The Crash! A Pony in Trouble
Author's Note
Hello everyone, it's good to see you and good to be seen. This is my first crossover, and general story. Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. I own neither My Little Pony or One Piece, and I hope you enjoy the read. Story takes place after Princess Twilight Sparkle part 1-2.
The Crash! A Pony in Trouble
It was an average day for Fluttershy: Taking care of her animal friends, feeding them, helping with their injuries. "Oh Angel, please just eat your food." She pleaded in a quiet, motherly tone. Angel was once again being picky with his food. The bunny merely shook his head to the side, and thumped his hind leg in annoyance. He immediately started eating after finding Fluttershy's stare being used on him. She turned to Harry the Bear, who had his arm in a sling at the moment. "Oh Harry you really should be more careful climbing trees." Harry had broken his arm when he was attempting to climb a tree to get to a beehive near the top, only for a weak branch Harry was on to snap at the last second. *Knock Knock* "Now I wonder who could that be?" Fluttershy wondered to herself. Upon opening the door she saw it was her friend Rainbow Dash.
"Fluttershy!" "I'm glad I found you." Exclaimed Rainbow Dash. She had a look of excitement on her face.
"It's Uh, good to see you too Dashie, but why all the excitement?" Asked the shy mare.
"Oh nothing special, just an amazing trick I've been working on that'll blow the horseshoes off the Wonderbolts!" She boasted, jumping in the air a bit at the last words. "But I need somepony to spot me, somepony to make sure I get it right." For years it had been her dream to fly with the wonderbolts. "Can I count on you?" She asked almost expectantly.
"Ooh well...I gues-" She had starated, only to be cut off.
"All right then, let's go! Rainbow yelled, putting her arm around Fluttershy.
"But I didn't even, oh um ok then." Started Fluttershy, going along with her friend before silently trailing off in her words.

Meanwhile at Cafe Hay, Twilight Sparkle and Applejack were eating lunch.
"I'm glad you were able to make it to lunch AJ, you've been working the farm for days." Twilight stated, indeed Applejack had been working hard the past few days, in preparation for an apple themed party Pinky was planning.
"Yep well Big Mac is doing the fields today, guess he wanted to give me a break from all that applebucking. Must be a massive party to need this many apples."
"Yeah well why such an huge party anyway? She never throws parties like this except for newcome-YAhhh!" Twilight yelled out. She went to take a bite out of her sandwich, only to drop it in shock when Pinky Pie had popped headfirst out of it.
"That's because it IS a 'Welcome to Ponyville' party silly!" "My pinky-sense told me a fun newcomer would be here soon, so I've been preparing this party for when he arrives!"
"That's great Pinky, but could you get out of my sandwich? And how can you be sure this supposed newcomer is even a he? Did your pinky-sense tell you that too?" Twilight asked in a teasing manner.
"Yep!" Pinky bluntly stated, suddenly appearing next to Twilight and Applejack.
"Of course it did" Proclaimed Twilight
"Well I think it's righty nice of you to throw a party for whoever this pony is. Whoever he is I'm sure he will be a welcome addition to ponyville. Hey look it's Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash!"

Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash were walking through Ponyville on their way to Rainbow's stunt site, only to stop at hearing their name. "Oh hi girls." Fluttershy lightly called out to her friends. "Me and Dashie were walking out of town so she could practice a stunt to impress the Wonderbolts. Do you want to come along?"
"The Wonderbolts?" Questioned Applejack. "You've already impressed them with yer Sonic Rainboom, AND you're in the academy. What else would you need to do?"
"Not much else." Rainbow boasted. "The Wonderbolts know greatness when they see it, and with my new stunt they are gonna get to see even more." She stated in a smug tone.
"Ooh, a new stunt? Sounds like so much fun!" Pinky yelled out. With the excitement of a newcomer, and a new stunt from her friend, she couldn't help but hop up and down. "Let's go! Let's go!"
"Sounds like a plan to me." Twilight proclaimed. "Since we are finished with lunch now. Has anyone seen Rarity?" She had asked. "Since most of us are going we might as well take the whole gang to see."

Rarity opened the door in response to a knock at her door and saw her friends. "Rarity! Rarity!" Exclaimed Pinky Pie rapidly. "Rainbow Dash is gonna perform this BIG stunt and we figured since most of us were going we should bring all of us to see it!"
"A New stunt? Well why not darling? Today has been somewhat lazy anyways. Let's go!"

