Really not wanting to get up (as I usually do). I bit my bottom lip, my head still hidden under the covers. I placed a hoof at the side of the bed and forcefully fall out of my bed, hitting my wooden floor with a thud. I groan. "Ughhhh, why must I have a wooden floor?" I pushed my hooves against the ground and stood up, sloppily walking towards my bathroom. I reached the bathroom door and roughly swung it open. BANG! A few painting fell to the ground but honestly I was to tired to care. I trotted up to my mirror and glared at my matted dark blue mane. Rubbing under my sliver eyes, Lots of ponies say I have my mothers eyes and my fathers mane color. Which i guess is true. I glared down at my flank. My cutie mark placed there surrounded by white fur. It was a blade stabbed through a pair of black wings. I never understood my cutie mark, why? One. I'm a unicorn, so it clearly cant mean anything for flying and two. I can't use a blade for shit. I turn my head back towards the mirror and looked back at my dull face. "Ew..." I said to myself before levitating a brush over my head and began roughly brushing my mane. Tug.... Tug...Tug.... After awhile my mane was back to its long, wavy self. I smile at myself. Trotted out off the bathroom and headed towards my favorite area of the house (not my bedroom). The kitchen! I quickly headed to the fridge and was about to open it before I heard there solid knocks at the door. "Hm? Uh, come in!" Who could it be? I thought to myself as i turned my head to the door. A brown Pegasus mare with a Pink mane/tail and blue eyes trotted in. "Hey Sliver!" She said with a bright smile. "Oh hey Amber Heart." Amber Heart is my best friend. We have done so much together. We even got our cutie marks on the same day, though her is a Treble clef and she actually knows what her special talent is. "How are ya this fine morning Sliver?" Amber has always had a cheerful, outgoing personalty. I smile slightly, it was a fake smile of course. "Great! And you?" I open the fridge like i was doing before and start looking inside it. Amber frowns. "I can tell when your faking something... What is it?"I kept my face in the fridge, still looking for something to eat. "I'm just tired okay?" I pulled out a chocolate muffin, healthy breakfast right? Amber just huffed. "Whatever you say." I looked at her and bit down on the muffin. "Anyway... Why are ya here?" I asked as I ate the muffin. Damn this is a good muffin! Amber smiled. "I came to pick you up, its Shadow Dives birthday today remember..." I jumped slightly. "Shit! Really? I so forgot!" I idiotically hoof face my muffing into my muzzle. "Fuck..." I used my hoof to wipe some of the muffin of me. Amber nodded "Yep.... And were going in five minutes." I groaned. "Okay okay, just give me a few to clean myself.." I trotted to my bathroom. As Amber and I trotted the paths of Ponyvill heading towards Sugar Cube Corner were the party is being held, We had been talking about a weird dream Amber had. "And then I was underwater!" Amber said. As we were walking I bumped into a unicorn mare, her eyes were solid red and her fur a dark blue and a bright red. "Oh! I'm so sorry." All the mare did was just walk away. I watched the mare walk away for awhile until i was stopped by Amber tapping on my shoulder. "Come on!" I blinked and shook my head. "Huh? Oh yea...Okay...." I started walking again. I turned my head to look at Amber. She went back to talking about her weird dream.Of course i wasn't paying any attention. Before we even got close to Sugar Cube Corner we could already see ponies around the place. "Great.....Lots of ponies are gonna be here...."I mumble to myself. We continue to walk towards SCC. Passing seven or nine ponies before actually getting to the door. We walk in, i stumble back slightly when i saw the amount of ponies in there. First you should know. I'm not a huge fan of large crowds, hate them is the right word. Amber looks at me with a worry look before speaking."Its going to be okay Silver." She says, assuring me. I puff my chest slightly, take a few deep breaths. "Yeah. Your right." I began walking into the crowd, my hooves shivering Its going to be okay, its going to be okay I think to myself as Amber and I walk into the crowd. It was loud, everypony was talking. As we shoved our way through the crowd I saw a glimpse of the same unicorn mare i had bumped into. The mare seemed to be