Rarity set down the Traditional Red and White Picnic blanket on the grass while Applejack placed down the basket of food. "Where's Twi? She was supposed to be here soon." Applejack said looking around. "OVER HERE!" Twilight yelled running towards the group. "Twilight dear, what took you so long?" rarity asked tilting her head to the side. "Girls, i met someone you'd never expect last night!" Twilight said excitedly "Who?" The rest of the Mane 6 said in unison. Twilight waited a few seconds then said "A Robot!" A few moments of silence passed before the rest of the mane 6 broke into laughter. "A Robot, seriously Twilight?! That's ridiculous I think you've been reading too many Sci-fi books." Rainbow dash said laughing on the ground. "Im serious, look here he comes now!" Twilight said pointing her hoof at a flying cylinder coming towards the group. Sky Above Equestria Cyrus sat in his chair in the Cockpit of the Lambda Class shuttle. He had decided to bring a small team of Imperial Navy Commandos as his personal bodyguards. All he had to do now was negotiate this planet's entry into the Galactic Empire, than start Rebuilding the World in the Empire's vision. If the Planetary government refused, well annexation has worked out in the past. His thoughts were than broken by the pilot's voice, "we see the Picnic sir, we'll be landing in a few minutes." Back at the Picnic The Mane 6 was eating haywiches when Twilight noticed something in the corner of her eye. "Do you guys see that thing in the sky?" The rest of the group looked in the sky and closed their eyes slightly and saw something too. "I do see something, what is it." Fluttershy asked. "Ah don't know, lets just hope it's friendly." Applejack said. Their curiosities were soon answered when the object got closer and was revealed to be a metal vehicle of some kind. The object descended towards a large flat area near the picnic and dropped 2 metal legs before landing. "Told you Aliens, exist." Rainbow dash said smugly. Before Twilight could retort, the ship shot out steam from the lower part before a ramp descended. 4 Humanoid figures in white Armor holding what appeared to be weapons walked down the ramp and stood guard at the base. Another figure walked down this time in what appeared to be a Male in a Grey uniform and from Twilight's experience with her brother, this man was obviously a high military official. He than spoke, "I'm Admiral Cyrus of the Galactic Empire, and you are Princess Twilight Sparkle of the Ponies, am I correct?" Twilight couldn't believe it, this Human knew who she was, but he couldn't be a human. When she travelled through the Mirror she met humans, this one wasn't, he had tan skin compared to the colors of the humans she met and this one appeared to be cold and calculating. Sure some humans she met in the other world were mean, but this one looked like he couldn't care less if he killed somepony. The ones with the white armor and emotion less faces and more so. "Yes, i'm Princess Twilight, but i don't rule over Equestria, princess Celestia and princess Luna do." Twilight said correcting Cyrus. Cyrus was confused, she was a princess that meant she held power, if she did not rule over "Equestria" than what did she rule over? "Forgive me, Twilight Sparkle if you don't rule over Equestria as you call this place, than what do you rule over?" Cyrus asked. Twilight then stood proudly along with her friends "I'm the princess of Friendship." Twilight was expecting a response but instead the Admiral started laughing along with his bodyguards much to her and her friends annoyance. "Princess of friendship?! "May we speak with this Princess Celestia and Princess luna than?" Cyrus asked. "I'll send a letter to her than." Twilight said walking towards home. "There's no need of that Twilight." A calm voice said. Twilight looked over and saw Princess Celestia, Cadence, and Luna land in front of the humans. "You Are Princess Celestia and Princess Luna? who is this other one you bring with you?" Cyrus asked looking at Cadence. "Im Princess Cadence of the Crystal Empire, and the Princess of Love." Cadence said gesturing a hoof to herself. A Princess of love Really? These ponies were absolutely Idiots if they thought that being a princess of an idea gave them Ruling power. "Im Princess Celestia, and this is my loving younger sister Luna." Celestia said pulling luna for a hug. "It is my Job to raise and lower the sun, while it is luna's Job to raise and lower the moon." Celestia said finishing. Cyrus couldn't believe the things he was hearing, these 2 ponies claim to move the Sun and moon? Who do they take him for an idiot? Everyone in the Galaxy knows how Orbits and Gravity works, except these creatures. "Im Admiral Cyrus of the Galactic Empire." Cyrus said raising an arm to shake Celestia's hoof to which she returned. "Galactic Empire?, are you saying that you rule over an entire Galaxy because i find that hard to believe" Celestia asked unamused. Cyrus Grinned "Yes, our Empire rules over 70 million of the Galaxy's one billion inhabited Star Systems, A majority of those Systems being highly populated which brings the Empire's total population to One Hundred quadrillion beings,with the Empire being run Strictly by us Humans and ruled over by Male's." The Princesses and the ponies gasped, the Entire population of equestria was 120 million according to the last census, if what he was saying is true then everyone on the planet could die and it wouldn't even affect a portion of the Galaxy. Twilight couldn't believe what she was hearing and refused to believe that these Aliens were humans. "No your not humans, the humans i met never claimed that they ruled over an entire galaxy and they don't look like you!" Cyrus looked at the creature with a fake face of pity, "It appears that you were lied to my dear, whatever creatures you called humans were clearly not." "Now onto other matters, The Empire has an interest in your planet, what do you have to offer in terms of entry into the empire?" Cyrus asked. Celestia and luna were clearly irritated now, "what do you mean, we have no interest in joining your Empire." "Well, we need something in return if we're going to be putting resources into this planet, the Empire won't commit to this planet unless we get something." Cyrus said plainly. "No, We're not going to join your Empire, it seems you want to use my Ponies as tools and treat them as slaves, that's something i cannot agree on, I suggest you leave." Celestia said now clearly angry. Cyrus sighed so much for the easy way, it appears that these ponies will only listen if a show of force is enacted. Cyrus pressed a button on his wrist and waited. Minutes later the Ponies and the humans saw a large ship descending towards them, Cyrus looked up and saw the Gazonti Class Cruiser drop 2 AT-ST's onto the field with a large thud before flying away. He pressed a button on his wrist comn "This is Admiral Cyrus, fire upon the forest." The 2 large walkers than aimed towards the forest and started firing their cannons and grenade launchers. Within a few moments the forest was on fire.The Ponies gasped, thankfully Zecora said she was visiting home for the next few weeks and wasn't in the forest. "Now you see the military might of the empire, i suggest you reconsider before you become the next rebellion." Cyrus said "what's the rebellion?" Pinkie pie asked scared. Cyrus simply smiled and flashed back to the Battle of Yavin. Flashback: 2 Years Ago, Battle of Yavin 4 An X-Wing spiraled out of control as it exploded. The six Star Destroyers protecting the Death Star were making short work of the Attacking Rebel Fleet. Grand moff Tarkin was enjoying seeing the rebel fleet be destroyed. "The Death Star is now in range." An imperial officer said. "Fire" Tarkin ordered. The death star operators nodded their heads and pulled down a lever firing the Superlaser and Destroying the Rebel's there. Luke couldn't believe he failed to destroy the death star in time, he wouldn't have to worry about living with it though as a Turbolaser shot his engine destroying his ship. Half an hour later the Millennium Falcon and the Rest of the rebel fleet were annihilated. The Rebels had lost. The Empire Had won. The Galactic Civil War was over. End Flashback The Ponies couldn't believe what Cyrus told them about the Rebellion, if a system wide Rebellion couldn't stop the Empire what made the Ponies think that they had a chance? Celestia thought of the Situation and Conceded "what is it that you wish?" TIMESKIP The Lambda Class shuttle connected to the Side of the Avenger seeing as how there were no hangers on the Ship. Cyrus departed the Shuttle and walked towards the Bridge. Halfway there his Vice Captain walked beside him. "How did negotiations go sir?" Cyrus Snorted "These ponies are complete Idiots and are delusional, they believe their 2 rulers raise the sun and the moon. Don't even get me started on the others ridiculous title's Princess of Friendship and Princess of love. However we did reach an agreement, ready a force to Create a base in the Everfree forest." Cyrus ordered "Yes Sir, um Excuse me for asking but what did the Ponies want in return Admiral?" "We've Decided to share our Basic Technology in Return for Access to Equestria's Resources and to create a Base there." Cyrus said. "Did you do as i asked Vice Captain?" Cyrus said looking at him. "Yes sir, we have located Griffonstone." the captain replied back. "Good, now onto phase two of our Conquest." Cyrus said walking into the bridge. Chapter 4: TensionsLocation: The Moon The Nyx gathered around in a circle to greet their new visitors. What appeared to be the leader of the Nyx’s stepped forward, “Greeting newcomers, welcome to Lun as the leader of the Nyx it is my pleasure to welcome all visitors.” There was no response from the ‘visitors’ and the leader simply shrugged it off. “It's okay you don't have to tell us who you are, now if i may ask what is your reason for being here?” The ‘visitors’ again did not respond. The Nyx observed their visitors. They wore an all black