Mad Heresy, the Human Turned Eldritch
1.Introduction, Plan, & Setup
Load Full Story“Hey! How’s it going?!”
A young, cheerful voice spoke out into the darkness. This voice however, belonged to the being known as Mad Heresy. A well developed body with red eyes, and thigh-length blonde hair with red tipped highlights. Currently standing in an empty, white room with only a chair, a large desk, and a corridor as the only entrance/exit. However, she was currently without clothes.
“Well, I technically forgot what my original name was though. The whole transforming into an eldric was something you don’t really plan for. Besides, My eldritch name is long and complex, but in any language, it translates to Mad Heresy. And if you want, then I‘ll form cloth.”
Instantly, flaps of skin emerged from her sides, encasing around her form. More of it formed over her eyes and on top of her head. Around her feet, they did too grow. Long fleshy sleeves and coat, reaching down to the ankles. When it was done, the flesh molded and bubbled until it looked perfectly like normal cloth.
“Better?” Mad Heresy asked.
Her appearance had indeed changed. She now ‘wore’ a black tube-top shirt. A pair of light-blue shorts with a black belt with a large square buckle. A pair of black boots that reached up just under her knees. A long sleeved white coat that was opened down the middle. Pink shades, and a white top-hat with a black band around the base.
“Now that introductions are out of the way!” Mad heresy exclaimed happily until another voice spoke up.
“Master, why are you talking to yourself?” The other voice said, sounding a bit annoyed yet melancholy as the figure emerged from the only corridor in the room.
This voice belonged to a very pale skinned woman. Her skin was so pale that it looked to be made from snow. Her hair matching the complexion, unlike her coal colored eyes, was long enough to reach midway down her back was cut neatly in a hime styled haircut. She wore a white, buttoned shirt with a black tie. She also wore a black suit jacket, adding on to her formality. A short, frilly, black skirt, black shoes, and black thigh-high socks.
“Oh! Perfect!” Mad gestured towards the pale girl. “This is my assistant and offspring, White Order. White, I am talking to some fourth wall observers.”
“So, I’m to account for such beings now?” White Order sighed. “As long as they don’t break the fourth wall too much. We don’t want the Grolems from the fifth wall invading again.”
“I told Rupert I was sorry.” Mad Heresy hunched forward with a classic sad face.
“He still gets those flashbacks.” White looked through the papers she had on hand. “By the way. It says something about multi-construction of mobile units on your schedule. What does that mean?”
Mad Heresy stood up tall again, patting Whites head.
“Oh my dear White. I will be creating a multiversal, inter-dimensional army of freedom.” White promptly removed her mothers hand from her head gently.
“I believe someone has already done so.” White stated factually.
Mad Heresy’s left eye twitched. This was followed by her walking towards one of the walls, opening a section like a window, then sticking her head out of it.
“MY ARMY WILL BE BETTER THAN YYOOOOUUUURRRRRSSSS! YOU SLOPPY, RANCID, MISCREANT!”
“What did I do?!”
“Sorry Shubby! I wasn’t talking about you!” Mad leaned back inside before closing the self-made window.
“Don’t call me that! It’s Shub-Niggurath! Not Shubby!” The eldritch said as she floated away from the abnormal construct.
Mad walked back to White, albeit in a much calmer tone. She raised her arm, pointing but one finger upward.
“We are going to another Realm of Existence to create it.” Mad informed White as she walked into the corridor with White behind her.
“That’s nice and all, but shouldn’t you tell our observers the differences between Universes, Dimensions, and Realms of Existences?” White asked as they walked up the stairs, leading them to a door.
Mad opened the door, revealing a chair, desk, and many empty cabinets. Plus a second door. Some of the cabinets however did have paperwork in them however, and it was one such cabinet that was opened. Mad looking through as she snatched some papers in an instant.
“Alternate universes are the same world over and over again. Some have the exact same personalities, others opposite, and even more have the most obscene. Depending on the Alpha Universe.” Mad explained as she walked to her office desk.
“And what is an Alpha Universe? They need to know that too.” White said as she sat in the opposite chair.
“The Alpha universe, aka Prime universe, is the start of a new Realm of Existence. Explained later. Now Dimensions. Each universe has its own set of dimensions. Usually forty-two with dimension zero being the void. Sometimes more, sometimes less.” Mad opened the folder, looking through the papers inside.
“Anything specific about dimensions?”
“The third dimension is the usual one. Four and five are time and space respectively. Six, eight, and nine are usually random. Seven is the good luck dimension. Ten is dangerous without a proper guide. Eleven is boring. Twelve is very lovely. And I believe thirteen is the unlucky dimension. Ah! Found it!”
Mad held up the paper, looking through it thoroughly. White looked at her master/mother, pondering what it was she was doing next. Most likely it was going to be a crazy plan her master/mother will come up with that will cause mass mayhem. It was then, a question had sparked up to her mind.