heading towards the kitchen, even though there was a sign say 'Out of bounds' she just walked in. I didn't think much of it really, i just thought that maybe she was a worker. Amber and I sat down at a table. i plunked my head do onto the table. Starring at the kitchen door. Amber was looking around for some reason. I saw four ponies walk into the kitchen. One of the them pulled out a blade with some extreme weird markings. To quickly stood up. Amber gave me a worry look. "I'm going to the, uh, bathroom okay?" I had bolted before i could have gotten an answer. I quickly opened the kitchen door. Saw three of the ponies holding down the unicorn i bumped into before, with some whips that had the same strange markings as the blade. The pony with blade was bending over the unicorn with the blade to her neck. All i could do was gasp and stutter a few words. "H-hey. S-stop." All five of the ponies turn there heads towards me. "Huh? She can see us?" The one that had spoken was a earth stallion, he had been one of the ponies holding down the unicorn. He had quite a long green mane for a stallion, his fur was a rich creamy color. He turned his head to the mare holding a blade. The mare was a Pegasus, She had pure white, long curly mane/tail, creamy aqua blue fur and sliver eyes. "Star Fire. What do we do?" The earth pony ask. Star Fire huffed. I stumbled backwards and was about to run out the kitchen door but i found the way blocked by a unicorn mare, her eyes were green and her mane/tail a brown color. Her reddish color coat blended with her mane/tail. "Shit." Is all i could say before the mare who was held down started hissing and growling. I turned my head to the mare. Her eyes had turned completely dark. "What?!" I stumbled back and fell onto my flank. "Shadow Dust! Hold that thing down!" The last pony was a mare. An unicorn, Shadow Dust had a purple mane/tail, sliver coat and red eyes. Shadow Dust had pounced onto the mare, the mares mouth slowly opening, expanding. The mares teeth seemed to sharpen and enlarged. Star Fire hoof slammed against the ground. The stallion rammed his hoof into the mares muzzle. The mare let out a loud screech.  I quickly covered my ears as the other unicorn mare that had blocked the door, appeared ontop of the mare, that was now screeching and struggling. Star Fire slammed the blade deep in the mares throat. The mare now bleeding.......Black blood. Star Fire pulled the blade out and began cleaning it with her wings. The other ponies stood and stared at me. "Who are you?!"Asked the stallion. He  was now standing in front of me. "I uh-" "Blaze.... Calm down." Said the unicorn. "But Butter, this mare could have got us killed!" Blaze growled. "Uh, im sorry!" I stuttered. Star Fire huffed again. "Who are you?" "I'm S-silver Lines..." Idiot, why would you give them your name!? "Shadow Dust the name." The purple maned mare waved. 'Butter Blue...." Had said the unicorn mare, who was now standing behind me. I shivered slightly. "Blaze Breeze..." Scuffed the stallion, he the then pointed to Star Fire. Star Fire huffed. "And that our commander, Star Fire." "N-nice to meet you... I guess..." I stuttered and trembled. I turn to look at the mares body but... It was gone. Shadow Dust sniffed. "Its back were it belonged...." I look up at Shadow Dust, still flanked down on the ground. "What was IT?" I asked. Star Fire groaned. "It was a pest is what it was." Star Dust had somehow appeared infront of me. I gulped. She lifted her wing and brushed it across my muzzle. I had awoken in the kitchen by Amber shaking me. "Silver? Wake up!" I groan, my head spinning. I grip it. looking up at Amber. "H-how long was i o-out for?" I asked, strutting. Was it all just a dream? I thought. "An fucking hour!" I blink. "What!" I yell. "You have been out for an hour! What happened to you?" Amber asked, her voice sounded worried but at the same time pissed. What did happen? "I d-don't know....." I say. "What? You don't remember!" As she yelled a loud blaring beep hits my ears. I rub my ears in pain. "I don't remember okay." i mutter, trying to hide my pain. "Can we just go home please." Amber sighs, offering a hoof up. "Fine." Once i got home and Amber left i went to my bathroom and splashed water onto my face, looking in the mirror. The hell happened to me. Who were those ponies. What was that thing? Those were the questions the rang through my head all night.
