Chapters No Rarity you can't have them
The six friends: Twilight sparkle, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow dash and Pinkie pie were in the local park having a pleasant picnic. Twilight was trying to comprehend pinkie's jokes, Rarity and Fluttershy was engaged with light chatter while eating a variety of foods and Rainbow and Applejack were in a heated game of catch.
Aj and Rainbow were throwing the ball closely to the picnic blanket where the others were without knowing it, until Rarity couldn't ignore the constant Ball throwing over her head any longer. "Would you two play your little game some where it can't hit us?" she said trying to keep her cool.
Rainbow dash and Applejack were too focused on the ball to listen to rarity's request and continued to throw the ball over her head. Every time it did so, Rarity twitched and the others on the picnic blanket could tell she was going to burst soon.
After a slightly too high throw from Applejack the ball hurtles away from the group and falls behind a bush. "Aww dang it Aj, try to keep it lower next time!" Rainbow shouted over to Applejack
"My bad"Applejack replied back
"Now that you are not distracted by that ball you can listen to what I was trying to say before!" Rarity's voice raising at every word she said. "You two were getting very close to us, if I didn't notice it when I did one of us could of been hurt, be careful next time okay" Rarity practically scolded the two.
"Sorry rare, we'll try to keep it under control next time, right Applejack" Rainbow said purposely shouting the last part to Aj.
"Yep, we got it under control"Applejack replied
"Okay I'm going to get the ball" Rainbow spoke as she began to walk in the direction where the ball landed.
Twilight rose to her feet explaining why she should get it "O-Oh wait, I'll get it for you, I'm much closer to where it is right now, you would save time which means you will have roughly 3..."
"OK OK you can get it, I don't want to hear you talk egghead." Rainbow allowed Twilight to go while covering her ears
"Geez you don't have to be like that" Twilight said walking over to the bush where the ball landed.
As she walked through the bush she scouted where the ball might of landed, until she saw it resting up against an oddly placed stone.
She tried to ignore it but her curiosity got the best of her, she moved the ball and turned to the stone so she could study it. It was a typical greyish rock except it was very smooth and looked like it was carved as it was a perfect oval shape. Twilight looked closer at the oddly perfect stone just lying in the middle of the park, small but understandable writing was etched across the stone's surface. It said "Who ever finds this chest must understand the powers it posses are joined with the chosen ones."
'Chest? What chest?' Twilight thought to herself 'Maybe it's buried underneath the stone, yeah that must be it'
With that Twilight starts digging with her hands trying to find the aforementioned chest, it seemed to be useless until Twilight scraped against something wooden. Showing a face of excitement she continued to dig until she unearthed the chest enough to be pulled out. After several tugs, the chest is released from the ground for who knows how long. Twilight looked at the chest in her hands and smiled, it looked like your typical treasure chest mostly made of wood with metal supporting it, holding the chest together, what was missing though was that instead of a lock it only had a sliding latch that didn't seem to having any sort of locking mechanism at all. Twilight had to show this to her friends, she went to retrieve the ball and returned to the others holding the ball and the chest.
"So did you find the ball? Also what is that!?" Rainbow shouted
Twilight threw the ball back to Rainbow and went to sit back down placing the chest in front of her. "Guys come check this out, i think it might be some kind of treasure chest" Twilight asked her friends to come over, which they complied to.
"A treasure chest, ooohhh do you think it might be filled with gold or silver or gems or maybe even some very old but possibly still fine to eat sugary goods!" Pinkie pie bounced over asking Twilight with as much glee as Twilight was showing.
Everyone looked at Pinkie with a 'are you serious' look to which Pinkie simply said "What, it could happen."
Rarity known for not liking dirt was clearly disgusted at all the dirt on Twilight's hands and on the chest "Twilight darling, as much as I am happy to hear treasure could be in that chest, could you of at least gotten a shovel to dig it up" Rarity spoke to twilight trying to avoid looking at her dirty hands.
"It wasn't that deep Rarity, it was either dig with my hands or not dig it up at all"
Rarity just huffed and gave a gesture to Twilight to open it up. Twilight happily did so, she slid the latch to the right with a satisfying thunk and pushed the chest lid up, what she found made everyone gasp.
Inside were six beautiful gemstones neatly positioned in a circle laying on red fabric, each one was a different colour. They were Purple, white/clear, pale pink, orange, blue and bright pink. Everyone was in awe at the most likely valuable precious stones, Rarity more than the rest.
"I must have them, Twilight let me have them please, please, please~!" Rarity begged.
"I found it Rarity so I decide what to do with them, but since I'm not a jerk I'll let you have your pick of only one, that includes all of you" Twilight replied.
"Oh thank you Twilight, I might take that one that looks like it may be a diamond" Rarity thanked Twilight before plucking the stone out of the box.
