"Hello, My name is Pure."by LarsEversea143ChaptersChapter 1: The start, meet my friend!Chapter 2: Effect of LoveChapter 3: Aftermath, Love?!?Chapter 4: Secret's revealed, Pure's Revenge!Chapter 5: EpilogueChapter 1: The start, meet my friend!A door is slammed shut, a light ignites in the darkness. A unicorn runs through the hallways of her house. Hoofsteps follow her quick. She stumbles, reaching to the door with her magic. She just opens it when she's hit with something. She can just call out. "HELP!!!" Ponies around hear the shout and gather at the house. Guards arrive from all around, as ponies try to see what happened. The guards make way as somepony arrives from the sky. The princess of the sun lands before the house, receiving a quick brief from one of the guards. "We found one pony, a mare unicorn. She's... dead, princess. We also found a young filly in one of the rooms. He's still fine." The guard explains, his voice a bit sunken in. "Any evidence of who was responsible for this?" The princess asks, receiving a shake of the guard's head. "No, princess." "Do we know who she is? And the filly?" The princess asks, taking a quick look inside the building. She regrettes looking inside, the sight worse then she ever saw. "The name of the mare is know, her name is Sunny Green. We have sent a guard out to inform her husband, Autumn Leaf. The filly's name is..." The guard gets distrupted by the shout of a guard inside the building. "Darnit, who was that?!" "Officer, watch your manners, please." The princess said, a small grin on her face. She did enjoy the officer getting angry about the slightest things. "Sorry, princess." The officer excused before running inside the building. "Now, who the hay was that?!" Ponnyville, the most friendliest town in all of Equestria. The Castle of Friendship was reflecting the light of the sun, almost blinding some of the ponies walking past. Only one pony was walking straight ahead. Twilight Sparkle, princess of Friendship. She opened the doors and shouted. "Spike I'm home!" "Twilight!" Spike shouted from one of the balconies in the great hallway. The purple Alicorn flew up, landing right beside her Number One Assistent. "Anything special today? I just got back from another boring political meeting in Canterlot so I can use some action." Twilight said, a small giggle escaping her. "Nah, things have been very quiet latly. Even I am a bit bored." Spike said. Just when he finished, the doors of the castle were almost thrown open, a pink blob jumping past the duo, shouting. "A new pony in Ponyville!!!!!" "Pinkie, what the hay! I told you to keep the sound down in here, the echo inside the hall makes your shout even louder!" Twilight exclamed, rubbing her ears with her hooves. "Sorry Twilight, but I always get exited when there's a new pony in town." Pinkie said, somehow jumping up high enough to land right before the duo on the balcony. "I know, the party you gave for me still was something. Who's new?" Twilight said, thinking back at the party Pinkie gave when she arrived in Ponyville for the first time. "I dunno. He just came in from the station and he was carrying lots of bags with him. I came here as soon as I saw him." Pinkie said, appearing even more hyper then normal. "I'm so nervexited!" "Pinkie! First you should have asked him if he isn't here on vacation, and second that isn't a real word." Twilight said, holding a hoof on Pinkie's mouth. "You think I don't know when somepony is moving in? A house sold, a pony coming to our town and more bags then needed for vacation. See?" Pinkie said, a serious expressoin on her face. "Let's ask him, OK? I'll get the girls." Twilight said calmly. Pinkie said a quick 'yes' before jumping of the balcony and fluttering down, landing softly on the floor. "What the-?" Spike was interrupted by Twilight flying down and floating him down with her magic. "Don't even bother, Spike." Twilight said, calmly. The group was walking down the streets of Ponyville, receiving various smiles from the ponies in town. The Mane 6 were headed for the station, were the pressumed newcomer would have arrived. They arrived, and quickly noticed the near-hill of bags that were stationed next to the station. Next to it, a stallion unicorn was waiting with a piece of paper in his magic. He had a golden-brown coat, his mane a cyprus-red almsot the same style as Twilight's. His magical aura a pine-green. When the group looked closer, you could see his cutiemark. 3 leaves, seemingly flying away. He looked up, his eyes meeting each of the girls. They stopped though when they met the eyes of Twilight. He stood up and walked closer, surprise in his eyes. "Twilight Sparkle?" He asked, stopping just a few feet away from Twilight. "Pure Leaf?" Twilight asked, surprise catching on to her as memories came back. "You know him?" Spike asked, who had tagged along with the group. "Yes, from my studies in Canterlot. We met during a simple lucnhbreak, were we saw each other regulary. What are you doing here?" Twilight explained, her head tilting a bit as she askes her question. "Me? Life in Canterlot is a bit to busy for me. After I graduated, I started looking for places to stay and, after a few years of looking, found this place. They say it's the most friendlies place in all of Equestria. I didn't know you lived here though." Pure leaf explained, his magic grabbing the piece of paper that he had dropped. He floated it over. "I was hoping to see you somewhere on the way and hand this over, it's a letter from princess Celestia." Twilight took the paper in her magic, reading it carefully. Her eyes widened a bit as she read it over and over, her mind unable to proces what was written down. "What does it say, dear?" Rarity asked, the girls all trying to see what was written. "Pure, you know anything about a sort of magical pendant? Celestia wrote to ask me to look for it, as it's no longer present in the archives." Twilight said, a serious expression on her face. "Magic pendant? No, nothing of that sort. I mean, I know WHAT those are, but I never actually SAW one." Pure said, his voice calm and honest. "Ok then. So, you're moving in to Ponyville?" Twilight asked, the tensions broken. "Yep, that's what I'm here for. The house should be ready to move in. I've also got the place where it is and everything. So, if you don't mind, I'm of to my new house." Pure said before encasing his small hill of bags and other stuff in his magic. It all floated up and followed as Pure went his way, headed straight for his new house. The girls stared at him, that little performance something unseen. "Twilight, how strong is that stallion, I mean last time I saw somepony levitate something so big and heavy was you and that Ursa Minor." Rainbow asked, even she a bit surprised. "He told me that he's pretty good with magic, but even I am a bit amazed with his strenght, Rainbow. It took me years of practice and some luck to get so strong. I wonder how he did it." Twilight said, as she was starting to go into 'research-mode'. She looked at the girls and noticed that Pinkie had vanished. She's probably planning a whole party for him Twilight thought before heading back to the castle. Pure his day was something unusal, especially after that whole party that Pinkie had thrown for him. He was at first surprised, certinatly when you are face to face with the barrel of a a big cannon, but he was also glad to see that the ponies here do keep themselfs to their word. Deffinetly the friendliest place in Equestria. The party was very fun, with all the games and the nice music, but he was surprised that even Twilight was having a lot of fun. He expected her to be very secluded and mayby even not present on his party, but instead she seemed to have a blast. Mayby she opened up a bit with all those friends around her he thought to himself. It went on for a decent amount of time, untill the first few guests called it a night and left. Afterwards, more left untill Pinkie decided to call it a