"Hey"
Pinkie pie was just about to finish decorating the gym for tonight's party, she was standing on a ladder to hang the banner that says "Party All Night". She looked back and saw one of Flash Sentry's friends standing behind her. He had a blue hair with a lighter streak running through it.
"Umm...Hey," Pinkie Pie told him, she wondered if she saw him somewhere.
"Well, you may ask why am I here, or what I am doing here, I'm just here to tell you that...uhh...you look so lovely today," Thunderbass complimented her in a nervous tone and shrugging.
"Oh really? Thanks for the compliment.... your name?" Pinkie Pie asked him with curiosity, she didn't know his name, she only knew him from his appearance.
"It's Thunderbass!" He told her grinning at her in excitment for no reason.
"Nice to meet you Thunderbass, you look so sweet!" Pinkie Pie complimented him in a crazy voice.
"Well, I guess I'm going, see you around Pinkie! That's your name right?" Thunderbass asked her.
"Eeeyup!" Pinkie Pie replied to him just finishing putting the last pin on the wall to hang the banner.
She was going to come down the ladder after it shook and she was about to touch the ground, but luckily Thunderbass was there and he caught her just on time in his arms. Pinkie Pie was blushing so hard, Thunderbass was looking at her smiling and he slightly blushed.
"Are you okay?" Thunderbass asked her, a little worried about her.
"Y-yes I'm fine, j-just put me back to the ground," Pinkie Pie said nervously. As he placed her back to the ground, she was blushing intensely and nervously at him.
"A-Are you blushing?" he asked her looking at her face feeling embarrassed.
"I-I gotta go," Pinkie Pie said to him then ran away. Thunderbass was proud of himself that he met her in person this time, but there was one thing he want to tell her the first time he saw her.
"If only I just asked her before she ran away, maybe I can ask her out with me at tonight's party! I guess that's a great idea!" Thunderbass told himself.
"Why are you talking to yourself and who is she you want her to be your date tonight?"
There was a yellowish-orange figure standing there asking him, it was his bandmate, Valhallen.
"Oh hey Val, I was just talking to myself, because....I'm crazy," Thunderbass told him, trying to hide what he just said.
"I think I heard you say "I can ask her out with me at tonight's party", who is she?" Valhallen was a bit curious to know.
"It's just Pinkie Pie, I wanted to ask her but I forgot to, what an idiot!" Thunderbass told Valhallen.
"Ooh, do you mean you want her to be your thing?" Valhallen said wanting to tease Thunderbass about Pinkie.
"Valhallen, we didn't date each other yet, can you help me a little here instead of teasing me?" Thunderbass told Valhallen.
After a while, Valhallen helped Thunderbass and gave him some advices about dating for the first time. Thunderbass thanked Valhallen about his help and "advices" he gave him.
"Thanks for your help Val, I really appreciated it," Thunderbass thanked Valhallen, as a good friend would.
"No problem! I know all about dating problems, if you have one dating problem, I can solve it in seconds," Valhallen exaggerated and bragged about himself.
Thunderbass stared at him with a blank face.
"What?" Valhallen asked snapping his fingers at him.
"Oh sorry, I was just lost in thought, thanks again for the advices Val, you are really a good friend to me," Thunderbass told him with a charming smile on his face.
Meanwhile, in Pinkie Pie's place, she told her friends what happened to her in the gym, they all we're so surprised when they heard this.
"There was this rocker guy, he was blue haired, and I guess I saw him play his guitar once with Flash, he came to me this morning at the gym, he complimented me, he told me I look so lovely today," Pinkie Pie told them the story.
"Oh, you mean Thunderbass, right darling?" Rarity asked.
"I guess that was his name, anyway, I was about to fall from from the ladder I was standing on, because I was hanging the banner, then I fell, the whole time my eyes where closed, when I opened them, I founded myself in Thunderbass's arms! I guess he saved me!" Pinkie pie continued telling the story.
"Oh my, I am so glad he caught you, if he didn't then, you know what will happen," Fluttershy said to Pinkie pie, trying to be calm and not freak out.
"Ooh, I think someone from our group is gonna fall in love tonight, am I right or what?" Dashie teasing her.
"Well, we just met, and I don't think this gonna happen, but I have a hunch that it's going to," Pinkie Pie replied to Rainbow Dash.
"Come on girls, we need to get ready for the big night tonight, we don't want to be late, Pinkie Pie, I made for you a new dress you could wear tonight, I bet Thunderbass is gonna like it, huh darling?" Rarity told her.
"Thanks Rarity! I guess he would, but first, he didn't ask me on a date, maybe he would," Pinkie Pie told them.
"He might ask you, sugarcube, you need to look beautiful, Thunderbass may fall in love with you even more," Applejack gave her some good advice, Pinkie Pie nodded.
"Hey Pinkie, I hope "Your Future Boyfriend" is going to be so sweet and kind to you," Sunset Shimmer teased her a bit.
"Oh stop it, Sunset!" Pinkie Pie told her while she was giggling and blushing simultaneously.
Meanwhile in Thunderbass's place, he was getting ready for tonight's party, he kept thinking on asking her or not, he looked at his reflection in the mirror.
"Who is that handsome face? You are!" Thunderbass told himself bragging a little about his "handsomeness". After he finished and he was ready to go, he brought a new necklace for Pinkie Pie, he bought it as a gift for the date.
"I hope she likes this simple gift from me!" He whispered to himself.
Everyone at school arrived to the party, the mane six arrived at it about five minutes ago. Pinkie Pie was looking for Thunderbass, she wanted to ask him to have a dance with her.
