//-------------------------------------------------------// A Foxy Dilemma -by SillySnowdrop- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 I'm gonna be honest here. It really sucks to be a statue in the Canterlot gardens. You can't do anything, interact with anyone, or even move to get a different view of the gardens! After those fox ears I bought from that douchebag salesman at the convention got me stuck me here, I was attacked by Celly and Lulu just for scaring their precious little ponies, even when it was obvious I didn't hurt them. I didn't attack or kill the ponies. Hell, I tried to seem nice and I HELPED ponies that had been injured. I did nothing to warrant getting stoned, but I got blasted by the elements and stoned for near a thousand years. ONE THOUSAND YEARS! It wasn't even my fault! Do you have any idea how boring it is to be stuck as a statue for that long? I'm surprised I haven't  gone crazy in my long thousand year imprisonment. But, I digress. I should get out of here in a few days so those ponies and their princess better be ready to face the might of Chizuru Minamoto. I've taken the name (and body) of my favorite anime character ever, that helps me feel a little better about getting ripped from home and ending up here, even though I've never stopped missing my family and my old life. -Flashback- My brother and I had just parked my Kia Soul in the parking lot to go into the Con. "So we go shop and meet back here for lunch in three hours, right Jake?" "Yeah, I replied, That's what we are gonna do. Now let's go shop!" As he left I whispered to myself, "At least you have tons of stuff to get, you are in a costume that looks like freaking Samus. I'm a guy dressed in a tan trench coat with a fox tail, violet contacts in my eyes, and fox ears." With that statement filling my mind, I entered the Con with my brother before we split up. I then decided to have a look around the Con to take my mind off of the fact that A: My character is a girl, not a guy and B: No one will know who I'm cosplaying as. After about an hour of browsing the stalls I was about to throw in the towl and try to find my brother to see if he found some Samus stuff he liked when a stall caught my eye. The old owner was dressed like the villain from Resident Evil, and that was a sweet costume he had on. But the real beauty there was an amazing fox ear set, just like the one Chizuru has when she is in her fox form. I loved it. Almost in a trance, I walked up to the owner and was about to ask about the fox ears, when he beat me to the punch. "Huh, He started, if you want to be Chizuru, I think you might need to be a female." He said smiling at me. A little surprised, I asked him, "Wait wait wait. You know who I am supposed to be?" He smiled at me and answered, "Well it was a little hard to tell at first since you aren't a girl. I see you like Chizurus' fox form more than her normal one too." Trying to steer the conversation back to the fox ears, I asked him how much they were.  He replied, smiling at me in an offsetting way, "While normally 75, I like  you. You seem like a nice person. I'll give it to you for... 35. Why not, since I feel you are the one who will treasure and take care of them." As I fished the money from my wallet,  I told him, "Thank you for the generous offer, I'll totally take it!"  As he gave me the ears, I couldn't help but let out a... squee? 'God, I thought, I seriously just squeezed? Eh, oh well.' As I started to walk away with the Holy Grail of fox ears, about to start my search for my little brother, the man called out behind me almost as soon as I happily jammed the new fox ears on my head and tossed the old ones in a trash can, " Enjoy your trip, Miss Chizuru!" As I turned around thinking, 'Wait hold up, did he say Miss? I'm a guy... and what trip? What did he mean by trip?' Everything suddenly faded to black. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 I woke up with a groan as I rolled over on the grass beneath me. Wait, grass? How did I get outside, where am I? As I sprang to my feet I noticed something that felt off with my body. As I looked down, my face suddenly flushed bright red as a single thought raced through my head: 'Holy shit, how do I have breasts?...They're huge!' Then I saw what clothes I was wearing, and with a glare that could melt a diamond, I took a good long look at what I was wearing: An undershirt, a bow tie, a long sleeve school uniform, a small skirt stripped at the bottom, and brown shoes with black socks. I've been put in new clothes and dumped in a forest. Shit. "No, this can't be happen-Oh God my voice! I-I sound like a girl!" As a look of horror suddenly appeared on my face, I pulled the skirt down only to be greeted with my worst fear: a pair of pink panties. Yeah, lets just say that my normal "equipment" is missing in action, rest in peace good buddy. At that moment a long strand of blond hair decided to fall in front of my face. As I absentmindedly blew it away, I realized that I don't