armor with a pauldron on the side, the bottom of what appeared to be a helmet glowed green. They had a weird looking piece of metal in their hands, that seemed to serve no purpose. Who were these odd creatures? The nyx shuffled their feet nervously, “Um who are you?” the leader asked. The ‘visitors’ then immediately started firing their pieces of metal and gunned down all the Nyx before they even had a chance to flee. Aboard The Avenger Time: 11:34PM Local Time Admiral Cyrus stood before a Hologram of Grand Moff Tarkin. “Thank you for donating your Death Troopers to help in the conquest of the Planet” said Cyrus. “Thanks are not necessary Admiral, what matters is that you are successful in eliminating all potential threats to the Empire” said Tarkin. “I already have started Grand Moff, the ‘Humans’ have been wiped out and your Death Troopers have wiped out the Nyx.” “Very good Admiral I see the situation is under control, keep me informed of your progress.” Tarkin said as the Transmission was cut. Cyrus Vice Admiral then walked into the room, “Something to report?” Cyrus asked. “Yes sir, The Officers tell me the demolition and reconstruction of ponyville will begin in the morning.” Cyrus had a grin on his face, “very good, my plan is starting to come together.” Location: The Castle of Friendship Time: 8:24AM Twilight fumbled around in her large bed, still lost in the world of sleep. Well that was until a large wrecking ball slammed into her room waking her up. “What the Hay?!” Twilight yelled waking up and seeing the Wrecking ball in her room. Twilight than ran down a large set of stairs and outside to find who put a large hole in her room. Twilight circled around the outside of the castle to find the one of the humans, an officer to be precise ordering other humans to knock down the rest of Ponyville’s buildings. “Hey, what do you think you're doing?!” Twilight shouted at the officer. The Officer looked over at Twilight and noticed her irritated face, “Were Demolishing these old buildings and putting in new, Galactic Standard buildings” the officer said. “Demolishing?! you can't do that!” Twilight yelled stomping her front hoof on the ground. The Officer smiled “Of course we can, Princess Celestia signed the Agreement waiving Equestria into the Empire, and in turn these buildings are not up to Imperial Standards and must be demolished and replaced with ones that are up to standard.” Imperial Bulldozers and other Demolition equipment started destroying the Wooden houses. Pinkie pie and the Cakes ran out of Sugarcube corner just as a Wrecking ball slammed into it, destroying the bakery. Rarity and Sweetie belle were outside watching as a bulldozer destroyed the Carousel Boutique. “Ah can't believe they kicked us out!” Applejack yelled as she and the rest of her family walked towards the Castle, Carrying a large Wagon filled with their belongings. “Applejack did they destroy your home to?” Twilight asked. “Darn Tootin they did! You Imperials have no right destroying our Livelihoods, ah know for a fact that am not going to stand for this, who’s with me?” Applejack said glaring at the officer. Other Ponies than gathered around and were now upset and started grouping up towards the officer. The ponies advance were halted as 4 stormtroopers encircled the officer carrying shock batons and shields. The officer than noticed the ponies backing away, not wanting to fight well equipped soldiers. “I know you Ponies are upset about loosing your homes but think of it this way, with the Empire’s help Ponyville was have all the Galactic modern Amenities and you will be able to live out luxuries lives” the officer said trying to calm down the upset crowd. “Now you will be placed in temporary housing units until the Renovations are complete, note that any who attempt to halt Imperial progress will be dealt with harshly.” The officer continued finishing with a glare on the ponies who in turn gulped not wanting to know what the consequences were. Days later all the buildings in ponyville including the friendship castle were destroyed. Another Few days later a Concrete Street was created. Weeks later Skyscrapers were erected in ponyville. 2 Months after Construction began, the Renovations were complete and a new citadel sat where the old Friendship Castle was bore a Holographic Logo of the Empire. Chapter 5: ReportsLocation: Crystal Empire Palace Time: 9:47AM “Are you sure about this honey?” Shining armor asked his wife. Cadence nodded “I'm afraid it's the only way, you heard about what their doing to Equestria we can’t let that happen to the Crystal Empire.” Shining Armor sighed, “I’ll let the troops know.” Location: Everfree Imperial Base Conference Room Time: 10:47AM Admiral Cyrus walked into the Conference room of the Imperial base and pressed a few buttons on the holotable, multiple holograms of various high ranking Imperials, Darth Vader himself and the leader of the Empire, Emperor Palpatine. “Admiral Cyrus reporting in.” Cyrus said to the other holograms. “Director Krennic, reporting in.” Said a man with grayish hair. “General Ziering, reporting in.” said an old man with white hair and a cybernetic left eye. “Grand Admiral Thrawn, reporting in” said a male chiss. “Good everyone is here, Admiral Cyrus what do you have to report?” Palpatine asked. Cyrus cleared his throat and pulled up a hologram of the crystal Empire. “Our intel indicates that the nation known as the Crystal Empire is starting to rebel against the Empire, they are hoping that this is inspiring other nations including Equestria to fight back against the Empire, if they succeed all our hard work will be undone.” The room was silent for a bit until Palpatine broke the silence “This Rebellion must be put down before it can begin and destroy all of our work, this planet is highly valuable to the Empire and I will not risk losing it”. Palpatine then turned to Darth Vader. “Lord Vader, I have a mission for you.” “What is thy bidding my master.” Vader responded. “This Crystal Empire must be put down before it becomes a threat to our presence on that planet, Take a force of your best men and raze the Crystal Empire to the ground, show them the price of rebellion. Once the Crystal Empire has been decimated we can refocus our efforts on the Equestrians. The rest of you are to not interfere with Lord Vader's mission, this must be done by him personally” “Understood, your majesty.”The other hologram leaders of the Empire said. “I will leave at once my master.” Vader said as his hologram was cut. “As for the rest of you, I trust that your plans are set and ready to commence once lord vader has dealt with the insurrection?” Palpatine asked. “Yes your majesty, once Lord Vader defeats the Crystal Ponies, I will bring my fleet to reinforce our position for the planet. However I can only take half for now since the rest of my fleet is putting down a Rebellion on Mon Calamari, once the Rebellion there is put down I can bring in the full fleet” said Thrawn. “My ground forces will wipe out any remnants of Rebellion and strengthen our grip on the planet and help secure our claims.” said Ziering. “My assignments will begin once the necessary criteria is met.” said Krennic Last but not least Cyrus said “And I am to Assist Grand Admiral Thrawn in whatever he needs. On another note your majesty, I believe I have some information that may interest you” said Cyrus. “What is this information you have to tell me?” Palpatine asked. “There is a group of ponies who are Equestria’s heroes, I believe that they will play a role in our presence here.” Cyrus said activating a hologram on the table of the Mane 6. Palpatine was now interested in what Cyrus had to say, “Go on Admiral.” Location: Forward Imperial Outpost CC-2489 ran behind a crate and fired his blaster at the charging Crystal Ponies. He watched as one of his fellow Stormtroopers had a diamond tipped spear thrown into his chest, killing the trooper. 2489 pulled out one of his Thermal Detonators and threw it at a charging group of Crystal Ponies killing them. “We need to get a distress signal sent to base!” An Imperial Officer yelled as he blasted another charging Crystal Pony with his pistol. An Imperial Technician ran over to the Comn Station and started entering the distress message. “Agh! This is gonna take a few minutes to send, Keep those Ponies off me while I send the Message.” “You heard him men, keep those Ponies away from him!” The officer yelled. A Stormtrooper fired several blasts at a charging crystal pony killing it, however soon after, the said trooper’s head was cut clean off with a crystal battleaxe. “What the kark?!” the officer yelled seeing the trooper get beheaded. The source of the beheader revealed itself to be a brute of a Crystal Pony wearing heavy armor. The Pony beheaded 3 more stormtroopers before it got a few several blaster bolts in the back scorching its armor and irritating the pony. The brute turned around to face the source of the fire revealing a small squad of stormtroopers with the one in the front armed with a Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon. The Stormtrooper unleashed a wave of blaster fire into the Brute causing the armor to start wearing away from the intense firepower. Soon after a minute of constant fire, the armor broke and a hailfire of blaster went into the pony's body killing him. The technician quickly finished his message and slammed his fist down on the transmit button. “There, the distress call has been sent!” The Crystal Ponies attacking force sustained heavy losses and the Commander yelled for the Ponies to retreat back to the Crystal Empire. The Stormtroopers raised their weapons in cheers as the ponies fled from the base. The Imperial officer wiped the sweat off his forehead, “That was a close one.” Chapter 6: Loose EndsAssertor-class Dreadnought Victorious Office of Grand Admiral Thrawn In orbit with the Death Star near Corellia Grand Admiral Thrawn stood at attention before the hologram of Emperor Palpatine. What he will tell the Emperor may just save the Empire from complete