Crescent was zoning in and out from consciousness, feeling something in his chest hurt.
“Dad! Dad wake up!” His daughter voice pulled him back to the world of the living and found himself in Alfreda’s Warthog driving somewhere. “He’s awake!” Silva yelled happy. “Dad blink if you can hear me.” Crescent could only blink his right eye worrying Silva. “Close enough I guess?”
“Silva is Crescent awake?” Alfreda asked from the drivers seat. When Crescent looked he saw Alfreda had a bandage around his head and his chest.
“Well he could only blink his right eye I think that’s half conscious, like half of him is conscious.”
“Juan they’re coming around again!!” Alfreda yelled. Crescent turned his head and saw Juan maning the chaingun yelling as he shot at the wirewolf looking ship that attempted to hit them with plasma shots.
“Eat it metal freaks!” Juan yelled shooting at the ship as they drove down the highway. The underbelly of the ship opened up releasing three pods that fell to the ground before transforming, becoming a large Dog’s O War, the middle one running on its four legs while two on it’s sides sprinted for the Warthog.
“Damn it I hate Dog’s O War! Juan 12:00!” Alfreda yelled.
Juan began shooting at them before the chaingun only made empty clip sounds. “I’m outta gun food!”
“Shit!” Alfreda muttered driving seeing highway curve and the Hospital over the edge.
Alfreda hit the accelerator and drove for the edge breaking through and flying through the air. The Dog’s O War attempted to stop but their momentum kept them moving towards the edge flying off, the two sprinting ones crashing into each other and the middle one managed to use his rockets to slow his fall then slammed into the ground before getting up. “I’m so cool…” His two friends crashed behind him, smashing to pieces.
The Warthog bumped on the rocks before landing in front of the hospital, Alfreda flying out of the driver’s seat into a wall. “Gah! Fractured Skull!”
Two nurses ran out to get to him only for Juan to come out carrying Crescent. “That’s Alfreda! Help this guy.” Juan asked carrying Crescent inside.
Across from the hospital on a ridge looking over it, the surviving Dog O War watched as they all went inside. “Witnesses in site, permission to exterminate, entire building can be level in 4 minutes at the least.”
“Negative K-90. Scouts are saying the Republic are making their way to the witnesses, you’ll never stand a chance. Report back to the ship for further instructions.” The Dog O War nodded and retreated from the ledge.
Crescent slept soundly before snorting waking himself up. When he looked around he found his teammates, the PP, the MM, Celestia, Luna, and Faust in the room. “What’re you guys doing here?” He asked before Ruby hugged him.
“We heard about the tip telling you about some Order members spotted down at the docks. We were on our way to contain it when I heard you were injured, I turned around and headed for here to make sure you were okay.” Luna replied.
“Not sure those guys were Order members, they had the weapons that’s for sure, but the models, the ships, their armor, half of them looked half out dated and the other half looked up to date. The out dated ones looked like the guys I spotted during a raid in Yakyakistan.”
“Perhaps I can be of some assistance thens.” A voice said outside the room. Everyone looked to see someone walk into the room. He was a wirewolf coming up to Faust in height, wearing some type of silver armor with gold highlights, a saber by his side along with a gold cape with shoulder pads and white trims, 7 Stars surrounding a medal bearing the symbol for Alpha on the left side of his chest.
“Julius, come here my Dawg!” Alfreda yelled walking him and giving him dap.
“Good to see you too Alfreda, still not dead?”
“You know it.”
“Wait how come you can say it but I get in trouble for saying it?” Specter asked.
“Because you use the O, it's our word, and it’s pronounced with a AW. Do your research Specs. Everyone, meet The Full 7 Star Supreme Fleet Admiral of the Wirewolf Republic Armadas, Julius Moon. You were saying J? You know who these guys are?”
“All too well my friend. The Order of the Claw wasn’t destroyed following Omega’s death. They had some…disagreements over their belief following you destroy him.”
“I killed their god. And there’s fruit in the trees.” Alfreda replied. “That was from a time I was in a Star Trek universe, I said those exact words. I felt they needed to be said again now.
“Anyway, they ended up dissolving within civil war, two factions rising from the remains, the Order of Omega, the ones you encountered, and the newer ones, their name unknown though. So far their civil war has only been sticking to other universes, however they’ve finally slipped up, one of the Order of Omega’s ships that was boarded by some Apex members crashed outside the Capital of Filum Lupus, we managed to tame the situation and captured two of them before they committed suicide declaring their order would have their vengeance. Another incident was today: The Unknown Order was smuggling some weapons through your Maretropolis and it would’ve come out to an Equestria they conquered. Luckily you intercepted them as the Order of Omega did as well stopping the shipment.”
“Thanks? But why are you here? You sound like you have the situation under control.”
“Actually not so much, they’re expanding faster then we can free the universes under their reign. We actually need your help in this fight, with this attack today, I’m sure this can be considered an act of war isn’t it?” Julius said looking at Lauren who smiled.
“Oh most certainly.”
"Very good." Julius then bowed before Lauren who waved her hoof. "No need for the formality please."
"Maybe so, but you are the Second Daughter of Alpha herself, it would be rude not to bow at least once."
"Wait guys." Crescent asked slowly getting up trying not to hurt himself. "Are you sure about this? This is war, I saw what happened in Yakyakistan, it's nothing like you think, ponies and whatever you makes friends with on those lines, with family and friends of their own, will more then likely die. You with them maybe."
"Crescent. There's something you should've learned about me when I came back." Alfreda replied. "I can't die, I know we can win because they have only their dream of vengeance and oppression. But us? We have hope. There hasn't been a battle we haven't walked away from that didn't look suicidal. We're going to fight no matter what you say, all of us that can, but we just wanna know if you'll fight with us."
