Also, if you don't read that and the story before it, you will have no idea what is happening. If you have seen both stories, then you are free to read the next! So without further trash talk, I have to go through, I present to you my third ever fan fiction! I hope you enjoy it!
Chapter 1:The Portal Link
Every one of you pony fans out there must have wondered about one question: What if technology was spread to Equestria? With all the awesome technology we have today and even more, to come, it is such a mystery to why the pony world's technology is so far behind. Just look around us. Cars, electronics, appliances... Nearly everything is technology! But just why, are the ponies so far behind?
That, my friends, is where the emperor of Britannica, Frisk, comes into play, with her go-to partner and friend Twilight Sparkle.
The night they went back to the human world... it felt like it was yesterday. It's been a few months since they saved Equestria once again, and it wasn't that long since Twilight left her friends. However, she still misses them a lot. She thinks about them every day, even under the workload, she wasn't that stressed at all.
Once during the night, Frisk was just done with the things she needed to do for the day. When she was about to go back to her 'private' room, she passed by Twilight's room as she was the mayor and also lives in the palace. She heard the sounds of her sighing. Curious to know why she opened the door to talk to her.
'I heard your sigh from outside, is something bothering you, Twilly?' Frisk asked.
Twilight sighed again. 'I miss them...' She cried.
'Again? We've only been gone for a few months really,' Frisk went over to her, sitting on her bed.
'I know it feels annoying, but I really do.' Twilight said, looking out to the sky. 'I wish there was a better way to reach out to my friends.'
'Don't worry Twilly, I'm sure they will figure something out. Now that the princesses are back, I know they have an idea. Besides, I know you wouldn't fly such a long distance again just to see them.' Frisk told her, bringing her close with her arm.
'Thanks, Frisk, I'm glad you are always there for me.' Twilight said, feeling shy.
'Yeah, I feel the same.' Frisk felt shy too.
'Well, I guess I better go to sleep, see you in the morning.'
Frisk slowly walked out of the room. 'You too, goodnight.' She said softly as she closed the door.
Back in Equestria, Starlight Glimmer was doing a lot of mad science experimenting inside a lab that was in Twilight's castle, which only Twilight and she knew about.
'Okay, it's finished, did you get that book Pinkie?' She called out to Pinkie Pie.
'Sure! It's right here.' Pinkie replied, tossing the book to her with her mane.
Starlight was setting up some kind of portal, similar to the one that took Twilight to Canterlot High. She plans to use it to somehow draw a connection between this world and Earth after Pinkie was somehow able to know the coordinates of Earth (Thanks to her crazy 4th wall breaking skills I guess).
'Alright, coordinates of Earth, zoom in... Coordinates of the country... Good. Double check the coordinates, perfect.' She said to herself, setting up the targeted location she wants to teleport to. 'Now, just need to put that book in the right place...'
As the book was inserted into the slot if sent some magical current through the wires connected to the portal, and with a loud bang, a beautiful blue-colored portal has lighted up!
'It worked!' Pinkie exclaimed, giving Starlight a high-five.
'Not yet,' Starlight replied. 'I still need to see if the coordinates I set up go to the exact place I want. If it does, then the problem of Twilight and us being so far away immediately gets solved.'
'Please don't recreate what happened to Twilight this time...'
Upon her friend holding her hoof, she answered, 'Don't worry, if I'm correct, I should be fine. I'll be back in a minute.'
Pinkie Pie went to tell the group about Starlight going to Earth to reunite with Twilight (again), leaving Starlight to get her one shot at the experiment.
'Okay... I hope I see you on the other side, Twilight.' She thought, jumping through the portal.
Back in Britannica on Earth, it was just a peaceful night. Everyone was sleeping, and nothing was all that special. That is until Starlight's portal came in. Surprisingly, it took her right to the throne room of the palace!
'Yes! It worked!' She thought. 'But where's Twilight?'
She walked around the palace, trying to find where the two friends are. Suddenly, she came to Twilight's room. She knows that because Twilight told her before she became the mayor of the country, and this was the mayor's room. Carefully, she opened the door without a sound and went over to see the princess, sleeping quietly and in a deep, sweet sleep.