collapse. “What is it you want to tell me Grand Admiral?” asked Emperor Palpatine. “Milord, I’ve created some plans that may just save the Empire from complete destruction.” said Thrawn. Palpatine looked at his most trusted Grand Admiral before speaking, “And what evidence do you have that can bring our downfall?” “I have seen many planets, those where the majority of the population are non-Human. They have grown to hate the Empire and many are thinking of joining the Rebel’s call. Admiral Ackbar and General Iblis have done an excellent job in turning many against us unfortunately. If we were to overturn the xenophobic policies, grant rights to non-Humans, and allow non-Humans to join the Imperial Military, we can turn the non-Human population against the Rebels. We’ll be taking away the Rebels’ greatest asset.” answered the Grand Admiral. “Hmmm, you do realize many have already resented us enough and may even infiltrate the military. Any other officer would’ve felt his wrath for raising their voice, but this is Grand Admiral Thrawn, the most intelligent, and the greatest tactician in the Imperial Navy. Palpatine raised an eyebrow after hearing this, “Takel is a brilliant strategist. Why should I remove him?” “Milord, while Takel is indeed a brilliant strategist, but his addiction to spice has proven to do more harm than good. It made him more paranoid and rash with his decisions. I’ve received reports that he pulled back his entire fleet which included an Executor, 2 Assertors, and 5 Bellators against a numerically outnumbered Rebel Fleet over Azure. Admiral Piett also personally told me Grand Admiral Takel made a pit stop with his entire fleet to pick up some Twi’lek dancers. What I’m saying is Grand Admiral may have been a brilliant tactician, he is no longer fit to be a Grand Admiral. I believe he should retire.” “Interesting, who do you believe should replace them then?” asked Palpatine. “I searched through the records and I have found 4 candidates. The first is Admiral Gallius Rax whom you already know. He is a brilliant tactician and a model officer. Second, is Admiral Rae Sloane. Her record is completely clean and has led her fleet to many victories against the Rebels. Now the next two you may know them due to their experience in the Clone Wars. The first is Colonel Wulf Yuleran of ISB. He may be part of ISB, but he has proven to be an excellent tactician under General Anakin Skywalker in the Clone Wars. Last but not least is Captain Gilad Pellaeon, captain of the Star Destroyer Chimaera in Lord Vader’s Death Squadron. I know he is just a Captain, but his feats during the Clone Wars and when he was temporarily under my command during the Battle of Corsin has proven to me that his promotion is long overdue. These 4 have proven that they are more competent than many commanders.We need military commanders more than ever right now.” Thrawn said while remembering Admiral Konstantine. Palpatine contemplated this. Thrawn was correct, they need better military commanders. His candidates may raise some eyebrows, but their records proved they’re worthy of holding the rank of Grand Admiral. The Rebels would never have been as strong as they are know if these officers never joined them. We must implement measures against any atrocities to prevent anymore officers from joining the Rebels. They must prevent anymore talented officers from defecting. Killing would do no good as it will just be a waste of talent, and it will only encourage more to defect. General Tagge is clearly trying to expand TaggeCo by developing droids for the Empire’s use, not a bad move. As for Vader, this came at a surprise. His apprentice has finally decided to take a stand instead of acting like a child and only following his orders. The fact that this many influential officers AND Lord Vader supporting this cause impressed him. This is the first time a group of high ranking officers stood up to him without trying to kill him at the same time. “Hehehe, it’s about time they grew a backbone. They’re currently mopping up resistance on the planet and will return to guard the Death Star. By that time, myself and the rest of my fleet would already have arrived at Celes-4 waiting for their arrival. I will leave for Celes-4 the moment our meeting is finished. Admiral Dorja reported that the Mon Calamari shipyards were not the only shipyards the Rebels’ possess. Chapter 3: Griffonstone and GenocideLOCATION: GRIFFONSTONE LOCAL TIME: 1:12PM The busy griffons of Griffonstone went around cleaning up the trash and decay that plagued their streets. Gilda observed the Cleanup from the center of town, she felt a sense of pride at what she was doing. Her thoughts were broken as a Female Griffon ran up to her. “Whats going on?” Gilda asked Concerned. “Strange Bipedal creatures just arrived outside of town, they said they are coming into town with an offer for us.” The female griffon said for everyone in the square to hear. “What do we do?” A male griffon asked. Gilda thought for a moment than sighed “we let them in town and hear what they have to say.” Captain Quinn looked around the town square noticing the decayed conditions of the town. He looked at the container he held in his hands. Once they see this they’ll immediately start supporting the Empire Quinn thought in his head. He than looked up and noticed the entire town's inhabitants were in the town square. Quinn set the Container down and a stormtrooper brought a wooden crate for Quinn to stand on. “Is everybody here?” Quinn asked looking at gilda. “Yes, every griffon in town is here, now what is it that you want?” Gilda responded. “We dont want anything, in fact we have an offer for you griffons.” Quinn responded “What kind of offer?” Gilda asked raising an eyebrow. “Im Captain Quinn, a representative of the Galactic Empire, serving under his majesty Emperor Palpatine. I come with an offer of an alliance for the Griffon Kingdom. In exchange for supporting the Empire and giving us a base of operations here we’ll share our technology with you and help rebuild the Griffon Empire, making you surpass Equestria in terms of power.” Everyone shared quizical looks before looking back at Quinn. “Why should we agree to this? We are perfectly fine with our alliance with Equestria” Gilda said speaking up. “Ah yes, Equestria, Tell me do you see Equestria helping you rebuild?” Quinn asked. The Griffons looked around a bit when a random griffon said “Not Really.” Quinn then got a grin on his face “Now, what is that Equestria promised to give you in return for this alliance?” “Friendship, that's what they promised us.” Grampa Gruff said. “Ah Yes friendship, tell me is friendship rebuilding your town? No? Well than it appears that Equestria is simply using you as a puppet. Making you a subservient ally to their False Deity. It's only a matter of time before Celestia herself tries to force the whole world to follow her cult of friendship.” Quinn then got a proud grin “the Empire however will donate supplies and workers to help rebuild and we’ll provide the military force to defend the Kingdom from foreign threats and ensure that you Griffons live a long and prosperous life.” The Griffons then started getting Angry at hearing what Quinn said. The Equestrians have done nothing to help them rebuild, all the Equestrian’s wanted was for the Griffons to believe in the magic of friendship. This Empire however sounded like a blessing in disguise, they sounded like they use Actions rather than words unlike Equestria. Quinn could see that a few of the Griffons needed that last push in order for them to Support the Empire. He than decided to go for his ace card and grabbed the Metal Container off the ground and opened it, making everyone in the crowd gasp. “The Idol of Boreas.” Gilda whispered. “You’d be correct, recovered at the bottom of the Abysmal Abyss by the Empire” Quinn responded. “But how? The Abyss is too deep for anyone to survive the Strong Pressures.” “You’ll find that the Empire has the Equipment for any task, nothing is impossible for us.” “But… I bet you thats not even the real idol, I bet its a fake” Gilda retorted. “See for yourself it’s the real thing.” Quinn said tossing the Idol at Gruff. Gruff examined the Idol for a bit then gasped “he’s not lying, its the real idol.” The Griffon kingdom was silent for a few moments, then the kingdom burst into cheers of celebration. Quinn grinned knowing that he had them right where he wants them. “I take it you’ll support the Empire?” Quinn asked. “YES!” yelled the crowd. Gilda than quickly yelled “No! I promised Rainbow Dash and pinkie that we’ll rely on the magic of friendship.” The Crowd than glared at Gilda, not wanting her to ruin their chance of making the Griffon Kingdom great again. “It Seems the Crowd has made up their minds, I suggest you reconsider before you are made an outcast.” Quinn said sternly. Gilda looked around at the bitter crowd than a lone tear fell from her eye and she quietly whispered “I'm sorry Rainbow Dash, but i can't be kicked out of my own home.” “What is your Answer?” Quinn asked. “I...I...I’ll support the Empire.” Gilda said sadly. “Excellent, from this Day forward the Alliance between the Griffon Kingdom and Equestria is over. Let The Empire-Griffon Alliance begin!” Quinn shouted. “All hail the Emperor!” the Imperials shouted. “All hail the Emperor!” the Griffon’s shouted back. LOCATION: CELES-4 TIME: 5:47PM CC-0243 aka Steel took off his helmet and wiped the Sweat off his forehead. He looked around the Burnt buildings and trees and saw his platoon walking around making sure there were not witnesses to speak out what happened here. He looked up in the Red tinted Sky and saw a Star Destroyer shine it's spotlights onto the ground. Steel put on his helmet and heard over the his helmet comn the voice of Admiral Cyrus. “What’s the operation status CC-0243?” Cyrus asked. “A success sir all organic lifeforms have been neutralized” Steel responded back. “Very good commander, report back to the Neutralizer for further orders” Cyrus said as the transmission was cut. An Imperial Transport