Chapters Meeting the ponies
"You'll be fine this is just a bump in the road you'll find your feet again." As I walk away I saw a sphere of light in front of me as I looked at it I started to approach me and I reached out and touched it and then it engulfed me in a bright light. Once the light faded I saw I was in a grassy field with a forest right behind me and me little ways away I could new a house of some kind." Well, this is strange maybe whoever lives there can tell me where I am." I started to walk to the house as I walk I noticed that there were a lot of animals. " Why are there are so many animals here is it a farm?" Once I got to the door I knocked three times and waited. A one moment please came from inside the house. The door started opening and I didn't know nor do I understand what I saw but a strange looking woman I can tell because of the huge breast.
Monster she yelled an abruptly slam the door in my face.
Well ok, I guess I am a monstrosity on the battlefield but I’m not that scary am I? A shadow soon covers me I turn my head to see a bear!
Rooooooaaaaaaarrrrrrr!
Shit! I jumped back as it swung its right arm and reach my arm behind me and pulled my sword off my back and raised it over my head and prepared to crack the bear's skull open.
"Please don't hurt him Mr. Monster!"
"lady get back in that house and let me handle this! Also, I'm not a monster lady my name is guts!" Ok, this is the strangest looking woman she looks like a mixture of a woman and a horse.
"Harry please run and get away from him he could be dangerous!" Guts what is a strange name. I wonder where he came from maybe twilight could help.
After saying that the bear backed off." What the hell, ok what the hell did you do?"
"W-well he’s one of my friends and he only wanted to protect me."
I was giving her a shocked look. " Friends with a bear how could that happen?" This is insane how did she make friends with a bear?
"Well, Mr.guts can you tell me what are you if you don't mind me that is?"
"I'm a human now I have a question what are you? I’d also like to know what of their races live near here.” Now that I have had a good look at her I can see I’m a good head and a half taller.
"I'm a pony a Pegasus to be specific Mr. guts then there are earth ponies and unicorns as well." Well, he seems to be a little quick to the point but it could just be the way his people act.
A Pegasus like in the legends, no that can't be there just that there just old myths and old fairy tales. "That's impossible what you’re saying is true then the legends are true. Ok, so you a mythic creature but instead of having the body of a horse you have a hot woman's body. Ok where am I and how do I leave?"
"Well I don't know how you got here but maybe my friend twilight can help. she's really good with magic, maybe she can send you home if you want that is?" did he just call me hot. I felt my face heat up
This maybe the best option I have right now so lead the way to return to the battlefield. "Well miss let's get moving shall we miss?"
"Yes let's get going then."
She turned and started to walk down a path to a town over a bridge. ''May I ask your name, miss?"
" Oh yes, it's Fluttershy Mr. guts."
" Please just call me guts and please take me to your friend some I can leave I have to continue my journey and find my dream." She smiled and told me to follow her as we walk I noticed a town in the destinies. Soon we walked into the town I saw that the majority of the inhabitants of the town are earth ponies and pegasus like Fluttershy a few unicorns. They look so strange I've never seen clothes like theirs.
“So Fluttershy where does your friend live?”
“She lives in the town library in the middle of town.” I wonder if Twilight can help guts or perhaps the princess could if twilight can’t. “If you don’t mind me asking what did you do back where you’re from.”
“I was a mercenary I fought for lords of lands in wars pay wasn’t too bad I could feed myself at least.” She stopped and just looked at me.
“Is that why you have that humongous sword on your back and the scars on your face?”
“Yes, it is, not think me a mindless killer unless you harm woman or children in front of me or I am on the battlefield I don’t fight or kill people. But I won’t back down if I’m attacked.”
“Well, that’s it over there the big tree. “I pointed to twilight tree library and I could see spike sweeping the front stoop.
“Do you mean the tree Fluttershy?”
“Yes that’s the town library twilight should be there.”
Ahh, timber wolfs are attacking so one screamed out as they ran by us and Fluttershy got scared and flow to Twilight's house.
I better find out what that scream was about I thought to myself. Well saving people is the best way to make people like them these should be easy. I put on my helmet and draw my sword I started to run to the screaming. As I ran I took notice as I was getting closer to a forest and I saw what like guards fighting and losing against what looked wooden wolf there were only twenty or so.
Guards pov
"Where the are the reinforcements!?"
“Sir we have to fall back there are too many!”
“Hold your ground mare we are the royal guard we do not retreat stand and fig….” The unit captain was tackled to the ground and had his jugular ripped out by a wolf. The wolf then turned and start walking over to me.
“S-somepony please help as a wolf was about to kill me. But I was spared as a sword cut off the wolf’s head off and its lifeless body falls to the ground I look up to see a strange looking stallion.
Guts pov
“Get you and your commands and get back to the town and I’ll handle them ok.” As I talked I cut down two more of the abominations. At this the wolfs and the guards stop to look at me. To all, you guard who wants to live fall back town the and leave these things to me.
“Are you insane you got lucky killing three!”
“Shut and run all of you, I cut another wolfs chest open. Run damn it get out of here!” at that, they all ran to the town and looked back to see me fighting the wolfs. Two jumped at me and I cut one in the stomach and perished another one throw the chest. Five down fifteen to go I said to myself.
Twilight pov
My door swung open and Fluttershy flow in panicking. “Fluttershy what’s wrong I asked with concern?” Timber Wolfs are attacking the town twilight and guts is gone she tells me in a worried tone. Who're guts I thought of that can wait for now we have to deal with the wolfs? “Fluttershy go get the girls and I’ll head out to help the guards.” With that, she leaf and I was not out the door as well.
Guards pov
“This is insane he’s beaten eighteen timber wolfs by himself and he doesn’t have a scratch on him,” I said in disbelief the rest of the surviving guards agreed Even the townsfolk stop running and looked on In amassment marvelous fighter before us. Guards we heard some pony yell behind us to see twilight and her friends running to us.
“What’s happening here did you beat the wolfs?”
“No miss sparkle, in fact, we lose ten guards and Capitan steel hammer. “Then why the hay is your lot not fighting the wolfs back to the forest rainbow yelled. Rainbow! I all but yelled,” I’m sorry sugar cube but she’s right why ain’t you’ll fighting?”
“Well ma we were about to wiped out by them but a strange stallion showed and killed three timber wolfs in less than ten seconds. He told us to run for the town and we did since then he’s killed eighteen of the twenty wolfs by himself.” The marks look shocked and amazed at hearing this then Twilight spoke up.
“So where is he then?” They all point at a stallion with his back to us.”
Gasp Fluttershy what’s wrong? “That’s guts out there the one I said told you about twilight.”
