Starlight Glimmer established her village in the eastern mountain range in the hopes to establish a new chance at friendship and worth.

As the war broke out between the Ponies and the Zebras, she built a stable under the mountain where she had originally established the Cutie Mark vault.

The vast system of tunnels and catacombs seemed a safe place for her village. The next step was to apply her cutie mark magic to enhance and reinforce the stable doors. Finally, the dark shadow of the marks could be harnessed; for the good of the entire settlement.