night (And a great party). He chose to go to bed very soon, only to be reminded that he hadn't even unpacked everything. Luckely some of Twilight's friends were nice enough to help clean up before leaving. He had just finished unpacking (and assembling) when he went upstairs to his new bed and almost litteraly falling down on the soft matrass and fell asleep. Pure woke up with a bad ache in his back, noticing that he was lying on his matrass with his back in a strange arch. That's for staying up late and that party he thought to himself and crawled out of his bed. He walked down the stairs and entered his new house, the furniture quickly put somewhere decent and practical. He decided to leave refurnishing for another day and instead chose to go for a walk outside. Outside his doors, the first thing he noticed was the tip of the Castle of Friendship above the other buildings. He started with a a simple trot, going through the town for a better look. He first noticed that the market was set, ponies walking around, making the town seem very crowded. He looked at the various stall's, one catching his eyes. A nice stand with 3 apples standing above. He approched, noticing the long line at the stand. Well, no chance to buy something there he thought and decided to see somewhere else. After a quick look around he went further, reaching a nice tailor-shop. He walked inside and saw that there weren't that many ponies around. He reached the reception desk and pressed the small bell on the top. Immediatly, a pearl-white unicorn-mare with a nice purple-curled mane and tail came out from a corner. Her cutiemark, three diamonds, caught his eye. Did he see her from somewhere? "Hello and welcome to the carousel boutique, can I hel-" The unicorn stopped, taking Pure up with a carefull eye. "You're Pure, from yesterday! I was at your party last evening. I'm Rarity, one of Twilight's friends." She stook her hoof out. Pure shook it before glancing around. "You have a nice little boutique, Rarity. Get a lot of customers?" He asked, taking the small amount of ponies in count. "Well, it isn't Canterlot but it's better then none, right? It's a small town, you know." Rairty said, walking from behind the reception. "I get ya. Say, mind if I come back later? I think that some of my clothes need a few repairs." Pure said, a small blush on his face. He wasn't always proud of the damage he could make. "Of cours not, dear! You are welcome all day! I think I can even do a few improvements, if you like." Rarity said, a sparkle in her eyes. "That would be great. See you around, huh?" Pure said before leaving. He waved at the white unicorn, who gave a kind smile back. Pure went on, walking past various shops, taking a small brake to gape at a store that appears more like a candyhouse before continuing. Finally, he arrived at th edge of town, his mind baffled with the sight: A massive forest smack before him, almost seeming haunted. "This must be the Everfree Forest. Pretty spooky." He said in himself before heading back. This time he took the more scenic route, passing over bridges and past small ponds. He passed a small house at the edge of town, not paying attention to it for long before going back on his way. Eventually he reached the market again, but most of the ponies had left. He decided to try that stall from ago again. He reached the stall with 3 apples, now no more ponies waiting. He walked closer before beeing greated by an orange mare from behind. "Hello. You're Pure, aren't ya? We met at tha station. The name's Applejack, nice ta meet ya." Applejack said with a rather different accent. "Nice to meet you to. I'm sorry, but did you visit my house during the party Pinkie gave? I don't really recall." Pure said, a small grin on his face as the party came back to mind. "Nah. I wouldn't dare risk ma farm for a welcome-party. Harvest-time needs ma full attention. Sorry I couldn't attend." Applejack said, walking from behind her stall. "It's nothing. say, what kind of farm do you have?" Pure asked, looking at the pony with carefull eye. She did look like a farmpony you would see anywhere. "Wha do ya think?" Applejack said, showing an apple from the bags next to the stall. "I get ya. Apple-farm, huh? Say, are you family of the Apples?" Pure said, something popping in his mind. "Sure am, why?" Applejack arched a brow, surprised Pure asked. "Well, it so happens that my family, the Leaf's, are related to the Apples. That's why." Pure said, a small smile on his face as Applejack stopped moving, her mind baffled. "Hey BigMac! Get me our best bag o' apples! We got a relative here!" Applejack shouted after processing everything. From nowhere, a big red stallion appeared with a big bag of apples on his back. "It's for free!" "Free?! I wouldn't dare to take something so generous! Please, I have bits enough to pay." Pure said, his kind heart struggleling with the offer. He almost grabbed to his saddlebags before he noticed he didn't have them with him. "Please, take it! We Apples're always generous to family! It's great ta see a relative in town!" Applejack said, pulling the bag from BigMac's back on the ground. "Well, I think I can't argue with somepony so honest as you." Pure said, giving in to the offer. He lifted the bag up with his magic and put it on his back. "You know why I'm a unicorn but am related to Earth-ponies?" He asked. "I was already wondering, how's that even possible?" Applejack said, her mind suddenly clicking the pieces together. "My grandmother from Father's side fell in love with a unicorn stallion in Canterlot. The foals they got were all unicorns. That's why." Pure explained. He grabbed an apple from the bag and took a bite. "Mhmmm...! These is the best apple I ever had! It's true what they say about the Apples having the best apples in Equestria. See ya around, ok?" "See ya!" Applejack said, waving a hoof at Pure as he left. She then continued with wrapping up the stall. Pure put the bag from his back on the ground next to his house. He streched his back and cracked a few knots out. He looked around and once again noticed the top of the castle above the buidlings. The sun was already midway the sky, so he decided it was time to eat seomthing besides an apple from the bag. He walked inside and headed straight for the kitchen. He was just in the middle of making a nice dinner when he heard a knock against the door. He assured that his food wouldn't burn before opening the door. Outside was Twilight standing, her assistent Spike next to her. "Twilight? I never thought that you would come over to my house. Wasn't that something you would never do back in Canterlot?" Pure asked, genuinely surprised. "I know, but things change when you become the Princess of Friendship. And when you have such great friends around you. I see that you bumped into Applejack? How much did you have to pay for these apples?" Twilight asked, taking an apple from the bag. "To be honest, only tell her we're related." Pure said calmly. "Related? Really?" Twilight looked at him with a suspicious eye. "Yep, we are, a promise! The Leaf's are genuinely related to the Apples. I swear on Starswirl's Beard!" Pure said, a small giggle escaping him as he finished his sentence. "That's a vow that only students on the School for Gifted Unicorns use. You went there? I never saw you there." Twilight said, the surprise clear. "I didn't. I took it over from you when we were together. You always used it and I started using it too." Pure said, a small blush on his cheeks. Twilight also blushed a bit as they thought back at their meetings during lunchbreak. "You wan't to come inside? I'm making dinner and I think I have enough for 3." Pure asked, his eyes meeting Spike's. He notices how the little dragon looked up at the mention of food. "Oh, I wouldn 't want to oblige..." Twilight started. "It's an invitation, Twilight. Just come inside, ok? You also need to eat! I know how I always assured you ate when you were busy with a study during