'Twilight...' She whispered, nudging her head.
'No, Frisk... Just let me sleep a bit more...' Twilight replied in a soft voice.
'Look over here...' Starlight whispered, smiling.
Twilight was annoyed for a bit. She turned around and saw her friend standing there.
'Ugh... what is it now-Huh? Starlight? Is that you? Am I dreaming?' She asked.
Starlight chuckled. 'No, this is the real deal, I'm here with you!'
Twilight immediately flapped the blanket away and hugged her friend. 'Oh my Celestia, how did you get here?' She was very surprised, but a little puzzled.
'I'll explain later,' She replied. 'Where's Frisk?'
'Come, I'll show you.' Twilight went out of the room, guiding Starlight to Frisk.
Frisk's room used to belong to the evil emperor she defeated, Gromiz. Thus, the room was very nice and cozy. Starlight came over and did the same thing.
'Hey, Frisk~ Guess who's here?' She whispered to her ear.
Frisk merely opened her eyes. 'Oh, stop messing with me Twilly... Oh! Starlight, it's you!' She flapped away her blanket and got up.
'Come with me, I'll show you why I was able to get to here in the first place.' Starlight explained, going back to the throne room. When the two saw the portal, they had no reason not to be surprised and gasp.
'You made a teleportation portal!?' Twilight was in shock. Starlight immediately covered the loud voice from her mouth.
'Shh! No one can know about this!' She replied nervously. She jumped through the portal. Seeing what she did, Twilight and Frisk immediately followed after her.
Something has gone wrong. We don't seem to have an archived copy of that chapter. The next day back on Earth, Frisk was pacing around the throne room when she was not having meetings with other officials and had free time, thinking about an interesting idea.
Asriel came in. 'What's the matter, sister?'
'I've been thinking,' She replied. 'We have this portal here in this room if we can send objects through the portal, and not just people, can we transfer things from this world to the pony world and back?' She pointed to the portal.
'It's worth a shot,' He said. 'And I have a cool idea...'
Frisk saw him fetching his camera and he handed it over to her. 'What's the camera for?'
'I never visited the pony world before, I was always curious about Twilight ever since you introduced her. It would be cool to look at how the pony world looks like,' Asriel explained.
So Frisk jumped into the portal to travel back to the pony world again.
After coming out of the portal from the other side, she found the camera around her neck was still there.
'It works!' She thought.
She went to the library to find Starlight, who was just casually reading books.
Starlight was curious when she saw her camera. 'Oh, hi Frisk, what's that on your neck?' She asked.
'This thing? Oh, it's a camera, we can use it to take pictures.' Frisk answered.
'Huh, it's not as big and bulky as the one Photo Finish has, pretty interesting.'
'Right, my brother wants me to take photos around Equestria to him since he has never visited this place before and wanted me to tell him about it. See you around,' Frisk said, as she walked out of the library.
So Frisk took photos around different places of Equestria to show him how good this place is. From the Canterlot castle to Rainbow falls, and other cool places, it was very different to how the human world looks, especially the technology.
Before sleeping, Frisk chatted with Asriel about Equestria and showed him the photos. During the middle, Twilight came in and saw what they were doing.
'Asriel? You're not supposed to-Wait, what are those pictures for?' She was sensing something fishy.
Frisk wanted to hide the camera quickly. 'This isn't how it looks!'
'Did you take photos from Equestria? But how?'
Asriel explained what happened. 'Frisk was wondering whether we can pass objects through the portals of the pony world and this world respectively, and when she tried to test that theory with my camera, I asked her to take some photos around Equestria, since I've never been there.'
Twilight immediately thought of something that wasn't good. 'Oh no, we cannot let the other humans know about this, or else they will try to take over our world! Just as I predicted before, I knew this could happen.'
'Well, I don't think they will straight up want to take over here, I guess they will just use your kind to their advantage, or maybe collaborate with you all to do research that may help our kind a lot,' Asriel replied.
As soon Frisk heard her brother, she thought of an awesome and incredible idea. '(Gasps) Asriel, you are a genius! Why didn't I think of this?'