Guts pov
“Wow I expected and much harder fight from these abominations well two left one seems to be the alpha wolf and its beta. Well looks like you the only two left the smaller one ran at me head on. I swung my sword down but missed and the wolf. It jumped up and bit into my left shoulder’s armor. I pulled my blade back and stabbed it through the heart of the wolf thus killing it. I grabbed its head and pulled the teeth out and throw it to my right. “Looks like it’s just me and you big guy haha.” Before I took a step the wolf turns and run away.
Guards pov
We watched as a wolf final got him we thought the wolf had killed him but after a second his swords ran cleanly through it and killed it. After that, the alpha turned and run away the guard started to run to this guts fellow.
“Sir! are you ok do you need medic aid let me see your shoulder?” The female guard I saved ran up to check it only to see my dented armor.
In bronze blades mind
By Luna's moon, he’s got a lot of muscle on his forearm. Plus all these scars he’s seen a lot of battles in his time. I wonder if he’s another Kingdom solider? I was brought out of my thoughts as I see him taking off his helmet.
“Hey what’s your name and why were those thing attacking the town?”
“Oh my name is bronze blades sir and I don’t know why they attack. But I’m happy you were here. We could have never beat that many it takes six guards to kill one.”
“You can’t be serious they were so weak.” Saying this made her go silent and just stare at me in shock.
Um, guts are you okay I hear Fluttershy say behind me and I heard six sets of hoofs behind me. Yes, I answer “I’m fine Fluttershy I said without looking at her so who’s with you?” I turned to see a group of woman and the one that stood out the most was a lavender fur woman with a horn on her head and bright purple eyes.
“Well, there my friend’s Twilight, Rainbow, Pinkie, Applejack, and Rarity.”
I was almost tackled to the ground by the pink one. But I managed to stay standing and out of instinct I picked her up and throw her into the guards. I looked at her as she started to get back up. “What the hell are you doing to jump on me I could have stabbed to out of instinct you know!”
“Oh I’m sorry gutsy I was just so happy that you saved the town and the guards so I wanted to through you a party to say thank you. Do you like that don’t you.”
Ok, she’s way too happy for my liking so high per.” I’m sorry but no I don’t like parties so I’m going to have to say no but I appreciate the thought.” As if I hit here her extremely curly hair straighten and she got a few shades darker pink and she started to cry a small river. “Hey don’t cry I’m just not the party type of guy.” I pleaded with her so she would stop and she did. Next, the white one walked up a gasped.
“Oh, my word darling your clothes are hideous! I insist that I take you to my boutique and get you some new ones.
“Ok hold on I don’t care about clothes and I don't care about clothes whether or not they look good all I care about is swinging my sword.”
Spike pov
I finally caught the other to see them talking to a huge strange stallion with a huge sword. I walked up behind them to see the dead wolfs. The next thing I saw made my blood run cool. Rarity had her hands on the stallion’s chest. “Um, Twilight who’s that and why does rarity have her hands on his chest?” I asked with a little venom in my voice as I stare at him.
“Oh, spike I think Fluttershy said his name is gut and she wants to get him new clothes because she thinks she is hideous.”
“Is that all?”
“Pretty much yes.”
I let out a breath of relief and looked back to the wolfs.“So who took down the wolfs?” Twilight smiled and pointed to guts with a smile. “ You mean to tell me he did all this by himself?”
“Yes, he did spike the guard saw him take them down. The alpha even turned tail and ran from him.”
I listened intently somepony is that strong it’s incredible. “I want to meet him to say thanks for saving the town and the guards.” As soon as I finished saying that I started to walk to guts. “Hey man, I want to say thanks for saving the town.”
Guts pov
I look down to the little thing in front of me and I have to wonder what it is. “Please do think me rude but what are you?” Looking at him and all the ponies around I seem to be a good head or so taller than them. I can see the one they called Applejack eyeing my muscles with a smile I don’t quite appreciate that smile.
“I’m Spike the dragon and Twilight's number one assistant.”
“A dragon I’ve never seen your kind before.” I talked as I took my helmet off and looked at them all but Fluttershy looked shocked. “Is something wrong you look surprised.”
Well spike started,” I don’t think any of us have seen your spices like you before guts were it?”
“Yes it’s guts and I could say the same I’ve never seen a town like this or talking ponies that walk like humans.” This is a strange new land I wonder did fate bring me here or was it a stroke of bad luck?
“What do you mean they don’t, what are ponies like where you’re from?”
“Their beast of burden and war there used for farming and riding on their backs into battle.”
"What!"
They all yelled in horror.
“I can’t say that I don’t know how this may feel but that’s just how my kind see them I’m sorry. I didn't that to be and insulate to you all it’s just how they're seen by my kind. “Me saying that did seem to put them at ease.
“So can I turn this things body’s in to get money from the lord of the land?” I wonder how much they're worth?

I looked back to her and the other. They all seemed to be wondering what I meant.“Well the lord of the land it the person in charge of the town and where I’m from you can get money for killing dangerous animals or bandits. So mercenaries like me and knight take care of them for payment but I guessing it doesn’t work that way here?”
“Well yes, the mayor can it’s just rare because not many can do what you just did.”
“Twilight you mean to tell me that there aren’t too many who can fight them? Or is it they just don’t do anything?”
“No its that they don’t come to little towns like ponyville.”
“Ya them varmints won’t come unless ya pay 'em an arm and leg no good for nothing thieves is all they are.”
Um, I may be able to work this to my advantage. “Um hey twilight can you take me to your mayor I think I have a proposition that may help both sides.” I seemed to have caught her attention and she looked at me.
“Of course please follow me guts.”
Twilight pov
“So guts what is this proposition of yours.” I was genially curious about what he wanted and maybe I could help. He looked at me then back to in front of us.
“Well if the mayor can find me a place to sleep then I’ll take that instead of getting paid. I’ll fight any beast that may attack the town. But if not I can find a cave in that forest outside of town.”
I froze and he bumped into me.” You ok twilight?”
I looked back to him with hope. “All you want is a place to stay and then you’ll protect ponyville right.”
“Yes. I don't want much just somewhere to sleep and eat is perfect for me.”
“Well, I have a room you could use if you want. “ I could see the gears in his mind turning. This is the best scenario ponyville can have a private defender! I have to get him to stay here, the town could thrive with him here to kill the monsters that come from the everfree. “So what do you say guts?”
guts pov
Well, this is what I want for now so this is my best option. “That seems fine twilight I guess I’m staying with you from now on so where are we heading.”

The dual
Two weeks have passed senses I came to ponyville, I’ve come to like this town and the ponies in it. One mare, in particular, comes to mind. Twilight. She has grown on me the most of all the girls. Spikes has taken a liking to me and my fighting skills. He's asked to learn how to wield a sword. I've also found work on applejacks farm.