"I might take this super cool bright pink one over here" Pinkie spoke as she butted in next to Rarity, claiming the stone.
"I-I might t-take t-that one over there...if you don't mind that Twilight" Fluttershy spoke up pointing to the pale pink one.
"Not at all Fluttershy, take it." Twilight replied back.
Fluttershy happily did so, next was rainbow dash to pick one. "I'm not really into those kinds of things but... I might take that awesome blue one" she stated "Who knows it might be worth a ton."
Twilight turned to Applejack who didn't seem to be pleased with it all. "What's wrong AJ?" she asked her farmer girl friend.
"What's wrong is that these gems aren't yours, they should be given over to a museum or something, not claimed as yours to cash in or used on a dress!" she shouted as she looked to Rainbow and Rarity clearly aware of their intentions.
"Come one AJ, how many times do you find a chest with most likely valuable gemstones in it? Tell me you don't want one even just a little? Rainbow told Applejack.
Applejack stood there trying to make sense of all this and if she should take one, eventually she gave up and asked Twilight if she could have the orange one.
"I knew you would change your mind eventually" Twilight spoke up once more.
'Yeah, yeah don't make a song and dance about it" she replied back.
Pinkie rose to her feet and she opened her mouth to speak when Rainbow dash covered her mouth before she could.
"Its an expression Pinkie" Rainbow stated to the crazy pink haired girl who could only muster a cute 'aww'
Twilight looked down at the chest once more, staring at the purple stone left in the box. "I-I guess I'll take this one then" she clutched the stone in her hand.
Suddenly a bright burst of light shot out from the stone bathing Twilight in it, this happened with everyone else too, light showering the girls completely. Twilight couldn't tell what was happening as it just happened in the blink of an eye, she tried to call to her friends but was only given silence except for the sound of the light all around her. Before she could say anything else her vision went completely white.

So... we have wings
Twilight's vision began to clear, the light was dissipating and she could see the park and her friends once more. Speaking of her friends, when she turned her gaze to inspect them, they all looked... different. Instead of their normal attire they were wearing sparkly and very colourful clothes, but what was the most bizarre was that everyone had wings!
"What the? Guys you all have wings!" Twilight shouted
Rainbow dash looked over herself then looked at Twilight and responded "So do you Twilight!" she exclaimed
Twilight instantly went to feel her back and true to Rainbow dash's words, she did have a pair of smallish wings as well.
"Guys we need a mirror or window now!" Twilight spoke to everyone. After calming Fluttershy down, who had nearly fainted when she first found she had wings, they approached the nearest large building window and got a good look at their appearance. For starters: Pinkie pie had a solid bright pink top that had only one strap with a matching coloured skirt, as for her wings they looked like a mix match of blue and yellow balloons.
Rainbow dash had a double strapped blue top and skirt, both had rainbow streaks in them. She also had a blue strip of cloth that connected the skirt to the top. Some of her hair was tied and was draped over one of her shoulders, lastly her wings were multicoloured and very spiky, almost like they could cut you.
Applejack had an orange dress instead of a two piece outfit, she also had a bright brown vest on, her hair was tied in a braid and her hat was looking more flashy. Her wings looked like normal butterfly wings but they had red and greens in there resembling apples.
Fluttershy had a mixed pink and yellow top with a short skirt that had several pink butterflies on the hip, some of her hair was tied in a high pony tail and another tie was around the lower portion of the hair. She had pink fabric gauntlets on around her arms, as for her wings they looked once again like normal butterfly wings except they had pink and yellow mixed into them, detailing little butterflies.
Rarity had a turquoise top on with a short skirt, also having a few diamonds on the hip. The lower part of her hair was tied in a low pony tail or fish tail and she had diamond looking wings.
Lastly Twilight had a purple top which the bottom part actually dipped upwards making an arrow shape, she had a matching purple skirt with a few stars on the hip and also in her hair. She had gauntlets like Fluttershy except they were purple and her purple and pink wings had a spiky star like appearance.
All of them donned high heeled boots.
They all looked wide eyed and mouths agape at their stunning appearances, none of them knew what to say...until Applejack broke the silence "Well that's new" she stated.
"Now that's the understatement of the year Aj" Rainbow replied
"How could those gems do ...this!?" Twilight said to no one in particular as she paced around thinking what to do.
"Speaking of the gems Twi, I noticed we are all wearing them" Pinkie spoke up while looking at her new outfit.
Everyone instantly felt around their necks and as Pinkie said, they were all wearing the gems. "Hey if we have wings do you think we could fly?" Rainbow dash said gesturing to her wings.
Twilight pondered the question before giving a reply "I suppose so, but we may need to test it out fir..."
"Some one help!" a random bystander interrupted Twilight from not very far away.
"What was that?" Applejack asked.