'What are you saying?'
'We should actually help both of our kinds to collaborate on researching things that we never thought possible, it will be such a huge change!'
Twilight was curious on how it will work out. 'But, we don't have quite as good technology as you guys do here, how could we do that?'
'With the portal, anything can transfer through it. This means we can possibly transfer technology from our world and bring it into yours!' Frisk explained. 'In your world, electricity is obviously a major thing that you guys lack.If we can somehow generate electricity without harming your world's environment... It would be perfect.'
'There's one problem: Is this actually a good idea? I have the feeling the selfish rulers will try to encourage their people that they will be better off destroying our world to get our world's most precious things.' Twilight questioned.
'Come on, it's a great idea. I bet this will be great. I promise that nothing will go wrong,' Frisk replied, holding out her 'promise finger'.
'Okay... I trust you,' Twilight did the same, with the two fingers linking, they've made their promise.
Chapter 4:Worldwide attention
Through the next few years, empress Frisk wanted to bring human technology into the pony world, in order to get a shot at the human world collaborating with Equestria. Surprisingly after a bit of consideration, Celestia agreed to the plan. Even though funding was incredibly hard at first, it eventually worked out. This only gave the ponies a great idea, that was the same as us humans: Increasing the level of technology in their world. But how can this be done?
The answer was simple. After the pony world has successfully changed a lot thanks to technology, the news eventually spread to the human world. This became a viral sensation, and the humans were very interested. News flashes came left and right about the discovery of this magical world, and even hit the internet. Many theories popped up on social media talking about it, with headings like:
'The discovery that shocked the world'
'Equestria: Possibly the second Earth?'
'Country discovers mythical land!'
And, this was such a viral thing, that some people even go as far to venture into the world and try to negotiate with the ponies.
One day, a teenage boy got the news of this newly found land. He was shocked that the world of his favorite cartoon actually existed.
'Interesting indeed... Equestria exists? No way!' He thought. 'I shall venture out to this world one day.'
So during the long holidays, he decided to see if he can get to this world through Britannica's portal. And thanks to his special powers from playing video games, he was able to get there without a scratch. Sneaking past all of the security cameras in the palace easily, he saw the portal in the throne room.
'When I step into this portal... I will be in their world. No one has ever gotten the chance to, but no one can catch me.' The teen thought as he stepped into the portal quietly.
However, the sound of the portal awakened Twilight from her beauty sleep.
'No... I can hear the portal, somepony has gone in it.' She thought. Trying to catch that sneaky convict, she walked up to the portal and attempted to chase after him.
When she got out of the portal, he was nowhere to be seen. She tried to ask her friends.
'Hey Pinkie Pie, have you seen somepony coming out from the portal just now?' She asked.
'Nope! If I have seen it, my Pinkie sense would've been working!' As soon Pinkie finished, her tail started shaking uncontrollably.
'Guess somepony is on the loose.' Twilight said. She saw Rainbow Dash just chilling by. 'Hey Rainbow, wanna go for a fly?'
'Yeah, I have nothing much to do anyway.' She replied.
As they flew over the everfree forest, Rainbow started to question her path.
'Uhhhh Twilight? This certainly isn't a normal route we're taking here...' She said.
'I am trying to catch an intruder, I heard someone used the portal to get into this world. He might be here since this is a good place to hide. Help me find him, I'll contact you with my phone if I see him.' Twilight explained.
'Alright, let's split up and find him.' Rainbow replied.
It didn't take long before the teen was spotted. Twilight was flying over the forest when she suddenly heard a weird sound.
'What was that?'
She landed and tried to find him when she heard weird muttering.
'You have to be kidding me... Why did it have to run out now?' The voice said.
Twilight had a mischievous smile. 'I see you now, weirdo...' She thought. She got out her phone and texted Rainbow. She immediately came over.
'He's right there,' Twilight whispered to her.
'Another human? That is definitely not Frisk,' Rainbow replied.
As soon they wanted to catch him, Rainbow accidentally kicked a small rock and made a noise. This caught the teen's attention.
