I'm gonna be honest here. It really sucks to be a statue in the Canterlot gardens. You can't do anything, interact with anyone, or even move to get a different view of the gardens! After those fox ears I bought from that douchebag salesman at the convention got me stuck me here, I was attacked by Celly and Lulu just for scaring their precious little ponies, even when it was obvious I didn't hurt them. I didn't attack or kill the ponies. Hell, I tried to seem nice and I HELPED ponies that had been injured. I did nothing to warrant getting stoned, but I got blasted by the elements and stoned for near a thousand years. ONE THOUSAND YEARS! It wasn't even my fault! Do you have any idea how boring it is to be stuck as a statue for that long? I'm surprised I haven't  gone crazy in my long thousand year imprisonment. But, I digress. I should get out of here in a few days so those ponies and their princess better be ready to face the might of Chizuru Minamoto. I've taken the name (and body) of my favorite anime character ever, that helps me feel a little better about getting ripped from home and ending up here, even though I've never stopped missing my family and my old life.

-Flashback-

My brother and I had just parked my Kia Soul in the parking lot to go into the Con.

"So we go shop and meet back here for lunch in three hours, right Jake?"

"Yeah, I replied, That's what we are gonna do. Now let's go shop!" As he left I whispered to myself, "At least you have tons of stuff to get, you are in a costume that looks like freaking Samus. I'm a guy dressed in a tan trench coat with a fox tail, violet contacts in my eyes, and fox ears."

With that statement filling my mind, I entered the Con with my brother before we split up. I then decided to have a look around the Con to take my mind off of the fact that A: My character is a girl, not a guy and B: No one will know who I'm cosplaying as. After about an hour of browsing the stalls I was about to throw in the towl and try to find my brother to see if he found some Samus stuff he liked when a stall caught my eye. The old owner was dressed like the villain from Resident Evil, and that was a sweet costume he had on. But the real beauty there was an amazing fox ear set, just like the one Chizuru has when she is in her fox form. I loved it. Almost in a trance, I walked up to the owner and was about to ask about the fox ears, when he beat me to the punch.

"Huh, He started, if you want to be Chizuru, I think you might need to be a female." He said smiling at me.

A little surprised, I asked him, "Wait wait wait. You know who I am supposed to be?"

He smiled at me and answered, "Well it was a little hard to tell at first since you aren't a girl. I see you like Chizurus' fox form more than her normal one too."

Trying to steer the conversation back to the fox ears, I asked him how much they were.  He replied, smiling at me in an offsetting way, "While normally 75, I like  you. You seem like a nice person. I'll give it to you for... 35. Why not, since I feel you are the one who will treasure and take care of them."

As I fished the money from my wallet,  I told him, "Thank you for the generous offer, I'll totally take it!"  As he gave me the ears, I couldn't help but let out a... squee? 'God, I thought, I seriously just squeezed? Eh, oh well.' As I started to walk away with the Holy Grail of fox ears, about to start my search for my little brother, the man called out behind me almost as soon as I happily jammed the new fox ears on my head and tossed the old ones in a trash can, " Enjoy your trip, Miss Chizuru!" As I turned around thinking, 'Wait hold up, did he say Miss? I'm a guy... and what trip? What did he mean by trip?' Everything suddenly faded to black.
