Muffling could be heard outside of the test tube which housed the specimen inside, the water inside the tube started draining as there were two men standing in front of it. "Are you sure that it is awake Doctor Crane, i am not really in the mood for mistakes." said the mysterious man who had a thick German accent looking at his assistant with a disgusted look on his face. A Pegasus is inside the tube looking around, it starts to become claustrophobic and starts to panic as it tries to move its body in the tube.
"Oh damn it he's awake, Donald, activate the inhibitors schwinehund!" Said the German man. The assistant activates inhibitors to calm the pegasi down from his panic attack. "His stress levels are subsiding Doctor, vital signs of the specimen are normal, no abnormalities detected." Doctor Crane explained. "Another perfect specimen to add to the list, now lets check on 15573 and 15574 and we should-" but before the good doctor could finish his sentence he was interrupted by the German doctor "You have no patience, do you Donald? Sure, this specimen has woken up but there is simply no reason why we can't do a few tests on him." Said the doctor. "Open the tube and prepare him for the first test"
"W-where the hell am i? What is going on here?" The Pegasus pleaded.
"It is alright my friend, you are not in danger, you are safe..." The Pegasus started to look around as he saw the two men standing in front of him as they write down the results of his stature. "The specimen is about 5'2, around 108 pounds, and is a male." Doctor Crane examined 15572 as he wrote down the physical aspects of the pony. "We have our first pony clone Doctor Fontaine, this one seems to be aware of his surroundings and it is in peak condition sir." Fontaine looked at Crane "Of course he is in peak condition you idiot, do you honestly think i wouldn't notice if he was weak like batch 15560-15569?" Fontaine was known to have a temper with his assistant even if his mind was focused on the project. "Our buyer would love to have a mercenary, even if it is a pony. It does seem that he is quite weak though, lets run some tests to see how he can handle certain objects." As the doctors looked back, they were angered to see that he was no longer standing in front of them. The test subject had seemingly vanished out of thin air "DAMN IT ALL!!! FIND THE SPECIMEN YOU FOOL!!!" screamed Fontaine. The Pegasus was seen trying to fly out of the top of the volcano, as Dr. Crane pulls out his revolver he is quickly stopped by Fontaine "Stop! You are going to disrupt the integrity of the volcano if you fire your weapon!". The Pegasus had finally escaped from the laboratory from which he was created from "Alright, all i have to do is keep flying and fly as far away from the island or whatever this place is as possible".
A few hours later...
Dr. Fontaine was sitting in his desk chair extremely furious at the loss of his creation, "You told me that he was on the inhibitors, Donald." Fontaine said. Fontaine looked at his assistant wanting to strangle to death. "Yes, he shouldn't of had the strength to move with them on, it would have made his body numb, i have never seen someone resist the inhibitors." Dr. Crane struggled as he was trying toget an explanation through when all of a sudden the large monitor on the wall activated. It was Dr. Fontaine's boss, General Hansel, "My dear doctor, how goes the experiment on your latest project?". Fontaine froze, he didn't know what to say to his boss he didn't have the nerve to tell him that one of the test subjects has escaped. "Uhhhh, everything is going well General." Said Fontaine "We are just about to move on to activating 15570-15579". General Hansel looked confused, "I thought you said that i will be seeing a demonstration of the time stopping capabilities of 15572, where is 15572?". Fontaine had just tripped on a landmine, he had to tell him what really happened to the test subject or he would be kicked from the project. "General Hansel, i regret to inform you that my assistant and I have awakened 15572 but he has...escaped the facility General." Fontaine explained. "What? How could he have escaped the facility!" Hansel was pissed that the project had disappeared. "Damn it all to hell, listen to me Fontaine i don't want you to chase after it." Fontaine looked confused at what the General proclaimed "We are running out of time, we need to get Project Hidden Winter off the ground and if it isn't then our chances of resurrecting the Valtorian Empire will be lost, do i make myself clear?" Hansel screamed. Fontaine looks down for a minute and then looks back up and salutes General Hansel "Long live Fascist Valtoria, Long live Furher Latimer!"
About a thousand miles away, 15572 was starting to lose his energy to fly "I'm... I'm almost there... I just need to keep flying until i find-" before he could finish his sentence he slams into an apple tree and falls to the ground below. "I need to keep moving... I... I just...need to keep moving..." after that long flight 15572 was exausted from flying he looked around the location and saw nothing but an orchard of apple trees, unaware of the farm that was nearby, he didn't have the energy to keep moving so he decided to rest near the apple trees and ask the farmers where he is in the morning. "Maybe they know where i am, but i can't ask them at this time of night they might think i am an intruder if i start knocking on the door." 15572 thought to himself, what if the doctors come looking for him he would need to change his name in order to not raise suspicion. "I need to think of a name for myself, let's see..." He looked at himself, he was a black pegasi stallion with a red mane "Shadowwing... for some reason i like that name." He claims his name as Shadowwing and decides to sleep, it would be dawn soon. "I just hope *yawn* those evil doctors don't look for me here..." Shadowwing quickly drifted off to sleep.

"The following recording is that of the words of Doctor Edwin Fontaine, of the Valtorian Research Group known as Science Group 149. We have started to awaken the test subjects 15570-15579, as soon as 15572 had woken up he had taken flight and escaped through the volcano and i have confirmed this with my assistant Doctor Crane, that 15572 has escaped the facility and disappeared without a trace. My employer has urged me not to go after 15572 but we cannot ignore the fact that we let one of our greatest creations leave the island. 15572 has proven to have a power much different than the others, in fact all creations from the this batch have different abilities that many have considered to be unnatural. 15572 is of a great asset to our cause for you see his power is almost... extraordinary, i have never seen anything quite like him. 15572 has a special ability that can shift the very balance of our return...the ability to stop time itself. This power he has is remarkable, needless to say we must obtain and secure the specimen so we may research him more closely. Hansel must think of me as a fool to think that we could abandon something like this, but General Hansel is right, we must pave the way in preparation of Project Hidden Winter. What General Hansel plans to gain from our secret allies i have no clue, but i must play my part to ensure that Valtoria can rise again and destroy the western dogs once and for all. I am afraid that i must cut this Log short, i will be meeting with my Polish asset Dr. Izaak Benson. Until i return to the island i will leave this as a message to 15572, I will find you, no matter where you hide, no matter where you try to run, i will find you one way or another.
