Author's Note
Okay so this is how its going to go I'm going to do three or four scenes in a act and I'm probably going to do 3-5 acts. The first scene of each act will be a 1st or 3rd person based on Jacob, The second scene of act will be a 1st or 3rd person based on Ethan, The third and forth scene of each act will be a 1st or 3rd person of a random or Jacob and Ethan together. If you don't get this then just stay with me and all will be revealed also big shout out to Banjo moon for the help in proofreading this chapter anyway peace and remember to smash that like button :P
Act I Scene I: Mosul
Mosul
3rd person Jacob
Jacob and Ethan have been best friends for 6 years and it all started when they met at the US Army boot camp at 21 years old they met in the cafetiere while Jacob was getting picked on by a group of guys, Ethan couldn't stand the sight so he stood up for Jacob only to get a bloody nose and a couple of bruises here and there as Ethan was more of a shoot first ask questions later type of guy. ever since then they where the best of buds, all way's looking out for each others backs and never letting each other down. In boot camp Jacob took up arms in demolition's, while Ethan was rather good with assault rifles both of them made it to the top of there classes in about 17 weeks. After finishing boot camp they did some Army work for the US Army, and 6 years later the 75th Rangers Regiment was looking for 20 new recruit's so Jacob kindly took the liberty of signing them both up thus beginning there 61 day combat leadership course. Once all of there training was done they sate around and did nothing but get to meet everyone in there squad. about 7 weeks after there training it was time for them to take there team of 5 men to go on a mission in Mosul in northern Iraq where the presumed commanding officer for ISIS was hiding. While preparing for the mission Jacob forged a unlikely friendship with Noah one of there squad members but what was so unlikely about this friendship was that they where completely different in every way for example Noah grew up with no father while Jacob grew up without a mother. The two's friendship thrived in the week's they spent together, eventually Ethan began to get closer to Noah getting to know what he told Jacob about himself.
Jacob, Ethan, Tomas, Noah and William was the team that was sent out to kill the commanding officer. Tomas specialized in light machine guns and rocket launchers with his SAW he could mow down infantry, Noah was the eyes above with his 50.cal sniper and his long range training he could take out almost anything, William had a Mk-16 SCAR and a grenade launcher attachment as well as training in grenades and assault rifles which made him perfect for assaulting rooms and taking out light vehicles, Jacob had a bag full of C-4, M18 claymore's and TM-46 anti-tank mines as well as a M16 rifle, Ethan had flash bangs and a HK G36 with extended magazines.
It took 3 weeks to prepare for a simple paradrop into Mosul and because of the lateness of the plan ISIS was ready for them to strike. When they all got on the A400M and they left for there destination which would only take 11 and a half hours. After 11 and 20 minutes the team was prepped for jumping out of the A400M.
"Dude you think you can do this?" Ethan asked with a concerned look on his face for Jacob.
"Yeah man....I got this." Jacob with a VERY worried look on his face
"Well okay.......WE JUMP IN FIVE!"
The minutes passed quickly as the team awaited the instructions from Ethan who was the squad leader. After about five minutes Ethan gave the order to jump at first Jacob was against the idea but knew there was no turning back so he jumped with Noah for reassurance. When the squad landed they had heavy fire from incoming infantry but Tomas made quick work of them allowing the team to enter the south side of the city. At first there was resistance from the local population but the team cared little for there bickering and moved on to a industrial zone located 5 block's north-east, before entering the team was given orders from Ethan.
"Noah and Tomas you take the high ground in the car park on the corner just down the street, William and Jacob your with me." Ethan said with a stern tone. After Ethan gave the orders Noah and Tomas made there way over to the car park while Ethan, Jacob and William made there way into the industrial zone to meet with a American spy that had been hiding out in Mosul for month's now. When Ethan, Jacob and William found the spy they made him tell them where to find there target so they could complete there mission quickly and get out of the city without further disruption.
"Where is he?"
"He is meant to be hiding out in Bab Jadeed a vegetable market to the north-east of here."
"Thank you kindly." Ethan said before turning to William and Jacob
"Okay William go tell Noah and Tomas to meet us at Al Sawaf." Ethan said before William ran off to inform the others.
After a short walk to Al Sawaf Ethan and Jacob set up shop to await the rest of the team before heading to the vegetable market. William was first to arrive followed shortly by Tomas and Noah.
"Okay so we are here." Ethan pointed at a map of Mosul that he found in a draw of a desk.
"And we have to get to here." Ethan then pointed at the vegetable market.
