Rainbow Dash's Point of view

“What the,” I thought as a sudden light woke me up from my nap, I look to see a large orange light below me. As I was staring the light started to fad and all of a sudden, below me was a orange Alicorn with AJ's mane, tail, and her father's hat. I wanted a closer look at this pony's cutie mark to see if it was a changeling or something. Just then this strange pony picked an apple with orange colored magic and brought it to her( I think its a girl). I then thought “well that rules out changeling, one only changeling that I know of that can use true magic is the queen and her magic is green, and two changeling's only feed on love so this pony enjoying an apple rules out changeling all together.” I watch as this pony eats the apple and looks like she is contemplating something. When she is finished with the apple she digs a hole, put the core in it, and covers it and starts to stretch out her wings in want looks like in preparation for flight. I decide to get closer but I rustle some leaves she stops (I now know it is a girl) and listens then continues stretching. I then release the breath I have been holding in. The pony then takes of so fast I could barely see her, but I get I got a little look at the cutie mark and it looks like AJ's but I am not sure. I then watch the pony fly like I do when I have been grounded for weeks on end.

When she stop and leveled out I saw the cutie mark of three red apples, it was Applejack. I got mad, but I noticed that she noticed me and AJ was intending an escape, so I did want any pegasus would do in a similar situation. I tackled her. She passed out, so I carefully brought her down to the ground.

“When she gets up she will have to explain her self,” I thought. A few minutes later Applejack started to stir and wake up.

When her eyes opened she practically yelled, “ Hey sugercube, You didn't have to tackle me so hard . You knocked the wind out of me.”

I was still mad, but at lest I now know it is Applejack, because of her accent. I yelled “ What are you talking about. Why are you an Alicorn, how long have you been like this, and lastly why did you NEVER tell us? We are your friends, you can tell us anything!”

Applejack sighed with registration “ I have been an Alicorn sense I earned my cutie mark. My whole family pretty much is except the ones in Manehattan. All Apple's become Alicorns when they earn their cutie mark. It all happened when Granny Smith found the Zap Apples, because in it raw form it turns ponys into Alicorns. You see before you, want happens when those ponys turned Alicorn have children. I never told because Granny Smith has drilled into Big Mac and me that we can never tell anypony, til now, and I thank you, now my friends can know. You do not have any idea how much it was hurting me not being able to tell you gays. Please tell the others but please afterwords keep it a secret please. I had better get back. Bye” As I watched the light I saw before I saw Alicorn Applejack appeared when it dissipated I saw a unicorn with a shorter then normal horn, perfect for hiding under her hat, she got her hat off the ground with magic and carefully put it on her head so it covers her short horn. Competently stunned I decided to do what she asked.

While I flew to Twilight’s ( I wanted to tell her first because if I convince her she can help me  convince the others) I contemplated what Applejack said and want it means. I may never eat Zap Apple jam again. When I hit something that mumbled “ouch.”

“ Oh hey Futtershy, oh sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going, but do you want hear want I found out with Twilight or sound I find you later and tell you then?” I asked Futtershy.

She quietly said “sure,” and we flew together to Twilight's place. When we got their, I knocked on the door and Spike opened the door

“ This isn't a good time gals. Twilight's trying to plan the activities that she will have with the princess's kid. Which is frustrating, because she will not be even be born until one year at least.”

“Spike this is important I found out a secret about Applejack that she has been wanting to tell us for ages. She could tell us her self because she was told by Granny Smith not to tell anypony.” I pleaded. “okay I will talk to her” Spike said.

Just then I heard “Now sugercube, that apple is two bits okay.”

“Hay Applejack will you come here please.” “ Right away Rainbow, just let me finish up with this customer. Thank you mam.” she hung up a sign that said “on break,” and came over “Hay sugercube, have you told them yet. I am tongue tied til you do.” “No I haven't but I think they will not believe me without you with me as proof. I am loyalty not honesty, I can lie without a guilty conscious.” “Sure sugercube, but I want all of...” just then a familiar pink Earth Pony jump in with “ I am here, with Rarity.” behind Pinkie Pie was indeed a disheveled Rarity.

Applejack stated “ Never mind then.” Rarity said “What is the meaning of this Pinkieima Diane Pie.” I back away from her because NO PONY EVERS USES PINKIE' S FULL NAME UNLESS THERE MAD. “ Rarity, Rarity, Rarity I had a the Pinkie Sense for something life changing is to be reviled and it was something to do with Applejack so I got you so you can know to.” Pinkie said calmly.

This scared me Pinkie is Never calm with anything, and I start to wonder if she knows already. Just then the door and Twilight came out “well come on in. want is so important anyway” we walked in and I closed and locked the door behind me, I asked “Applejack do you want...” “ Just tell them Rainbow.”

“ Okay gals when I woke up from my nap I found the real Applejack. She is an Alicorn.” stunned silence as Applejack took off her hat reviling the small horn it glowed orange for a millisecond before it spread to her whole body reviling once again Alicorn Applejack. Silence pursed until Applejack asked “hay sugercubes it is still me just taller, with a horn, and wings. O Twilight can you please teach me some more magic my family only know the spell that changes are appearance, which was crated by Granny Smith crated, and levitation.”

“Sure Applejack, I will be glad to,” Twilight said.

Rarity asked "Why did you not tell us, Darling."

Applejack said " for two reasons first is that when Granny Smith was small she had three normal pony friends, one day tired of having the sercet she told them "two whated to become Alicorn for the power it has. the last and only male of the group only wanted to confert her. In the middle of the night the two who wanted power sunk into the the Zap Apple storge shed and stotol two apples and then ate them. in the morning Granny Smith found them half transformed and dead. Ganny Smith forbedin anyone of us to tell are friends so it will not happen again. two is i was afared that wlound not like me anymore for me."

we all yelled at this "no, never" I said Applejack "how can you think this. we are you your best friends."

we all gasped when Applejack close her hooves around all of us in a big hug. "thank you thank you," applejack said sobbing