ship than landed in what used to be a street. Steel’s Platoon boarded the Transport with Steel being the last to walk on the platform. Steel looked out to the ruins and saw seven Charred corpses laying on the ground in front of what was a large building. Steel then boarded the ship as it took off. If Steel had taken a closer look at the ruins he would of noticed a charred barely visible sign. Canterlot High School Chapter 1: Beyond The StarsAn Allegiance-Class Battlecruiser warped out of hyperspace, soon afterwards 4 imperial Star Destroyers warped out behind it. The Massive Cruisers were heading towards a lush green planet, this planet's name was Earth. The Galactic Empire heard of this planet from their Chiss allies and amassed an invasion fleet headed by Admiral Cyrus. The Fleet had now just positioned itself over the planet. Aboard the Allegiance-Class Battlecruiser Avenger Admiral Cyrus looked through the observation window on the bride of the ship, he looked at the planet and wondered what lifeforms his forces will encounter. He turned to face one of the Technician's “Send a message to the planet’s surface saying that we request a meeting with the Planetary Governor.” The Technician nodded his head and sent the message. A few minutes later the fleet still had not received a response. Cyrus faced the Technician “Why haven't we got a response back?” “umn Sir, it's possible that this is a primitive world and lacks any communication equipment at all.” The Technician answered. Cyrus gripped his chin with his hand and thought about the situation, he didn't want to go in guns blazing he wanted to see exactly what he’s dealing with. “Send a probe droid down immediately!” Cyrus ordered. “Yes sir!” the technician said as he pushed a button on his console sending a probe droid down to the surface. Friendship Castle Balcony It was a calm and cool night in Equestria, all of its subjects were sleeping well except one lavender Alicorn “Twilight why are you still up?” asked Spike. “Princess Luna said the stars will be perfect for stargazing tonight.” Twilight said as she looked through a telescope. “Haven't you already charted the stars though?” Spike asked. “Yes, but these stars appear to have changed positions as Winter Approaches.” Twilight said as she drew some stars into a book. Spike simply rolled his eyes at Twilight’s antics, she was a literal bookworm. Twilight then looked back into the Telescope and saw a bright light moving, she than gasped “Spike, it’s a shooting Star!” she said excitedly, Spike than looked through the telescope and saw it to “Wow, that's amazing!” he said intrigued. However after looking at it for a while intrigue turned into concern “Umn twilight that shooting star seems to be getting closer to us!” he said nervously. “What?!” Twilight shouted then looked through the telescope “That's not a Shooting star it's a meteorite!” She shouted. “And it's heading right for us!” Spike shouted as the meteor now was clearly visible and was a few hundred feet away from impact. “Take Cover!” Twilight shouted as she and spike ran in the castle. The Meteorite than crashed into the balcony leaving a crater in the Balcony. 2 Minutes later Twilight and spike decided to brave up and investigate the Meteorite. As they got closer Twilight noticed something was off, the Meteorite appeared to be made of Metal not rock. “That's odd.” Twilight mused as she rubbed her chin with her hoof. “What is it?” spike asked. “I Don't know..” Twilight said as she tried to figure out what this object was. Her thoughts were soon broken as she saw an antenna rise from the metal and the piece of metal soon rose off the ground revealing a bug like piece of Machine with multiple small hands. The Machine then started emitting noises. “What is that thing?” Spike asked. Twilight looked at it further than it hit her and she squeed with excitement “Spike it's a Robot!” Spike yelled “A robot!” than hid behind Twilight. “Is it going to take over our planet?” Spike asked peeking over Twilight’s haunches. Twilight simply used her magic to levitate spike in front of her and sighed. “Spike it's not going to take over Equestria, you read way too many of those comic books, besides he looks harmless.” “Than what does it want?” Spike asked. Twilight looked over at the machine it was on the edge of her balcony looking over equestria its head was turning. “I guess it just wants to observe and learn.” Twilight said as she shrugged her hoofs, “i'm going to go say hi.” Twilight said as she walked over to the robot. The Robot simply turned around to face her “My name's Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship, it's a pleasure to meet you.” Twilight said as she held out her hoof for a hoofshake. The Robot simply looked at her and than slowly head out one of its many hands to return her hoofshake. “See spike, its friendly.” Twilight said smugly as she looked at spike. “Ooh i can't wait to see the girl’s faces when i show them this.” Twilight said excitedly. She than yawned “I guess we better get to bed, you're welcome to come in for the night.” Twilight said as she looked towards the robot. Twilight and spike than walked into the castle with the Probe Droid following them. Aboard the Avenger Cyrus couldn't believe what he had just seen, according the probe droid this planet was inhabited by a equine like species not to mention what appears to be a small dragon of some sort. What shocked him even more was when the purple creature used the force on the tiny dragon and lifted him up. Not to mention shortly after the 1st probe was sent multiple other probes were sent to investigate other parts of the planet. It appears that this planet was mainly inhabited by these equines along with dragons, what is assumed to be a griffon and multiple other species. It was also very much clear that the Technology on this planet was not even close to space flight, they haven't even invented some form of automobile. According the Data the Equines population had 3 different appearances, one without any appendages and appeared to be a normal horse, one with a horn that as the scouting revealed had some connection to the force, and another with wings that is most likely used for flight. Cyrus looked over the data and remembered that the purple one was a princess and that she was meeting her friends tomorrow. Cyrus turned to face his Vice Captain, “Prepare a small battalion for planetary landing tomorrow.” Cyrus ordered “Yes sir.” The Vice captain responded. Cyrus then looked at the green planet through the observation window “Time for Negotiations.” Cyrus said to himself.
Chapter 2: NegotiationsCurrent Time: 12:10PM (Local Time) Location: Outside Ponyville It was Another Sunny Day in ponyville, The Mane 6 had gathered for a picnic. Rarity set down the Traditional Red and White Picnic blanket on the grass while Applejack placed down the basket of food. "Where's Twi? She was supposed to be here soon." Applejack said looking around. "OVER HERE!" Twilight yelled running towards the group. "Twilight dear, what took you so long?" rarity asked tilting her head to the side. "Girls, i met someone you'd never expect last night!" Twilight said excitedly "Who?" The rest of the Mane 6 said in unison. Twilight waited a few seconds then said "A Robot!" A few moments of silence passed before the rest of the mane 6 broke into laughter. "A Robot, seriously Twilight?! That's ridiculous I think you've been reading too many Sci-fi books." Rainbow dash said laughing on the ground. "Im serious, look here he comes now!" Twilight said pointing her hoof at a flying cylinder coming towards the group. The rest of the mane 6's jaws dropped, Twilight was actually telling the truth, they couldn't believe what they saw right in front of them, an actual robot. "That. Is. AWESOME!" Rainbow dash said as she flew close to the robot, "I bet you an alien sent this." Dash said poking at it. Twilight simply chuckled "Rainbow, Aliens don't exist." Sky Above Equestria Cyrus sat in his chair in the Cockpit of the Lambda Class shuttle. He had decided to bring a small team of Imperial Navy Commandos as his personal bodyguards. All he had to do now was negotiate this planet's entry into the Galactic Empire, than start Rebuilding the World in the Empire's vision. If the Planetary government refused, well annexation has worked out in the past. His thoughts were than broken by the pilot's voice, "we see the Picnic sir, we'll be landing in a few minutes." Back at the Picnic The Mane 6 was eating haywiches when Twilight noticed something in the corner of her eye. "Do you guys see that thing in the sky?" The rest of the group looked in the sky and closed their eyes slightly and saw something too. "I do see something, what is it." Fluttershy asked. "Ah don't know, lets just hope it's friendly." Applejack said. Their curiosities were soon answered when the object got closer and was revealed to be a metal vehicle of some kind. The object descended towards a large flat area near the picnic and dropped 2 metal legs before landing. "Told you Aliens, exist." Rainbow dash said smugly. Before Twilight could retort, the ship shot out steam from the lower part before a ramp descended. 