Discorded Stripes

It happened quickly or was it slow...the details became foggy if he tried to remember perhaps it was a safety mechanism his brain had put up to- "DISCORD!!" Screamed Carrot Top one of the insufferably normal ponies that lived in the town known as ponyville he glanced up at her smirking from his position on a sack of carrots next to her respectful carrot stand "Yes ma'm?" Discord asked as he reached down and grabbed a carrot and swallowed it whole "Will you please get the hell off my carrots before you crush them?!" He rolled his eyes and just before he snapped his eagle claw to turn Carrot Top into a Carrot his antler started flashing yellow sending an unpleasant yet necessary tingle down his neck quickly he unscrewed his antler seeing fluttershy's face on the bottom turned his unamused smirk into a gentle smile "Well I suppose that's my call we will have to continue this next time uh...Carrot face was it?" She glared at him and turned her head away from him making him snort in disapproval "Fine! Be that way I caused enough damage to this stand anyway" Discord growled as he snapped his fingers

Fluttershy had a relatively good morning to start with as per his schedule Angel had woken her up at 5:00 am to feed the animals...Well...him mainly today he had ripped out some of her mane it was startling but it hadn't been the worst thing her pet rabbit had ever done to wake her up she still remembered the bruise from when he had kicked her cheek with all his might despite this she never held it against him she merely gave him a soft smile and rolled out of bed onto her hooves giving a long horsey yawn as she trotted down the stairs into the kitchen and began preparing angels breakfast it always had to be specific to the recipe no deviations she knew her friends objected to her pampering of Angel but she loved him so and it was her duty to take care of him no matter how much he was mean to her she had the opinion that Angel was just being Angel suddenly she heard the loud thump thump thump Angel liked to make when he walked down the stairs by the time he was done making an entrance she had finished his breakfast and put it on the ground for him to eat cautiously he walked up and sniffed the bowl gave a small nod of approval and began eating Fluttershy smiled satisfied of his approval she trotted outside to feed the rest of the animals soon after she had closed the door as if on cue Harry the bear ambled over to meet her grunting a greeting making her giggle "How was your sleep?" Harry grunted and she frowned "The same nightmare again?" She shook her head then smiled "I'll give you something for tonight" The bear smiled and nudged her with his head grunting in thanks making her laugh and giggle but as the sun gently rose into the sky she knew she had to get going Harry in interest followed her gaze and nodded he himself wanting to be fed followed her she stopped at the chickens sprinkled the feed and watched them pick up the kernels and chomp down she smiled satisfied and moved on to the petting zoo of animals she kept for adoption she was about to feed the falcon when her stomach lurched forward forcing her body to do the same this alarmed Harry who bent down on all fours to see if she was okay...his concerns were warranted she reached down with her front hoof to caress her belly but it didn't stop her from collapsing on the ground convulsing and gurgling up some liquid in her pain she focused her eye on the liquid what she saw made her heart lurch...Blood

Discord had quickly learned to appear outside her house than her true location he found himself chuckling as he remembered a certain "incident" it had been a false alarm initially he had appeared inside her bedroom quickly she saw him and stopped what she was doing pulling the covers over her naked body as she mewled a scream at first he hadn't quite known what she had been doing in the first place but now as he looked back on it a smirk creeped at the corners of his mouth and he found himself giving one of his booming laughs that made the birds that were on the nearby tree fly off scared of the noise he pretended to never notice how much the animals at least the prey animals were afraid of him...But he couldn't afford to dwell on it...quickly he used his lion paw to knock on the door "Flllllllutttterrrshhhhyyyy!!" he said in a singsongy tone unfortunately there was no answer...No answer? he raised his paw to knock again when he heard the soft clumps of pawsteps...Instinctively he whipped around with cat like reflexes to see what it was he breathed a sigh of relief when he heard it had only been Harry "She needs to put a bell around that bears neck" He thought with a growl Harry merely tilted his head in confusion at the growl but waved it off as a "Discord" thing and motioned for the chimera to follow Discord responded with a shrug "Sorry Harry ol' boy I don't know bear like Flutters does" Harry shook his head and motioned to the animal petting zoo all the animals seemed to be gathered around this yellow clump... Discord inhaled sharply when he realized Fluttershy!