'Who's watching me?' He said, turning back.
The two ponies were silent, hiding behind the tree.
'Are you going to come out, or am I going to cause a mess today?' The teen said, reaching out for his pistol.
Twilight had no choice but to shoot him with magic. The boy was pretty fast and immediately tried to shoot Twilight. Luckily, she used a shield spell. As the spell wore off, he finally realized who he almost just killed.
'Twilight? I know you,' He said.
Twilight reached out for her sword. 'Who are you, intruder?'
The boy was threatened and wanted to surrender. 'Don't worry, I come in peace.' He said, raising his arms. 'I'm a representative of the human kind, you can call me Nathan.'
As he didn't seem to have any harm whatsoever, Twilight put away her sword. 'How did you get here?'
'It's a long story. For some reason, I woke up with mythical powers one day, and since then I have been a huge spotlight in the human world. When I heard the huge news about the pony world, I had to come check it out. Through my powers, I sneaked through all security cameras easily. The reason I came is that if I can collaborate with you ponies, both of our kinds can work together and we can be unstoppable.' Nathan explained.
Rainbow came out from behind. 'That does not explain why you know Twilight Sparkle, though.'
Nathan just smiled coldly. 'What if I told you... You have been known for years already?'
'What?' Twilight was curious.
'We have this cartoon show in my world...You girls are in it.'
Twilight gasped in shock. 'Shut up.'
'Oh no, it's true.' Nathan said as he covered her mouth. 'Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Starlight Glimmer... Even you, Princess Twilight Sparkle.'
Even Rainbow was shocked and tried to back away. 'How did you know!?'
'I watched the show, duh.'
Twilight knew this might just be the way to go. If he can spread the news, it should be fairly easy.
'Come with me.' She said.
So they went back to the castle, and then Twilight and her friends discussed the matter.
'So y'all telling me, this guy came into Equestria to try and negotiate with us ponies?' Applejack asked.
'If your ruler agrees with the plan that human technology should be brought into Equestria, I don't see the reason why humans and ponies collaborating won't be a good idea.' Nathan said.
'With your spotlight in your world, you can easily cause an explosion on the topic and force the humans to collaborate with us.' Starlight suggested.
'But before I go... I have a question.' Nathan said, turning to Twilight.
'Huh? What about me?' Twilight asked.
'I want to join your group.'
Twilight hesitated a bit. She wasn't ready for this. 'You sure about it? If you are, prove yourself.' She said, reaching for her sword.
'Ah, simple.' He replied. With a clench of his fists, he had a ball of fire in his hands and fired it towards her. Her shield spell was no joke, though.
'Wow, not even I can do that!' Rainbow exclaimed.
But the teenager was far from done. 'Ha, that is nothing. Starlight, you're next.' He said as he charged a ball of energy between his hands, and blasting out the beam of energy. But Starlight was able to block that attack with her own magic... Barely.
'Wow, he is no joke!' She thought.
Nathan then tried to tease Dash and Pinkie. 'Hey Dash, try to keep up. You too Pinkie!' He ran at a crazy amount of speed.
'Game of tag, huh? Oh, it is on!' Pinkie yelled as Rainbow and she went dashing out to catch him.
After they left, the rest were speechless.
'Uhm, can we all agree that he is crazy now?' Fluttershy said in a small voice.
'Yeah, I guess you're right, we should probably stop them before anything gets too crazy.' Twilight replied.
After Nathan posted the news on social media, everyone was surprised that he was brave enough to sneak into the world. Everyone started going crazy over the human kind collaborating with the ponies. It's the same as the original trend, but this time it was much bigger. It was so popular, that some meetings that had some of the most important people in the world were held to discuss whether or not this should become a reality. And, after a long time, a conclusion was made: It is happening.
Chapter 5:New Discoveries
To everyone's surprise, this collaboration was a good idea. Not only did the ponies have much better technology, which was about the same level as the humans did, but now humans will agree to help guide the ponies and help them throughout the change of their lives. They helped the ponies to solve their problems in the process of creating better technology and educate them about things that weren't possible in their past.