4 Humanoid figures in white Armor holding what appeared to be weapons walked down the ramp and stood guard at the base. Another figure walked down this time in what appeared to be a Male in a Grey uniform and from Twilight's experience with her brother, this man was obviously a high military official. He than spoke, "I'm Admiral Cyrus of the Galactic Empire, and you are Princess Twilight Sparkle of the Ponies, am I correct?" Twilight couldn't believe it, this Human knew who she was, but he couldn't be a human. When she travelled through the Mirror she met humans, this one wasn't, he had tan skin compared to the colors of the humans she met and this one appeared to be cold and calculating. Sure some humans she met in the other world were mean, but this one looked like he couldn't care less if he killed somepony. The ones with the white armor and emotion less faces and more so. "Yes, i'm Princess Twilight, but i don't rule over Equestria, princess Celestia and princess Luna do." Twilight said correcting Cyrus. Cyrus was confused, she was a princess that meant she held power, if she did not rule over "Equestria" than what did she rule over? "Forgive me, Twilight Sparkle if you don't rule over Equestria as you call this place, than what do you rule over?" Cyrus asked. Twilight then stood proudly along with her friends "I'm the princess of Friendship." Twilight was expecting a response but instead the Admiral started laughing along with his bodyguards much to her and her friends annoyance. "Princess of friendship?! What kind of ridiculous title is that?!" Cyrus said bending over laughing. After a minute or 2 he and his bodyguards got refocused on what they came here to do. "May we speak with this Princess Celestia and Princess luna than?" Cyrus asked. "I'll send a letter to her than." Twilight said walking towards home. "There's no need of that Twilight." A calm voice said. Twilight looked over and saw Princess Celestia, Cadence, and Luna land in front of the humans. "You Are Princess Celestia and Princess Luna? who is this other one you bring with you?" Cyrus asked looking at Cadence. "Im Princess Cadence of the Crystal Empire, and the Princess of Love." Cadence said gesturing a hoof to herself. A Princess of love Really? These ponies were absolutely Idiots if they thought that being a princess of an idea gave them Ruling power. "Im Princess Celestia, and this is my loving younger sister Luna." Celestia said pulling luna for a hug. "It is my Job to raise and lower the sun, while it is luna's Job to raise and lower the moon." Celestia said finishing. Cyrus couldn't believe the things he was hearing, these 2 ponies claim to move the Sun and moon? Who do they take him for an idiot? Everyone in the Galaxy knows how Orbits and Gravity works, except these creatures. "Im Admiral Cyrus of the Galactic Empire." Cyrus said raising an arm to shake Celestia's hoof to which she returned. "Galactic Empire?, are you saying that you rule over an entire Galaxy because i find that hard to believe" Celestia asked unamused. Cyrus Grinned "Yes, our Empire rules over 70 million of the Galaxy's one billion inhabited Star Systems, A majority of those Systems being highly populated which brings the Empire's total population to One Hundred quadrillion beings,with the Empire being run Strictly by us Humans and ruled over by Male's." The Princesses and the ponies gasped, the Entire population of equestria was 120 million according to the last census, if what he was saying is true then everyone on the planet could die and it wouldn't even affect a portion of the Galaxy. Twilight couldn't believe what she was hearing and refused to believe that these Aliens were humans. "No your not humans, the humans i met never claimed that they ruled over an entire galaxy and they don't look like you!" Cyrus looked at the creature with a fake face of pity, "It appears that you were lied to my dear, whatever creatures you called humans were clearly not." "Now onto other matters, The Empire has an interest in your planet, what do you have to offer in terms of entry into the empire?" Cyrus asked. Celestia and luna were clearly irritated now, "what do you mean, we have no interest in joining your Empire." "Well, we need something in return if we're going to be putting resources into this planet, the Empire won't commit to this planet unless we get something." Cyrus said plainly. "No, We're not going to join your Empire, it seems you want to use my Ponies as tools and treat them as slaves, that's something i cannot agree on, I suggest you leave." Celestia said now clearly angry. Cyrus sighed so much for the easy way, it appears that these ponies will only listen if a show of force is enacted. Cyrus pressed a button on his wrist and waited. Minutes later the Ponies and the humans saw a large ship descending towards them, Cyrus looked up and saw the Gazonti Class Cruiser drop 2 AT-ST's onto the field with a large thud before flying away. He pressed a button on his wrist comn "This is Admiral Cyrus, fire upon the forest." The 2 large walkers than aimed towards the forest and started firing their cannons and grenade launchers. Within a few moments the forest was on fire.The Ponies gasped, thankfully Zecora said she was visiting home for the next few weeks and wasn't in the forest. "Now you see the military might of the empire, i suggest you reconsider before you become the next rebellion." Cyrus said "what's the rebellion?" Pinkie pie asked scared. Cyrus simply smiled and flashed back to the Battle of Yavin. Flashback: 2 Years Ago, Battle of Yavin 4 An X-Wing spiraled out of control as it exploded. The six Star Destroyers protecting the Death Star were making short work of the Attacking Rebel Fleet. Grand moff Tarkin was enjoying seeing the rebel fleet be destroyed. "The Death Star is now in range." An imperial officer said. "Fire" Tarkin ordered. The death star operators nodded their heads and pulled down a lever firing the Superlaser and Destroying the Rebel's there. Luke couldn't believe he failed to destroy the death star in time, he wouldn't have to worry about living with it though as a Turbolaser shot his engine destroying his ship. Half an hour later the Millennium Falcon and the Rest of the rebel fleet were annihilated. The Rebels had lost. The Empire Had won. The Galactic Civil War was over. End Flashback The Ponies couldn't believe what Cyrus told them about the Rebellion, if a system wide Rebellion couldn't stop the Empire what made the Ponies think that they had a chance? Celestia thought of the Situation and Conceded "what is it that you wish?" TIMESKIP The Lambda Class shuttle connected to the Side of the Avenger seeing as how there were no hangers on the Ship. Cyrus departed the Shuttle and walked towards the Bridge. Halfway there his Vice Captain walked beside him. "How did negotiations go sir?" Cyrus Snorted "These ponies are complete Idiots and are delusional, they believe their 2 rulers raise the sun and the moon. Don't even get me started on the others ridiculous title's Princess of Friendship and Princess of love. However we did reach an agreement, ready a force to Create a base in the Everfree forest." Cyrus ordered "Yes Sir, um Excuse me for asking but what did the Ponies want in return Admiral?" "We've Decided to share our Basic Technology in Return for Access to Equestria's Resources and to create a Base there." Cyrus said. "Did you do as i asked Vice Captain?" Cyrus said looking at him. "Yes sir, we have located Griffonstone." the captain replied back. "Good, now onto phase two of our Conquest." Cyrus said walking into the bridge.
Chapter 4: TensionsLocation: The Moon The Nyx gathered around in a circle to greet their new visitors. What appeared to be the leader of the Nyx’s stepped forward, “Greeting newcomers, welcome to Lun as the leader of the Nyx it is my pleasure to welcome all visitors.” There was no response from the ‘visitors’ and the leader simply shrugged it off. “It's okay you don't have to tell us who you are, now if i may ask what is your reason for being here?” The ‘visitors’ again did not respond. The Nyx observed their visitors. They wore an all black armor with a pauldron on the side, the bottom of what appeared to be a helmet glowed green. They had a weird looking piece of metal in their hands, that seemed to serve no purpose. Who were these odd creatures? The nyx shuffled their feet nervously, “Um who are you?” the leader asked. The ‘visitors’ then immediately started firing their pieces of metal and gunned down all the Nyx before they even had a chance to flee. Aboard The Avenger Time: 11:34PM Local Time Admiral Cyrus stood before a Hologram of Grand Moff Tarkin. “Thank you for donating your Death Troopers to help in the conquest of the Planet” said Cyrus. “Thanks are not necessary Admiral, what matters is that you are successful in eliminating all potential threats to the Empire” said Tarkin. “I already have started Grand Moff, the ‘Humans’ have been wiped out and your Death Troopers have wiped out the Nyx.” “Very good Admiral I see the situation is under control, keep me informed of your progress.” Tarkin said as the Transmission was cut. Cyrus Vice Admiral then walked into the room, “Something to report?” Cyrus asked. “Yes sir, The Officers tell me the demolition and reconstruction of ponyville will begin in the morning.” Cyrus had a grin on his face, “very good, my plan is starting to come together.” Location: The Castle of Friendship Time: 8:24AM Twilight fumbled around in her large bed, still lost in the world of sleep. Well that was until a large wrecking ball slammed into her room waking her up. “What the Hay?!” Twilight yelled waking up and seeing the Wrecking ball in her room. Twilight than ran down a large set of stairs and outside to find who put a large hole in her room. Twilight circled around the outside of the castle to find the one of the humans, an officer to be precise ordering other humans to knock down the rest of Ponyville’s buildings. “Hey, what do you think you're doing?!” Twilight shouted at the officer. The Officer looked over at Twilight and noticed her irritated face, “Were Demolishing these old buildings and putting in new, Galactic Standard buildings” the officer said. “Demolishing?! you can't do that!” Twilight yelled stomping her front hoof on the ground. The Officer smiled “Of course we can, Princess Celestia signed the Agreement waiving Equestria into the Empire, and in turn these buildings are not up to Imperial Standards and must be demolished and replaced with ones that are up to standard.” Imperial Bulldozers and other Demolition equipment started destroying the Wooden houses. Pinkie pie and the Cakes ran out of Sugarcube corner just as a Wrecking ball slammed into it, destroying the bakery. Rarity and Sweetie belle were outside watching as a bulldozer destroyed the Carousel Boutique. “Ah can't believe they kicked us out!” Applejack yelled as she and the rest of her family walked towards the Castle, Carrying a large Wagon filled with their belongings. “Applejack did they destroy your home to?” Twilight asked. “Darn Tootin they did! You Imperials have no right destroying our Livelihoods, ah know for a fact that am not going to stand for this, who’s with me?” Applejack said glaring at the officer. Other Ponies than gathered around and were now upset and started grouping up towards the officer. The ponies advance were halted as 4 stormtroopers encircled the officer carrying shock batons and shields. The officer than noticed the ponies backing away, not wanting to fight well equipped soldiers. “I know you Ponies are upset about loosing your homes but think of it this way, with the Empire’s help Ponyville was have all the Galactic modern Amenities and you will be able to live out luxuries lives” the officer said trying to calm down the upset crowd. “Now you will be placed in temporary housing units until the Renovations are complete, note that any who attempt to halt Imperial progress will be dealt with harshly.” The officer continued finishing with a glare on the ponies who in turn gulped not wanting to know what the consequences were. Days later all the buildings in ponyville including the friendship castle were destroyed. Another Few days later a Concrete Street was created. Weeks later Skyscrapers were erected in ponyville. 