Rainbow dash had (somehow) managed to lift off the ground with her wings and scout ahead to see what the problem was. Her face became startled and she turned to tell the others of her findings "Guys a burglary, we need to stop those thieves!" she shouted.
Twilight ordered the others "Come on you guys, we can't stand here idly by and do nothing, let's go."
With those words they fled to the scene of the crime.
"So Twilight darling, what exactly were you going to do after we arrive at the crime?" Rarity said as they arrive at the in progress burgled jewellery store.
Twilight thought for a moment then came up blank faced, "I-I didn't think that far ahead" Twilight admitted to which everyone faced palmed.
"Never mine the burglars are coming out of the store!" Applejack yelled out
As the 4 burglars exited the store with bags filled with loot they looked puzzled at the six girls with wings and sparkly outfits standing in their way, but their faces contorted to grins when they saw the gemstones around their necks. "Check those gems out boys, they could be worth a fair bit too" one spoke to the others.
"Lets take em now" another replied back.
The burglars dropped the bags and ran at the girls in an attempt to snatch the gems. "Guys watch out!" Rainbow said to her grounded friends. Luckily they jumped away and in their panic started to fly with Rainbow.
"Whoohoo, This is amazing!" Pinkie screamed happily as she flew around in circles.
"This is just wonderful" Fluttershy managed to say still showing nervousness in her voice.
"That's great and all guys, but we need to stop the burglars, any ideas" Twilight halted their excited statements with a question.
"Yeah one, attack!" Rainbow shouted blasting an orb of blue magic from her hand at the burglars, which hit the burglars sending them falling backwards to the said ground.
"How did you do that Rainbow?" Pinkie asked her rainbow haired friend.
"I-I don't actually know I just wanted to hit them and it happened."
Applejack thought over Rainbow's words and then tested them out for herself.
She turned to the burglars on the ground and rose her hand, suddenly roots erupted from the road and wrapped around two of the burglars, while another burglar stumbled to his feet and went ahead and threw a large rock at Rarity. "Rarity look out!" Aj shouted to warn the fashionista.
Rarity turned at the right time and automatically drew her hands to her face, but before the rock connected a diamond shaped shield appeared out of nowhere and deflected it.
Twilight the came around and blasted a magical ball of energy at the burglar, sending him flying away "Yeah got him" Twilight cheered.
"Oooh my turn now!" Pinkie cheerfully said, she put both hands in front of herself, outstretched she pulls a silly face and not long after a large balloon appeared around the last burglar, capturing him. He fruitlessly tried to punch at the balloon's surface before angrily giving up after several punches.
When all the burglars were defeated the girls came together and cheered. "Aww yeah! we were totally awesome, did you see me with that blast!" Rainbow was incredibly giddy.
"Yes we did Rainbow, but I think its time to hustle" Twilight said pointing at the police cars arriving at the scene.
"OK guys let's bounce" Applejack ordered as they fled the area.
"Well that was thing" Twilight said to everyone as they made it back to the park, to which they agreed to.
"So can we change back now? I mean this is cool and all, but we can't turn up to school like this" Rainbow asked.
Twilight was stumped at the question, she had no idea how to change back after pondering the question she figured something out. "Guys we can try imagining transforming back, just like when we thought about shooting those attacks" Twilight replied to the question.
"Well it's worth a shot" Rarity spoke up
The six girls closed their eyes and concentrated on transforming back, after what felt like an eternity, a familiar light shines over them only this time very quickly.
Opening their eyes they breathe a sigh of relief, "Good, now with that over we should head home, I'll see you girls later" Applejack stated before departing the group.
"I'm going to bring the chest back with me and see if I can research what's happened to us" Twilight responded picking up the chest.
The six girls said their goodbyes to one another and went either by themselves or in groups of two. Fluttershy walked alone, although for some reason she had a very sad look on her face.
Twilight returned home thinking about the events that transpired just 2 hours ago, 'how could a gemstone give magical powers and the ability to change the wielder into....well a fairy' Twilight thought as she entered the house, clutching the purple stone in her hand. Greeting her parents and her brother she proceeds to walk upstairs to her room and begin some research. "I know that book is somewhere, but where?" Twilight said aloud, she started to scan through her large collection of books on her overly crowded colossal bookshelf in the mythical and magical section. If there was anything to learn about these stones and the powers, this book would have it. Twilight was beginning to get frustrated as she was having no luck finding the book, until she stopped suddenly on one book that turned out to be the one she was looking for, 'Magical relics and powers from fairytale realms' this was it the book that may help Twilight to understand the gemstones. Twilight eagerly pulled out the book and raced over to her desk to begin her search.