"Oh Rainbow you never mentioned what the stunt actually is." Fluttershy stated.
"Oh that? I'm gonna make a Sonic Rainboom and create a Rainbow trail in a spiral shape. Then I'll fly around the edges to make the whole thing spin! I call it: The Hypno Rainbow."
"Ooh thats sounds beautiful! Perhaps it would make for some new inspiration for a dress!" Proclaimed Rarity, already imagining dresses based on the trick.
*Twitch Twitch* *Shiver* "Ohh guys I think I feel something coming over here." Pinky stated. "Not very far too."
"What?" Asked Twilight. "Rainbow if something is headed our way shouldn't we wait until later for the stunt?" Though she didn't understand it, Twilight had learned the hard way to take Pinky-Sense seriously.
"Aww don't be such a worrywort Twilight. Whatever it is, we can take it. Now watch in amazement!" Ignoring Twilight's warning Rainbow charged in the sky at full speed, each wing flap gaining more and more speed. The air was warping around her. None had noticed the approaching figure until it was too late. "Almost there, almost...WHAT THE HAY?!" Shrieked Rainbow as the figure zipped past her, causing her to spin wildly.
"GIRLS LOOK OUT!" Cried a frantic Twilight. They had just barley managed to get out of the way. *CRASH*
Everypony was dazed at the sight before them, a paw shaped bubble of air surrounded a male pony with beige skin, a short messy black mane, a blue sleeveless vest, an straw hat, and black shorts (A fashion combo Rarity was disgusted at.) The bubble dissipated shortly after, leaving an crater in its shape. The pony attempted to stand.
"That jerk ruined my stunt!" Shouted an infuriated Rainbow Dash.
"Where did he come from? Where did that bubble come from?!" Twilight was frantic at the sight before her.
"Where did that awful sense of fashion come from?" Rarity quipped, looking more at the pony's clothes than the actual pony.
"Hey guys, this is the guy my Pinky-Sense was telling me about! Welcome to Ponyville! *Proceeds to pull out her Party Cannon and fires it*.....The pony swayed on his hind legs uneasily.....*THUD!* The pony had collapsed to the ground unconscious. "Heh heh" Pinky nervously laughed. "Too much?"
"Girls I think he is injured!" True to her words, the pony was covered in injuries, he clearly had an air of exhaustion around him, as though he was in an great fight beforehand. "We have to help him!"
"I've never seen somepony this exhausted before." Just look at all them injuries, somepony must have put him through the wringer." Applejack noted.
"I'm more interested in how he even got here, and what that bubble was." Twilight wondered out loud with an intense curiosity.
"We can worry about that later Twilight, right now let's just take him to Fluttershy's so we can patch him up. She has all kinds of medicine for injured animals." Applejack stated.
"Yes of course, I can ask him questions when he wakes up."

The pony stirred and heard voices. "Do you think he is alright?" Asked one. "Don't know, he looked pretty bad." He heard another voice, and the pony started to open his eyes, everything was a blure. "Shh, he is waking up give him some room!" The pony could barley make out 6 different figures.
The pony had now sat straight up and rubbed the back of his head. "Ugh that stupid bear jerk." By now he saw the 6 figures clearly, they looked like horses. The gears in his head started whirring.
"HI I'm Pinky Pie! What's your name? It's so good to meet you, I can't wait to be friends!" *Pulls out the Party Cannon and fires it yet again*
The pony however wasn't paying attention to that and stood seemingly in shock. There was an awkward silence between him and the 6 ponies. Eventually he spoke, and what he said next suprised every pony: "MEEEEAAAT!"

