Twilight was sitting down in her bedroom looking at a cookbook. She flipped the pages as she looked at all of the recipes in the book and thought of making one of the recipes later. She wanted to just relax right that moment. She wasn't interested in going anywhere.
Twilight put the book back and got out of bed. She didn't want to seem lazy so she went out side to go take a walk. While she was walking she saw Pinkie sitting quietly looking at a tree. She went up to her and looked at her. Pinkie looked back at her. Twilight hoped that she wasn't interrupting Pinkie.
"I'm sorry if I'm bothering you I'll leave if you want me to." Twilight said as she felt like she was bothering Pinkie. Pinkie shook her head and replied to Twilight. Twilight hoped that Pinkie was okay.
"It's fine Twilight your not bothering me. Sit down." Pinkie said. Twilight nodded and sat by her. She looked at Pinkie and wanted to know what was going on. She wanted Pinkie to tell her. She hated when her crush was going through a tough time. She spoke to Pinkie.
"Pinkie Pie are you okay?" Twilight asked Pinkie politely. Pinkie looked down for a couple of minutes and thought of what to say and then looked at Twilight and replied to Twilights question.
Twilight have you ever been in love before?" Pinkie asked. Twilight blushed as she had a crush on Pinkie. She had no idea Pinkie would bring up the idea of love. Twilights mind scrambled for the right response. She was going to speak honestly even thought it was very embarrassing.
"Yeah...I have been in love...many times...." Twilight said. Twilight looked at Pinkie Pie and wondered if Pinkie was feeling this way and that Pinkie was going to reveal who she loves? Twilight hoped Pinkie loved her. Pinkie Pie responded.
"Who do you have a crush on?" Pinkie asked. Twilight blushed. Twilight felt tense. She hoped that Pinkie would understand. She didn't want to reply in anger either. She had a crush on Pinkie but she didn't want to say that out loud. She was nervous. She had no idea what would happen if she told Pinkie.
She thought of the two possibilities that could happen. One was Pinkie rejecting her and the second one was her accepting her feelings and they would start going out. She hoped they could go out. Twilight tried to build up the courage to speak to Pinkie Pie.
Twilight took a few deep breaths and then thought of what to say as she didn't want to seem like a rambling idiot when confessing her feelings to Pinkie. She then thought of the idea of lying. The only problem of that was is that Twilight didn't want to keep her crush a secret anymore.
Twilight felt nervous she didn't know what to do. Twilight couldn't look at Pinkie or her heart would hurt. She contemplated on what to say as she was still unsure about the entire thing. Twilight did not want to lie to her friend but at the same time she was scared. Pinkie Pie spoke.
"It's okay Twilight you don't have to tell me. I was just curious I'm sorry if I caused distress." Pinkie said. Twilight panicked as she wanted to confess but she couldn't find the right words. She didn't want Pinkie Pie to leave either. She wanted to hug Pinkie Pie as well.
"Don't leave I want to tell you but as you can see I'm having a hard time. Please give me a few moments and then I'll tell you." Twilight said honestly. Pinkie pie thought about what Twilight told her and waited for her. Pinkie Pie looked at Twilight expectantly as she waited to hear what Twilight had to say.
Twilight tried to calm her heart down as it was beating fast and her breathing was erratic as she was racked with nervousness due to trying to tell Pinkie about her crush on her. It was so difficult for her. She just couldn't confess. She was so scared. She took another breath and confessed.
"Pinkie Pie I'm in love with you. I've felt like this for a long time and I wanted to confess to you for some time but I never had the courage but now I do have the courage but I'm still scared of what you will have to tell me. Do you love me or just like me as a friend. Please tell me no matter how much it will hurt me." Twilight said quickly. Twilight panted for air as she was embarrassed by what she had revealed.
Twilight was blushing as Pinkie knew. She scared of the possibility that Pinkie might not share her feelings. Twilight looked at the ground as she hyperventilated. She felt scared and thought she might get sick. Twilight prepared herself. Twilight waited for Pinkies response. Pinkie spoke.
"So your gay?" Pinkie Pie asked in seriousness. Twilight freaked out. She did not like how it was turning out. She hoped Pinkie wasn't homophobic or anything. She was shaking with fear. She started to cry.
"Yes I'm a... fillyfooler Pinkie. I'm sorry. Please don't abandon me. I know I'm a very sick pony and I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable with how I feel ill just keep it to myself alright Pinkie?" Twilight said with tears falling down her cheeks.
Pinkies eyes widened as she didn't want to hurt Twilights feelings. She didn't want Twilight to feel bad about herself. She thought that being gay was perfectly normal and she wanted to know that Twilight knew that to.
"I have feelings for you to! Its not bad to be gay! Don't ever be ashamed of yourself Twilight!" Pinkie said. Twilight calmed down and at the same time Twilight was happy. Pinkie kissed Twilight on the lips.
"Let's go out then." Twilight said. Pinkie grinned and continued to kiss her. They both went home together. They didn't care what anypony said about them. They were happy.