But, of course, the ponies had to do something in return. So to do that, they teach humans more about their kind, just like how Twilight told Frisk more about Equestria. When scientists want to know more about how the ponies work, it was often not a problem for them to help. They would teach them about how magic works, but humans don't have horns like unicorns do so... Why do so?
Basically, this collaboration was successful. However, as the years went on, the two kinds only wanted more, they want even better stuff. They want to discover things that neither kinds have ever been able to do before. But you might think, 'How did they do it?'
One day, Nathan was practicing his skills with Twilight and Starlight, testing their magic at the same time.
'Alright, I'm on offense, you girls try to block my attacks with your shields.' He said. 'Ready?'
Both ponies got their spell ready. 'Bring it,' Starlight replied.
Clenching his fists, Nathan made a ball of fire in his hands and shot them towards the two. Then, he took his guns out and tried shooting the two ponies. And for a final blast, he tried using a laser attack. The two didn't have a single scratch after that.
'Ha, impressive spells you got,' Nathan grinned.
Twilight was curious to know the science behind his powers. 'Say, how did you get such powers in the first place?'
'Ah, about my powers?' He said. 'I am a really big fan of gaming, and video games are literally my life right now. Seriously! I post videos on social media of me playing video games! It was enough for me to become the gaming world's "chosen one", where the person worthy of the name has the access to powers from different video games, like the ones I just used.'
'I wonder... Can others get these powers too?' Starlight asked.
'Hmm, that's complicated. I have been tested to see if I can transfer my powers to someone else, and the test was okay, but I found out only one ability can be transferred to one person. Apparently, I am the only one that has the access to all the powers, while I can only give others one of my abilities. But, I will get to keep it.' He explained.
Twilight thought of an idea. 'Can you do it on me?'
'I have never tested it on a pony before... But just maybe it will work.' Nathan replied.
After they set up the contraption in the lab, Nathan told Starlight what to do.
'Okay, the control panel should tell you to select one kind of power, just press the one you want.'
Starlight was at the control panel. 'Huh, it says five kinds here, though.' She said.
'Interesting... So ponies can have five powers? Wow, the world is an unfair place.' He laughed. Turning to Twilight, he asked her about the powers she wanted.
'I don't mind which one I get, if we can change it, just pick the ones you think is cool.' She replied.
After Starlight selected five random skills, she flipped the lever and started the transfer experiment. Twilight look relatively okay, nothing that special.
'Let's see what you got,' Nathan said.
In a flash, Twilight was able to get some kind of gun on her side and fired it across the room. Then, a huge blue portal popped up on the wall.
'Portal device, interesting. Try something else.'
The other four powers she got were all very cool, each from different games: Power-ups from Mario games, access to swords in the game 'Minecraft', the power-copying ability from 'Kirby', and even powers from dragon ball Z, which is a pretty rare one to successfully get transferred.
'This is so awesome! There's so much we can do with these abilities!' Starlight exclaimed.
'If I can transfer all of the different kinds of powers I have into something that can permanently store them inside when used just like me, then we can possibly use them for good.' Nathan replied. 'As long we only give all the ones that are not as dangerous, everything should be fine.'
Twilight thought for a bit and thought that if collaborating with the humans wasn't that bad, this couldn't be bad as well. 'Perhaps that won't always be possible, but it's worth a shot.

Chapter 7(To Be Continued):Story yet to unfold
Nathan woke up, only to see himself tied up in a dark place.
'What the? Where am I? What is this place?' He thought, nervously shaking.
The voice came again. 'To join, or be killed? That is the question.' He laughed evilly.
A little light slowly came up, shining a bit around him.
Nathan was struggling to get the chain off. 'Show yourself, I won't go easy on you!'
The figure appeared. He had his face covered, so Nathan did not know who he was. 'I know you are a powerful person. Join us, and we can be unstoppable.'
'What... What do you mean?' Nathan asked.
The mysterious man explained in a deep, evil voice. 'She betrayed me... I want revenge... On her friends.'
'W-Who?'