have blond hair, I have brown hair. I tentatively reached my noticeably more slender hand up to my head and felt soft, long hair and two pointy ears. Fox ears. As my surprised mind tried to process that fact, I reached behind me, only to feel an incredibly soft tail. I gave it a sharp tug only to feel a pain near my tailbone. MY tailbone. My tailbone with a fox tail growing out of it, fox ears on my head, woman "assets", so to speak, and an all-new voice. Toto, I don't think we are in Kansas anymore. I look just like...Chizuru. That's it! I'm Chizuru! But how? Also, why? All of a sudden, my thoughts grounded to a halt as I saw a piece of paper with something written on it. I bent over to pick it up and started to read it, my expression turning darker by the second.   'Hello, Jacob. Sorry, my bad. CHIZURU.  I hope you enjoy your now immortal life-courtesy of yours truly, by the way- in an entirely new world with your favorite anime's powers. This'll be fun to watch and see how you react to the locals. Think of this as my thank-you for buying those fox ears from my little shop.  P.S.- Thanks to your Kitsune powers you now have enhanced speed, stamina, strength, durability, a prehensile tail, night vision, and the ability to use fox fire; by condensing the fire you generate into a ball, you will be able to craft a glowing 'light ball' should you ever need light. I took the liberty of implanting the knowledge of how to use fox fire into your mind when I took you here, as you would otherwise have no clue how to use it to fly. Also, since you are immortal, you will not grow multiple tails over time. Bye bye, my Displaced foxy.' As soon as I finished reading the paper, it burst into flames. As I dropped it from surprise, I thought back to what the letter said about fox fire. Suddenly I kind of... felt,  I guess, the usages of fox fire get imprinted into my brain. It felt really really weird. After a mild panic attack about now being immortal, I pulled myself together as best as I could and tried to find my way out of the forest. As I started walking in a random direction, I heard a growl behind me. So much for good luck. As I turned around to face the growling, I simply stared in shock at what I saw. A wooden wolf with green glowing eyes. Just like the ones from My Little Pony that I occasionally watched when I was bored. So, I think I know where that ass sent me. After I deal with this wolf, I'll try to find out the latest big event that happened so I will know when I am in the timeline. Time to test my new powers and see just how strong and fast I am. The timber wolf lunged at me and, with speed that surprised even myself, I spun around as the wolf sailed through the air and smacked it with my tail, sending it flying straight to the ground, landing with a "THUMP!" I landed back on my feet and ran up to the wolf while it was still dazed from the sudden whack my tail gave it. Stopping close to the snout, I decided to see just how hard I could hit it. With a slightly dramatic windup, I pulled back and let my fist fly. With a loud "CRACK!" my fist hit the wolf dead between the eyes, knocking it out cold. I stepped back to continue my merry way out of the forest. "Damn, that guy wasn't kidding about the enhanced speed and strength." -One Hour Later- Finally! That forest seemed like it was alive or something. I sprinted out of the forest and slid to a halt to try and get my bearings. Huh, that's odd. I see a castle on the side of a mountain, probably Canterlot, but nothing else. No Ponyville or anything else. Guess I know where I'm gonna go now at least. It doesn't seem that far away. 'I hope it's not more than a one day...  Wait. The letter said I could use fox fire, and Kitsunes can ride the fire and use it to fly in a sense, and I'm now a Kitsune. So, how do I fly?' With a frown on my face I jumped up into the air, expecting to get caught by magical flames... Yeah, that didn't work out like I hoped. After landing back on the ground, I tried to figure out what I had to do. As I thought about what to do, my tail started subconsciously waving back and forth behind me. Annoyed, I reached back to try and stop it, when I abruptly started to hover in place. 'How am I-But I don't...' With a dumbfounded expression on my face, I slowly dropped down and touched the ground. Voicing my thoughts, I started talking. "So. I have no idea how I just did that whole hover thing. Maybe it was something I said? Did I do something? I mean my tail was waving back and forth, but that's it. Hey... Yeah, maybe that's it!" I started waving my tail around, and lo and behold I lifted back into the air. Testing my theory, I stopped my tail and was dropped back on the ground. Yes! It worked! I waved my tail to start and fly, when I realized I don't know how to control myself. "Maybe if I picture what I want to do?" I imagined myself moving forward, and suddenly I moved forward. I then imagined myself stopping and hovering, and I began to hover in the air. Oh man, Canterlot here I come!
