Author's Note

Well before we get into the story people we must know about Onyx Bolt's past and due to this story being my first going to be published on fimfiction I hope you guys like please leave comments and criticism in the box and please tell me if there are any Grammar mistakes I hate it when that happens on me.

OnyxBolts past

Two years ago today in Onyx Bolts past, before he ever knew anything about magic or Equestria he one day had a sudden urge to go out one day and set up for a camping trip with his family, he had done this because they all needed time away from home and he decided that camping would be the best solution though no one knew of it yet.

While he was setting up camp he felt like something was watching him so he decided to ignore it, but it kept edging at the back of his mind so he said something so if anyone could hear him they'd answer "is anyone there if so please say something" no answer at first, but he did see a shadow coming closer it looked to Onyx as though it was injured as the shadow had came into view and he was correct, the man was injured and he went over to the man to help the what looked like a hunter.

The hunter (who was bleeding out due to severe injuries) told onyx "my friend...please....save.....him" he said as he was bleeding out and Onyx had burst back to his truck to where his phone was to call "911" for an ambulance to take this guy to the E.M.R and call police to help find his most likely dead friend in the woods.

The police had shown up later (after the ambulance had left with the severely injured man) to help him find this guy's friend so they got all of the police task force dogs to help him, after a while of searching the forest one of the police officers said "well turns out that there was no sign of his friend or anything dangerous that may have attacked him." Onyx said "there is no way that something that could do that could just disappear!" little did he know that there was a secret temple to which he stood on top of.

Onyx decided to take off on his own and find that man's friend who might be in worse condition than he had been in or dead when he had started to sprint he had ran for two minutes and fell down what seemed like a trap door and not only that he found that mans friend but with some strange creature doing some kind of blood ritual or sacrifice Onyx could not believe his eyes at what he saw.

Onyx heard a voice one that he had never herd before in his head the voice said "kill the him not the creature but the man it should stop the ritual and we should be safe for a while." Onyx thought to himself "why is this happening to me who are you?" the voice answered in an ominous tone "all in due time Onyx" as the voice faded away slowly but surely.

Onyx seemed to have no idea on how he'd accomplish that, but then realized that a rifle was setting right next to him he had shot the rifle and it had killed the man instantly but as the creature tried to lunge at him it disappeared into a black haze. Onyx asks the voice in his head "What the fuck was that creature" the voice replies in a tone that makes the last seem less ominous "it was a creature known as a {Demon}something that should not be in this world or in the counterpart opposite of this universe as it says so quaintly thought if you want the power to stop one permanently I'm afraid you must leave this universe and go to the next before it comes after you.

Because of your magic that I'm keeping under control and as for you all you need to do is go to your parents room and find a book that they hid under their bed under the first tile to the far right of their room and I suggest you do it quickly now that the {demon}knows you are in this universe and dimension it will be coming after you and not in a small pack I'm talking about a horde of them that will relentlessly chase you until they have a power to take over that other dimension know as Equestria where your power will grow stronger not in just strength but in magic and stamina."

"But why should I leave my world and go there to train I think I can train in secrecy on Earth to hone my powers just fine here thank you!" the voice answers back in a more over powering voice and says "No! you listen here and listen now I am not leaving you here to die I am fulfilling my promise to your ancestors that had this power before you and you cant stop me I will take over your body if I have to! We do this the easy way or the hard way!"

"I think I will go the easy way because of the way you worded that and now I think I can trust you!"the voice answers back "thank you I can understand that you are under a lot of stress and confused by all of what I'm telling you not only that but you have never even known about your history because your father had never told you of your lineage because he thought it was all rubbish." Onyx answered "well lets call it even we had been going through a lot today and I had never suspected this to happen!"

while we escape I go to the house and leave a note for my family and so after that I go to the old house that my family owns on the woods to where the power to open the portal to the other world is and so I can train and finally take my place back in this world nut while I'm there I might as well make myself useful to the natives and earn some cash while I'm training.as I make this plan I realize that I'm standing right at my trucks door and I am now subconsciously ready to do what I noted in my mind, the voice told me "yeah I think that is a good idea so that no one goes looking looking for you anywhere your family owns and it leaves you on the down-low so you can live life peacefully before you have to go to the next and come back to save your world from complete annihilation."