lunchbreak." Pure said, making place for the Alicorn and dragon to enter. Twilight and Spike walked inside after Twilight hessitated. Inside, Pure closed the door and went right back to preparing food. "Nice house. When did you furnish?" Twilight asked, looking at the furniture. "After the party. I needed a bed and after starting to assure my room was set, I took chance of been busy and furnished the whole house." Pure said from inside the kitchen. The smell of dinner entered the room and the duo inside took place at the table. A few minutes later Pure came in with a few plates filled with food. The first one had a toasted daisy-sandwich and haystraws. The second had cooked eggs and a few toasts of bread. The last one had another daisy-sandwich sprinkled with gemdust. He put the plates down and took a seat himself. "Bonne apetite." Pure said and the 3 started eating. Author's Note Hello! A new story I started working on as I got some inspiration from a few other stories. Like my character? Pure Leaf, old friend of Twilight, far relative of the Apples and a good stallion. But behind all of that good, there is something hidden. What? Wait untill the next chapter! For those who want to see Pure? Here's a link to my deviant-request to a deviantartist. All credit for the art goes to the maker, Water-Kirby Chapter 2: Effect of Love"And thanks for the food. It was very good." Twilight said, standing before the door of Pure's house. Spike was standing on the path nearby, his foot tapping the ground rhythmically. "It's nothing. Anything for a good friend. One last thing thought, Twilight." Pure said. Spike sighed, as the conversasion went on. "Yes?" "I know you're a princess and all, but you think you have some time tomorrow? I could use some help with putting my furniture a bit better and I don't really know so much about that. I'll asure there's something to eat whilst you help, 'kay?" Pure asked, a small blush on his cheeks. Twilight didn't notice, her mind looking in the house. It sure is messy in there she thought. "I'll help. And that food sounds nice. Tomorrow then?" Twilight said, a bit more noticable blush on her cheeks too. "Sure. I-if you have time of course." Pure said before slowly closing the door. "Twilight!" Spike said, his patience almost completly gone. "Y-yes? sorry, Spike. I'm just... A bit distracted." Twilight said, looking back to Pure's house as she walks to Spike. The duo walked away, Twilight sometimes looking back at the house. It was not very far away from town and it's path connected directly with that leading to the Castle of Friendship. Spike sighed a bit, a small grin on his face. "Rarity?" Pure called, walking inside the boutique with a box floating behind him. "There in a minute, darling!" Rarity shouted, her voice coming from the living-space upstairs. She walked down, her mane waving in a small breeze coming from and open window. Pure his eyes tryed to fixate on something else. "Ah, are that the clothes you said need repairs?" Rarity said as she arrives at the ground floor. "Yes. They're a bit damaged from a few... Experiments in the past and I thought that, seeing your designs, you are the best to fix them." Pure said, levitating the box with clothes to Rarity. The mare took a peek in the box, quickly closing it. "Dear, they need more then a repair. I'll make them better then you can ever dream of! And for just the price of repair plus the half of new clothes!" Rarity said, putting the box in a good spot. "What? I can't take that offer! It's far to generous!" Pure said, his kind heart skipping a beat after hearing the offer. "Dear, I'm always so generous to my friends, and I wouldn't be a good Element of Generousity if I wasn't generous, now would I?" Rarity said, walking to the reception desk and grabbing a pen to write down the appiontement. "A-are... are you really the Element of Generousity? I thought those things were sealed away for good!" Pure said, his mind shocked. He had to regain balance as memories poured in. "Everything alright, darling? You look a bit sick." Rarity asked, walking closer to see if Pure was alright. "It's just... I am not really well updated with things. I don't read the newspaper and I have spent most of my life in a secluded part of Canterlot. I wasn't the most richest untill I received the heritage of my grandmother. She passed away a few months ago of old age." Pure said, a small tear sliding down his cheek. "I see, my condolencies. Take it easy and come back in 3 days. I'll have your clothes ready then." Rarity said, her eyes fixated on Pure whilst she walked back to the stairs leading upstairs. The stallion left the boutique and went his way to his house. "That was close." He said in himself as he walked back to his house. Pure put a few of his books on the desk in his hobbyroom. He opened the first one, 'The History of Equestria; A brief Lookthrough', and started going through the pages untill he reached the one about 'The Elements of Harmony'. "The Elements first belonged to the Tree of Harmony... Blablabla... Used to defeat Discord... Blablabla... Last used by the Bearers of Harmony... Blablabla... Discovered by Twilight Sparkle, price pupil of Princess Celestia, She stands for the Element of Magic, the most powerfullest Element. Her 5 friends each stand for the other 5 elements: Honesty, Generousity, Loyalty, Kindness and Laughter. These aspects each fit the pony that bears the Element. Applejack, Element of Honesty, is beliefed to never lie. Rarity, Element of Generousity, is very generous to everypony. Rainbow Dash, Element of Loyalty, is loyal to all her friends. Fluttershy, Element of Kindness, is the most kindest pony you'll ever meet. She won't even hurt a fly! Last is Pinkie Pie, Element of Laughter, who is beliefed to stay happy and laughing even when the world is at it's end. She also is the most strangest pony alive, able to predict things through things that happen with her body. These 5, together with their friend Twilight are the 6 Element Bearers. They were able to defeat strong foe's without killing them. They defeated fiend's like Nightmare Moon, returning our beloved Princess Luna; Discord, former Lord of Chaos; Sombra, a monster that threatened the Crystal Empire; Tirek, absorber of magic and current prisoner of Tartarus and last, they defeated and reformed Starlight Glimmer, who tried to steal Cutiemarks to 'purify' Equestria of all Talent. She is now Twilight's student, learning everything about Friendship." "They are no longer capable of using the Elements though, forced to return them to the Tree of Harmony as it was in danger. Through this, they have become more reliƫnt on each other then ever before, now aware that their friendship is not thanks to the Elements. We hold our gratitude to them, as they risk their lives protecting Equestria and their hometown, Ponyville." Pure took a breath of relief. The Elements are not a threat. But then, something popped in his mind. They learned so much about friendship, they even saved an ancient kingdom! But what was this 'Crystal Empire' actually? He looked through the book untill he found something about it. "Crystal Empire. Believed to just have vanished after Sombra was believed to have been defeaten... Blablabla... Connections with Nightmare Moon, as they both became a thousand years ago? I'll leave that alone for now. Uhmmm... Resurfaced for unknown reasons, some belief that King Sombra recovered in those thousand years and used his dark magic to bring the kingdom back... Blablabla... Saved by Spike, Twilight's number one assistent. He saved the Crystal Heart so the love of the Crystal ponies could save the Empire. King Sombra vanished, not known to where though. They placed a statue for Spike's bravery and courage and he is a celebrity in the Crystal Empire. It is lead by Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, known by many as Cadance. She is married with Prince Shining Armor, former guard in Canterlot and big brother of Twilight