Twilight pov
I walked up the stairs to see guts leaning on the door frame of my balcony. My heart started to beat faster when I looked at him. I could fell it in my chest a longing for him to hold me to love me. It only got worse the more I looked at him. “Hey, guts can I talk to you for a second?”
“Sure what’s up twilight do you need help with something?
Oh celestia, I hope he doesn’t say no. “I wonder if maybe you’d like to be my special somepony?” He stayed silent as he looked at me. oh no I ruined it now he’ll never be my coltfriend. I was about to turn and run but I felt guts arms around me.
Guts pov
I put my arms around twilight and hugged her to help calm her down.” Twilight I don’t know what a special somepony. But I’d like to be something more you’re a special mare to me.” See looked up at me with an expression of pure joy. But what she did next shocked me to my very core. Twilight had jumped up and wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me deeply. I pulled my head back and looked at her.” Twilight that’s a little sudden don’t you think? I mean what if spike or one of the girls saw you do that?” I asked hoping she answer.
“Well I don’t think the girls would mind but you may be right about spike he is still a child.”
“So what is a special somepony do exactly?” I asked her only to receive a shy smile and hugging me tighter. “Well, they go out to get dinner and walks and sleep together in the same bed if they really get a long.”
After she finished talking spike ran in holding a letter.” Twilight! A letter from the princess!”
Twilight grabbed the letter and opened it and started to read and she looked like she was going to cry.
“Twilight what’s wrong did something happen?” she started to cry a little and stuffed her head into my chest. I could feel the tears socking my shirt.
“The princesses nephew has demanded my hand in marriage and she can't say no. He wants to make me his wife because I'm the princesses student and element of harmony.”
“What! I’m going not going to let him take you there must be something I can do to stop him right?” I will not lose twilight to some spoiled
“Well yes, but you’d have to fight him in an equal dual for my hand but it is a death match.”
“I see well I hope this nephew is ready to die no one is taking my mare.”
Three hours later
Ponyville citizens pov
Guts Pov
“Your mare I believe your miss taken she belongs to me and you will give her to me now freak. Or do I have to take her from you.” I had a smirk on my face
“You’ll have to take her you basterd. She told me that if want to take her then would be an equal dual so no magic. “So I suggest you fight or put your tail between your legs and run.” Ok on you little basterd fight me I dare you to try me.
“I run from a freak like you don’t make me, I’m the strongest sword master in this country and you thing you can beat me. Who do you think you are stealing that mare from me you animal?”
I gave him an evil smile I could see him shaking in fear. “I’m guts the former commander of the hawk raiders and the hundred-man slayer and twilight is my mare got that. So I’m going to give you a warning stay away from twilight she’s too good for you. Are I’ll have to kill you got that you spoiled brat.”
“Hundred-man slayer you say well you animal I will return in a few hours with my aunts and my guards to watch as I kill you.”
He turned and walked away from the tree house. I walked back in and saw twilight hugging spike with a few tears in her eyes. “Don’t you two worry he can’t beat me.”
Twilight pov
“Yes, and I was going to be knighted in midland but I didn’t want to be tide to Griffith’s dream any longer so I left before I was .”
“What was he’s dream and why do you not want to be a knight gut?” What could make guts not want to become a knight?
“He aspired to have his own kingdom and he was ready to kill for it. He even tried to kill me when I was leaving but I beat him without having to kill him. But I was content with the life I had then like I'm was living now I’m happy.” Spike decided to speck up and ask a question."
“Are you going to kill him guts?”
“If I have to but I will give him a chance to leave but decides to fight me then yes I will spike. If he wants to take her from me, it will be from my dead body.”
I could feel my heart beat in my chest.” Well, at least we know you’ll get a fair fight with the princesses coming to oversee the fight.”
Guts pov
Three Hours later
I stood outside the library dressed in my armor with my sword read and twilight, her friends and the whole town waiting for him. After a few more minutes a bright flash appeared in front of all of us. There he was in a suit of white armor with a cocky smile on his face and a saber and shield. Beside him we’re too mare almost as tall as me but still a few inches shorter then me wearing crowns and wing and horns. Behind them was a large group of guards behind them. “So you didn’t listen to me and come back to die you fool.”
“Like I’d run run from an animal like you don’t make me laugh.”
“Huh you’re just a fool with a death wish aren’t you? I'll give you this back in my old country nobody's crazy or maybe brave enough to fight me and don’t except to live pass to day. Just so you know my sword was made to do three times the damage and so you know is won’t be a peaceful end." The ones with the crowns looked shocked by what I told them. I raised my arm and pointed to the grass filed outside the town. "That we're we can fight, let's go blueblood I don't twilight crying about this anymore." I started to walk to the filed, as I walked I heard the whole town walking behind me.
Blueblood Pov three hours earlier
I walked down the castle corridor to the throne room and pushed the door open to my aunt's in their thrones. "Aunt's you won't believe the audacity I’ve seen to day." What do you mean blueblood? my auntie luna asked. "So animal said that student of your is his marefriend and said that she was to good for me. That has the gall to say if I want her I’ll have to take her."
"Did he challenge you to a dual did he?"
"Yes then he claims I can't beat him and if I try he'll kill me the nerve I can just take her if I want."
"No you can't blueblood and he can kill you if you try."
"What you do you mean he can and I can't just take her!"
"Blueblood if he has made a clam to her then you do have to fight to take her."
"You can't be serious auntie!"
"I'm very serious blueblood, now go get ready."
Well looks like I'll have to make plans just to safe I can’t have my reputation tarnished by that animal.
Back to the present
I don’t want to wait too long so think I should end this quickly. “So animal I was thinking why don't we settle this with one strike what do you say.” There’s no way he’ll do it anypony with sanity wouldn’t.
“That sound’s good to me so let’s do this.” I grabbed my sword and pulled to out and toke my fight stance.
Third person pov
Guts was waiting in his fight stance for blueblood to get in his stance. Not a minute later blueblood throw his shield and drew his sword and placed one hoof in front of him and ready to charge guts. In the blink of an eye blueblood lunged for gut’s neck. As he did that gut raised his sword and brought is down. The instant their swords made contact blueblood’s sword shattered. Guts sword stopped a mere inch above bluebloods shoulder.
Guts pov
“I told you I would win, so I’m going to give you a choice if you want to live leave and never come near twilight or her friends or I'll end you here and now.
“How about neither, now shot him!” As soon as he said these three guards jumped up and shot crossbows two shots missed but one hit his right arm.
A chorus of gasp and yells of guts name came from the crowd.