"So what's the plan? head on assault? Flanking maneuver?" Noah asked
"Me and Tomas will take the front to try and draw out as many as possible while Jacob and William take the back ally and blow a hole in the wall at the back of the market and Noah uses the High Ground from the hotel complex across the street to provide support." Ethan giving the team there orders. Before they went Jacob wanted to talk to Noah and Ethan and make sure that he would get out alive.
"Ethan, Noah promise me you guys will make it out I can't stand to loose more than what I have already lost." Jacob said in a sad tone
"Don't you worry little bro we will make it out wait and see." Ethan said reassuring Jacob. Jacob always hated it when Ethan called him 'little' he was only two months older than him and still he had the gut to do that in front of other people. Noah on the other had was a couple years older than Jacob and Ethan but he still looked up to Ethan for knowledge and wisdom a couple of things Ethan didn't have.
When everyone was in position the assault started with guns blazing from Ethan and Tomas and shots from Noah every now and then. While all this was going down Jacob and William where getting ready to blow the wall with C-4 until they where ambushed by a group that was heading towards Ethan and Tomas.
"ARE YOU DONE WITH THE C-4 YET!?" William asked Jacob in his half panicking state while hiding behind a bunch of pots and barrels.
"NOT YET JUST GIVE ME ANOTHER COUPLE OF SECONDS.......UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BLOWN TO SHREDS!?" Jacob said to William.
"JUST HURRY UP OR ELSE THESE GUY'S ARE GOING TO TARE ME A NEW ONE!"
"THERE WE GOT THIRTY SECONDS LETS GO!" Jacob informed William.
"OKAY.......I SHOOT YOU DUCK AND RUN FOR THE BUILDING OVER THERE!" William told Jacob only for Jacob to give a quick node. There plan went into motion quickly as William shot in random directions to cover Jacob. After Jacob was at the building door he gestured to William to come over while Jacob covers him but it was too late as the C-4 went off killing the enemy squad and William but Jacob couldn't morn over William's death as Tomas and Ethan needed him to flank the position. Jacob was on his way through the market to get to Ethan and Tomas's position when he stumbled upon a desk with documents and file's for the ISIS military. A couple of minute's past as Jacob tried to put as much as he could into his backpack before the shooting stopped. Jacob tried to radio Ethan or Noah but nether of them where responsive. Jacob assumed the worst only for the radio to make a faint cough. It was Ethan he was alive but then Jacob heard what sounded like a railgun from a movie and then silence fell upon the radio once more.
"If you are hearing this then show yourself American! Or we will be forced to kill your friend here!" A Arabic voice came from the radio. Then the sound of a shove from the radio came.
"Jacob if your there its me Noah......please don't come out of hiding.....there going to kill me anyway!" Noah's voice came out of the radio. Jacob thought about it for a second before opening his mouth to talk.
"I'm in the market next to a desk of file's and documents." Jacob said putting a couple claymores down not really thinking about his actions. And that's when he heard the railgun fire again.
"find him and kill him!" The Arabic voice came from the radio once again. Jacob took a couple of seconds to register what had just happened. By this point he was dead there was no way out of this so he just accepted it and at that very moment he could hear the railgun charge up to fire. Then for a second Jacob could feel the power of the railgun hit his back as he fell forward only to meet with air. Jacob opened his eyes to find nothing, it was pitch black there was no wind no nothing he was falling that was the only thing he was sure about. Then after a couple of seconds Jacob sore a light up ahead of him he was falling strait at it. As he got closer and closer he could see white marble flooring? Then with a big THUMP as he was out on the cold white marble tiles.

1st person Ethan
Early In The Morning
Everything was black and silent until I regained consciousness and that was when I realized I awoke in what looks like a apple field. I don't know how I got here from memory we where in Mosul on a mission but it didn't go as planned me and Tomas got overrun and we didn't make it out Tomas bled to death in my arm's and me. Well I didn't make it ether the last thing I herd was Jacob's voice on the radio I cleared my throat and was about to inform Jacob that I wasn't going to make it but that's when it sounded like a railgun from a movie charge up then black, nothingness. I still had all of my gear on so it couldn't have been a dream but then the question raised.
"Where am I?" I said thinking out loud
'How should I know?' A voice in my head asked
"I guess your right."
'I'm always right.'
"Well better get up off my butt and look around."
'That's the spirit!' Another voice in my head said
I got up off the ground and looked around, there was a forest about one-hundred meters to the left of me and a barn house about a kilometer to the right of me. So I started walking towards the barn but I got hungry so I thought because I'm a US Ranger I could take a couple for the road like seriously what's the worst that could happen? I got three apples and ate one on the way to the barn and put the other two in one of my pocket's.
"I wonder what country I'm in?" I asked myself still thinking out loud.
'Again how should I know?'
"Just shut up."
'You sure?'