Sparkle. She has a brother? That's new." Pure looked through a few details, going about the history of the Princess and Prince. Then, he stumbled across something interesting. "Princess Cadance spreads love through Equestria. Her love for Prince Shining Armor was the reason that they defeated Queen Chrysalis during their wedding in Canterlot. The magic of their love was powerfull, eventhough Shining Armor was completly exhausted to protect Canterlot with a shield spell. Love?" Pure started thinking at things when suddenly something clicked. But where could he get true love? He went through various mares he knew from the past, denying almost everypony untill he got to Twilight. His head got a bit strange, his heart beating faster and sweat forming quicker. After doing a quick analysis, he came to a simple, yet special conclusion. "I... I think I'm in Love with Twilight!" Pure said, quickly clapsing his hooves against his mouth. Am I? He wondered. He went through everything again, but it all seemed true. He's in love with Twilight! "But is she with me? Love doesn't work properly if it isn't in both directions." Pure wondered to himself. He knew only one way without coming out the wrong end: A love letter. I'll write a letter to Twilight and see if she responds. If she does, and it's a good response then it's in both ways. I'll have to add my name for sure, to awake some feelings he thought as he took a piece of paper and a pen. "'Dear Twilight Sparkle'... Nononono... , 'Dear Twilight'... Yes!" Pure began, and soon he was writing a letter to Twilight with the greatest passion. He finished fairly quick, looking outside. He noticed that the moon was starting to rise, signaling the end of the day. He wrapped his letter up before crawling in his bed. After taking one last glance at the finished letter he closed his eyes and stumbled into a happy dream of him and Twilight. Twilight knocked on the door of Pure's home. She heard hoofsteps closing in and suddenly, the door opened revealing Pure, holding a few candles in his magic. "Twilight! I knew that you would come! I hope it hasn't caused something important to be delayed." Pure said, allowing Twilight to come inside. "Nonono! It doesn't delay anything. I see that you already started?" Twilight said, looking around the living room and putting her saddlebags down. A few chairs were moved to the side, and boxes filled with little things like books and pictures were set to the left. A few were already opened. "Not really. I just assured that everything is in a good spot. Now, where do you think should I put these candles?" Pure asked, holding the candles in his magic to Twilight. "I'd say... On the sides of the edge above the openfire, mayby? And those chairs and that table can go to a corner with enough space left for ponies to sit down on. You think I can look at those pictures?" Twilight said, her words going a thousand miles an hour. "Twilight, breathe! That for the candles and the chair sounds nice, and you can look at the pictures. I'll put everything were it fits right, you say were it could fit, 'kay?. And mayby help too?" Pure said, going to the openfire to put the candles on the sides of the shelf above. Twilight walked to the box with pictures, pulling a few out with her magic after giving Pure a quick nod. She looked at the pictures, most of them showing things that happened in his life: His graduation, the most recent picture; he and a few friends at his old house, ... Then she stumbled on a picture tucked away in a corner. It showed 2 unicorns sitting next to another, one a stallion, the other a mare. She noticed that the mare was pregnant. "Are these your parents?" Twilight asked as she showed it to Pure. He almost let one of the chairs fall down. "Y-yes, they are." Pure began, sitting down. " I don't really know them though. My father left me alone when I was just 5 and my mother died when I was just a foal. I don't know why: some say she was killed, others say she was 'sick'. M-my father left me because he couldn't handle the pressure to raise me alone. He was always drunk, and he sometimes didn't come home untill past midnight. He was always in bars and clubs, and left me alone for long periods of time or didn't pick me up from school. When he left me, I was send to my grandparents. They took well care of me, assuring I got the love I deserved. I miss them, mostly grandma. S-she was the mother I-I didn't have." Pure said, tears welling up in his eyes as memories poured in. His voice got hoask as he tried to not cry. Twilight took the chair from his magic, allowing him to whipe a few tears away and focus. "Sorry, it's just that it brings back a lot of memories. I don't have much family left. Eventhough Applejack and I are related, she hasn't really been the family I hoped I would find. Not that's she bad or anything, she's just... Not a leaf." Pure said, tears going down his cheeks. Twilight put a hoof on his shoulder, her face sad. He looked up, just in time to see a tear go down her cheek. "Mayby it's better if you do a few things here whilst I go upstairs to recover a bit. It's a lot to process." Pure said, standing up on his shaky hooves. "Yeah, mayby that's better." Twilight said, putting the chair she was holding on it's new spot. Pure went up the stairs to his bedroom. She watched as the stallion went upstairs. After Pure had vanished to the first floor, she started working on the rest, moving tables and chairs around. It's something else to see him cry. I know how important family is, but he lost some important family very quickly. I feel sorry for him Twilight thought as she put a few of the pictures on the shelves. The picture of Pure's parents was put back in the box thought. "I'm SO sorry! I'd wish that I had more time! But Spike just send me a note that I'm needed at the castle!" Twilight said as she walked out the door of Pure's house, quickly followed by him. "You're a PRINCESS, Twilight! Things like this can happen! If you can, come by next time. I'll assure that everything is at it's right spot. Now go!" Pure said, waving a hoof at Twilight. The mare left, putting her saddlebags from before on. Pure looked at the saddlebags, aware of something new in the bags. He watched as the princess left, taking of and flying her way to her castle. And now just pray she'll find it he thought before closing the door. Author's Note So, how do you like the chapter? I tried my best to get the 'love' situation between the 2 well-sorted withhout letting it seem forced. Anyways, next chapter will be a game-changer! Chapter 3: Aftermath, Love?!?Pure scrolled throught he lattest newspaper. His eyes caught onto some news that was not what he expected. "Peace! Changelings reformed? Queen Chrysalis has finally been thrown of her throne and a a new leader takes place to lead the recently reformed Changelings to a new world where ponies and Changelings can live in peace. The world is overjoyed with the recent event. We thank the ones that made this all possible: Trixie, a performer that travelled through whole Equestria; Discord, former Lord of Chaos and Starlight Glimmer, reformed vilian and student of Princess Twilight Sparkle." He went the whole article over and over, unable to grasp what happened. He knew that Twilight haden't shown up to keep on helping with his house, but that she was replaced with a changeling?! He was overjoyed when he read that all ponies that were replaced survived, including Twilight. As soon as he was finished reading he heard a noise coming from outside. Looking out his window showed that a royal chariot was landing in the townsquare. He jumped from his chair and ran down the stairs, almost tripping on the way down. He came out his door and practically galloped to the townsquare. He just arrived when the chariot left. On the square were Twilight and her friends, along with Starlight Glimmer, the pony mentioned in the newspaper. Ponies started to appear from the various streets, some cheering and others