“You little conniving bastard!” I gripped my sword in both hands and in an instant I cut off bluebloods head blood spewed everywhere. I wiped my head around to see the three guards in shock at what they just saw. “Your turn you basterds.” This brought them out of there stupor and rapidly tried to reload their crossbows. As I was about to charge them I feel someone wrapped their arms around me. I turned to see is was twilight holding me.
“That’s enough guts you won you can stop.”
Twilight pov
I watched and guts shattered bluebloods sword. A second after that blueblood shouted to shot him three guards jumped up and my heart sank when they shot their crossbows at my guts. “GUTS!” me and the girls and a few ponys that knew him cried out. But what happened next silenced the entire town go silent. We watched as guts cut he’s head off the second after that his head wiped to the guards the shot at him and said it was there turn, I ran up behind him and wrapped my arms around him.” That’s enough guts you won you can stop.” I was happy that I could be with guts an equestria would be better off without blueblood. Guts did tell him what would happen to him if he fought him. I looked around and saw the princesses getting the guards that shot the arrows at guts.” Guts I think we need to talk to them and clean up these mess. Alright was the response I got.
Guts pov
As twilight talked to me I was looking at the towns people all but one seemed to be happy he was dead. I'll have to deal with him later, now to deal with the shooters. I turned and started to walked toward them a could see the scared shitless. “I’m going to give you all one minute to explain before you get the same treatment I gave him.” I punctuate my point by back to corpse
“Sir guts I don’t think that is necessary to go that far.”
I saw the tall white one walking over to me and put a hand on my arm. “Don’t touch me.” I ripper my arm from her grasp the look of shock and pain? “Don’t ever touch me I don’t want and nobles or royalty to touch me.” Looking at her her head was right at my neck so like the rest of these ponies I looked down on her.
“Thou dare to speak to royalty like that! We demand the apologize to are sister! “
I looked over my shoulder to see a smaller blue one she my only come up to my shoulder. “Lady I’m not going to and you just saw how much I cure about royalty with the ass back there.” This seemed to shock her which so turned to anger.
“Does thou want to try us?”
“Luna that is enough, besides what I can tell he’d stop or destroy and weapons we use against his him.”
“it wouldn’t matter anyways I won’t kill or hurt a woman.” That seemed to stop her anger and turned into confusion. look we can talk later right now we need to deal with his body and them I said pointing to the shooters.”
“Your right sir guts we need to deal with them.”

The child
I sat in twilight’s library with twilight and the princesses staring at the three guards. “So does anybody want to fess up or am I going to make you?” This seemed to scare them. I could see them shivering in fear. “look if you tell the truth I won’t hurt you. I give you my word I won’t.” One of them seemed to trust me and spoke up.
“He threatened or families. He said he’d take our wife’s and kids if we didn’t do it.”
“I see well rest easy that won’t happen now, unfortunately, these is not over by a long shot.” I could see the confusion on their faces.
“Sir Guts what do you mean?”
“Well princess, when a spot of power opens up a mass of unsavory people that thrusts for power, will try to take it for themselves. I’d also appreciate is if you’d just call me guts.”
“I see, your right guts it is a possibly that some well come for bluebloods power and position in the castle.”
Luna pov
We watched as sir gut talked with are sister. We could see the scars on his body, just like us we could see the soul of a warrior inside this one. We could feel a strange yet warm feeling as we looked at guts. “Guts a word if we may.” He turned and looked at us.
“Sure”
We stood up and walked into twilight’s study. we heard him walk behind us as he walked in and closed the door. “Guts you made a very valid point. Blueblood had much influence on the nobles and are own guards. Many are noble sons that well not be pleased with his death. He seemed to start to think of something. “Young twilight has told my sister and I that guts was a former commander of a raid group is this true.”
“Yes, and I made a name for myself in the war.”
“Thou earn a name for deeds?” We became curious as to what this name could be. “We would like to know this name if you would not mind.”
“It was guts the hundred man- slayer in one night I killed a hundred mercenaries with just my sword I also lead the strongest unit in the army I fought with.”
We could not do anything but look at him. “If what you’re telling us is true then you’re on the same level of skill as my sister and me.” We could see a look of surprise come over his face. But We were still skeptical as what he’s saying. “We would like to see some proof.” He gave a dark smile as he looked at us.
“Ok”
We watched as he pulled his cape off and started to remove his armor. “What is thou doing?” We could feel our face heating up as we saw him remove the armor and pulled up his shirt. But what we saw shocked us. He’s torso is covered in scars some from arrows, swords, and spears. "By the moon how are you alive guts."
“A very strong will to survive. Princes- “
“Please call us luna guts."
“Ok luna why did you want to talk to me?”
“We want to join are night guard gut. We’ll give you a commander's rank and twilight protection well be your primary mission.”
Twilight pov
I watched as guts left with luna and walked into to my study. I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t stay near him. I turned back to see the princess talking to the guards. After the princess, she sent the guards back to canterlot via teleportation. She then turned back and looked at me.
“Twilight we need to talk.”
I looked over to my mentor and close friend. “What is it princess, is something wrong.”
“I don’t think I should leave gut here and I don’t think you should see him again.”
I froze and felt anger rise within myself as I shot her a glare. “No”. My answer seemed to completely shock her.
“Twilight I am telling you this because of how little he cared about killing blueblood. He’s dangerous and needs to be somewhere we can watch him.”

“No princess you will not take him from me or the town. He’s our first and last line of defenses against the everfree monsters. Two weeks ago he killed 19 timber wolfs that attacked the town by himself.”
“Twilight there is no way he could do that by himself.”
“There Are guards and ponies around town that saw him do it you ask the town. Besides the girls and me won’t let you take him and besides if you take him with you and monsters attack we’ll be defenseless. Celestia opens her mouth to say something but I beat her to is. “Before you say the guards can handle it. You should know guts saved them from the wolfs. They were totally ineffective against the wolfs.” At that, her mouth closed and she was giving me anger glare
Guts pov
I put my shirt and armor back on I also hooked my sword back on my back. I then looked to luna to see her face was red and she was looking at me with a small smile. “Luna I appreciate the offer but I’ll have to turn you down.” This seemed to sadden her and a look of what I believe is desperation.
“We need stronger guards who can fight back the monsters of the everfree! You’re the strongest we seen so we beg thou!”
“Ok how about this I will take jobs the I want from you but I stay near ponyville. Hey, I’m going to go to the forest later to set traps to help stop the monsters from getting into the town.” She seemed to be thinking about it.
“We can agree to this guts. We will also compensate you for the monster you kill is this expectable.”
“Ok, then we can talk later.” I turned and opened the door and saw twilight and luna’s sister having an intense staring match. “Um, Twilight you ok.” I saw the other princesses eye’s snap to me. “Um did I do something twilight?”
“No you haven’t and I think it’s time the princesses left don’t you think celestia.”