2 Months after Construction began, the Renovations were complete and a new citadel sat where the old Friendship Castle was bore a Holographic Logo of the Empire.
Chapter 5: ReportsLocation: Crystal Empire Palace Time: 9:47AM “Are you sure about this honey?” Shining armor asked his wife. Cadence nodded “I'm afraid it's the only way, you heard about what their doing to Equestria we can’t let that happen to the Crystal Empire.” Shining Armor sighed, “I’ll let the troops know.” Location: Everfree Imperial Base Conference Room Time: 10:47AM Admiral Cyrus walked into the Conference room of the Imperial base and pressed a few buttons on the holotable, multiple holograms of various high ranking Imperials, Darth Vader himself and the leader of the Empire, Emperor Palpatine. “Admiral Cyrus reporting in.” Cyrus said to the other holograms. “Director Krennic, reporting in.” Said a man with grayish hair. “General Ziering, reporting in.” said an old man with white hair and a cybernetic left eye. “Grand Admiral Thrawn, reporting in” said a male chiss. “Good everyone is here, Admiral Cyrus what do you have to report?” Palpatine asked. Cyrus cleared his throat and pulled up a hologram of the crystal Empire. “Our intel indicates that the nation known as the Crystal Empire is starting to rebel against the Empire, they are hoping that this is inspiring other nations including Equestria to fight back against the Empire, if they succeed all our hard work will be undone.” The room was silent for a bit until Palpatine broke the silence “This Rebellion must be put down before it can begin and destroy all of our work, this planet is highly valuable to the Empire and I will not risk losing it”. Palpatine then turned to Darth Vader. “Lord Vader, I have a mission for you.” “What is thy bidding my master.” Vader responded. “This Crystal Empire must be put down before it becomes a threat to our presence on that planet, Take a force of your best men and raze the Crystal Empire to the ground, show them the price of rebellion. Once the Crystal Empire has been decimated we can refocus our efforts on the Equestrians. The rest of you are to not interfere with Lord Vader's mission, this must be done by him personally” “Understood, your majesty.”The other hologram leaders of the Empire said. “I will leave at once my master.” Vader said as his hologram was cut. “As for the rest of you, I trust that your plans are set and ready to commence once lord vader has dealt with the insurrection?” Palpatine asked. “Yes your majesty, once Lord Vader defeats the Crystal Ponies, I will bring my fleet to reinforce our position for the planet. However I can only take half for now since the rest of my fleet is putting down a Rebellion on Mon Calamari, once the Rebellion there is put down I can bring in the full fleet” said Thrawn. “My ground forces will wipe out any remnants of Rebellion and strengthen our grip on the planet and help secure our claims.” said Ziering. “My assignments will begin once the necessary criteria is met.” said Krennic Last but not least Cyrus said “And I am to Assist Grand Admiral Thrawn in whatever he needs. On another note your majesty, I believe I have some information that may interest you” said Cyrus. “What is this information you have to tell me?” Palpatine asked. “There is a group of ponies who are Equestria’s heroes, I believe that they will play a role in our presence here.” Cyrus said activating a hologram on the table of the Mane 6. Palpatine was now interested in what Cyrus had to say, “Go on Admiral.” Location: Forward Imperial Outpost CC-2489 ran behind a crate and fired his blaster at the charging Crystal Ponies. He watched as one of his fellow Stormtroopers had a diamond tipped spear thrown into his chest, killing the trooper. 2489 pulled out one of his Thermal Detonators and threw it at a charging group of Crystal Ponies killing them. “We need to get a distress signal sent to base!” An Imperial Officer yelled as he blasted another charging Crystal Pony with his pistol. An Imperial Technician ran over to the Comn Station and started entering the distress message. “Agh! This is gonna take a few minutes to send, Keep those Ponies off me while I send the Message.” “You heard him men, keep those Ponies away from him!” The officer yelled. A Stormtrooper fired several blasts at a charging crystal pony killing it, however soon after, the said trooper’s head was cut clean off with a crystal battleaxe. “What the kark?!” the officer yelled seeing the trooper get beheaded. The source of the beheader revealed itself to be a brute of a Crystal Pony wearing heavy armor. The Pony beheaded 3 more stormtroopers before it got a few several blaster bolts in the back scorching its armor and irritating the pony. The brute turned around to face the source of the fire revealing a small squad of stormtroopers with the one in the front armed with a Z-6 Rotary Blaster Cannon. The Stormtrooper unleashed a wave of blaster fire into the Brute causing the armor to start wearing away from the intense firepower. Soon after a minute of constant fire, the armor broke and a hailfire of blaster went into the pony's body killing him. The technician quickly finished his message and slammed his fist down on the transmit button. “There, the distress call has been sent!” The Crystal Ponies attacking force sustained heavy losses and the Commander yelled for the Ponies to retreat back to the Crystal Empire. The Stormtroopers raised their weapons in cheers as the ponies fled from the base. The Imperial officer wiped the sweat off his forehead, “That was a close one.”
Chapter 6: Loose EndsAssertor-class Dreadnought Victorious Office of Grand Admiral Thrawn In orbit with the Death Star near Corellia Grand Admiral Thrawn stood at attention before the hologram of Emperor Palpatine. What he will tell the Emperor may just save the Empire from complete collapse. “What is it you want to tell me Grand Admiral?” asked Emperor Palpatine. “Milord, I’ve created some plans that may just save the Empire from complete destruction.” said Thrawn. Palpatine looked at his most trusted Grand Admiral before speaking, “And what evidence do you have that can bring our downfall?” “I have seen many planets, those where the majority of the population are non-Human. They have grown to hate the Empire and many are thinking of joining the Rebel’s call. Admiral Ackbar and General Iblis have done an excellent job in turning many against us unfortunately. If we were to overturn the xenophobic policies, grant rights to non-Humans, and allow non-Humans to join the Imperial Military, we can turn the non-Human population against the Rebels. We’ll be taking away the Rebels’ greatest asset.” answered the Grand Admiral. “Hmmm, you do realize many have already resented us enough and may even infiltrate the military. Look around you Grand Admiral, the Empire was great because of Humanity, not some aliens.” “Then what am I? I am living proof that non-Humans can fight for the Empire. I am living proof non-Humans can support the Empire. Think about the great minds within the non-Human population being wasted because they have no rights. Milord, I implore that you think about this. This will prove to be an advantage for us.” answered Thrawn. Palpatine looked down at him. Any other officer would’ve felt his wrath for raising their voice, but this is Grand Admiral Thrawn, the most intelligent, and the greatest tactician in the Imperial Navy. Thrawn did raise some good points, the Rebellion grew stronger because of his xenophobic policies. “You are correct Grand Admiral, maybe I have gone overboard with my xenophobic views. I will create new policies as soon as possible.” “Thank you milord, I do have another concern however. This concerns the other Grand Admirals.” He gave him a questioning look, “And what about them?” “There are some of them that are abusing their powers and are constantly trying to outdo each other. This Rebellion may end quicker if all of the Grand Admirals united. I believe we should remove the most troublesome.” “Do you have names Grand Admiral?” “Indeed I do, I’ve received reports from spies that Grand Admiral Zaarin plans to detonate a bomb on the bridge of the Executor while you and Lord Vader are on the way to meet Moff Jerjerrod in Endor. He would then shift the blame to myself and the other Grand Admirals, and then install himself as the new Emperor.” “That is unfortunate, Lord Vader and I have much respect for him. It would seem my meeting with Moff Jerjerrod must be postponed. Anybody else?” “Yes milord, I’ve received reports that Grand Admiral Pitta hired a saboteur to hack into the Aggressor’s computers and have it crash into Anaxus with Grand Admiral Grunger