“W-what, what is this?” Twilight Sparkle, personal protege of Princess Celestia and multi-time alicorn heroine of Equestria, stood shocked within the middle of her room, staring over her side at her large and round belly. Her womb ached, as if inflated like a balloon. Reaching with a hoof, she carefully rubbed and felt around, noticing right away that her gut wasn’t squishy with body fat, but was rather firm. “This can’t be… how did... am I p-pregnant?” Her breath caught in her throat as she felt something within her uterus playfully poke back at her caressing hoof. She thought it just an imagination of the mind before a long and gentle ‘kick’ pushed up a small area to the side of her gut and stroked downward towards her belly button. “Oh Celestia,” she whispered and gulped. She quickly and awkwardly waddled over to an old magenta book on the floor, ominously labeled beneath its leather cover in yellow cursive ‘The Forbidden Book of a Thousand Taboos’, and turned it open, flipping through the ancient pages until she landed on the page she had cast the wrong incantation. “Found it! The ‘Instant Full-Term Pregnancy  spell...” Twilight rolled her eyes at the uncreative and blunt name, before another poke at her uterus reminded her of the situation. “‘Brings the spellcaster to a full-term pregnancy within seconds of labor. For those looking for a little spice in their life.’ Well okay, good to know. Now the reverse spell should juuust be on the other side,” she sing-songed as she grabbed the worn edges of the page and flipped. The words ‘Instant Sex Slaves’ was all she found at the top, mocking her with its curly font.

“Where is it?! Whereisitwhereisitwhereisitwhereisit?!” Twilight screamed. She flipped through the pages in a panicked flurry. “It-it-it should be right here! Why isn't it here!?" She flipped back to the ‘Instant Pregnancy’ page and read the text more thoroughly. A portion of small text near the bottom right hand corner caught her eye, right under a diagram of a masturbating preggy pone. “Warning. Spawned fetus is alive and real. Spell should only be used in a safe and comfortable environment. Once casted, spell cannot be reve-Why would something this important be in small text!” She yelled in frustration and threw the book at her bed before collapsing to her haunches. She was mad that there was no reverse spell when something dawned in her that she hadn't gone into labor yet when the book had clearly said that she should be. She read the small print again "Warning.Spawned fetus is alive and real. Spell should only be used in a safe and comfortable environment. Once casted, spell cannot be reversed. Do not cast if still a virgin or you will not go into labor". Her jaw dropped open at that statement. She was still a virgin. She frantically went down stairs and locked all the doors and windows and searched for pregnancy books. Luckily for her Spike was in Canterlot for the week.