The look the older princess gave me and twilight a death glare. “I and luna need to talk to you two.” This got the older princess attention and she was looking at luna with a look I can’t place. But before she could answer I spoke up. “I’ve desisted to undertake assignments from only luna and I can pick which I chose to do and she pays me for the monsters I kill.” This seemed to anger the older princess.”
“Sister a word please.” I watched luna and her sister was encased in a golden sphere.
Luna pov
“Celestia what is wrong we thought to be happy that we got him to help us.”
“No luna I’m not and that thing should not be here! You saw what he did you blueblood and you want to keep him here he’s a monster like nightmare moon!”
After saying this she stopped and looked look at us with an apologetic.
“Luna I’m sorry I didn’t mean it like that.”
“Oh, and how did thou mean it?” we asked with are an eyebrow raised.
“I meant that he can’t be trusted and he killed blueblood like he was an animal. We need to get rid of him.”
“Sister! I think young twilight is right you should leave I will stay here and talk with gut and twilight.” We looked at are sister to see a mixture of emotions saddens, anger, hatred.
“Why are you protecting him luna he just killed one of our family!”
“No, what he did was remove spoiled brat who thought he could do whatever he wanted. Sister what he did was the kill a pest. Now drop the sphere and let's get going shall we?” She looked at me and then to guts outside of the sphere.
“Ever well but we are not done with this.”
“Ever well sister but guts well stay in ponyville.”
Guts pov
I saw the sphere come down and the princesses a said their goodbyes and disappeared. “Well, this has been entrusting day. But I have some work to do.”
“What are you going to do guts?”
I walked over and hugged her as I did that she pulled me into a kiss. “I’m going into the everfree to set traps to help stop the monsters.” She had a look of fear and worry.
“Guts I didn’t think that’s a good idea what if you run into a manticore or a Hydra.”
“I believe I can handle a manticore but I'll run if I run into a hydra ok twilight.”
“Well ok but you you’ll have to give me something later on mr.”
“Well, I guess I'll be off then twilight.” As I walked by her I smacked her rear and got an epp out of her. When I looked back I saw her trying to give me and angry face but it faltered because of the massive blush on her face. “Nice and firm I like that and who knows I we may take it for a test run when spikes not around the tree house.”
“Just get going already will you!”
I ran out the door before anything else happen. After a few minutes running I stopped and saw I was in the market. I started to walk down the way ponies would stop and say hi are asked how I and twilight were. I’d tell them we were good or give them a pleasant hello back. I was walking I heard someone running to my left then I felt somebody run into me. I looked down to see a filly with pink fur, purple and white hair and a tiara on her head. “Oh sorry about that little girl here let me help you up.” I bent down and picked her up by her armpits.
“Thanks, hey you’re the gut who killed blueblood right?”
“Yes, and can I ask for the name of the pretty filly in front of me.” She was blushing after I said that. With a bashful look and not being able to make eye contact she spoke.
“Um I’m Diamond Tiara but you can call me diamond if you want.”
I stood there listening to her I noticed that she started to play with her hair and kicking the dirt.
“Diamond tiara get away from that beast!”
I turned around to see a stallion in a suit, brown fur, and blackish hair. “What do you have against me old timer.”
“I’m filthy rich your animal and I’m against you because killed my future son in law. Now get away from my daughter!”
This yell caught the attention of the ponies in the market and stopped to watch.
“Dad stop it! I ran into him and he helped me up. But why are you so mad. Guts is incredible remember he beat nineteen timber wolfs. He even took down blueblood.”
“Enough diamond now go home and stay away from this freak.”
I could she diamond shaking and her eyes showed fear. “Hey, kid you ok you looked scared? Do you not want to go with him?” The little girl shook her head and quickly walked behind me. “Ok filthy I’m going to ask once and only once? why doesn’t she want to go with you?” He ignored me and walked up to me and tried to grabbed her but I grabbed him by the caller and lifted him above myself. “Now then little filly will you tell me why you don’t want to go with him?” I looked down to her and saw slight fear but hope.
“Because he’s been getting really anger today. Sometimes he even throws stuff at me when I try to talk to him.”
After she said this she started to cry a little. I looked back to filthy with a death glare. “Diamond go to the library and tell twilight what you’ve told me and stay there till I get back.” I watched as she ran down the street. When I couldn't see her anymore I looked at rich with death. “Ok, so I’m going to give you two options. Tell me why you’d hurt a filly or I’m going to use you for bait for my everfree traps so which is it.”
“It’s because of you I had it all planned out! I was going to get that idiot prince marry that mistake of a daughter so I could have a place in the royal family.” I throw him down and just looked at him. “When I get back I’m going to send luna a letter telling her all that you’ve said. I'll see to it that you never get near the royal family.”
“No y-you can do that. If they hear about this it will ruin me I begging you have a heart!”
I throw him to the ground and turn my back to him and started to walk to the forest.
Two hours later
I was deep into the forest. I had to kill another a pack of timber wolfs. I walked deeper into the forest I heard an echo of crying. It sounded like a baby or small child. “Where is that crying coming from.’’ I started to run towards the crying a waved through the trees and jumped over bushes. I soon come upon a road and rope bridge leading to a ruined castle. The sound was only getting louder. I started to walk a crosses the bridge and I could see the large doors were broken of rotten away. I walked in and heard the crying clearly it was a baby no doubt. I walked into a throne room there I saw a small baby in rags. I walked over to the baby and picked it up. Now little one please stop crying. it stopped and she looked up to me it’s eye where spliced like a cat. I looked at her. I could see it was a girl by how small she was. She had a very dark blue mane and fur. A Horn like twilight and wing? No way that like the princesses Is she one of their race? As I was in caught in my thoughts I heard what sounded like claws on stone. I grabbed my sword and held the girl tight to my chest. I turned my head to the side and saw a manticore trying to sneak up on me. I quickly turned and ran at the beast and swung my sword at its front paws it jumped above my sword and I saw its scorpion tail shoot towards me. I pivoted and I saw the tail just miss the child. I raised my sword and swung my sword at its tail and cut it and a wing off it roared in pain. I jumped back and started to run for the door. I ran out the large door and I could hear the beast was close behind. I ran the bridge as I got a crosses the bridge the beast come barreling through the doors. I cut the ropes before it could it could cross. I breathe heavily and looked down to see the child looking at me. “Well, kid looks like you’re lucky I hear your cries.” As I said this I started to walk back to town. Two and half hours later I started to walk into the town's market.
Twilight pov
I was walking through the market looking for ingredients for dinner. As I walked I saw pony staring at guts? I know it was him because he was at least a head or taller than the normal pony. I saw he was holding something in rags. I started to walk over to over to him but because of him being taller than me I couldn’t tell what it was. “Guts what do you have there?”