calling out for the group. "Twilight?" Pure called out from the crowd that had started to form around the group, trying to pull the Alicorn's attention. "Pure?" Twilight said after hearing her name and the familiar voice. she tried her best to find the unicorn calling, but couldn't see past the crowd around her and her friends. Pure tried to push ponies to the side, trying to get to Twilight, who also was calling out. He asked for ponies to step aside, but it was like he was invisable. His patience gone and anger growing, he did something that baffled everyone. He used a levitation spell to get every pony in his way aside, meaning that he lifted the whole crowd up! "Out of the way, please!" He said, walking past the floating ponies, who were looking down at him with big eyes. "Pure? How..." Twilight began, trying to understand what happened. "Excuse me." Pure said when he finally reached the group. He turned around and gently, trying not to harm anypony, put the crowd back down on their spot before he faced Twilight, who was still baffled with what just happened. "When you have to try and live in a city filled with hundred of ponies, you learn a trick or two on how to get somewhere." Pure explained, trying not to sound crazy. "So, you learned how to use a levitation spell to lift a whole CROWD of ponies up? Just from living in Canterlot?" Twilight asked, a serious expression on her face. "Yes. I lived in the worst part of Canterlot, where things can get pretty hectic. I had to live without the help of many friends or adults around me, so Magic became my last resource of survival. I practiced years to master spells like levitation or teleportation." Pure finished before looking at Twilight with examining eye. She was missing her saddlebags. "I don't want to disturb your little get-together, but ponies are looking at you two with strange eyes. Mayby you should continue in the castle?" Starlight said with calm voice, pointing at the ponies around them. The duo blushed and agreed to go to the castle first before continuing with their conversation. The crowd of ponies around them was send away, some moaning of disappointment. "You have this often?" Pure asked as he looked at the crowd leaving. "Sometimes." Twilight said bluntly, her gaze fixated on the castle before them. "So..." Starlight said quietly , trying to break the ice, as the group was seated in one of the many rooms of the Castle of Friendship. "I found your letter." Twilight said finally, levitating a letter from her saddlebags, whom she took from her room before following the rest to one of the many rooms in the castle. The letter was shaped like a heart and colored pink. A small blush formed on Twilight's cheeks. Pure doing the exact same. "I, eh... Worked on it for more then an hour, ya know." Pure said, not knowing anything else to say. "I see... So, love, he?" Twilight said, also not knowing much to say. "It's just..." "I know that..." The 2 stopped as they noticed that they started talking into each other. The group around them tried to focus on something else, a few not seated but instead talking with one another somewhere else in the room. They knew that the 2 ponies needed a moment for themselfs. "I always knew you from the time during Lunchbreak-" Pure finally began after a silent agreement with Twilight."-and I always saw you as a normal friend like anypony else I knew, but you have changed and I have changed and... Well, I found that we could get along a bit better. I have had my moments that I couldn't keep my mind of you, and I was always worried when you didn't attend lunchbreak.... I guess I always had a bit more of a liking to you then I dare to give in." Pure said, his eyes going back to Twilight's and something else in the room, the blush on his face only growing. "I sometimes hated it when I didn't see you-" Twilight started to explain herself too. "-and you always helped me, even if it was to just to help me think about eating! That moment you hurt your hoof, I thought about finding a spell to help. I started caring more about leaving for lunchbreak just to see you. I almost started hating my lessons before lunchbreak! I felt guilty when I was somewhere else and, to be honest, I never forget about you." Twilight said, her blush even bigger then Pure's. The 2 leaned in closer, just to be in a bit more privacy. "When I heard about you being ponynapped and all, I was very worried! When I saw the chariot land, I immediatly thought about you!" Pure continued, leaning in to be face to face with Twilight. "My heart skipped a beat when I saw you at the station! I was surprised to see you again, but also overjoyed to see an old friend! When I had to go for that letter of Spike, I was SO sorry to leave you, because we only saw each other so short." Twilight went on too, leaning in closer aswell. The 2 were nose to nose, their eyes locked into one another. The group around tried to look away, some guessing what would happen next. And it did. Twilight and Pure stopped talking and instead leaned closer and closer, untill their lips toughed in the most passioned kiss you could imagine! They went on for minutes, the passion and love radiating of from the couple. When they finished, they looked at each other with more care and love then normal and they stood up, walking out the room, leaning against one another. Twilight had one of her wings drapped over Pure as their horns touched, a few magic sparkles leaving from their horns. The door closed behind them and the room was left silent. Starlight was the first to speak up. "I guess then that it's going to be alright with those 2?" She said, a hoof scraping the floor. "I think they're going to better then ok." Rarity said, a warm smile on her face. "How will Spike react?" Fluttershy said, a bit of worry on her face. The group thought about that and left, now having a mission of their own: Explain the situation to Spike. Spike was peacefully walking down one of the many paths in Ponyville, humming a little song Twilight always sang to him when he was younger. His peace was short-lived though when a group of ponies arrived around him. "Hey girls, everything alright after everything that happened?" Spike asked, aware how he felt himself when he was ponynapped. Or was it dragon-napped in his case? "We're alright, but it's Twilight were we wanted to talk about with you." Rarity said as she came forwards. Spike recognized the expression on her face. She had something important to say. "What's wrong?! Isn't she taking it so good? Did something happen to her?" Spike said, his breath increasing as various scenario's started unfolding in his mind. "No Spike! She's better then alright! She and Pure had a little conversation in the castle and..." Rarity said, trying to comfort the little dragon. "And?" Spike asked, his nerves getting the better of him. "And we think that they're gonna be just more then friends!" Pinkie said enthousiastically, jumping up and down of exitement. "She finally found the right stallion! Oooh!!" "Pinkie! You're hurting my eardrums!" Rarity said as the party-pony started raising her voice. "Wait?! Are you saying that Twilight and Pure are... a thing?" Spike said, interuppting the soon-to-be argument between the fashionista and the party-pony as things started popping in and out of his mind. "Yes, that's really it." Rainbow said, even she unable to sound a bit softer. Spike practically fainted on the spot, Rarity having to catch him with her magic. "Is this the same when I faint?" Rarity asked, receiving a few nods from her friends. A few drops of sweat started to form as she tried to lift the uncounscious dragon up. "He's heavier then he looks." "Hey! That's a lot of muscle, alright?" Spike suddenly said as he jumped up, causing some of his friends to shreek back. "Mayby it's a good thing if we go and check on the 2 of them. Last time we saw them they left upstairs, to Twilight's room, I think." Starlight said as she thought about the duo. The group stopped