'The pony world... It's a wonderful place, don't you think? Ah, yes. But, I cannot believe you all humans are so kind and stupid. Rather than collaborating with the ponies and helping them to make both of your worlds a better place, why can't we just straight up take their world and have them do work for us?' The man told him. 'Oh, what a wonderful and sweet revenge it will be.'
'No... The ponies have feelings too. You guys can't just simply take their world!' Nathan said furiously.
But the man continued laughing. 'I know you want power, don't you? You can help us towards conquering their world. And when you succeed, power will all be in your hands.'
'Power... All on my own hands...' Nathan thought.
'Yes... You will have so much power that you won't know what to do with it. And the price is simple, just join us, and lead us to victory.' The man added. 'So, let us not just have one world. Let's strive on to the next.'
Nathan had a million thoughts going through his head.
'To join, or not to join? That's my question.' He thought. 'Sure, I don't want to betray my new friends. But... unlimited power and praise are within my reach. This decision can make all the difference.'
The man was getting impatient. 'Well? We don't have all day.'
At last, Nathan let out a sigh. 'Okay, I will join your side.'
The man jumped up and down in excitement. 'Oh yes! Yes yes yes! Thank you very much! Now, success is within our reach.'
'But... What will happen to my friends?' Nathan asked, being able to be set free.
'Your friends?' He laughed, pacing around. 'Oh, I'm afraid they will be executed in the process. But, that doesn't matter when you are the best. And, you will play a big part in my revenge. You are our future, nothing will stop us humans from taking over the pony world.'
'Where do we start?'
'We can attack them through the portals they made. However, I know they will try to close them, which won't be an issue if my plan I have set up beforehand works. This battle will be exotic and historic...' He laughed evilly. Looking out the window towards the night sky, he said something Nathan wasn't expecting to hear:
'Let the war begin... Frisk Dreemur.'

Finally done! I was actually a little nervous to write this one cause I wasn't sure what to include in it. Also, a lot of stuff I included may be wrong, if that is the case, I really do apologize. But, hope you enjoyed my story nonetheless.
As you saw, another cliffhanger in sight. No, I am not joking, war is coming in the story's universe. What will both sides think? Just wait and see when it comes out!

With the success of the new video game powers being transferred to humans as well, many changes have been made. Humans developed new and better weapons (Not technically for war purposes) and invented many new things that helped both kinds to have even better and efficient lives. Some things that the humans thought were impossible, such as defying gravity, teleportation, exploring other planets, all of those dreams finally came true, thanks to the ponies.
Although the new technology has shortened the distances between the ponies, and they faced the same thing as we do: meeting each other face-to-face less, now friends can meet each other easily through social media. Moreover, many things that the ponies do can now be done more efficiently, like sending each other messages and e-mails, getting from place to place faster, or just daily chores.
What was once a place with technology so far behind, has finally been improved. And, the technology on both sides is only growing, with their collaboration. No doubt, this plan was a great idea.
One night, everypony was getting ready to sleep for the night, after the group discussed more the results of this collaboration. Everypony felt great and didn't regret this decision at all, even though some kinda rejected it at first.
'I told you it was a good idea,' Frisk told Twilight.
'You weren't lying,' She giggled. 'I didn't think the collaboration between us will get so big.'
'I hope someone doesn't make a war happen,' Nathan said, walking along.
'Geez, that would be chaos. Think about it, the humans will surely win with all their weapons and stuff.' Frisk replied.
As they chatted, they were getting close to the portal room.
'I have to go back now,' Nathan said, turning to the staircase to go down. 'Gotta go to sleep.'
'Well okay, see you later!'
Once in a while, Frisk would occasionally sleep in the pony world, but most of the time she would go back.
'Sweet dreams, Twilly.' Frisk said, turning off the light.
When Nathan got back to the human world, he was ready to go back to his home with the portal device.
'Home time,' Nathan thought, yawning.
When he got back, however, something that he didn't expect happened. As soon he stepped out of the portal, he heard a voice.
'Hey, you! You're coming with me.' The voice said.
Nathan turned to his left. 'Huh? What in the-' But before he could say anything, he got punched in the face hard. 'Ahhh!' He screamed as he dropped to the floor, unconscious.