Guts Pov
“Twilight good Is there a doctor around here I need somebody to look at her.”
“Who’s her guts.”
I bent down and showed twilight the sleeping foal. “Found her in the forest in the ruins of a castle. She looks fine but I want to make sure you know.”
“OH, MY CELESTIA!”
Twilights yelled and the baby woke up crying.
Waaaaa!
“Oh, great twilight you made her cry again.” I could see the shock and fear on her face. “Hey, can we please get her some help twilight.” She seemed to snap out of her shock and looked at the baby.
“Right come on the hospital is this way”
I followed twilight and soon we came up one a large building. We walked in and I saw many mares in white clothes and hats. “Hey, can somebody please help us.” A mare with pink hair and white fur come up to us.
“How can I help you today sir.”
“Yes, can you look at this child for me twilight would you go with her?” Twilight nodded and looked at the nurse. I handed the mare the child nurse. The second she left my hold she started to cry and reach for me. I saw her eye weren’t like they were now they look like normal pony eyes.
“Shh little one you’re ok. We just want to check on you.”
The second I was lost from her sight she cried louder and started to kick and her wings become visible.
Twilight pov
There’s no way a horn and wings a baby alicorn. Guts said he found her in the everfree in the castle of the two sisters. But for now, we need to stop her crying. Wait she was calm when guts is holding her. “Guts can you come here for a moment.” He walked in front of nurse red heart and the filly calmed down some and was trying to reach for guts. “Guts call me crazy but I think she wants you to hold her not us.
“You can’t be serious twilight I did my part by saving her and getting her here. “
After guts started to step back the filly started to cry again and tried desperately to get to guts. I saw her horn start to glow with a dark blue aura. Guts cape was pulled back weakly but it was enough to make him stop and looked back. “See I told you guts now please just try and hold her.” He looked at me and then to the filly.
“Fine, I'll try twilight.”
I watched as guts walked over and took the filly from nurse red heart. In an instant, she calmed down and grabbed guts cape and snuggled into his chest armor. Then nurse red heart said something that may explain it.
“Well, it could be that she have imprinted on you. She was in a danger place. She may think of the as her father or a source of protective.”
“So you're saying that she thinks guts is her parent?”
“Yes, but we still need to check her health and clean her up.”
Guts pov
I stayed at the hospital for the filly’s checkup. Twilight had when home and sent a letter to the princesses and Diamond Tiara. At the end of the checkup, I was told she was fine but need to rest and was ready to start eating soft foods. I was given a new blanket for her and some soft food for her. I walked out of the hospital and walked back to twilights home. I saw the royal carriage was there with two guards next to the door. “Hey, you two is twilight I there.” They said yes and let me walk in luna and her sister was there sitting across from twilight and diamond tiara who was trying not to freak out. “Hey luna. Twilight they said she was fine but needs to rest and eat a little soft food.”
“That’s good to hear guts.”
As I talked to Twilight the older princess stood and spoke.
“Swordsman where did you find her I want to know now.”
“Luna tell your sister if she wants anything from me she’ll keep it down or she’ll wake up Annie.” They all looked at me and wondered who I was talking about.
“Night is that the name you’ve given her guts?”
“Yes, I'm calling her Annie .” I could see the nasty look the white one was giving me. I felt night start moving in my arms. I looked down and saw she was waking up and looking at me. “Hey, Annie did you sleep well?” She yawned and snuggled into my arm and chest and looked to me then twilight. “I think she wants to meet you twilight.” I looked at her and she looked scared.
“What no I can’t I’ve never held a foal before.”
“Twilight, if a guy like me can do it so can you or luna would you like to try?” This seemed to make the white one even angrier.
“We’d love to guts.”
“Luna do not touch that baby it’s been touched by that killer. You can fold her after we take her back to the castle.”
“Sister, celestia!”
“I’m sorry but I think I heard you wrong did you say you going to try to take her?”
“No I said we are going to take her you animal.”
“If you think that your touching this kid while I'm still alive you better get ready for one hell of a fight.” She smirked and a cocky look in her eyes.
“Oh you and what army animal.”
“The two of us sister. We believe the child would react badly to being taken from guts. But is beside the point you may lose an arm and leg before you kill him celestia.”
“What do you mean luna there’s no way he’d be able to do that to me.”
“Sister do you not remember what your student told the both of us?
“No, I did not see the need to remember it. But just fighting beast doesn’t give him the skills to fight me.”
“Sister he fought in a war like you and we did. He also earned a title for himself sister. Guts the hundred-man slayer. Guts was also the commander of the strongest unit in the army he fought with. So sister does your still going to win so easily.”
She didn’t answer and now just looked angrily at me. “So do you still want to try and take her Celestia.” Once again she stayed quiet. “So twilight, luna who wants to hold her?”
“I’d like to try guts but can you show me how?”
“Sure twilight come here.” She walked right and looked up at me. ”Ok cradle her head and holder close to her chest so she feels safe and warm.” She did what I told her and night smiled at us.
“Aw, she thinks you’re her mommy and daddy is gutsy, twily. I have to tell the girls twily is a mommy now.”
Somehow of nowhere pinkie shot out of a bookshelf and out the door. “Can anybody else felt a headache coming?” All but night said yes they could and braced themselves. “Okay It’s getting late I and you have to set the sun and a moon to raise.
“Gut is right sister were leaving.”
Celestia once more tried to stare me down and I gave her a death glare. I could see that it got to her a little. “Celestia the nurse said if Annie was to be separated from me for a long period of time she may stop eating or would regress in the state I found her. Do you wish to hurt this child celestia?” That cut her deep I could feel the hatred from her. “Diamond do you have a friend you can stay with?”
“Yes but I don’t like being out by myself on the street at night.”
“Ok then diamond I'll take you there.”
When I came back I saw twilight’s friends all but applejack trying to hold night. Her and twilight were looking at each other like they were about to fight. But nights crying seemed to keeping her from fighting. The princesses were gone, thank god celestia was I don’t like her. “Twilight let me have Annie and I'll put her in my bed for the night.” I walked over to twilight and took night and when upstarts to put her to bed.
Twilight pov
I was still holding Annie who passed back out and I could feel every little move she made. I could hear her soft breaths as well. Gut had left to take diamond's to a friend’s house for the night. But I heard my former teachers voice and I wasn't happy to hear it.
“Twilight I’m going to ask you once. Give me that child and kick that animal out of this town.”
"Celestia," I said through gritted teeth. ”I’m with guts if you want Annie you’ll have to kill me and guts first you got that.” She looked like I had just smacked her. Her face turned red with anger.
“Twilight sparkle I am your princess and I demand you hand over that child.”
