Together
Twilight Sparkle was outside sitting on a bench quietly scanning the frozen lake that she was sitting in front of. It was cold that day as it was winter. She made sure that her house was fully prepped for winter. She silently watched the snow covered ground. She liked all the seasons.
After a while she got up and walked through Ponyville seeing ponies getting ready for Hearths Warming Eve. As she walked she browsed through some stores and bought a few things as well. After that she continued on her walk back home. She made sure not to rush herself though.
She wondered how her friends were doing as she had just seen them yesterday. She decided that she would give them a break and maybe she would swing by their places later to check on them. She looked up at the cloudy sky. She smiled as it was beautiful in a way.
All of a sudden Rarity walked up to her. She hugged Twilight and Twilight hugged her back as she was glad to see Rarity. They pulled away from the hug and Rarity spoke.
"Hello Twilight darling. Would you like to swing over for hot tea or something?" Rarity asked. Twilight smiled as she loved that offer. Twilight responded to Rarity.
"Sure. That's sounds great." Twilight said to her seamstress friend. Rarity nodded respectfully and spoke.
"Great! Let's go then!" Rarity said in a kind tone. Twilight smiled and walked with Rarity as they headed to Carousal Boutique. Twilight was glad to see Rarity and Rarity was thrilled that she could see Twilight. They both savored each moment with each other as they took a nice walk to Carousal Boutique.
Twilight followed her friend across a path that led to Rarity's boutique. As soon as they got their Twilight and Rarity went inside and Rarity started to brew some tea while Twilight made herself comfortable by sitting down by Rarities table. As the tea brewed Rarity spoke.
"Are you doing anything with Spike on Hearths Warming Eve?" Rarity asked. Twilight pondered for a minute and then spoke while furrowing her brow.
"I'm actually not sure what I'm going to do. I'm thinking about hanging out with Spike and then I'll go over to my parents and hang with them and then go back home." Twilight said as she relaxed. Rarity nodded.
"I'm just going to take it easy. Maybe I'll hang out with Sweetie Belle. I don't know." Rarity said. Twilight nodded.
"Yeah that sounds good." Twilight said as she rubbed her hair with her forehoof. Rarity spoke to Twilight.
"Are you getting presents for Spike?" Rarity asked. Twilight nodded at this question and responded.
"Yes I am. Are you getting presents for Sweetie Belle?" Twilight asked as she was also curious on what her friend will get for her family members. Rarity giggled
"Yes. I'm sure she will like them to." Rarity said smiling. Twilight nodded knowingly and she responded.
"She will don't worry." Twilight told her. Rarity smiled at her.
"Thanks for coming over. I appreciate you company." Rarity said. Twilight blushed and shrugged.
"It's nothing! I like coming over to see you. You know that I would always hang out with you if you want to." Twilight said. Rarity giggled.
"And I will always hang out with you if you want to as well." Rarity said.
"That means a lot Rarity thanks!" Twilight said. They both stained quiet for a while. Twilight felt a chill and looked at Rarity and spoke.
"I'm cold. Did it get chilly in here?" Twilight asked her. Rarity looked around and saw a window was still open. She closed it with her magic
"Sorry about that. I opened it earlier to see something outside. Are you better now?" Rarity asked.
"Yes I'm fine thanks. Twilight said. Rarity smiled. They both say there just hanging out while relaxing as the room got warm again. Rarity watched Twilight while they hung out. Twilight still shivered a bit. Twilight spoke.
"I'm still cold." Twilight said. Rarity thought for a moment and knew what to do. Rarity smirked and used her magic to levitate a blanket over to where they were Rarity guided Twilight out of the room and into the bedroom. Twilight smiled and laid down.
Rarity used her magic to cover her with a blanket. She also levitated a pillow over to her and propped Twilights head on it. Twilight giggled. Rarity smiled and kissed Twilight on the head and spoke.
"Better?" Rarity asked Twilight as she wanted to make sure that Twilight felt comfortable. Twilight nodded and spoke while smiling at her friend as she was greatful for Rarity.
"Yes that is better. Thank you." Twilight said.
"Don't mention it." Rarity said. Rarity sat down on the other side of the bed and spoke.
"Is that comfortable?" Rarity asked.
"Yes it is thank you." Twilight said as she was glad that she was there with Rarity. Rarity smiled as she was glad that Twilight was with her.
"Your welcome." Rarity said. They both hung out while they gossiped about the news in town and talked about eachothers week. They also talked about what they were getting for Sweetie Belle and Spike. Rarity was planning to give presents to all her friends, Spike and Sweetie Belle and Twilight talked about giving presents to her friends, Rarity, Spike and Sweetie Belle as well.
They stayed there for a while as they just talked to each other. After a while Twilight was all warmed up and well rested as Rarity was also warmed up and well rested as well. They both got up and spoke to eachother.
"Thanks for hanging with me." Twilight said.
"Your welcome sweetie" Rarity said smiling. They both hugged and then pulled away from the hug. After that they Twilight and Rarity exchanged one more goodbye and Twilight left. Rarity smiled and closed her door.