“Pardon me, but shouldn’t you give an introduction about yourself to the observers. Perhaps if they were given an idea of you, or maybe how powerful you are would help?” White suggested as Mad put down the paper and was searching for more papers.
“Well, to start off with it. Long story short as I want to get to my army making started.”
Mad collected all the papers together, then walked out the other door available. This door lead down a hall, leading to what appeared to be a train station made to resemble a subway station of sorts as it was within a tunnel system. Within the confines of the station was not a subway train, but a regular, classic steam locomotive.
The train looked like a simple train. The entirety of it was black. However, there was no coal storage which naturally would prompt how the train could even run. Despite many speculations, it was made by an eldritch being. It was best to not question it. It was Mads’ pride and joy. Why? Because she believed you can’t run over your enemies properly without it being a train.
“I originally was a human, then ritual sacrifice happened. Instead of summoning all of the Outer Gods and Great Old Ones at once, I was infused with their powers and abilities.” Mad smiled deviously.
“Would that make you impossibly strong?” White asked.
“I’m not the most powerful, but I am the most deadly of eldritchs. *sigh* I didn‘t realize what I was doing until I had destroyed my entire universe. In other words, it was too late.” Mad said sadly.
As soon as Mad and White boarded the train it came to life as steam shot out from the massive pipe on top. The two took a seat as the large metal construct took off. Upon nonexistent rails, but the path that it’s master had given. The train was set for another Realm.
“Now explain Realms of Existence. If you please?” White gestured towards Mad.
“A Realm of Existence is a world with its own laws, rules, and physics. Each one has it’s own set of universes. Something impossible in one R.O.E. can be made possible in another R.O.E. and vise-versa. Basically one world can be filled with technology and no magic, and another with little technology, but lots of magic. R.O.E.’s can also reference each other by weapon, sticker, symbol, etc.”
Two spheres appeared in the air. One purple, one gold. The golden one had large gears sticking in it while the purple one had small wisps floating around it.
“Both R.O.E.’s have an almost infinite number of universes to them. Both are great variations from each other, but with limitations.”
“Is the R.O.E. we’re headed towards a magical one.”
“Somewhat. There are more magical, but there are also technological ones. You should know it. It’s the one with ponies in it.” Mad smiled as she observed Whites’ gluttonous reaction.
“As much as that R.O.E. is interesting. Don’t you hate certain universes that some eldritchs have played with?” Mad groaned loudly.
“Please don’t remind me of those fakers called displaced. They shouldn’t even be to begin with. If it was up to me, I would wipe out every last one of them, AND those ‘merchants’ along with their fellow displacers. Even if I had to clip a few of Yggdasil’s roots just to do it. Seriously?! The whole ruination they are causing to the multiverse is bad enough with their dumb token system!” Mad stretched her arms out wide at her exclamation.
“I don’t know what’s worse. The damage, or the cult wearing fake horns and wings.”
Mad Heresy promptly face palmed as the train kept its course. The R.O.E. barrier of the ‘Pony Realm’ within sight. The train rammed right through the barrier, shattering shards of it away as it ravaged the void filled landscape. The train immediately screeched to a stop.
“I hope that doesn’t cause a dimensional distortion.” White asked as she peaked her head out.
She looked over to find Mad had disappeared from her seat. She quickly heard footsteps on the top of the train. Climbing out of the window, she spotted Mad standing on top of it. Following her gaze led White to finding out that a certain universe was to blame for her captivated attention.
Mad fired a pink blast from her hand, marking a nearby universe with her power. The moment she did, a horde of dark brown furred Dire Wolves emerged from one of the other passenger cars. In the others were giant, black and red spiders, orange-red centipedes, brown falcons, black bats, even feral rabbits.
‘I was wondering what the other cars of her train were filled with.’ White thought as Mad pointed to the universe she marked.
“All of you!” She spoke in a commanding tone. “Go to that universe! Do what you will, but do not destroy it! I want every last being there BROKEN! One more thing! Capture the Elements of Harmony bearers! Celestia! Luna! Cadance! And Flurry Heart!”
The beasts leapt out from the doors and windows. Each one galloping towards the universe their master directed them too. each one aligned with a strange black mist.
Mad Heresy swung in from one of the windows, landing in her respective seat. White rejoined her at her seat, looking over at Mad as she began analyzing the papers she brought along again. The train began again.
“What universe was that?”
“Here! Take a look for yourself!” Mad handed her a paper.
White read the paper to herself as she quickly understood what it went on about. Once she read through it, she gave Mad a deadpanned look.
“From what you wrote, this universe is the one with humans that resemble the their pony counterparts by having the same skin tone as those counterparts, along with horns, wings, and tails. It is also one of those Celestia is really nice, but she is actually a brainwashing tyrant..”