when something passed their minds. They looked at each other with shared looks of worry and a bit of embarrassment. "They WHAT?!" Spike shouted before he started running to the castle. The group started running to, shouting various things at Spike to stop him. "Spike! Don't over-react! God knows what you'll bump into!" Rarity shouted at the little dragon. She shrugged as her mind played the event before her. We have to stop him to avoid something like that! She thought to herself as she chased down the purple dragon. Pure walked out the doors of a room. The doors were smaller then all the other doors, a purple six-armed star on the handle's to indicate who lived inside. He quietly closed the door behind him, trying not to wake the sleeping mare inside. He walked through the dim-light hallways, the nightsky visable through the various window's at the sides. He went down various stairs untill he reached a tall pair of doors. He slowly opened the doors and entered a massive room with a big crystal table and 7 thrones around, a small one next to a throne bearing Twilight's cutiemark. This must be the cutiemap Twilight told me about Pure thought to himself as he walked closer. He felt the magic radiating from the map, and not so quickly afterwards something in his mind confirmed his suspicion: The map was connected with time. If I can get a piece of this map, I will finally have everything I need for the spell! Pure thought before leaving the room. All I have to do is get the right tools and wait for the perfect moment. They can't notice a piece missing, or they'll have my head! He quietly closed the door behind him before he headed outside, straight to his house, where a warm bed was waiting for him. Author's Note So, people able to guess what happened? I sure did! That's an image I'll NEVER forget!! Anyways, got this chapter finished quickly after the other one, most of it already set in my mind. You knew that Pure his horn is a bit bigger? I had to change that a bit so they could touch horns, as Twilight's horn is a bit bigger now she's an Alicorn, right? It does explain his extraordinary strenght on magical level, no? Chapter 4: Secret's revealed, Pure's Revenge!A FEW DAYS LATER Pure woke up too a knock against the door. He crawled out of his bed, a few knots in his back cracking as he streched out. He walked down the stairs and arrived at the door just in time to hear the knock again. He opened the door, only to be met with strings and confetti in his face. A shout all to familiar came from the pink pony in front of him. "Pinkie! Now's not the time for a party!" Pure said as he lifted some of the stringers of his face. He blew the confetti on his nose away before he faced the party-pony in front of him. "Awww! But I think it's the best time for a party! You and Twilight are a couple! This is the best time to party!" The pink party-pony said as she pulled back her party-cannon. "No, I don't mean that! It's for crying out loud-" Pure quickly looked at the big clock in his living room. "-over 8 A.M. in the morning! Can a pony have some rest?" "Sure! But I'm still gonna throw a party for you 2!" Pinkie said before she started jumping away, her party-cannon seemingly disappeared into nothing. "Sure." Pure said before going back inside his house. He closed the door and went back upstairs when suddenly, something in his head told him to look outside. He went to the first best window and looked around, only to notice Twilight flying away. Where, he did not care though as realisation hit him. No one is in the castle! He went back down and out his door, heading to the backyard where he had just stored various tools in a small shed at the back of his house. He looked inside, spotting the tools he needed: A small chisel and hamer and a small brush. He had bought a few in one of the stores in Ponyville. He took them and put them in his saddlebag before leaving to the castle. He walked down the path headed for the castle, looking around at the nature. Birds whisteld in the trees, animals ran through the bushes and flowers decorated the edges. Now I feel how Fluttershy must feel when she's with her animal friends He thought to himself as he walked past a junction. Arriving at the castle, he used a quick heat-spell to see if anypony was inside. He smiled as it showed the castle was empty. He walked through the door, happy to know that this part is public, and headed straight for the big pair of doors from a few nights. He opened the doors, the grandour of the maproom even greater if there's light shining inside. He looked up to the ceiling, noticing the roots hanging from the ceiling. From the roots, strings with 'memory bulbs' were hanging, each bulb depiciting something big that happened. He saw one in wich Twilight and the girls were celebrating Winter Wrap-up. He spotted a bulb on the map, depicting the moment he and Twilight kissed. A small blush crossed his face. He changed his gaze to the bottom of the map, searching for the perfect piece so you wouldn't notice it missing. Finally, after a few good looks he found a piece that, thanks to sight-trickery, you wouldn't notice missing from any angle. He took the tools from his shed out of his saddlebags and started chipping away at the crystal. Luckely for him, the fact that no pony was in the castle helped, as a loud 'thack' sounded every time he hit the crystal. And this would go on for a long while, as he noticed that the crystal was a bit stronger then thought. Finally, after chipping away for an hour or two, he got the piece of crystal of and in his saddlebags. He was just about to leave when Twilight flew inside through the doors. I knew I should have closed them Pure thought as he tried to come up with something to say. "Pure? What are you doing here? You didn't say you were coming over today." Twilight asked as she landed before the unicorn. "I didn't know you were away, and the door was open, so I thought 'why not let myself in?'. I know you don't really mind. And I had to make an escape from Pinkie Pie." Pure explained, keeping his lie sheltered under truth. "She wanted to throw a party for the 2 of us?" Twilight said plainly. "Yep. Had it before?" Pure asked, noticing how casual Twilight acted about this. "I still have my own parties in the mind, and I once tried to explain her. Don't think about trying, it won't work. Pinkie is just... Pinkie." Twilight said as she thought back about these days. "Noted! Don't try to explain Pinkie Pie. She really 'predicts' things with something happening to her body?" Pure asked as the book he last read came to mind. "Yep. How do you know?" Twilight asked, surprised to find Pure aware of this. "Read it in a book, and I think I saw her once with an umbrella-hat." Pure said as the small sight from his party came to mind. Twilight and Pure went on like this, talking about Twilight's friends. Untill Twilight thought about something. "You had any other friends but me?" Twilight asked when she was finished talking about her friends. "Good friends? Not exactly. I had a few ponies I knew well, but not many actual friends. And I haven't talked to them for a long time, or even seen them. Some left Canterlot and others... Passed away, really." Pure said, his voice lowering as the bad memory came back. "Lost a friend?" Twilight asked, a bit of concurn on her face. "Yeah. He was a good stallion, very kind and supportive. He was a unicorn who studied strange anomalies in Magic. He bumped into an anomaly during his work, but it seemed that this anomaly was a bit worse then anticipated." Pure said, his tone going down and his face going sad. "What happened? I mean, if you want to talk about it of course." Twilight said, a bit curious but very worried and truly, sad too. "His lab exploded. They brought him away, but it was the day I learned that Magic has limits. They couldn't save him." Pure said, a few tears appearing. He snifed before he looked up to Twilight. He was amazed to see her also letting a