“If you want her come take her celestia. But if you not going to do anything then get out of my house now.” Before we could do anything my front door slammed open and rarity ran to me.
“Twilight darling is it true you’re a mother now?”
Waaaa!
“Thanks, Rarity now she won’t stop till guts comes back” The rest of the girls soon come in with smiles. All but applejack and she was not happy at all. Applejack spoke up and I didn't like her tone.
“Twi would you mind telling us how you got the kid?” I told them guts found her in the everfree and what had happened up to this point.
“What guts could fight the princesses on even filed that awesome.”
“Ya and I’ve got some more good news girls.”
“What’s that twilight if you don’t mind?”
“Guts and I dating now.”
You're what yelled celestia and applejack in anger. “Celestia I believe I told you to leave and why are you so mad applejack?”
“I’ve got feeling for 'em too!”
I was trying to get Annie to stop but I was staring death at applejack. I heard the door open and guts walked in. It’s going to be a long night.
End chapter
Starting an army
I walked up the stairs with Annie in my arms and to my door. I walked to my room and laid her in my bed. I tucked her I heard someone behind me. I looked behind myself to see spike. "Oh hey spike what's up?" He scratched the back of his head and looked down to the stairs. I raised an eyebrow and walked out of the room and closed the door and we walked down the stairs. When we got the bottom I saw that applejack and twilight were staring death at each other. “Um, you two ok?” Twilight smiled and walked over to me and looked back to applejack.
“Sorry, everypony but it’s time YOU left I need to find guts a place to sleep with Annie in his bed.”
When she said you she was looking at both applejack and the sun bitch.
“Now you wait an apple bucking minute twilight!”
I looked at her and she flinched back. “Don’t yell Annie is asleep and I don’t want you to wake her up.” All the girls but twilight and luna backed away when they heard my voice. I to a deep breath and closed my eyes. When I calmed down I opened my eyes and looked at them. “Look whatever it is it can wait till tomorrow I ran through that forest of hell and dealt with a cry baby. I’m tired and I want to get some sleep so please let’s just go and come back tomorrow.” All but celestia said they would come back later.
“No way am I leaving the child with your monster.”
I started death at her and grabbed my sword handle. “Look if you won’t leave peacefully then I'll throw you out on your ass. I don’t care if you’re a mare or not so pick leave on your on hooves or on your ass?” Everyone but luna and twilight looked at me like I had a death wish.
“You win this round monster I won’t risk the lives of my ponies to fight you.”
She turned and walked out of the home and luna followed her. “Twilight run upstairs not a make sure that she doesn’t go after Annie.”
“Right.”
She ran up the stairs and I looked back to room and saw that only spike was left. “Spike go ahead and go to bed, I'm going to get my armor off.”
“Ok guts.”
We walked back up the stairs and he ran to his and twilights room and I walked into mine. When I walked in I saw twilight sitting on the ground and looked at Annie. I smiled and walked over to her and she turned and looked at me.
“Hey, guts.”
I pulled my sword off my back and leaned the sword against the wall. I then sat down beside the sword and looked at her. “Thanks for watching her you can go and get some sleep now.” She smiled and crawled over to me. She sat down beside me and leaned into my side and armor. She let out a sigh and looked up at me.
“So what now guts you have to keep both the town and the foal safe so what are you going to do?”
I looked at her and started to think of what I could do. I smiled and knew what I was going to do and I looked at the sword beside me. “I think I know what I’m going to do twilight.” I looked back to her and she was looking at the sword as well. She looked back to me and was smiling.
“What are you going to do then?”
I smiled and wrapped an arm around her. “I’m going to rebuild the hawk raid army in this world and I’m going to make the as strong as I am.” She looked at me and smiled and she pushed herself up and kiss me on the cheek. She pulled back and looked Annie and then to me.
“Well, you have your first soldier commander.”
“No way in hell have you ever been in a battle or killed before?” She frowned and looked at me and then moved onto my lap. She grabbed the sides of my armor and made me look into her eyes.
“Now you listen to me with the stunt me and you just pull with the princess you can’t protect both of us so I need to learn to defend myself. So hell yes and starting tomorrow you and me are going to start building your army got that?”
I smiled up at her and she smiled back and laid her chest and head on my chest. We fell asleep and when morning came I woke up and laid her in the bed with Annie. Even in her sleep, she scooted closer to Annie and I covered her and Annie and walked over and put the sword on my back. I walked out of the room and walked out of the house and made my rounds around the town. Nothing happened and I thought about how I was going to build an army. I thought of how Griffith build the band of the hawk. ‘Before I joined the army it was already large but after I and Griffith started to show our full strength. When we did a large number of men started to join the hawk’s raider company and main company.’ As I walked heard what sounded like talking coming from an ally.
“His only one pony a group of four or five will be enough to kill the swordstallion.”
“No he’s right he killed nineteen timber wolfs by himself.”
I smiled and walked into the ally and a large wooden door was open. ‘Not very smart are they.” I walked over and threw the door open and saw the local nobles. Behind them was a bull like a creature tied to the wall. “Well now let's get this over with shall we?” I drew my sword and in five moves I killed the whole group and looked at the bull. “Hey, you alive?” I walked over to him and I heard his voice.
“Y-yes I’m still alive can you please cut me free.”
“Sure.” I used my sword and cut the rope and I grabbed him as she fell to the ground. I walked him over to a seat and sat him down.
“Thanks, what’s your name?”
I looked at him and stood back up and put my sword back onto my back. “its guts and what is your name?” I looked at him and he started to speck.
“Axe breaker and I’m a lone mercenary for hirer.”
I looked around and saw a large battle axe leaning on the wall and walked over to it and picked it up. It was about the same weight as the sword Zodd threw at me in the last battle of the war. The handle was a long handle and the axe was two sides with a spear point at the top. There was coving of a shield and sword and axe behind it on both blades. I turned back and walked back over to him and he looked at the axe.
“That’s my father’s axe please give it to me.”
I nodded and handed the axe to him and he stood and took.
“Thank you, sir guts how can I ever repay you?”
I looked at him and he was very well built. He had too long and large horns and a few scars on his chest and forearms. It was clear that he’s seen a lot of battles and I smiled. I walked in front of him and we were the same height. I looked him in the eye and he looked right back. “I am a mercenary as well but now I plan to build an army. If you’d like you could join me and my second in the march to a make a legendary army and to protect my mare and little girl.” She smiled and looked at me raised his axe over his shoulder and looked at me.
“It is an honor to fight side by side with you sir guts.”
I smiled and punched her other shoulder and looked at him. “Call me guts or commander which ever you like more. Just not, sir, I’m not old yet or married so one of these will be just fine.”
“Ha-ha very well commander now what are we doing now?”