Twilight searched through different chapters of the book looking for anything related to the gemstones, eventually her face took on a look of joy as she came to chapter 14 'Magic stones and other small magical objects', Twilight read through the chapter, she found that the stones where normal stones infused with pure raw magic, by already magical creature, that could only be unlocked and used when a specific person (the chosen one) holds it in their hand. It grants the wielder of the stone a certain magic element in which they obtain many different powers related to that element such as animal based abilities if they wield an animal element or being able to move faster and more agile if they have the element of wind. All wielders also gain a transformation that varies depending on what gender they are or what the creator of the gem desired, the most common ones are fairies and dragons, although these a specific to one gender Fairies= female and Dragons =male. "Fairies huh...well I was expecting something a bit stranger but to be honest something like that isn't very odd" Twilight said as she remembered the random things that have happened over the years. Twilight returned to the chapter, when the wielder obtains the gemstone for the first time they have the transformation known as 'magic winx' this transformation is not permanent as the wielder can gain new transformations by doing something significant that would deem you worthy of the next transformation. But there are also upgrades that are more like powers than transformations such as the power obtainable once you have magic winx, this power is called 'Charmix'. Charmix gives the wielder a charm (hence the name) located somewhere on their body and another item female= a bag and male= a belt with useful items, to get Charmix the person must accomplish a deed that makes the wielder and those they are helping both feel happy, from there the charm will appear for a brief moment, signalling that you have Charmix.
Twilight continued to read through the chapter until she was satisfied with the added knowledge....well until her mother called her for dinner but you get the idea. Twilight had a lot to explain to her friends about the stones and she felt incredibly giddy to start.
"So basically we have turned into fairies with magical powers?" Rainbow asked Twilight who had just finished explaining what she had learned to her friends while they sat at recess.
"Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. It's strange but kinda cool don't you think?" Twilight replied, ending with a question.
"Of course it is darling, but what if people recognize us from the newspaper, we didn't exactly have masks on" Rarity responded.
"Paper? What Paper?" Twilight responded.
Rarity turned to Applejack who realizing she was the focus, pulled out and dropped a newspaper on the table they sat at. On the front cover was the six of them fighting the burglars (technically five), the headline written in bold lettering said 'Winged Heroines stop burglars'. Twilight was shocked at this. "How did they do this, I'm sure no one else was around during the robbery other than a few bystanders"
"You know how they are Twilight, the media can get a story no matter what you do to cover it up" Applejack replied while she ate an apple.
"True, but still you guys know how this works in superhero movies, despite how similar the hero looks like a friend the other friend isn't going think they are alike" Twilight stated.
"Are you sure, that will work here?" Rainbow spoke up once more.
"Positive" Twilight said simply.
After recess the group went to their next classes and true to Twilight's words no one went and asked them if they were the flying heroines. Rainbow was a little upset that she couldn't gloat over how much more awesome she had become, but she remembered how girly she looked while doing and decided to leave it to the imagination's of the other school students, she rather not be laughed at by every sport she was a member of including the ones she was captain of.
Eventually the day was coming to a close and the girls were beginning to make their departure for the warm embrace of home. But this thought was halted when someone could be heard screaming. "No let me go!" they cried.
The girls stopped in place and Rainbow asked them "Did you guys hear that?". They nodded. Rainbow wasting no time ran straight for the source of the cry. She came to a stop on an alley way where two large and mean looking teens were pestering a young boy of probably 10.
Rainbow pulling a scowl shouted out to the bullies "Hey you two Chumps, why don't you pick on someone your own size!"
The bullies in question turned to her, both giving a grin, the slightly larger one in front speaks up "Funny thing to say coming from you girly" he laughed.
"Oh that's it, you're gonna get it now!" Rainbow shouted as she started to a sprint at the bullies.
"Oi watch this man" he turned to his buddy for a moment then turned back readying his fist, as Dash came close enough he went for a swing at the face...only for Dash to dodge very quickly out of the way and land her own attack. "Ow, what the hell!?" the bully shouted out as he continued to land failed hits on the untouchable Rainbow dash. After one attack leaves him completely off guard, Rainbow lands a hit right in the chest sending him on the ground to writhe in pain.
The other bully stands still completely shocked, Dash looks to him and says "Boo". To put simply he ran away, his buddy on the ground and managed to get up and follow him.
Rainbow gives a sigh turning to the kid she makes sure he's ok "You alright kid, they didn't hurt you at all?" she asked in the sweetest tone she could muster.
The kid shook his head, he seemed too shy to say anything, "Well run along and don't come across any more bullies" Rainbow ordered the boy. He nodded an ran away smiling.
The others who had been watching the whole time, appeared Twilight spoke first "That was amazing Rainbow, I'm guessing your new powers helped out a bit hmm?"
"I ...guess they did, that's so cool!" she shouted just realising what she did. The others all just praised her, that turned out to be a mistake as her ego inflated like a balloon.
