Fall of Equestria-Part one
Twilight woke woke a start. She looked around wildly, making sure she was in the castle. She sighed, she was still there. Spike was snoring quietly in his little basket, Twilight smiled as she watched him sleep. Then she looked out the window, forgetting her unpleasant dream...
It was still dark out.
She looked at her alarm clock. Wait... that wasn't right. It was well past noon. She had slept in! No, it was still dark out! Where was princess Luna? Twilight shook the rest of the sleep from her eyes and got out of her bed.
"Spike?" She shook him slightly. He groaned sleepily.
"Spii-iike?!" She shook him harder this time. He groaned louder this time, waking up.
~yawn~ "What Twilight?" He sat up, then frowned. "It's still dark out, so this better be good."
"That's just it, spike. Its still dark out." She Levitated the alarm clock over. "Look at the time!"
He peered at the clock, then rubbed his eyes sleepily. "That's not right...."
"What's not right?" Said another voice.
Twilight looked up at the bed, She had completely forgotten Flash was there. They had been married for a couple years.
"Flash" Twilight started. "Look out the window..."
He looked to the window, then back to Twilight and raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah...? It's still dark out." He stated.
Twilight showed him the clock. He gave her a confused look.
"That's... not right."
"I know" She said concerned. Was it possible Luna...? No, she had learned from her mistakes, right?
Just to save you some time, I'll tell you now. She was wrong.
Flash got out of the bed, and stood next to Twilight, who was still by Spike's basket. Twilight looked to him, her face full of so many confused emotions.
"Flash, I need to go see Celestia."
He nodded a response The opened his mouth. "I'm coming with you."
She started to refuse, then thought better of it. If she knew flash, and trust me, she does, She knew he would insist he go with her.
"Spike, stay here."
Spike nodded grimly.
"Lets go Flash."
