Dr. Wolf was having a little trouble with the tables and bookshelves being moved out, but it was nothing that the unicorn and earth pony movers couldn't handle. Some sparkles from the auras of the unicorns' magic had appeared as the furniture was being brought out of the door as the books from the shelves were neatly stacked on a table close to the door.
Even with a small gasp, along with a quite soft voice calling out, the good psychiatrist was able to hear his wife calling to him. She was already asking why the furniture from his office, along with the items from their den, were being moved out from their home. To this, Dr. Wolf said:
"I know that this might seem strange to you, my love, but I know that we have been in need of a new home to live in."
When he was asked the specific reason why, he answered:
"My patients have paid us with enough bits to move out of here, so that we can both have a better home to live in. But of course...."
He looked to his wife and said:
"Wouldn't it be good for us to live in a new home that our little cubs can live in?"
Much like Fluffle Puff, Mrs. Wolf gave a huge gasp that was followed by a big kiss on his cheek.
"Heh-heh.... Thank you, honey."

After a good discussion was discussed between the lupine residents of the town of Ponyville for a solid hour, with the two giving their semantics on the pros and cons about moving out, they both decided to walk a ways until they had reached their new home. But of course, their was one problem:
Their new home was just three flights of stairs from the ground up.
"Oh.... I should have remembered that we might have to--"
"Doctor? Is that you that I see so far to me? Yoo-hoo~!"
The second that he heard the voice, Wolf looked to his right and saw a familiar group of mares waving to him.
"Oh! Why hello there!" he called to the ponies that he remembered were his patients at some point in his career. "I did not anticipate that you would be here at all," he said while walking over to them. The ponies each gave him a deep yet quick hug. They were curious as to why there was a cart full of furniture near the one called 'my lady', as the Doctor would always say to them when discussing his personal life with them.
Some bits were said from the patients to the psychiatrist about how they each made themselves better as ponies in general while the lady wolf was listening to the short details from the stories being spoken.
Twilight Sparkle was already becoming a better pony by accepting the fact that she needed to know, from her knowledge and common sense, when she was actually needed. And unlike the last few times, which she discussed with him, she was already feeling a great sense of relief after taking his advice. Applejack was already getting along better with her kin, from how they worked their flanks off to how they would speak to each other. It was a trying time, but they (along with the former element of Honesty) had become much tighter. Pinkie Pie, given her already hyper character, was giving a big gasp before she disappeared in a flash. Rainbow was still giving that confident smile, but it was more from how she was able to get into the Wonderbolt Academy as a full time Wonderbolt while also recognizing that her way of showing off had to be timed. Rarity also had her bit of news to share, given that her time as a seamstress unicorn, while also being just a pony, had become a lot less stressful. Starlight was also able to smile because of her lessons from him, long after having her first session with him. And Fluttershy, who still had her issues with being with other ponies that were not close to her (along with the Draconequuis), was a lot happier with his arrival.
"It looks like you and your wife are about to move into a new home."
"Why yes! I am! And my lady and I have already arrived at our place, and yet...." he trailed off with his finger pointing to the stairs that intimidated him. The ponies then saw what his dilemma was and cringed.
"Girls?"
"Yeah?"
"Huddle up.... if you please."
Some seconds passed by. Dr. Wolf and his lady were giving each other a confused look before they heard one of the mares clearing their throat to call to him.
"Hey, Doc!"
"Yes, Applejack?"
"Because of how you've been helpin' us out with our problems, how 'bout we help you out?"
He looked to his lady, who gave him an approving nod.
"My lady and I would love your help."

About an hour later, the furniture and appliances were moved into their new home while also moving some stuff into the doctor's new office. And all of the books, cups, seats and other stuff were placed in the exact places that all of the ponies knew would be the right places to put them.
And now....
(breath in, breath out)
"It's good to be helping.... and yet it also feels great to have some help from the ponies near us. Wouldn't you agree?"

"Why, yes.... I do feel that we should think about how we should raise our little wolves together...."

"You know, I think that we did something really good for our shrink and his wife!"
"And I'm happy that the 'Welcome to your new office and home' Party was a success!"
"So am I, girls.... so am I."