Not before Pinkie deflated it again with what she had to say "Ohh we are gonna love watching this over and over again" she giggled
Rainbow dash was confused with Pinkie's words "What do you mean, the fight...well I'm fine with watching that aga..." she asked before being cut off by Pinkie.
"Oh not the fight silly, the part where you sound really girly to the little boy" Pinkie stated simply with her trademark smile.
Rainbow could only say three words "....Darn you Pinkie."
"So what do we do if something like that burglary happens again Twilight?" Rainbow asked Twilight as she read over the book for any other details that may become useful to them.
The girls were sitting out in the park, like they did when this all began, except they were just hanging to discuss their magical change.
Twilight looked up from the book and gave a response "We try to do whatever we can to stop it, while we never agreed to do this...we frankly don't have a choice now. With these powers we can help a lot of people, but in the wrong hands it would only destroy" Twilight replied.
"Well, I never thought we would be wrapped up into such a predicament, but I can't deny that this is pretty amazing" Applejack spoke up.
"I must agree with Applejack, this is something simply remarkable to happen and to us, now that's even better. I also adore those sparkly outfits and the functional wings too." Rarity said as she focused on filing her nails.
Twilight laughed quietly at Rarity's last comment, the fashionista was bound to say something about the outfits they done. It was a matter of waiting for it to happen. After finishing her giggle session, Twilight noticed something odd over where Pinkie was, Fluttershy was sitting behind the party girl reading. Now that wasn't the odd thing, what was odd was that she looked upset; almost on the verge of bursting into tears. 'What was wrong with her?' Twilight thought. Twilight decided to succumb to her curiosity and go over and ask her shy friend what was making her blue.
"Hey Fluttershy, what's the matter. You seem like you're going to cry?" Twilight asked.
Fluttershy seemed startled by Twilight's words, she instantly responded trying her best not to look away from the book she was reading. "I...um...ah...it's nothing Twilight...just this...book... yes this book. It's a sad one so that's why I look like that"
Twilight looked at the book with a puzzled look then smiled as she turned to face the timid girl once more. "Fluttershy, I know books better than any of you and that book" Twilight gestured by pointing at the tome "Is a comedy, I should know I've read it a dozen times. You are trying to feel better by reading it, so don't lie to me saying that the book is what's making you sad, just please Fluttershy tell me what's up" Twilight was near to begging.
Fluttershy looked at Twilight, sighed and closed the book. "I feel...useless" Fluttershy responded weakly.
Twilight gasped "Fluttershy, you are not useless, you are actually incredibly helpful. What makes you think you are useless?" Twilight asked.
Fluttershy turned to face Twilight now "During the fight with the burglars...I didn't...do anything, all I did was watch in fear as you five fought and claimed victory over the thieves. I just couldn't do it, I felt like nothing more than a mascot." Fluttershy replied close to crying this time.
Twilight used her next words carefully "I was aware that you didn't participate, but of all the girls I expected to not fight the thieves, was you. The reason why is because you've never been in a fight and you aren't aware of the dangers. Technically only Rainbow and Aj have been in fights before but we couldn't let them do everything, so we sucked up the fear and went in head first. As for you, well yo have a little more fear than the rest of us so that pretty much speaks for itself."
Twilight looked straight into Fluttershy's eyes "Next time we do something like this, you might be ready to help. Don't take it so hard Fluttershy, it was your first time" Twilight stated.
Fluttershy smiled for the first time during the talk "Ok, thank you Twi" she said.
As the two hugged Rainbow ran over shouting for them "Guys, we have serious trouble!" she shouted.
Twilight turned to Fluttershy "Well look at that, time to change things around" she said.
Twilight with Fluttershy in tow, ran over to were the rest of the group had huddled. "Guys what's going on?!" Twilight shouted trying to get a decent answer.
"Well you know just a little earlier when you said that we need to use these powers to help people?" Applejack answered.
Twilight nodded "Yeah?"
"Well I think we need to use them now. Because two big ogre or troll things are attacking the town." Rainbow stated.
Twilight blinked in confusion "You can't be serious, right?" Twilight asked.
Rainbow rolled her eyes "Twilight, we have magical powers now and fly, do you really think something like an ogre is a stretch?" she questioned.
"Oh yeah...well let's go and help then!" Twilight shouted, the group ran off in the direction of the action hoping to stop the threat before it got to out of control. Fluttershy still felt nervous, thugs were one thing but giant monsters were in a completely different court, still she couldn't stay behind so wrestling as much of her fear down and courage up she followed the rest of the group.
The girls halted their sprint as they found the problem. A large yellow ogre wearing brown overalls grabbed random citizens and shouted at them, while a large blue troll with long black hair and wearing only a belt or harness around his legs, smashed apart buildings and cars with his mighty club. Rarity cringed at their attire "My lord, they may be monsters but that doesn't mean they have to wear such terrible clothes...well what clothes they do wear" Rarity grinned while pointing to the troll.