during a Naval Exercise. I believe Pitta wanted to eliminate any opposition to his xenophobic campaigns starting with Grunger considering the many occasions where their fleets crossed paths.” “Just like Zaarin, this act would be considered treason. Go on.” Palpatine said. “Grand Admiral Ishin-Il-Raz. Although he has done nothing that would be considered treasonous, his incompetence as a military commander has costed many lives. Under him, he lost 8 Star Destroyers and 1 Bellator-class Dreadnought heavily damaged against a numerically outnumbered Rebel Fleet over Falleen. I have met many Admirals who are disgusted with him and refuse to follow his orders from a politician acting as a military commander. I advise Grand Admiral Raz to be removed as Grand Admiral but allowed to keep his position in COMPNOR.” “I do admire his fanaticism and his loyalty to me, but you are correct. We need military commanders, not politicians leading our fleets.” Palpatine responded. “Lastly is Grand Admiral Takel.” Thrawn said. Palpatine raised an eyebrow after hearing this, “Takel is a brilliant strategist. Why should I remove him?” “Milord, while Takel is indeed a brilliant strategist, but his addiction to spice has proven to do more harm than good. It made him more paranoid and rash with his decisions. I’ve received reports that he pulled back his entire fleet which included an Executor, 2 Assertors, and 5 Bellators against a numerically outnumbered Rebel Fleet over Azure. Admiral Piett also personally told me Grand Admiral Takel made a pit stop with his entire fleet to pick up some Twi’lek dancers. What I’m saying is Grand Admiral may have been a brilliant tactician, he is no longer fit to be a Grand Admiral. I believe he should retire.” “Interesting, who do you believe should replace them then?” asked Palpatine. “I searched through the records and I have found 4 candidates. The first is Admiral Gallius Rax whom you already know. He is a brilliant tactician and a model officer. Second, is Admiral Rae Sloane. Her record is completely clean and has led her fleet to many victories against the Rebels. Now the next two you may know them due to their experience in the Clone Wars. The first is Colonel Wulf Yuleran of ISB. He may be part of ISB, but he has proven to be an excellent tactician under General Anakin Skywalker in the Clone Wars. Last but not least is Captain Gilad Pellaeon, captain of the Star Destroyer Chimaera in Lord Vader’s Death Squadron. I know he is just a Captain, but his feats during the Clone Wars and when he was temporarily under my command during the Battle of Corsin has proven to me that his promotion is long overdue. These 4 have proven that they are more competent than many commanders.We need military commanders more than ever right now.” Thrawn said while remembering Admiral Konstantine. Palpatine contemplated this. Thrawn was correct, they need better military commanders. His candidates may raise some eyebrows, but their records proved they’re worthy of holding the rank of Grand Admiral. If this was another officer, he would’ve downright refused them, but he learned to never doubt Thrawn and trust him. “You have brought up some excellent candidates Grand Admiral. Very well, I will summon them to Courscant along with the other Grand Admirals. Do you have any other proposals?” “Yes milord, I suggest commanders to show restraint, and do anything in their power to prevent civilian casualties. I have met many officers who were horrified by atrocities committed by members of the military. Many of the Rebels’ commanders were in fact, former Imperial Officers. The Rebels would never have been as strong as they are know if these officers never joined them. We must implement measures against any atrocities to prevent anymore officers from joining the Rebels. Palpatine stared at Thrawn with a blank look at his face. At first, he felt anger when he mentioned the Imperial traitors, but Thrawn is correct again. They must prevent anymore talented officers from defecting. Killing would do no good as it will just be a waste of talent, and it will only encourage more to defect. The majority defected because of the Empire’s brutal campaigns to wipe out or enslave inhabitants of entire planets. Speaking of which, Palpatine noted to speak to Tarkin about exceeding his authority when he ordered the destruction of Alderaan. “Very well, Grand Admiral.” “One last thing milord. A group of commanders and I have started a petition to abolish slavery and replace our workers in the production facilities with droids. By doing so, we’ll regain the support from the populace and again, deny the Rebels a propaganda tool.” “And who are these commanders Grand Admiral?” Palpatine asked intrigued. “Besides myself, there is Admiral Piett, Grand Admiral Grunger, Moff Jerjerrod, Moff Kaine, Admiral Rax, Admiral Sloane, General Ziering, Admiral Daala, Grand Admiral Teshik, General Veers, General Tagge, and um, Lord Vader.” Palpatine raised and eyebrow before chuckling. General Tagge is clearly trying to expand TaggeCo by developing droids for the Empire’s use, not a bad move. As for Vader, this came at a surprise. His apprentice has finally decided to take a stand instead of acting like a child and only following his orders. The fact that this many influential officers AND Lord Vader supporting this cause impressed him. This is the first time a group of high ranking officers stood up to him without trying to kill him at the same time. “Hehehe, it’s about time they grew a backbone. Very well Grand Admiral, I will consult with my advisors and meet with General Tagge. I can imagine Grand Admiral Pitta will not be pleased.” Palpatine chuckled. “To be frank milord, Pitta is better off dead.” “I agree, I will assemble all of the Grand Admirals in Coruscant. By the time you arrive, all of your proposals should be approved. What is the situation of the rest of your fleet?” Palpatine asked. “Admiral Dorja and the Intimidator with her escorts took control of the Mon Calamari shipyards. They’re currently mopping up resistance on the planet and will return to guard the Death Star. By that time, myself and the rest of my fleet would already have arrived at Celes-4 waiting for their arrival. I will leave for Celes-4 the moment our meeting is finished. Admiral Dorja reported that the Mon Calamari shipyards were not the only shipyards the Rebels’ possess. There is no information on their location as only the highest commanders there knew its location, but they all perished when their flagship was destroyed.” “That is most unfortunate, but what’s done is done. I trust you will gain this Princess Celestia’s favor?” “Yes milord, she seems to be very Pro-Imperial. With the reports of the scientists’ discoveries on Celes-4, Director Krennic’s laboratories can start producing weapons that will tip the scales in our favor against them. Of course, this must be kept a secret from the Princess, although I do not know how long we can maintain this secret. Admiral Cyrus has already discovered a perfect location for the laboratory, far from civilization and easy to protect.” “Very good Grand Admiral, do anything in your power to gain her favor. I sense the inhabitants on that planet will have a severe impact on the galaxy and I intend to have it in our favor. For now, I await your arrival on Coruscant. Your proposals may turn the tide against these Rebels.” “Yes milord.” Thrawn said as the hologram turned off. A few minutes later, Thrawn walked into the bridge of the Victorious and stared out its window before an officer walked up to him. “Captain, plot course to Coruscant. Tell the rest of the fleet to head to Naval Station Validusia. We will rendezvous there. Admiral Motti’s fleet will arrive shortly to guard the Death Star.” Thrawn said while still staring out the window. “Yes sir.” The captain said.
Chapter 3: Griffonstone and GenocideLOCATION: GRIFFONSTONE LOCAL TIME: 1:12PM The busy griffons of Griffonstone went around cleaning up the trash and decay that plagued their streets. Gilda observed the Cleanup from the center of town, she felt a sense of pride at what she was doing. Her thoughts were broken as a Female Griffon ran up to her. “Whats going on?” Gilda asked Concerned. “Strange Bipedal creatures just arrived outside of town, they said they are coming into town with an offer for us.” The female griffon said for everyone in the square to hear. “What do we do?” A male griffon asked. Gilda thought for a moment than sighed “we let them in town and hear what they have to say.” Captain Quinn looked around the town square noticing the decayed conditions of the town. He looked at the container he held in his hands. Once they see this they’ll immediately start supporting the Empire Quinn thought in his head. He than looked up and noticed the entire town's inhabitants were in the town square. Quinn set the Container down and a stormtrooper brought a wooden crate for Quinn to stand on. “Is everybody here?” Quinn asked looking at gilda. “Yes, every griffon in town is here, now what is it that you want?” Gilda responded. “We dont want anything, in fact we have an offer for you griffons.” Quinn responded “What kind of offer?” Gilda asked raising an eyebrow. “Im Captain Quinn, a representative of the Galactic Empire, serving under his majesty Emperor Palpatine. I come with an offer of an alliance for the Griffon Kingdom. In exchange for supporting the Empire and giving us a base of operations here we’ll share our technology with you and help rebuild the Griffon Empire, making you surpass Equestria in terms of power.” Everyone shared quizical looks before looking back at Quinn. “Why should we agree to this? We are perfectly fine with our alliance with Equestria” Gilda said speaking up. “Ah yes, Equestria, Tell me do you see Equestria helping you rebuild?” Quinn asked. The Griffons looked around a bit when a random griffon said “Not Really.” Quinn then got a grin on his face “Now, what is that Equestria promised to give you in return for this alliance?” “Friendship, that's what they promised us.” Grampa Gruff