt us to the castle.

The ponies of Canterlot were quick to look at me. “Don’t mind them Noah.” Rarity reasured me.

I didn’t mind the stares all that much it was my first time in Canterlot, we finally we had got to the throne room were Celestia was sitting in her Throne.

“Thank you all for coming on short notice.” Celestia sat up from her throne.

“What is this all about Princess?” Twilight said with a worried exspression.

Celestia’s horn glowed and at a instaint we were teleported to a large doored room. “we found this not to long ago, and we are hoping you fine out what this thing is?” she used her magic to open the door.

What I saw shocked me, what was in fornt of us was a 1972 Ward Lafrance pumper truck and a 1972 Dodge D-300. “ok how did these get here, why are these here?” Everpony was looking at me like I was crazy.

“Noah what are you talking about, do you know what these things are?” Celestia asked me rasing her eyebrow.

“These are vhicles form my world.” I walk up to the Ward Lafrance opening the driver door. ”This is amazing, well what do you know the keys are in here.” A smile grew on my face turn the ignition and the engine turned on.

I’m back form the dead, the suit that Rarity made was a traditional formal firefighter suit, also sorry I haven’t been posting any new chapters I’ve been really busy with school and trying to find a job, bare with me and as always enjoy.
