The town of Wayout came about by sheer necessity. The Royal Sisters would have otherwise been happy to let it's bones rot into the ground. But when nameless, markless ponies begin appearing from thin air in alarming numbers, there's only one place to stash them where they'll be out of sight and out of mind. That place would be Wayout, now a well-fortified and well-supplied containment town.

The story of Wayout follows several ponies, both native and non, in their quest to discover their true selves in an unforgiving place.
