One Bet
One Bet
Load Full StoryNext ChapterRainbow Dash walked into the club as the bass pounded against her body. She loved the feel of the vibrations and how everypony looked. Stallions and mares were dancing with one another, and their faces were filled with happiness and euphoria. Life was good here, and all problems of the outside world were gone. It was just music and party, and that’s the way she liked it. She walked in as she tucked her feathered wings into her body and went over to the bar to start the night.
It was her routine to go to said bar. Cider would always get the blood moving and pumping. There was nothing more awesome than having some cider before you went on the dance floor. She placed herself on one of the stools and motioned for the bartender.
“What can I do for you, Rainbow Dash? The regular?”
“You bet!” she said loudly over the loud digital music that her favorite DJ, Vinyl Scratch, was blasting through the hot room.
“Cold cider coming up.”
“Make that two please.”
Rainbow Dash looked over next to her and was baffled by the sight of pink.
“Pinkie Pie! What are you doing here?”
Pinkie Pie smiled over to her. “I come here every night, silly! I don’t just throw parties all the time, Dashie!”
“Yeah, but I never really thought you would be somewhere like here! This is so cool! I usually come here by myself!”
Pinkie Pie giggled and snorted as she spun around in the stool.
“Why are we yelling?!" the pink pony yelled.
Rainbow Dash laughed at the sight of her pink friend having such foolish fun. It was great to see her here.
“Because the music’ so loud! Duh!”
Pinkie Pie began to spin faster on the stool as she was having too much fun at the moment. Nopony would care what she was doing. Everypony here was here to have fun, and Pinkie Pie was the very definition of it.
“Having fun over there?!” asked Rainbow.
“Weeeeee!” came the response.
Rainbow Dash took that as a yes.
The music began dying down and was getting real slow. She knew what time it was, but she didn’t care much for it. It wasn’t upbeat and hype, but this was only for a small part of the night. She would pass it by with a nice cool cider.
“Here you two ladies go.” said the bartender as he slid the two mugs of delicious cider to the Pegasus and spinning earth pony with precision.
Rainbow Dash watched hers slide right to her and licked her lips. She couldn’t wait to drink it down and get the hot-blooded feeling she always got after one.
“Thanks!” Rainbow Dash called out to him at the end of the bar and proceeded to take some bits and pay him for his service.
“Don’t worry about that, Dashie! I already took care of that.”
Rainbow Dash looked over as she watched Pinkie smile at her and began to consume the mug of alcohol down like it was water.
“Whoa, thanks Pinks. That’s really cool of you.”
Rainbow Dash took the mug, brought it up to her lips and poured the drink into her mouth. She felt the warm burn of it go down her throat and into her stomach. She could feel the heat in her stomach as the sweet cider ran into her. She put the mug down and wiped her mouth with her arm, taking in its refreshing taste.
“I want all couples on the floor! C’mon ladies and gentlecoltss, I got a good one set up for all you lovers, one to really get you going to your rooms tonight!” Vinyl yelled out over the speakers as they boomed within the large dark room.
“Oooooo, Dashie! We should go dance!” Pinkie exclaimed as she pressed her face to Rainbow’s.
Rainbow Dash pushed her gently away just to have some breathing space from her friend that sometimes didn’t realize what the meaning of personal space was.
“Heh, heh, yeah, I don’t think so Pinks. I’m not really into all that sappy stuff. It’s for couples, and if you haven’t noticed, I don’t exactly have a special somepony.” she said in the coolest voice she could give, and took another drink of her cider. She felt her blood heating up.
“Do you want a special somepony? Oh, oh! I know who could be your special somepony!”
Rainbow Dash raised her brow in curiosity and amusement. What pony could be so awesome to be worthy of the greatest and fastest flier in Equestria?
“Ok Pinkie. Who?” Rainbow Dash asked smiling and taking another gulp of her cider. There was no harm in indulging in her friend’s humor.
“Me!”
Rainbow Dash choked on the burning liquid as she began to cough violently. Pinkie began patting her back to help her cease the coughing...eventually. Rainbow looked around to see if anypony noticed her uncool reaction, but they were just gathering back on the dance floor.
Pinkie Pie beamed at her as she regained her composure.
“Uhh, no offense Pinkie Pie. I mean, you’re a real cool and everything, actually you’re pretty awesome, but I’m not really into the whole dating scene, ya know?”