The ogre wasn't just shouting at people, it was speaking, Twilight moved closer making sure she was hidden) so she could hear what it was saying "Were are they! Tell me little human were are those flying girls at!" the ogre boomed.
The man held in his grasp spluttered a response "I-I-I d-don't k-know what y-your talking a-about" the man said in a frightened state. The ogre growled at him before tossing him on the pavement like a bundle of clothes.
"Where are you fairies!" he shouted.
Twilight gasped 'He's looking for us. We could run away but that would mean they won't stop wrecking the town. *Sigh" It looks like we are gonna have to act' Twilight thought. She rose from her hiding spot and yelled at the ogre "Hey, you looking for us!"
The ogre turned towards the voice "You!" he shouted. "You are coming with us"
Rainbow stood in front of Twilight and the rest circled around her "We aren't going anyway!" she shouted to the ogre.
The ogre smirked "Well see about that. Hunting Troll grab them!" he replied.
The Troll in question turned around and charged towards the six girls. "Uhh how do we transform?" Applejack asked a very good (and important) question.
Twilight remembered something from the book "We shout 'Magic winx' and it will happen." Twilight responded.
"Really?" Rainbow said with a sigh.
"We don't have time to question it so let's go!" Applejack stated.
The girls stood together and shouted "Magic Winx!"
The surging white light returned and the girls were enveloped by it. They could feel changes happen suddenly and as soon as it started, it finished, and they were standing back in the street...with the Troll running towards them. They jumped out of the way of the troll and began to fly, it was time to fight.
The Troll swung it's club at the girls, Fluttershy still seemed nervous, she tried to keep as far away as she could from the monster while the others did what they could. "Blistering star!" Twilight shouted as she blasted the Troll's back.
"I've got this, shocking lightning!" Rainbow yelled as she shot out sparks of from her hands at the Troll, the beast seemed barely phased by the attack. "What!" Rainbow shouted looking puzzled.
It's probably used to magic Rainbow, we need to hit were it's weak!" Applejack shouted to her sporty friend. "If I can immobilize it, you guys can take some hits were it could hurt!"
"Good thinking Aj, alright girls, let's distract the Troll until Applejack is in position!" Twilight stated. The others nodded and they began to distract the monster.
Over here you big Blueberry!" Pinkie taunted as she dodge the Troll's attacks, she seemed untouchable until one wrong move lead to her crashing into a wall and plummeting to the ground. The Troll took the advantage to pound the pink haired girl, Rarity noticed and rushed to help.
"Pinkie watch out, Diamond shards!" Rarity yelled shooting forth a barrage of diamonds at the Troll sending it off balance. Applejack was in position and she took her chance.
"Constricting vines!" she shouted, vines erupted from the pavement and from buildings wrapping around the Troll's arms and Legs. "I've got it's limbs immobilized, but not for long. Take your shot's!"
The others didn't need to be asked twice. "I've got it's face, you guys go and fire at any place that looks like it could hurt!" Rainbow said. Rarity went for one of it's shoulders, Pinkie targeted the chest and Twilight went for one of it's arm's.
They all fired at once. "Thunder clap!" Rainbow shouted.
Their attacks connected and as Applejack let go of the vines, the Troll was sent flying backwards, the Club blowing up into splinters."Yeah nice one guys!" Rainbow cheered.
"Hey were is Applejack?" Rarity asked. The others looked around and they noticed that the farm girl was indeed gone.
The others hovered down to were she was standing last "She can't of gone far" Twilight stated. Still gazing around the heard Fluttershy yell...as much as she could at least.
"Guys watch out!" She said. The ogre appeared from behind them, with their guard down the ogre was able to take them out one by one. The girls landed with a thud, Twilight lifted her head and she could make out Applejack in the corner of her eye laying on her back.
"Now 5 down one to go" the ogre smirked as he looked at the timid girl flying above.
"Oh my, what do I do?" Fluttershy said to herself.
"You can do it Fluttershy!" Twilight shouted from below. "We believe in you!"
Fluttershy widened her eyes at those words, she looked at her hands briefly, before clenching them and looking back up at the the ogre with an angry look on her face.
"Alright mister, you cannot hurt my friends without crossing me!" she shouted. The ogre laughed at her words, this only made Fluttershy angrier.
'What are you going to do? From what I remember you didn't do a thing against those burglars yesterday. What can you possibly do to stop me!" he growled out.
Fluttershy responded while coming down to the ground "This, Bear claw!" Fluttershy yelled blasting a large magical bear paw at the ogre punching him in the face, she did it a second time but with the other fist. The ogre stumbled backwards.
"That strength, but how?" he shouted in confusion.
