Aurora, the youngest out of three triplets. The weakest, the worst flyer, and the worst at magic. But she's an alicorn, as well as her siblings and mother. She soon becomes the apprentice of Princess Luna, as well as becoming heir to the moon, stars, and aurora borealis. She soon finds friendship in an ancient star spirit named Astrim. Astrim's species of pony was dangerous to alicorns, but Aurora still befriended him. Astrid teaches Aurora about life and friendship, and even about the stars themselves. Astrim acts as a light in the darkness for Aurora, giving her hope in her otherwise miserable life, but what if Astrim is taken away? What if Aurora loses that light?