“True.” Mad raised a finger before putting her hand back down.
“What was the black mist that was surrounding them?” White practically demanded.
“Your younger sisters moldy infection in the form of a gas.” Mad smiled innocently.
“…”
“…”
“…What?” White asked dumbfounded. She knew Mad was random, but why use such an infectious power?
“Well I need preserved living bodies for my soldiers to become a thing, you know? Why not have such a distant irrelevant universe that even the ‘Multiversal Guardian’ doesn’t care about, serve that purpose? Besides that, when it touches the R.O.E. barrier, it will shatter, destroying itself in the process. This way, I‘m saving it.”
“Why would you do that?” White stuck her finger up, interrupting Mad before she could say anything. “Don‘t give me the living body reason either.”
“You remember Twilight Sparkle, right?” White nodded. “My beasts will hunt her and her friends down, extracting their DNA. They will also ‘collect’ Celestia and Luna as well as Cadance and Flurry Heart.”
“You do realize Discord will notice immediately and snap them away.”
“Not if the portal they enter is located inside his lower region in the front, leaving him incapacitated to be ripped apart by my beasts, or for your sister to use a new vessel.” Mad said as she took out a blank paper and pencil, and began drawing upon it.
“His button or his sack?” white asked. Merely out of curiosity.
“His sack.”
“Is that really necessary?”
“I’m an eldritch abomination. What are morals?”
“That’s your answer to everything.”
“Still valid.”
In all honesty, White wanted to argue, but truth be told, her master/mother was right. Eldritchs don’t care about morals nor about the concepts of good and evil. Such things are nonsense to them, even if they tried. Mad Heresy may had been human, but now, she is an eldritch. A very, very, VERY dangerous eldritch.
“Think of the bright side.”
“And what’s that?” White asked, slightly annoyed at her masters/mothers disposal of Discord in such a way.
“At least Twilight will be the main focus.” Mad said as if trying to lighten the mood.
“Why her?”
“Her specialty is magic. Celestias‘, Lunas‘, Cadances‘, and Flurry Hearts’ DNA will be implemented into her and her friends, so the ‘children’ will practically be born as living magic itself. Also 100% immunity to the Elements of Bullshittery. I‘d rather not waste power by transforming the populace when the populace can create for me.”
“What about Discords’ DNA?”
“His pride and arrogant nature, as well as his chaotic powers will only disrupt things……Good idea!” Mad jumped from her seat. “You come up with the most fun aspects!”
“I merely thought it would be natural.” White pondered a moment. “But I wonder. What about every living thing on the planet? What will happen to the rest of that universe?”
“Most likely slaughtered, and used as dog chow. Or maybe forced to be kept alive to ‘serve’ my daughter in a parasitic relation.” Mad shrugged as she didn’t care what they did to them, rather she cared about if they succeeded.
“Will Twilight be the main birth mother? Or rather Brood-mother?”
“Sort of. I plan on using all six of them, hooked up to a bio-machine.” Mad raised her paper to show a simple schematic of what it should look like. “Something like this should do it.”
White took the paper, observing it. She took the pencil from Mads’ hand and began drawing on the backside in a more refined manner. She looked back and forth from her design to her masters’/mothers’ design to make sure she got every detail just right.
“I’ll have the blueprint for it ready in a day or two. I want to make sure it’s perfect for such a purpose.” White said as she continued to write down on it.
“Well, while I am happy about this. I also plan to have that universe reconstructed into a base of sorts. It will take a lot of the universes energy/mass conversion to shape the needed structures, weapons, armor, that sort of thing.”
“That will take quite a bit of time and paperwork to fill.”
“*Sigh* Of course it will. Always will be paperwork. At least it’ll give the others a show. The eldritchs, not our fourth wall observers. I‘m sure Hastur loves a good laugh.”
“I’d hope not. We’re already at the age restriction limit because of your implications for that universe. I’d rather you didn’t go into details either.”
“Oh puh-lease. As if anyone who is actually innocent will read this story. The description should be informative enough of what’s in store. Or at least what will be.”
“GRRROOOOO!!!”
“NO, NOT YOU!”
*BANG*
The pyramid headed creature fell into the void in pieces. It’s stone-like flesh decomposing from it’s death. Smoke from Mads’ hand faded as the green flame dispersed.
“Was that a Grolem?”
“We speak nothing of this! I take no blame! I regret nothing! Chili hotdogs!” Mad raised her arms in protest. Clearly drooling.
“Chili hotdogs?” White quirked an eyebrow.
“I’m hungry!”
“Exactly what will be the subjects of this test?” The question knocked Mad out of her mood.
“Oh! That online game Ravenfield.”
“The one with the block people equipped with guns?”
“Yes.” She said with gusto.
“This will be interesting.”