Fluttershy replied "It doesn't matter how, just believe it! Lion heart!" a bright burst of energy shot forwards, hurtling the ogre over to where the Troll landed.
"Now leave, or do you want some more punishment!" Fluttershy asked.
The ogre stumbled to his feet "Grrr, I'll be getting punishment from my master's because of you!" he responded, clapping his hands together, the ogre and the troll disappeared without a trace.
Fluttershy flew over to her friends "Are you guys okay?" You aren't hurt?" she asked.
"Nah were alright" Rainbow replied getting back up "But you just, wow Fluttershy, I didn't think you had it in you"
"Yes I must agree with Rainbow, darling, you were just spectacular!" Rarity spoke up.
Twilight patted Fluttershy on the back "I knew you could do it Fluttershy" Twilight smiled
Fluttershy smiled back "All thanks to you" she replied.
After the six friend’s victory over the monsters in town, they departed for the local cafe to celebrate the success and also Fluttershy’s achievement in standing up and fighting back against the ogre that had felled her friends. If she didn’t fight, they would of all lost.
Rainbow dash was quick to give a constant shower of praise for the timid girl “I still can’t believe all that power you had behind your attacks. I mean... hiyah... “Bear claw!” she mimicked Fluttershy’s moves when she performed the spells.
Applejack put her bit in on the conversation “I agree with Dash, you handled yourself as smoothly as butter out there. You’re kinda like our...our” she trailed off trying to wonder what word would best describe Fluttershy earlier on in the fight.
“Like our secret weapon!” Pinkie appeared out of nowhere and finished Applejack’s sentence.
Applejack pulled her hand up and pushed Pinkie out of the way “Yes thank you Pinkie.” Sighing Applejack continued on “Anyway, you did great out there and we are all proud of you.”
The others agreed, but the real person to thank was Twilight, if she hadn’t talked with the shy girl beforehand, the fight would of become a total loss and then who knows what would've happened.
Speaking of Twilight, the book loving girl was deep in thought about what the ogre said before he fled the area. “Masters? That thing has masters?” she was so deep in thought that she completely ignored Pinkie waving both her hands in front of her face in an attempt to get her attention.
“Twilight!..Hey Twilight can you hear me!” So far it was doing nothing to Twilight, but after the Pink haired girl added in yelling and screaming into her routine of waving, the entire cafe’s population of people had turned to see what was all the commotion about.
Pinkie was about to start stomping on the table, when Twilight fixed her vision on Pinkie, a confused look on her face. “Pinkie what are you doing on the table?” she asked
Pinkie stopped what she was doing and gave a small laugh “Nothing...hehe”, getting off the table, she watches as the other cafe goers return to their own devices.
Rarity still tried to shake the sight of Pinkie going crazy on the table to wake Twilight from her thoughts, but eventually she forgot it and decided to ask the lavender girl why she had ignored the hyperactive girl’s antics. “Forgive me Twilight but I must ask, why exactly did you ignore Pinkie’s...colourful way of trying to obtain your attention?”
Twilight sighed, she knew that her friends had to know. She could keep her curiousness to try and figure out who these villains were to herself, but if she told her friends, the thought of having no trust in those that were close to her would be only a dream.
Pausing to clear her throat, she got comfortable and explained her thoughts to her friends “I was thinking about what the ogre monster said. About him being punished by his masters”
Fluttershy remembered him saying that and confirmed with Twilight that she knew too “I know what Twilight’s saying, after i knocked the monster back, he said that his masters would punish him.”
Twilight continued for her “And I think his master’s wanted us for something. Most definitely the gemstones we found.”
Rainbow dash jumped up from her seat and blurted out “Well why don’t we just give them to these guys and they’ll leave us alone”
Rarity replied before Twilight could say anything “Do you know how incredibly insane that idea is? If these “masters” wanted the gemstones, why couldn’t they come themselves and ask us for them. If they got monsters to terrorize the town so that the wielders of the stones would surface, their intention to use them can’t be good. In other words, we give these stones to the master, it won’t be pleasant.”
The athletic girl sits back down with a grumble. Applejack fiddles about with her drink as she questions Twilight “So what do we do now Twi?” Twilight shrugs, she may of been the leader of the group but she didn’t hold all the answers on what needed to be done next.
Pinkie decided to answer the question “How about for now, we just go home and get some rest. Then we can figure out what to do tomorrow” the immediate reaction Pinkie got was a collective of surprised and confused looks. “What?”
Twilight attempted to break the ice “It’s just that we’ve never gotten such a helpful response from you before. For us, you giving a sane and useful answer is equivalent to you twisting your head around a full 360 degrees like it was something you did all the time.”