Me and axe breaker spent a week starting Twilight's training. She didn’t like the fact that I wouldn’t let her fight with a sword or axe. However, she was good with long rang magic and a bowl so we had her using those. Annie was also doing good and spike was helping with her while we trained. Everything was nice until Twilight got a letter from luna say that a group of guards we were taken prisoner by a band of thieves. So as of this moment, I and axe were heading to the location with a unit of guards. Altogether there were about a hundred of us and many were young and fresh to battle. I could see fear on some of their faces and some looked like there too good to be here.
“Hey, commander why did the guard come with us?”
I looked to breaker and frowned. “The sun bitch doesn’t trust me so we have to deal with it. Besides where here so get ready.” I looked forward and so a large cave in the side of a rock face and drew my sword. I turned back and looked at them all and raised my sword in the air like Griffith would. “Ok I and axe breaker will lead the charge and the rest of you will make a go for your comrades when we open a hole in their defenses.”
“Yes, Sir!”
I nodded and lowered my sword and turned back to look at breaker. “You’ll be behind me as when we attack so get ready were about to attack.” I turned one last time and looked at the well-lit cave opening and again raised my sword. “Charge!” I threw my sword down and started to run at the cave mouth. I saw six ponies and five dogs like creatures at the opening and when we charged they looked at us in shock. “AHH.” When I was close I cut one pony across the chest and axe cuts two of the dog’s head off. I turned around and cut two ponies stomachs open and we made a hole in the line. “Now guards go now!” They all ran in and to the back of the cave and I saw a few of them start fighting with the few guards in the cave. We killed the last of the outside guards and then ran in and saw a few of the guards dead and we killed the one who killed them.
“Commander I see them and the prisoners.” I looked forward and saw that most of them were just fine and a few had wound. I ran over and took my cape off and I used my sword and started to cut the cape into stripes. “Ok anyone who knows medical please come and help me with their wounds.” Axe and six mares helped in treating the wounds and when that was done we covered the dead and move the wounded. then the freed the prisoners and headed back to the town. When we arrived Luna and the sun bitch we there and I finished moving the wounded and then Luna walked over to me.
“Very well done guts but I must ask why do you have a minotaur worrier with you?”
I put the guard I had on my back down on the ground and looked at her. “I’m going to rebuild the hawk raiders company. He’s the second recruit and I’ve been meaning to send you a letter about making a more permanent living place for him and room for a future army.” She looked at me and then seemed to be thinking about it.
“I may have a place in mind their's an old guard’s barracks underground right next to the everfree. It will hold over two hundred soldiers so that should work for what you need. But for now, let's get yours and his pay.”
“Ok oh, and would you like to come and see Twilight and the baby?”
“I’d love too but what about my sister?”
I looked at the sun bitch and she was trying to talk to twilight as she walked over to me.
“Twilight for the last time where is that child?!”
Twilight walked over to me and then started to talk to me. “Guts what’s with taking off before I woke up. Now spikes got to watch Annie while I have to hunt you down.”
“We had a mission and sorry but you’re not ready to fight in a battle.” She gave a look of slight anger but knew I was right.
“I know but what if you got hurt I don’t think I could build and lead an army. Oh and axe breaker you got a letter from your home country.”
“He’s building an army?!”
We all looked at the shocked princess and I looked back to Luna. “Can you explain it to her after you go and see Annie?”
“Sure guts.”
“Now you wait for just a second!”
I ignored her and we all walked past her and axe took the letter from twilight. “So Luna how have you been?” I looked at her and she smiled and walked closer to me.
“Well, it’s been hard to make the night guard again. I’ve only got twenty guards and they're all young and cocky. They seem to think that if you join my guard then you can call yourself a potential suitor for me or my sister.”
I looked at her and thought about it. When I joined the hawks we made most of our money from the king so maybe I could do the same. I stopped walking and the three of them looked at me and I locked eyes with Luna. “What if I and axe join as a special use unit?” Luna looked confused my Twilight looked happy.
“Guts are you say what I think you are?”
I nodded and looked back to Luna. “Luna if I and axe join you can make the raider an army unit and I can whip them into shape. Plus we can move to the town and you won’t have to deal with them anymore.” She smiled and jumped on top of me with a hug.
“Guts you are a gift from the moon itself!”
Everyone stopped and looked at us with wide eyes and gaping mouths. I didn’t know why but even celestia looked shocked and I felt someone grabbed my arm and I looked down at a smiling twilight.
“Well seems the princess may have got a crush on your guts.”
After she said that Luna let go and was looking at the ground with a huge blush and I smiled and patted her head her. That was a very bad move for me because the second I started to her sister flew over and grabbed my throat.
“NOT WHILE I'M ALIVE!”
She slammed me into a wall and I felt a scramming pain in my back and left shoulder. I looked down at her and she saw doing her damn best to crush my throat. I had a different plan for her so I grabbed her left arm with both hands and in an instant, I broke her arm.
“AHHHHH!!”
She let my throat go and fell to the ground. I fell to a knee after I got out of the wall and looked at her. I grabbed her throat and pulled her up as I stood up and locked eyes with her. “You’re lucky you’re a woman if you were a man and did that a broken arm would be the nicest thing I would do to you.” When I said I dropped her and looked down at her crying form and then I heard the sound of armor and hooves. I looked up and saw the unit cocky ones from the unit looking at me. I drew my sword and looked at them all. “If you point your weapons at me then you die.” I felt something flowing down my shoulder and I slid my hand under the armor and pulled it back out. I saw a lot of blood on my hand and both Luna and Twilight ran over and started to pull at my armor.
“Get that armor off now guts!”
I pushed them out and looked at celestia as she got up. We locked eyes for a few seconds as they guards helped her to her carriage. I sighed and moved an arm under my cape and unhooked my armor. It fell off with my cape and I heard them gasp. I looked back and saw the armor had bent in and cut into my back. "Ah, damn it."
"Let's get your wound treated and those who were harmed."
Luna and Twilight pulled me to the wounded tent. They sewed the wound up and were shocked I didn't wince from the needle in my skin. Once done I walked home with Luna and Twilight. Luna and Twilight played with Annite and I took a nap in the corner sitting up. As I sleep something started to climb on me and I cracked an eye open. Annie was trying to climb into my lap. I moved a hand under her and lifted her into my lap. She gripped my shirt and I heard a few girls awwing. I opened my left eye all the way and saw Twilight and Luna looked at us. Twilight had some kind black box in her hands and she pointed it at us over her eye.
"Say cheese you two."
When she said that a bright flash blinded Annie and I she started to cry. I rubbed my eyes and looked at her now a little mad. "Look at what the two of you did now she's crying." For the rest of the evening, we talked and played with Annie.