"Yes now get."
"Who 're ya' talking to mister?" A little girls voice came from behind me.
"No one really just myself." I turned around to see three little pony's one a yellow coat with red mane, the next one a bright white coat with a pink and purple mane and the last one had a orange coat and a mulberry colour mane.
"Oh, okay, well not to be mean or anything but, what are you?" The yellow on said in perfect English.
'I didn't want to say anything to these, THESE PONY'S! Like seriously what the fuck? how are they even talking? THERE FUCKING PONY'S!'
"Mister are you okay?" The orange one said.
'Okay, okay just calm down, just CALM DOWN! Think, what can I do in a situation like this?'
"Hey have you met my big sis Applejack?" The yellow pony asked.
'Okay plan A we try to talk plan B-'
"HEY IS THAT MY APPLES?!" The yellow one yelled at me look at the apple that fell out of my pocket.
'OKAY PLAN B, RUN!'
I started sprinting away from the group of pony's hoping to get to the forest. Once I got to the edge I looked over my shoulder and I couldn't see the pony's anymore. I ran for a little while more until I found a clearing in the forest and decided to take a break to regain my thought's. I went to the middle of the clearing and took a set on the nice green grass.
"What the fuck type of shit did I do?" I asked to no one in particular.
'Well for one I think your stoned, how else do you explain back there?'
"I really don't know, but one things for shore, I have to find someone and se-" I stopped as some rather large crack from twigs to the left of me. I looked over to my left to find another pony but this one was bigger, a black green ish ting to it and it had a bug feeling to it. We stared at each other before I got onto my feet and faced this pony, that was when it hissed at me and got into a charging position. I grabbed my rifle quickly and aimed it at the pony not wanting to hurt it, then It charged at me with intentions on hurting me I used my rifle in self defense and shot a bullet into its skull. It fell flat on it's face and bled a green ooze from the bullet hole, I felt sorry for it but it was the one who attacked first. That was when I sore a bright purple flash in front of me, I look over at the flash and what do you know MORE FUCKING PONY'S! There was nine of them I stepped back as they all turned to gaze upon me.
"Is he the one?" The purple horse asked looking at the small white pony.
"Yeah he's the one we met on the farm before we came to you." The small white pony said to the purple horse before looking back at me. Out of instinct I pointed my rifle at the purple one's face.
"What is that?" The cyan horse asked looking at the rifle. I stared at her for a second before I lifted it into the air and shot a bullet again showing them what it was capable of then pointing it at the purple one again. she had a shocked and interested face in what I can only presume was my gun.
"NOW GET OUT OF HERE YOU TALKING HORSES!" They all looked at me with disgusting and fearful looks until I was tackled by the cyan and orange horses. Then everything went black and I was unconscious again. I woke up in my usual sleeping position (spread my legs and arms to take up as much space as possible) and looked around, It was a bright yellowy sun colour with a brown night stand next to the queen size bed that had all my weapons and bullets on it only leaving me in my uniform and there where two behemoth doors that the bed was pointing at. At that very moment I could hear a voice outside that sounded oddly familiar but I couldn't make it out, the voice was talking to another two voices one was very motherly while the other was dark sounding voice. Then I heard foot steps towards the door, I got up quickly and grabbed my rifle from the bedside table and pointed it at the doors waiting for who ever to enter.
"Ethan you up yet?" That voice, it sounded like.
"Jacob?"
"Hey man what's up, long time no see." Jacob said while opening one of the behemoth doors to poke his head in.
"Who else is out there?" I asked curiously lowering my rifle.
"Just some people that's all." Jacob said as he walked in.
"Well you won't believe the dream I had." I said with a smile on my face.
"Let me guess you, me, William, Noah and Tomas went into Mosul and died? Then you ended up in a land full of talking pony's and horses?" Jacob asked with a deadpanned expression on his face.
"Yeah, how did you, wait, NO, that was real!?" I said almost shouted at him.
"Yep." Jacob said with a smile on his face.
'Why is he so happy about all this?' I asked myself.
"You want to meet the others?" Jacob asked still having that smile on his face.
"I've got nothing better, wait do you still have that C4?" I asked as a plan came into my head.
"Yeah, why?" Jacob asked removing the smile from his face as his face turned into a curious look.
"We can blow the wall and run for the hills so they don't imprison us, DER." I said with a deadpanned expression.
"No we are not blowing anything up and they aren't not going to imprison us."
"She told me herself." Jacob said pointing to the door. You guessed it another FUCKING HORSE PONY THING! She was as tall as me and had a VERY sharp horn as well as a pair of wings. She had a white coat with a flowing multi coloured mane and she had a motherly smile on her face.