tear. "Tragic. May the next world great him well." Twilight said to calm Pure down. A small smile formed on Pure's face as better memories came to him. "He was a good stallion, really. I'm sure he's having a blast in the next world." Pure said, if only to rest himself asure. "I'm of to home. I think I still need a moment alone." Twilight gave an approving nod before letting Pure out. The door closed behind him and he went of to home, a bit of sadness still on his face. Even his recent succes on his mission didn't help improve his mood. "Rest in Peace, Red Dawn." He muttered, passing a tall tree. The tree's leavesd dried up a bit, it's branches suddenly going down a bit. It seemed like it had turned sad. Pure jumped up, trying to get over the bar 2 ponies were holding up. He laughed as he almost tripped over the bar. Strings and confetti kept falling down as the party went on. After been surprised by the girls at the castle, he was happy to join them in Pinkie's party. He looked at the banner, a quick blush before going back at the many games. The banner was nicely decorated, the sentence 'Happy-First-True-Love' drawn on it with nice print. Twilight explained that Pinkie's banner would be too big so she instead decided for the words. He had to agree on the 'First-True' part though. Music was going through the whole castle, filling every room with sound. Ponies were dancing on the temporary dancefloor and DJ PON-3 was busy with the next plate of music. Twilight was flying around, talking with the various ponies. Pinkie was getting the not-so-dancing ponies on the dancefloor. Applejack was playing a competitive game with Rainbow Dash. Fluttershy was trying to be a bit more social and Rarity was having a nice drink with a few stallions. Pure was busy demonstrating his magical strenght by lifting up a small group of filly's. He had already shown this by lifting a big speaker, but the little ones were begging for him to try it with them. And PON-3 explained that the speakers weren't toys. He had just put them down (with them complaining of the short lift) when he was approched by Twilight. He noticed that she had tried to avoid the many drinks, but failed to miss out on a few, as she was a bit wobbly on her hooves. "You seem like you had a few good drinks." Pure said, taking Twilight's confusion in acount. "Just a few, I swear! Wanna dance? I tried it before, and I learned that I can use a partner. For dancing then." Twilight said, her voice not different (or smelly of alcohol), a small blush as she recovers her last statement. "I guess..." Pure began, but was suddenly pushed in the back by Pinkie, who secretly had been listening. The stallion bumped into Twilight, recovering his balance fearly quick. Twilight grabbed his hoof, almost draging him along. She didn't have just a 'few' drinks He thought as Twilight kept on pulling him. The couple moved to the dancefloor, where the guests made some place for the pair as they began to dance. First it was simple, but then it started to pick up pace as the music went faster. Soon, the 2 were in full swing, going from one side to the other, impressing even the most talented dancers. They were laughing as they looked at the surprised faces. "Danced before?" Twilight asked as they lowered pace, fatigue kicking in. "I had lessons for 4 years! She was the greatest teacher I ever had! Learned how to help ponies with dance moves. You're pretty good yourself too." Pure complimented. Twilight blushed a bit, but the 2 were starting to get used to being 'together'. "Now, for the finally-" Twilight started, but was quickly interrupted by Pure. "I got this! This was something I came up myself!" Pure said, finishing Twilight's sentence. A big grin was on his face. They came to the end of the dance, the music reaching it's last peak and then... Pure took Twilight strong by the hoof, swung her around before, at the end of the music, placing a well-timed kiss on her lips. Twilight wasn't even surprised the least, but more overjoyed with the intimate contact. They moved of the dancefloor after recovering, everypony clapping for their amazing performance. The girls were waiting at one of the tables, big smiles on their faces. "That was AMAZING, dear! Where did you learn such fine moves? You just HAVE to teach me how to dance like that!" Rarity said, her smile the most enthousiastic. "Tha' was some great dancin', sugarcube." Applejack commented, her smile the most honest. "It was pretty good." Rainbow said, trying to stay cool. "I just loved watching you dance!" Fluttershy said, her normal shy-ness mostly gone thanks to the party. She was not smiling the hardest, as her shy-ness wasn't completly gone though. "That was the best dance EVER!!" Pinkie practically screamed, her voice going over the music. Her smile was combined with laughter, a glass of punch in her hoof. It's contents almost spilled as she jumped up and down. "Thanks, girls." Twilight and Pure said together. They quickly shared look, a smile on their faces as they saw how much the other one was enjoying things. "This party can't go wrong!" Pinkie cheered, unaware how much she tempted fate by saying that. Lights were flashing about from the castle, almost all of Ponyville inside, having fun. The moon shined above the castle, illuminating the town. The doors of the castle swayed open, revealing a half-tired stallion unicorn walking outside, saying something through the doors in the way of: "I need a moment." Pure walked through the big streets of Ponyville, looking back at the massive castle behind. He could get used to life here. If it wasn't for his mission, that is. He grabbed the saddlebags from their hiding spot, a small bush next to the townsquare. He hid them there after Pinkie asked him to get to the castle, him then still unaware of the surprise inside. He laughed as he thought about the great way Pinkie's parties are, even if he only experienced 2. He grabbed the crystal piece and a strange pendant from the bags and walked to the open spot of the townsquare, no pony in sight. He levitated the 2 items before him. He started speaking words in an ancient language, his horn lighting up and runes starting to appear on the ground. The magic around him started to vibrate, leaves being blown of trees and bushes. He was picked up by the magic, levitating above the ground. "Naturam essendi, da mihi virtutem! Temporis ac loci fines flectere opem! Ostendite mihi praeterita et praesentia tempora!" The wind started to pick up, blowing the trees so hard that they started to bend. Bushes were flattened and flowers pulled of. Magic surges started to pulse, the runes on the ground forming a cirkle and glowing a dark-green. "Da mihi virtutem et potestatem super quam! Et huc et vide! Immatura me fac! Quaero magna vitae ut me adiuvet Videam, mihi!!" Pure his voice sounded above the wind, his tone lowering and getting scarier. Bushes were almost torn from their roots, grass and flower pulled in and turned into balls of magic. The runes appeared around him, flying in cirkles. He took the pendant in his magic, the green tree on the pendant glowing, floating it before him. A magical force unknown took hold, grabbing the pendant in place. "Nunc vos, quaeso! Ostende mihi factum est in diebus! Dimitte me, alioquin et tu adesto praesens tempus! Me, Pure Leaf, mando vobis, ut arcum! PONAMUS!!" Pure screamed the last few words before taking the crystal and placing it on the ground before him. The crystal shifted color, changing into a dark-green. Pure was about to speak the last few words when he heard a shout. "PURE!" He looked up, only to meet Twilight's worried face. She and the girls stood before him, outside of the runes-cirkle. They each bore a worried face, Pinkie showing a sign of fear. "What are you doing!" Twilight asked, yelling hard enough to be heard. "I need to do this, Twilight! I never discovered who killed my mother! I want to, no, need to know!" Pure answered, his voice getting darker and evil. "I'm sorry! My