Pinkie Pie took her answer in stride as she gave her signature laugh and snorted.
“I know that, silly. I mean me and you can pretend to be super special someponies with each other! It would be like a super fun game!"
“A game huh? Is there a prize at the end or something?” Rainbow Dash took another swig of her cider.
“Hmmmmm.” Pinkie hummed as she tapped her chin with her hoof. “Oh! I know! Let’s not do a game. How about a bet! You like bets, right Dashie?”
She was speaking her language now. She loved bets. She loved it even more when she won them.
“That’s what I’m talking about. So what’s the bet?”
Pinkie tapped her chin with her hoof as she thought some more, and then came up with the greatest bet she had ever thought of.
“I bet that you can’t dance with me for the next whole song without kissing me.”
Rainbow Dash was baffled for a second of how Pinkie just said it so blatantly, but then began to crack up. That was it? What kind of bet was this? Rainbow Dash had done much harder tasks than this, and kissing a mare was not something she’s never done before. More like a griffon, but same concept. It was a ridiculous bet but she never backed down from one, especially one as easy as this. Then again, this was Pinkie Pie.
“So?” Pinkie Pie questioned as she smiled real wide with a small gleam in her eye from the array of lights.
“Okay, Pinkie Pie. You’re on. I may not like sappy music and stuff, but I never back down from a challenge. This will be too easy.”
This is true. She was the one and only Rainbow Dash, one that would take on any challenge that was thrown at her.
“So what do I get once I win?”
“Anything you want,” Pinkie said slyly.
Rainbow Dash felt her cerulean cheeks heat up and turned to a shade of crimson. Was the cider getting to her? Luckily for her, the lights were dim enough where Pinkie wouldn’t notice.
Rainbow swallowed hard. She had to make sure she knew what she meant.
“Anything?”
Pinkie Pie nodded.
"Mhmm."
Admittedly, she knew Pinkie was one of her friends, and she didn’t actually like her any more than that, or hadn’t really given it any thought to be more accurate, but she did have her fantasies about her friends. Fantasies that she would never dare speak of. Now seeing Pinkie Pie this way, it made her think of the multiple dreams she would have of the party pony and the things she could do with a party cannon. Rainbow Dash felt tingling sensations up her spine at the pleasurable thought. She was so gonna win this.
“Alright. Let’s do this then!”
Pinkie Pie clapped her hooves together at Rainbow’s acceptance.
Rainbow Dash got up from her stool and finished the last of her cider. They both trotted to the large wooden floor that was now packed with other ponies. Rainbow Dash wasn’t into the whole being couples thing and seeing these ponies reminded her of why. They were all close to each other and looking at each other all starry eyed. It was not befitting for such an awesome Pegasus like her.
“This is gonna be so much fun!” said Pinkie Pie.
Rainbow Dash gave her a nervous laugh. This was not normal for her. She knew that the music was going to be slow and just plain out mushy. Did Pinkie think that sappy music was going to compel her to kiss her? If she did, she had a different thing coming, but it was alright, for she knew her prize when she wins.
Vinyl Scratch came on the speakers once more as her voice rang out to the crowd.
“Okay you lovers! Ready to get your blood going?!”
Everypony, including Pinkie Pie, yelled in ecstatic cries as they stood next to each other. Rainbow Dash just scoffed. She had heard the music that was played during the couple’s hour, and it was always slow and sappy not her style of exciting and fast. She wanted the bass to run through her body, not some pretty violins and such, but this was the first time that Vinyl Scratch has done it. Usually she would leave during this hour and some other pony would take over, but she already had her mind set.
This was going to be the longest dance she had, but the prize at the end was too sweet to pass up.
“You ready, Dashie?”
Rainbow rolled her magenta eyes. Rainbow Dash was ready for anything.
“Yeah. Let’s get this over with.”
As if on cue, the music began, and it took Rainbow Dash by sudden surprise. There was a loud bass that began and vibrated through the floors, walls and through her body. Her heart started to pump in her chest as the music began to pick up beat and heard a piano rhythm within it. It sounded a bit something like this.
“C’mon, Dashie!”
Rainbow Dash snapped out her stupor and watched Pinkie as she stood on her hind legs and began to dance. She smiled and did the same, as with everypony on the floor.
