Matilda came in her house in the middle of the night with the Screwball's whole family. Mothball was wearing a silver mask that doesn't reveal his face. They came into the bedroom, Cranky's sound asleep. The adult ponies, Discord, and Matilda were standing on the right side of the bed. The younger ponies and the disguised changeling were on the left side of the bed. Matilda was thinking of doing a midnight on her husband while he's asleep. Cranky will get really angry when somepony pranks him, but it gets really funny. "Are you set, Mothy?", Screwball whispered.
"Yeah, I'm all set.", Mothball said. "What should I do?"
"Do a little dance around the bed.", Discord whispered.
Mothball lowered a bit and crawled around the bed. He got his legs prepared to pounce on Cranky and wrestle him. He looked at the pink pony with the spiral eyes. Screwball winked and Mothball pounced on Cranky.
Cranky screamed as Mothball attacked him on the bed. Mothball snarled behind his mask.
"AHHHHHHHHH I CAN'T BREATHE! I CAN'T BREATHE!", Cranky screamed. "AHHHHH YOU CRAZY HAG! GET HIM OFF ME!"
Mothball jumped off the bed. Everypony started laughing.
"That's not a hag, it's just a boy.", Matilda said. "You alright."
"Uh-huh!", Cranky moaned. "Oh my gosh, I thought a hag got me!"
"You can take off your mask.", Twilight said.
Mothball removed his mask and Cranky coughed.
"You see that, Sweetie?", Matilda asked.
"I'll get you, you little--", Cranky coughed.
"That's the hag.", Matilda said.
"I thought a hag got me.", Cranky said.
"Wait.", Mothball said. "You hear that?"
Everypony was silent, they couldn't hear anything. Then, Mothball darted his face at Cranky and snarled again. Cranky screamed and the whole laughed again.
"Little brat.", Cranky mumbled.
"Little brat.", Mothball repeated, imitating Cranky.
Cranky coughed. "I can't breathe.", he moaned. "You hag boy, I'll get you for this."
Mothball put his mask to his face and did a little dance. "Goodness gracious.", Cinnamon Roll laughed.
"Did he hurt you?", Rainbow Dash asked.
"What time is it?", Cranky asked.
"Three in the morning.", Spike answered.
"THREE IN THE MORNING!?", Cranky yelled. He wasn't used to waken up so early.
"You're not hurt, are you?", Matilda asked.
"NO I'M NOT HURT, BUT SCARED THE SNOT OUT OF ME!", Cranky yelled.
"Yeah, it is a little late.", Applejack said.
"It could be freaky for some ponies.", Thunder said.
"Good lord, you could have crushed my bones while wearing a mask!", Cranky said.
"Who's the hag now?", Rarity asked teasingly.
"Oh gosh, I have a headache.", Cranky mumbled touching his head.
Matilda looked at one of Cranky's hooves. "What's that on your hoof, snot?", Matilda asked.
"Who knows.", Cranky mumbled again. He turned to Mothball. "Good lord, you gave me a heart attack, boy!" Then, he turned to the others on his right. "Who set this up?", he asked.
"I did.", Matilda said.
"You set this up?", Cranky asked.
"Yes, of course.", Matilda said. "Why do you sleep while it's hot in here?"
"Yeah, my hooves are starting to sweat.", Screwball said.
"Because, I don't want to pay the light bill!", Cranky yelled. Sometimes, he doesn't like to use electricity, otherwise, it will waste.
"Goodness.", Mothball said.
"Ok, I got plenty more for you, Honey.", Matilda said.
"No! No! I'll get your butt.", Cranky said pointing to Mothball. "I'll get you, boy."
"I'm pretty sure it will never happen.", Lightning said.
"Do you know who he's dating?", Matilda asked.
"No.", Cranky said.
"The pink pony with the spiral eyes and the purple and white mane.", Matilda said describing Screwball.
"Oh gosh! No! You're with him?", Cranky asked.
"Yeah, I'm dating him.", Screwball said. Mothball held his mask to his mane and ran behind Screwball's back hooves with silliness.
"Oh my gosh!", Cranky said.
"I saw him pranking ponies yesterday and she was dating him, I thought I would bring him over to prank you.", Matilda said.
"You and that little--", Cranky paused and touched his eyelids.
The younger ponies giggled as the donkey glared at them.
Cranky turned to the back to his wife. "WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE PLANNED, DARLING!? WHAT ELSE?!", Cranky asked screaming.
"Plenty.", Matilda said.
"Get them out of here.", Cranky mumbled. "You better get them out of here or I'll show my buns."
"No, Darling, that won't be necessary.", Matilda said.
"I'll rip them whipper-snapping tails off.", Mothball said.
Cranky touched his forehead and laid back down on his bed. Everypony laughed once more.