love for you IS real! It just happened that I also needed that extra bit of magic to be able to cast the spell!" "Why?! Why do you need to know?!" Twilight asked, her face going from worried to confused and scared. "I just need to know!" Pure said before speaking up the last few words. "ET TEMPUS IPSUM!!!" Light beamd from the crystal, creating a sort of window in front of Pure. He focused on the window, trying to get the image he needed. The window changed, white replaced by darkness. And then, he succeeded. There she was, his mother running throught the living room of Pure's birth-house. She fell down, just able to call for help before a knife planted itself in her back. A cloaked pony appeared from the corner of the room, holding several more knives in his/her magic. The rest was horrific. They watched as the mare was (litteraly) cut to ribbons. After looking at the horrid sight, Pure changed the vision so he could see who was doing this all. But what he saw was not what he expected. The stallion that killed his mother was no other then his blood-own... "Father?!" Pure looked at the sight of his father ready to kill his mother. Anger, rage and sadness build up inside him. His magic started to change, it's normal-so-pleasent pine-green turning into a dark crimson-green. "Pure! You know who did it! Now stop this crazyness!!" Twilight yelled, trying to get the unicorn's attention. "NO! I wanted to know who did it so I could take REVENGE!! I WILL GET MY REVENGE!!!" Pure yelled, his voice beaming of rage. Trees around them started to shake, their leaves turning the same color as Pure's dark magic. Grass started to dry out, the life-force drained from it. "You don't have to do this! Please, LISTEN TO ME!!" Twilight yelled trying to stop Pure. Tears fell down from her cheeks. "WHY SHOULD I LISTEN TO YOU?!?! What do you deserve? You're a PRINCESS!! You can have the whole world!! I won't do it for you!! I won't stop for YOU!!!" Pure said in return, his rage and anger at their limit. Trees around them started to dry up, the life-force of everything naturel being drained. "THEN DO IT FOR OUR FOAL!!!" Twilight finally yelled with the top of her voice. The magic surges stopped, the spell Pure was using halted. The trees and grass got their color back, the life-force drained returning. He levitated down, his magic aura returning to it's normal pine-green. Dryed-up tears were on his face, a few new ones appearing. "Our... foal?" Pure asked with great surprise, his voice returing to it's normal tone. He was face to face with Twilight, guilt on his face. "I found out today. When I left, it was for a test. I was told the news a few hours before the party. I was going to tell you anyways." Twilight said, a bit of disappiontement in her face. They walked closer. "I'm... Sorry. For everything. I-I know I should have listened to you, but I waited for so long! I think my will to get revenge turned more into an obsession." Pure said, his eyes filled with guilt. The honesty in his words was crystal-clear. "It's alright. It's not nothing to live with such a big question. She was your mother, and he was your father. It's difficult to understand immediatly." Twilight said, lifting a hoof up to touch Pure on the cheek. "What matters is that, eventually, you listened! That means that you care more about this then about getting revenge!" A little smile was on her face. She gave Pure a quick kiss before walking back a bit. A sparkle could be seen in Pure's eyes. "I'm sorry." He said. Twilight gave a kind nod before motioning to the castle. He took the note before following. He followed behind the girls, taking the pendant and crystal in his magic, along with his saddlebags. The crystal hadn't changed color, residue of the magic Pure used still left. A small voice in his head tried to tell him to re-do the spell, but he quickly canceled it out as he caughed up with the girls. "When were you originally gonna tell me about it?" Pure asked, trying to get the mood back up. "I hoped after the party, to keep it a bit private for long enough." Twilight said, who also found that the mood could get a boost. The duo left, back to the castle were a party was waiting for them. On the spot were the spell was used, there was nothing left but a few runes burned into the ground. Then, a shadow appeared from behind a building, the unknown pony bearing a large smile on it's face. It lauched, reaching the spot. It's horn glowed a crimson-red, the remains of the runes giving a small sample of the magic that surged through them. A small strain of dark-green magic floated up, to be put in a jar by the mysterious pony. Before he/she left, the pony spoke in a dark voice. "I will get my revenge, Twilight Sparkle! You just wait!" Author's Note Almost at the end! Just the Epilogue left. Keep reading! Chapter 5: EpilogueA year later A scream sounded through the night, it's source in the Ponyville Hospital. The moon was just setting, revealing the kind morning-sun. Inside the hospital, a stallion was impatiantly waiting for news. Pure walked back and fro, his patiance long gone. Finally, a mare in a white lab-coat walked out of the specific room, a small board in her magic. She looked up, kind and promising eyes meeting the worried and tired eyes of Pure. "Twilight is in good health, sir. And the foal to. She can now see you." The mare said, walking to the side as Pure quickly entered the room, closing the door behind him. Inside the room was a bed, were a tired lavender/purple Alicorn was sitting, holding a golden foal in her hooves. "Say hello to your little daughter." Twilight said, her voice sounding tired. Pure walked closer, a big smile on his face. "Hello..." Pure paused, looking outside to the rising sun. "Hello, Helia Sparkle." He said, looking back at the small golden unicorn in Twilight's embrace. The filly rolled around after gaping, revealing something unexpected. "Whoa!" Outside the window was the sun, surrounded by a beautifull halo. Princess Celestia smile, looking from the her balcony to the rising sun. A beautifull halo appeared around the sun, showing the care that was put in this morning. "Hello, sister." Princess Luna said, arriving on the balcony. "Hello to you too. How was the dream-world tonight?" Celestia asked, a bit curious. "Tonight was very quiet, Celie. And I think that you are going to have a busy day." Luna noted, pointing at a green flame getting closer. In front of Celestia, a scroll materialized from the green flames. She took it in her magic, unrolling it and quietly reading it. She went the letter over a few times, her eyes getting bigger every time. She looked up just in time to see a powerfull beam of magic appearing from Ponyville. "Luna, ask Cadance if she and Shining still have that Spell they used for Flurry Hearth." Celestia said bluntly. Luna gave a quick salute, a big grin on her face. She left the balcony, going inside to ready a letter. A second beam appeared from the same spot, going through the air and a few clouds. Today is going to be a BUSY day Celestia thought to herself as she took of, headed for the small town. High up in the clouds was something that looked like a town. A strange pony-like creature looked from the cloud down to the ground, dreaming of live on land. Suddenly, a powerfull beam of magic shot up, shreeking past the pony. It looked down, noticing that the magic had shot a hole in the ancient shield around their world. It smiled, running into the could-town. "FREEDOM!!!" It yelled, waking the inhabitants of the small town. Author's Note So, got this finished fairly quick. Who can guess what kind of ponies live in the clouds? And no, they DON'T have wings! The filly of Twilight and Pure was really something that just popped in my mind, and it fitted. The Alicorn-part is for the futher story. And yes, there will be a sequel!
Chapter 1: The start, meet my friend!A door is slammed shut, a light ignites in the darkness. Chapter 2: Effect of Love"And thanks for the food.