She watched Pinkie as the lights flew in every direction with a combination of strobe lights. Rainbow Dash was actually impressed. She knew how to dance, and she did it with such expertise. The way her body seemed to move and flow with the music was almost unnaturally good. She couldn’t help but admire how sexy she looked.
“I didn’t know you knew how to dance, Pinkie Pie.”
Pinkie gave her a devilish smile and her heart skipped a beat. That smile looked so…inviting. Pinkie was really trying to win this bet, but Rainbow Dash wasn’t going to lose. Lose and her name could never be in the same sentence.
“I’ve been here a lot, Dashie. I love dancing! It’s so much fun!”
She completely agreed. She thought it was the second best thing in the world, with flying being number one of course. They continued moving their fine equine bodies with the music, and they were both moving closer and closer toward each other, like some eerie force was pulling them together. The daredevil Pegasus was losing herself within the music, feeling every pound of the bass and the sweet repeating melodies fill her ears. Not many ponies knew, but dancing made her feel just as alive and free like flying. She wouldn’t give up her wings for anything, but if she had none, this would most definitely be her passion.
The two mares danced with everypony else as they were also losing themselves in Vinyl’s hypnotizing melody. Rainbow Dash suddenly felt something rub against her chest and quickly opened her eyes to be staring into glowing blue eyes. They seemed to sparkle and shimmer in the technicolor lights as they danced around the floor.
The music quieted down as only a mist sound was heard and Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash were muzzle to muzzle. The pegasus’ heart was racing within her. She could smell something sweet, mixed with the cider from earlier, in her breath, and It sent shivers down her spine. The music was slowly picking up beat once again. They stared into each other’s eyes. Beads of sweat were coming down Rainbow Dash’s forehead. She saw the pink mare lick her pink lips, as if teasing her to go ahead and kiss them. How enticing and captivating they were, but she couldn’t lose. It was not her nature.
The music was getting faster and faster, and Rainbow Dash was losing focus. Pinkie was so close to her. Her blue eyes seemed to glow, and she noticed the thin film of sweat over her pink body as it glistened. Her pink mane and tail seemed sway with the soft hot breeze that blew through the immense room of dancing ponies.
“Are you ready, Dashie?” Pinkie said in a seductive tone.
She swore her heart was about to pound right out of her chest. She had never seen Pinkie like this before. She was always the innocent and playful, and sometimes, obnoxious pony. Seeing her in this new light, she was really damn hot. Rainbow Dash didn’t even know if those words could even define how she looked properly.
“Ready for what?” The pegasus asked shakily. It wasn’t out of her nervousness or fear, but out of held back wanting and yearning.
The music was going faster and faster from its pause of bass and melodies.
“This.”
The music blasted on once again and poured through everypony’s body. Rainbow Dash watched Pinkie Pie as she now danced so close that she could feel her fur brush against hers. She had lost all focus as she stood there and watched Pinkie’s body sway back and forth in a fluid motion.
Oh sweet Celestia, she’s bucking hot…
“What’s the matter, Dashie? You seemed to have stopped,” Pinkie giggled as she kept dancing. She spun around the frozen athlete. Rainbow Dash’s face flushed as she felt Pinkie’ flank rub against hers. She knew that her pink friend was doing this all on purpose, and she had her in her grasp.
Rainbow Dash felt a burning hot fire light inside the bowels of her stomach. It grew and grew as a blur of pink spun around her, teasing her with the small wanting brushes of her flank. Pinkie now stopped behind her as she took Rainbow’s fire to new heights.
A pair of pink arms went underneath her cyan arms and she felt her fur stand straight up. Her arms were so soft, and she could feel Pinkie grinding against her. Her heart was going to burst.
“H..hey. T..that’s cheating…” Rainbow stammered.
Pinkie closely brought her mouth to Rainbow Dash’s ear and whispered into her ear softly.
“You never said I couldn't.
The music was reverberating within the room, and riveting every pony’s soul.
Rainbow Dash didn’t want to know but she had to. She felt her friend’s body against hers as her muti-colored tail flicked side to side. The breath against her ear was bringing the fire that raged within her to a whirlwind.
She could feel her lips and throat going dry. The wanting and desire for Pinkie was almost unbearable. She thought this bet was in the bag, but she should’ve known better with Pinkie. She was not one to make something look as it seemed.
She felt Pinkie bring her mouth closer as she felt her hot breath going against her ear.