"MEEEAAAT! The word had sent a shiver down the spine of everypony in the room. Without warning the cannibal pony launched itself at Pinky.
"Wait what now?" Pinky barley managed to duck out of the way.
"I can't believe it, we saved some cannibal pony?!" THIS is the guy you're throwing a party for Pinky?!" Rainbow shouted in both panic and rage.
"Get back here meat!" The pony lunged yet again towards Pinky, only to get slammed backwards by a blue blur.
"Alright you ungrateful cannibal, I don't know what your deal is, but if I were you I'd stay down!"
The pony sat straight up and said something. "Man you hit hard, but not hard enough meat!" Rainbow prepared to charge again before noticing the beige pony's expression go flat. It was an look of sudden confusion and contemplation, after for what felt like minutes his expression changed to one of awe. "WHOA COOL! It's a bunch of talking horses! Awesome!"
Everypony was in shock of this sudden change in behavior; first he tries to eat them, now he acts like he has never seen a pony before. Applejack was the first to speak up. "Whoa now, you try and eat us now all of a sudden you're acting all friendly? What's yer game?"
"Yeah but that was before I realized you were a bunch of talking horses! That's so cool!"
Twilight spoke up next. "First off we are not horses we are ponies. Secondly you are too. I can only conclude you have amnesia to not recognize a pony when you see one!"
"Are you dumb or something?" I'm not a pony, I'm a human." This sent an wave of confusion through everypony. 'A pony that thinks he is a mythical human? How ridiculous' they all thought.
"You really must have amnesia, humans are mythological creatures, an old Tall Tale to scare disobedient colts and fillies." Stated Twilight.
"I'm not a pony you idiot! I'm a human. 'Hue-man."
"Oh really Mr. Human? Well why don't you go take a look at yourself?" Rainbow Dash smugly challenged.
Luffy took one good look at himself, and was shocked to discover that he was indeed a pony. "Whoa cool, I'M a pony! But I remember being a human just a few days ago. Maybe that bear jerk did something to me when he sent me flying.
"Are you sure you're a human?" Asked Twilight.
"Yeah and even if you were that doesn't help your case. Humans in stories are evil creatures who enslave or eat ponies." Rainbow added.
"Well I'm not like that! I only beat you up if you mess with my friends!"
"Look." Twilight inturrupted. If you REALLY think you are a human then I might have a way to see if you are delusional or not."
"And just how are you going to do that deary?" Rarity questioned.
"Remember when Discord brainwashed you all l, and I had to use a memory spell to break it? If I can use it on him, I could see into his memories, You can't fake experiences." She turned to the beige pony. "Do you mind?"
"Nah not really. Wait you can do magi..." No sooner than he answered Twilight's question had she placed her horn to his forehead, and Twilight was in his memories.

Twilight was now in the pony's memories. She saw many bits and pieces, such as when he declared war on something called the "World Government," or when he freed an entire kingdom from a tyrannical man with sand powers, all for the sake of his friends. But these weren't what Twilight was looking for, she was looking for recent memories. She finally stumbled onto them. It was an horrible memory. There were 10 figures, 9 she recognised through previous memories, but the 10th she knew nothing of. He was an tall hulking man with a target on his shirt, paws on his hands, and bear ears, "Clearly this must be the 'Bear-Jerk' the pony had mentioned." Twilight thought to herself. One by one the hulking figure hunted down the other 9, seemingly erasing them with Luffy growing more desperate and angry each time, until finally only he was left. He was on his hands and knees smacking the ground with his fist, and he muttered something.
"What the hell is wrong with me? I couldn't save any of them!" His voice was breaking, on the verge tears. Despite the conflict Twilight and her friends had with him, she couldn't help but feel sorry for him.
The massive figure approached and stopped short of Luffy. "This is where we part. We won't ever see each other again." Luffy shot his face at Kuma's, one full of both hate and fear. *POP* Just like the others he had dissapeared upon touching the paw, and Twilight was forced out of the memories.