Pinkie seemed to be listening to all but the important part “Oh I could try to turn my head around like that.” she said “Just...hngh...give me...ughg..a second!” she yelled as she tried to turn her head all the way round. Once more eliciting people to stare at her.
“Come on Pinkie, let’s get outta here and stop trying to hurt yourself” Rainbow dash ordered as she ushered out her other friends.
Pinkie started to follow, still trying to turn her head around “Almost...got it!” a joined sigh was what the others could manage to say.
“Why did I have to find that chest?” Twilight asked her bedroom ceiling, as expected the ceiling didn’t reply. Twilight thought, that if she didn’t find those gemstones, those monsters and the mysterious “masters” wouldn’t be after the girls and the power that the gemstones possessed. But at the same time, she felt lucky to have found them, because thanks to them, they stopped a robbery and also prevented the masters from claiming the stones for at least one day. It had been a crazy few days, but also some of the best Twilight had ever had, she couldn’t figure out how to feel now. Happy or angry with herself. Twilight sighed, she turned over onto her side, and looked out the window and wondered at the marvellously lit night sky. The burning orbs of pure light shone in space twinkling away, allowing Twilight to relax a tad. ‘The night sky always seems to calm me down, kinda like a happy place.’ Twilight thought ‘Hmm...maybe I could go sit out on the roof for a bit?’
She stepped out of bed, dropped to her feet and walked over to the window that opened up as an exit to the roof. But she then stops suddenly when she comes face to face with a figure wearing a hoodie, concealing their identity, on the roof “Hey who are you?” she asked.
No reply. The figure looked over to the way it came from and began to run. “Hey, hold it!” Twilight exclaimed. “Don’t run, I just want answers!”
Twilight threw the window open and lept out, she shakily stumbles on the tiles towards the stranger. Before she could reach them, she slipped and fell over the edge holding on by a hand. The figure takes the chance to leap off the roof and into a bush, seconds later they appeared, running off into the distance.
Unfortunately, no bushes were below Twilight so she had two options: the first plummet down and break something or the second...Transform.
Twilight thought about her choices ‘‘I don’t really like option one, so option two it is’
“Magic winx!” she shouted.
She let go of the roof glowing with bright light, just mere inches from the ground, she hovered in her fairy form.
“Now to get that person” she muttered.
Whizzing off she easily caught up with the stranger. “Stop! Just tell me why were you spying?” The stranger once more didn’t respond, they instead did something else. A burst of greenish energy fired from their hand and connected with Twilight pushing her back.
“Whoa! You can do magic too?” Twilight asked with fascination laced in her words, the stranger turned and ran off again.Leaving the curious girl to grumble at the lack of response on the stranger’s part. Twilight wasn’t having it “Oh no you don’t , Star wall!” she shouted, a large star speckled wall appeared, blocking any exits and stopped the stranger from leaving all together from the direction they intended to go.
“You have nowhere to run now, please just tell me. If you know what happened to me and my friends, I’m all ears”
She managed to pull a smile and wave at Twilight “H-Hey there. I’m Roxy”

I know it isn't that great. But it's all I could think of at the moment. Also Roxy enters the fray.
Deep somewhere in a shadowed forest just beyond the local town, was a clearing that held only few things. Many odd protrusions and dark looking objects jutted from the ground, and orb sat on a pedestal just before the centre of the clearing and lastly three thrones sat in the middle forming a straight line. From which three figures appeared and sat down on, the figure in the middle spoke up in a chilling voice "Knut come forward!" it shouted. The area in front of the thrones was clouded in more shadow, many gleaming red eyes stared at the large yellow ogre as he appeared from the shadowy background.
"Yes your scariness, what do you need of me?" the ogre named "Knut" replied.
The figure got up and waved its hand, the orb on the pedestal started to react, a trail of smoke coiled around within and then an image appeared of the six girls fighting the burglars. "Look at this" it replied to Knut's question.
Knut looked at the orb and gasped "Those girls... they have the stones? Does that mean they are..." Knut asked before being shut down by the figure shouting.
"They are FAIRIES!" the figure empathized with great distaste for 'fairies'.
"WE want you Knut to find them and bring them too us, now that these incompetent girls discovered the stones for us. We can claim their magic for ourselves and finally take rule of the Magic dimension!" the figure ordered the slightly terrified ogre.
"Do..Do I get to take my hunting troll with me?"Knut questioned the figure.
"Yes...maybe then you will be successful for once" the figure replied.
"Oh thank you mistresses, I won't let you down" Knut said with renewed happiness.
Knut turned to leave, but the figure on the middle stopped him one last time. "You better live up to those words Knut, because if you don't there will be punishment"
Knut bowed and said "Of course...Mistress Icy"

Oh look at that, the villains revealed (If you know Winx club, you will know the who the villians are). This is just a little chapter introducing the enemy, don't worry the story will progress properly...eventually