"What are you lookin' for, sugarcube?" Applejack asked.
"I am just looking for Thunderbass, I want to ask him on a dance," Pinkie Pie replied to Applejack.
"He'll be here any minute, don't worry," said Applejack, nudging Pinkie Pie on the shoulder.
After a minute, Thunderbass came, he saw Pinkie Pie and her friends entering the gym for the party.
"Pinkie Pie! Wait!" Thunderbass shouted to get her attention.
"Oh, Thunderbass! I am so glad that you came!" Pinkie Pie told him in excitment.
"Why is that? You want to ask or tell me something?" Thunderbass asked her.
"I just wanted to ask you that do you want to have a dance?" Pinkie Pie told him in a nervous and scared tone, she was blushing.
"Really? Of course I'd love to! By the way, I kind of had the same question, but I think it's a little too diffrent than yours" Thunderbass said to her.
"W-what is it?" Pinkie pie asked nervously.
"It's just...well.. would you like to be my date tonight?" Thunderbass asked her, blushing so hard, and feeling so embarrassed.
"This is so adorable! I just heard Thunderbass ask her!" Rarity told her friends in excitment.
"Huh, told her he is gonna ask her out," Applejack said concerned.
"Yes, I'd love to be your date," Pinkie Pie replied to him.
Pinkie Pie felt loved and cared about when he asked her that. They danced together, laughed, and ate a bunch of cupcakes that Pinkie Pie made for the party.
"These are so delicious! What's in em?" Thunderbass told Pinkie while eating one.
"A little bit of love, it's a secret ingredient," Pinkie Pie whispered to Thunderbass.
"Oh, I get it," Thunderbass replied to her.
"Want to dance more?" Pinkie Pie asked him.
"You read my mind!" Thunderbass responded.
They danced together and had a lot of fun dancing under the shining disco ball. One of Thunderbass's bandmates, which is the mohawk guy, Crimson Napalm, went ahead to them, he asked Thunderbass a question.
"Hey, Thunderbass, when did you get a girlfriend?" Crimson asked him.
"Uhh.. she's not my girlfriend yet, this is our first date!" Thunderbass whispered to him.
"Oh, good, hope you two have fun together!" Crimson told both of them.
"You bet we will!" Pinkie Pie replied to Crimson.
"Pinkie, I'm thirsty, let's get us a drink," Thunderbass told her.
They got themselves some drinks, Pinkie got for herself some apple cider, Thunderbass got some fruit punch for himself, they drank it, Pinkie Pie wanted to tell him a joke, though.
"Hey Thunderbass, what does HOMEWORK stand for?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Ummm....Homework?" Thunderbass replied.
"Hehe...no, Half Of My Energy Wasted On Random Knowledge! Ba dum tss!" Pinkie Pie joked.
Thunderbass's mouth was filled with fruit punch, he laughed so hard that the punch came out of his nose.
"Want some tissue?" Pinkie Pie asked giving him a paper tissue.
"Yeah, thanks, that joke you said was pretty funny!" Thunderbass responded cleaning his face.
"Hehe, thanks!" Pinkie Pie thanked him.
"So Pinkie, I want to tell you more about me, can I?" Thunderbass told her.
"You are one of Flash's best friends and you are in a band named Thunderstruck and your bandmates are Valhallen, Crimson Napalm, Mystery Mint, and Cherry Crash. You play guitar too, that's all I know about you," Pinkie Pie told him and grinned and squeed.
"How did you know all of that?" Thunderbass asked her so shocked.
"Just a hunch," Pinkie replied.
Thunderbass smiled.
"Well, all I know about you is that you plan amazing parties and stuff like that, you like candies and you seem pretty attractive to me," Thunderbass told her.
Pinkie blushed light pink. "I-I am?" the pink girl said couldn't believe her ears about what he just said.
"Yeah, you are to me," Thunderbass told her.
"Any who, let's enjoy our time together, come on!" Pinkie Pie told him pulling his hand.
It's 12 midnight, it was time to leave school and go home, but Thunderbass wanted to tell Pinkie something.
"P-Pinkie? I want to tell you something," Thunderbass told her.
"Yes what is it?" Pinkie asked in curiosity.
"Well, when I first saw you, I fell in love with you just like that, and I've been always hiding this from you, what I mean is that I kind of had like a crush on you, and I'm telling you this right now because we spent so much time together tonight,oh and I have this necklace for you, I brought it as a gift from me to you, I'm giving you this because you like sparkly stuff and because I...I," Thunderbass confessed his love to her.
Pinkie Pie just stared blankly at his eyes, not knowing what to reply to him, she just went closer to him and kissed him. They were lost in their own world.
"Aww, so cute!" Fluttershy said making an adorable face.
"Th-that was AMAZING! And a bit awkward at the same time," Thunderbass told Pinkie Pie.
"I know, thanks a bunch for asking me on that romantic date! I really appreciate it from all my heart," Pinkie Pie confessed to him.
"No problem! I really had an amazing time with you too! There you go, here's your gift!" Thunderbass responded.
"Aww, thank you! It looks so beautiful!," Pinkie Pie said happily.
He helped her wear the shining pink necklace on her neck, she looked at it with cute eyes.
Thunderbass looked at the clock, he felt a little sad about going home.
"I guess it's time to go, I'm going to miss you Thunderbass," Pinkie Pie told him.
"Me too," Thunderbass replied hugging Pinkie Pie.
"Now that Pinkie had a new boyfriend, her life will turn all the way around," Rainbow Dash told them.