"Twilight? You alright there sugarcube?" Twilight had an Tear trinkling down her cheek after seeing the horrible memory.
"What did you see in there Twilight?" Fluttershy had asked.
Rainbow spoke next. "Yeah is this guy a loon of not?"
After a short moment Twilight spoke up. "Everything I saw checks out: His injuries, the Bear creature sending him flying, his human claims. I can safely conclude that he is a human. Why he is a pony I have no clue."
"So he IS a human! In that case tie him up Applejack! " Rainbow had hollered.
"No wait! I know he is a human but I saw dozens of his memories, he doesn't seem like a bad pony er I mean human from what I saw. A bit stupid maybe, but not evil."
"But Twilight!" Rainbow objected. "He is a HUMAN, you know the stories about these guys!"
"And I saw his memories and actions, and he exhibited none of the traits our stories claim!"
"He tried to eat us!" Rainbow shouted.
"Humans are omnivores. He likely hasn't eaten for days. That's not malice, that is survival. And from what I've seen he is an massive meat fan. By this point he doesn't look interested in eating us anymore."
"Bu-Oh fine! But don't think this makes us friends. I got my eyes on you."
Suddenly Luffy began to panic. "Oh crap where is it?! Where is my hat?!"
This time Fluttershy spoke up. "Oh um I have it, I took it off so it wouldn't get in the wa-" She was inturrupted by Luffy suddenly snatching it out of her hooves.
"Don't touch my hat! It's my treasure, I don't know what I'd do if it got damaged." Everypony was in shock at his sudden rudeness.
"THAT ugly thing is an treasure? Why it can't be worth more than 2 bits." Rarity questioned.
"It doesn't have to be worth anything. A treasure is something you hold close to your heart. This hat was given to me by an great man named Shanks, he saved my life. I promised him I'd return it when I became a great pirate. So I have to keep it safe until that day."
"Ooh you're a pirate? Do you rob villages and bury treasure? Where's your eyepatch and peg leg Mr. Pirate? Pinky excitedly asked.
"Nah we only rob pirates and bounty hunters. We never attack innocent people. And I'm not just any pirate, I'm gonna be the best!" Luffy suddenly shot up on his hind legs. "My name is Monkey D. Luffy, and I'm gonna be...KING OF THE PIRATES!"
And just who is the pirate king Mr. Luffy? Asked Applejack who was in awe at his boast.
"The Pirate King is the man with more freedom than anyone else. To earn that title you have to find the 'One Piece' left by Gold D. Roger."
"And who is that?"Applejack asked again.
It was Luffy's turn to be shocked. "WHAA? What do you mean who is Roger? He was the first pirate king who, sailed the grandline in an epic adventure before he turned himself in."
"Did he get captured?" Twilight asked.
"Nah I think he was dying anyway, so he had nothing going to lose.
"But that sounds so scary, what if you end up dying?" Fluttershy was worried.
"Then I guess I die. As long as I tried I don't really mind." Everyone was flabbergasted that this man, this pony, was so willing to throw his life away for the sake of his dream. He was either crazy or stupid, possibly both.
"Well" Twilight inturrupted "This has been very interesting but let's introduce ourselves before we go any further. I'mean Twilight Sparkle, and these are my friends Applejack Rarity, Pinky Pie, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash." At the mention of her name in Rainbow huffed in annoyance and left.
"What's her problem?" Asked Luffy.
"Oh she is just mad you ruined her stunt. Pinky had stated.

Rainbow was flying off in a rage. "Who does that guy think he is? He comes here, ruins my stunt, tries to eat Pinky, calls himself a human, and now he is pretending to be friends? I don't buy it, not for one second. Brrr!" Suddenly the air felt ice cold for an split second, and returned to normal. "Just what the hay is going on around here?"