said. “Ah Yes friendship, tell me is friendship rebuilding your town? No? Well than it appears that Equestria is simply using you as a puppet. Making you a subservient ally to their False Deity. It's only a matter of time before Celestia herself tries to force the whole world to follow her cult of friendship.” Quinn then got a proud grin “the Empire however will donate supplies and workers to help rebuild and we’ll provide the military force to defend the Kingdom from foreign threats and ensure that you Griffons live a long and prosperous life.” The Griffons then started getting Angry at hearing what Quinn said. The Equestrians have done nothing to help them rebuild, all the Equestrian’s wanted was for the Griffons to believe in the magic of friendship. This Empire however sounded like a blessing in disguise, they sounded like they use Actions rather than words unlike Equestria. Quinn could see that a few of the Griffons needed that last push in order for them to Support the Empire. He than decided to go for his ace card and grabbed the Metal Container off the ground and opened it, making everyone in the crowd gasp. “The Idol of Boreas.” Gilda whispered. “You’d be correct, recovered at the bottom of the Abysmal Abyss by the Empire” Quinn responded. “But how? The Abyss is too deep for anyone to survive the Strong Pressures.” “You’ll find that the Empire has the Equipment for any task, nothing is impossible for us.” “But… I bet you thats not even the real idol, I bet its a fake” Gilda retorted. “See for yourself it’s the real thing.” Quinn said tossing the Idol at Gruff. Gruff examined the Idol for a bit then gasped “he’s not lying, its the real idol.” The Griffon kingdom was silent for a few moments, then the kingdom burst into cheers of celebration. Quinn grinned knowing that he had them right where he wants them. “I take it you’ll support the Empire?” Quinn asked. “YES!” yelled the crowd. Gilda than quickly yelled “No! I promised Rainbow Dash and pinkie that we’ll rely on the magic of friendship.” The Crowd than glared at Gilda, not wanting her to ruin their chance of making the Griffon Kingdom great again. “It Seems the Crowd has made up their minds, I suggest you reconsider before you are made an outcast.” Quinn said sternly. Gilda looked around at the bitter crowd than a lone tear fell from her eye and she quietly whispered “I'm sorry Rainbow Dash, but i can't be kicked out of my own home.” “What is your Answer?” Quinn asked. “I...I...I’ll support the Empire.” Gilda said sadly. “Excellent, from this Day forward the Alliance between the Griffon Kingdom and Equestria is over. Let The Empire-Griffon Alliance begin!” Quinn shouted. “All hail the Emperor!” the Imperials shouted. “All hail the Emperor!” the Griffon’s shouted back. LOCATION: CELES-4 TIME: 5:47PM CC-0243 aka Steel took off his helmet and wiped the Sweat off his forehead. He looked around the Burnt buildings and trees and saw his platoon walking around making sure there were not witnesses to speak out what happened here. He looked up in the Red tinted Sky and saw a Star Destroyer shine it's spotlights onto the ground. Steel put on his helmet and heard over the his helmet comn the voice of Admiral Cyrus. “What’s the operation status CC-0243?” Cyrus asked. “A success sir all organic lifeforms have been neutralized” Steel responded back. “Very good commander, report back to the Neutralizer for further orders” Cyrus said as the transmission was cut. An Imperial Transport ship than landed in what used to be a street. Steel’s Platoon boarded the Transport with Steel being the last to walk on the platform. Steel looked out to the ruins and saw seven Charred corpses laying on the ground in front of what was a large building. Steel then boarded the ship as it took off. If Steel had taken a closer look at the ruins he would of noticed a charred barely visible sign. Canterlot High School
Chapter 1: Beyond The StarsAn Allegiance-Class Battlecruiser warped out of hyperspace, soon afterwards 4 imperial Star Destroyers warped out behind it. The Massive Cruisers were heading towards a lush green planet, this planet's name was Earth. The Galactic Empire heard of this planet from their Chiss allies and amassed an invasion fleet headed by Admiral Cyrus. The Fleet had now just positioned itself over the planet. Aboard the Allegiance-Class Battlecruiser Avenger Admiral Cyrus looked through the observation window on the bride of the ship, he looked at the planet and wondered what lifeforms his forces will encounter. He turned to face one of the Technician's “Send a message to the planet’s surface saying that we request a meeting with the Planetary Governor.” The Technician nodded his head and sent the message. A few minutes later the fleet still had not received a response. Cyrus faced the Technician “Why haven't we got a response back?” “umn Sir, it's possible that this is a primitive world and lacks any communication equipment at all.” The Technician answered. Cyrus gripped his chin with his hand and thought about the situation, he didn't want to go in guns blazing he wanted to see exactly what he’s dealing with. “Send a probe droid down immediately!” Cyrus ordered. “Yes sir!” the technician said as he pushed a button on his console sending a probe droid down to the surface. Friendship Castle Balcony It was a calm and cool night in Equestria, all of its subjects were sleeping well except one lavender Alicorn “Twilight why are you still up?” asked Spike. “Princess Luna said the stars will be perfect for stargazing tonight.” Twilight said as she looked through a telescope. “Haven't you already charted the stars though?” Spike asked. “Yes, but these stars appear to have changed positions as Winter Approaches.” Twilight said as she drew some stars into a book. Spike simply rolled his eyes at Twilight’s antics, she was a literal bookworm. Twilight then looked back into the Telescope and saw a bright light moving, she than gasped “Spike, it’s a shooting Star!” she said excitedly, Spike than looked through the telescope and saw it to “Wow, that's amazing!” he said intrigued. However after looking at it for a while intrigue turned into concern “Umn twilight that shooting star seems to be getting closer to us!” he said nervously. “What?!” Twilight shouted then looked through the telescope “That's not a Shooting star it's a meteorite!” She shouted. “And it's heading right for us!” Spike shouted as the meteor now was clearly visible and was a few hundred feet away from impact. “Take Cover!” Twilight shouted as she and spike ran in the castle. The Meteorite than crashed into the balcony leaving a crater in the Balcony. 2 Minutes later Twilight and spike decided to brave up and investigate the Meteorite. As they got closer Twilight noticed something was off, the Meteorite appeared to be made of Metal not rock. “That's odd.” Twilight mused as she rubbed her chin with her hoof. “What is it?” spike asked. “I Don't know..” Twilight said as she tried to figure out what this object was. Her thoughts were soon broken as she saw an antenna rise from the metal and the piece of metal soon rose off the ground revealing a bug like piece of Machine with multiple small hands. The Machine then started emitting noises. “What is that thing?” Spike asked. Twilight looked at it further than it hit her and she squeed with excitement “Spike it's a Robot!” Spike yelled “A robot!” than hid behind Twilight. “Is it going to take over our planet?” Spike asked peeking over Twilight’s haunches. Twilight simply used her magic to levitate spike in front of her and sighed. “Spike it's not going to take over Equestria, you read way too many of those comic books, besides he looks harmless.” “Than what does it want?” Spike asked. Twilight looked over at the machine it was on the edge of her balcony looking over equestria its head was turning. “I guess it just wants to observe and learn.” Twilight said as she shrugged her hoofs, “i'm going to go say hi.” Twilight said as she walked over to the robot. The Robot simply turned around to face her “My name's Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship, it's a pleasure to meet you.” Twilight said as she held out her hoof for a hoofshake. The Robot simply looked at her and than slowly head out one of its many hands to return her hoofshake. “See spike, its friendly.” Twilight said smugly as she looked at spike. “Ooh i can't wait to see the girl’s faces when i show them this.” Twilight said excitedly. She than yawned “I guess we better get to bed, you're welcome to come in for the night.” Twilight said as she looked towards the robot. Twilight and spike than walked into the castle with the Probe Droid following them. Aboard the Avenger Cyrus couldn't believe what he had just seen, according the probe droid this planet was inhabited by a equine like species not to mention what appears to be a small dragon of some sort. What shocked him even more was when the purple creature used the force on the tiny dragon and lifted him up. Not to mention shortly after the 1st probe was sent multiple other probes were sent to investigate other parts of the planet. It appears that this planet was mainly inhabited by these equines along with dragons, what is assumed to be a griffon and multiple other species. It was also very much clear that the Technology on this planet was not even close to space flight, they haven't even invented some form of automobile. According the Data the Equines population had 3 different appearances, one without any appendages and appeared to be a normal horse, one with a horn that as the scouting revealed had some connection to the force, and another with wings that is most likely used for flight. Cyrus looked over the data and remembered that the purple one was a princess and that she was meeting her friends tomorrow. Cyrus turned to face his Vice Captain, “Prepare a small battalion for planetary landing tomorrow.” Cyrus ordered “Yes sir.” The Vice captain responded. Cyrus then looked at the green planet through the observation window “Time for Negotiations.” Cyrus said to himself.