“I’ve always wanted to do this with you. I’ve had so many super fun dreams about you.”
Her heart stopped. Her blood froze. Her legs went weak.
The music was beginning to fade away slowly as it was beginning to end. She just had to hold on longer but it seemed like eternity.
Oh buck, I want her so bad!
“All the parties we had in my dreams.” Pinkie whispered into her ear and felt her pink hoof run down her stomach from behind.
The music was getting quieter.
I’m so close, just a little longer and I win.
Pinkie broke away and now brought her face close to the sweating Element of Loyalty as she gave her most sultry smile to her and said words she knew would break her.
“I want you.”
Her body turned to jelly, Those three words cracked her mind like a wall and let her lust flow through.
I can’t win! I want her too! Buck the bet!
Rainbow Dash threw her head to Pinkie’s and met her soft pink lips. She couldn’t contain herself anymore. She no longer cared for the bet. This mare has teased her too much, and she had to have her. She wrapped her arms around her pink body and her wings sprung out.
She felt something wet gently brush her softly against her lips and knew it was Pinkie’s tongue asking for permission to pierce her mouth, and she gladly obliged. She felt the soft wet tongue make its way inside her mouth and played with hers. She could taste candy and cider, and she loved it. It was a perfect mix for such a perfect mare.
She tastes so good.
Rainbow Dash pushed her tongue against hers as if they were wrestling, but they both were lost in this lust and passion. She now had to have her turn as Rainbow Dash now forced her tongue into Pinkie’s mouth and heard a soft moan from her in response. She teased and entangled Pinkie’s tongue with hers. The sensations of pure, unadulterated, bliss shot through her body like lightning. The fire in her had consumed her body, and only thought of ravaging the pink pony filled her head.
They continued for a few moments longer that felt like eternal heaven, but finally broke away as they both gasped for air, and only a strand of mixed saliva bridged the two together. She looked into Pinkie’s eyes and Pinkie began to giggle.
The music ended on one last beat, signaling the end of the bet.
“It looks like I win.”
She knew she won, and it was bittersweet, but it was okay. Rainbow Dash was usually a sore loser, but only one thing ran through her mind.
That. Was. So. Awesome!
“Yeah. You did.”
Pinkie brought her hoof across her cerulean cheek. They were hot and sweaty, but her hoof against her cheek felt soft and soothing.
“I thought you said this would be easy peasy for you, Dashie?”
“I guess I was wrong. You really got me, Pinks.”
Pinkie gave her a warm smile.
“You know Dashie, you were clooose to winning that I think you should still have your prize.” Pinkie said as she brought her muzzle against her and they held each other. Other ponies were beginning to leave the dance floor, but they didn’t care. They were lost in each other’s infatuation with each other.
Rainbow Dash knew what she was doing, and she wouldn’t object to taking it. She wanted her. Her heart screamed for her and she didn’t know if this was pure lust or love, but it didn’t matter. They both wanted each other tonight and that’s all that mattered.
“So, I said you could have anything you want from me Dashie. Tell Auntie Pinkie Pie.” the party mare teased as she already knew the answer.
“What do you think?”
Rainbow went in for another quick kiss as she pressed her lips once more against Pinkie’s and broke away. She wasn’t one for sappy stuff, and this wasn’t sappy. This was her friend Pinkie Pie, the coolest and most awesome friend she had, or maybe more than a friend.
“Well, the Cakes are out tonight. We can go there and have another really fun bet.”
Pinkie gave her a smirk and Rainbow Dash returned it.
She loved the club. The music was always blood rushing, the cider was always pouring, and everypony was happy. Everypony was free from the world’s troubles and tribulations at night in here. Rainbow Dash loved it, but now she had found another reason to love it. Pinkie Pie was that reason. A ridiculous bet at first, but it was one that turned out not so ridiculous in the end.
To put it simply, it was awesome.
Pinkie Pie began to walk towards the exit and looked back at Rainbow Dash. She stared into Pinkie’s eyes and knew that this was only the first of many nights like this.
“Well, what are you waiting for? You ready to go, Rainbow Dash?”
She smiled, knowing that her fun was only beginning, and this would probably be the best night of her life. She was ready to go. The club was fun and the dance was nice, but she had another party to go to. Rainbow Dash replied with only two words.
“You bet!”