"Well Luffy it was nice enough meeting you, but I should go back to Golden Oaks, maybe I'll find a book on how to change you back, and if that fails I'll have Spike send a letter to Princess Celestia."
"Who is that?"
"She is the ruler of Equestria, she raises lowers the Sun every day." Twilight answered.
"Whoa she raises the Sun? She sounds super strong!"
"Don't get any ideas Luffy." Twilight warned with an arcing eyebrow, taking note of a cheeky grin on Luffy's face.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Luffy had puckered his lips to the side with his eyes following.
"You're a terrible liar!" Twilight yelled.
"Why aren't I wearing any clothes?" Luffy questioned.
"Oh, well Mr. Luffy not everypony wears clothes. They are more of an accessory. I should take you to my shop and make you some."
"Man you ponies are weirdos. Anyway I'm fine with my old ones. Where are they anyway?"
"Oh I threw those old rags out darling. If you come home with me I could make you look FABULOUS!"
"Nah I'm good" Luffy stated with an bored expression.
"Aw but I've never made an pirate design before. I mean you're a pirate aren't you?" Rarity said in a slightly flirtatious tone, "Surley a strapping young stallion such as yourself would want to look the part?" She had gotten closer to Luffy.
"What are you doing?" Luffy asked annoyed.
"W-wha?"
"Can you stop? It's starting to get on my nerves."
Rarity was absolutely flabbergasted. Her friends were barley able to contain thier giggles. No pony could resist her charm, no pony except for this one. She was almost furious. "ME? ANNOYING? Why of all the uncouth, charmless, barbaric words to say! By this point Luffy could swear she was even pinker than Pinky Pie, if that were even possible.
"Alright lady you can make me some clothes just calm down!" Luffy held out his hooves and backed up slightly.
Rarity immediately perked up. "Well then that settles it then. To the Carousel Boutique! I've got designs in mind I'm just DYING to try out."
"Shishishi! Man you're kinda scary when you get mad, you remind me of my navigator Nami."
"And who is this 'Nami' you're comparing me to?"
"She is my navigator, she has all kinds of clothes, and has a real love for money. I bet she would like you."
"Ah hope she's nothing like them Flim-Flam brothers." Applejack commented, clearly taking worry at the 'love of money' part.
"Who are they?" Asked Luffy.
"A duo of scheming ponies who tried to cheat me an mah family outta our farm."
"Those jerks! If I ever see them I'll punch them in the face! Buncha jerks!"
"Now there's no need for that Luffy, they ain't gonna be bothering anypony right now though ah know how ya feel."
"Well Nami is nothing like them. She is actually pretty nice if you don't piss her off." He immediately made an frown and shuddered, remembering all the times he got beat up by her.
"You ok there?" Applejack asked.
"Yeah sure, I'm fine." Responded Luffy.
"Well ah should be heading off the Sweet Apple Acres. See y'all later.
"Ooh that reminds me, I have to finish you're surprise!"
"Surprise what kind?" Luffy asked with excitement.
"I can't tell you, it wouldn't be a surprise otherwise silly!" And with that she began hopping off.
After Pinky left Fluttershy and Twilight headed back to their homes, while Rarity escorted Luffy to her Boutique.

Meanwhile at Rarity's boutique, Rarity was taking measurements of Luffy who was amazed at her magic. "Wow it's so cool you can make things fly like that! Wish I could."
"Well" said Rarity as she took an measurement of Luffy's hoove. "You could if you were an unicorn like me. But even then it isn't that easy. Magic requires grace and delicacy that only one with decent magical skill could use. Trying to just force the magic would end up in an simple fizzle at most, and an catastrophe at worst. Now what sort of clothing would suit you?"
"Just an vest and some shorts."
"That's it? What about something with some flair?"
"Nah I'm fine with an open vest. It's what I normally wear."
"And why Mr. Luffy? Are you some show off?" Rarity teasingly asked.
"I just like vests." Luffy said, seemingly not noticing her tone.
"Hmm, I think I might have an idea for both of our needs. Something simple yet with stunning, I should have something by the hour for you."
"Oh wow, it's an mini Rarity, awesome!" By this point Luffy had noticed Rarity's little sister who was standing in the doorway.
"That's my little sister Sweetie Belle Luffy."
"Who is this Rarity?" Asked Sweetie Belle
"He is a new friend, and my latest inspiration for some pirate themed clothing!" Rarity said.
Sweetie Belle examined Luffy for a moment before getting a smile on her face. "You're a pirate? That sounds amazing. Have you gone on any adventures? Maybe I could get a cutie mark in pirating."
"Cutie Mark? What the heck is that?"
"They are marks on your flank that show up when you discover your special talent." Rarity stated.
At this Luffy looked at his own flank and saw an cutie mark that resembled his pirate flag. "Weird."
"How can you not know about cutie marks?" Sweetie Belle asked.
Luffy isn't from here darling, he is...well different...it's complicated, even I'm not sure what is going on but hopefully Twilight will.
"So what you're like some alien?" Asked Sweetie Belle.
"I guess so." Luffy responded. "I'm hungry is there anything to eat?"
"Oh I was gonna go to Sugarcube Corner and get some sweets." Sweetie Belle answered.
Luffy's mouth started watering. "Well what are we waiting for, let's go!"
"Well while you 2 go eat, I will stay here and finish Mr. Luffy's clothes."
"Bye!" Luffy and Sweetie yelled, and bolted out the door.

"Man the place looks deserted." Nopony here. Weird." Luffy said. "Hey cool powdered sugar!" There was what looked like powdered sugar on an table, Luffy immediately grabbed it and spat it out. "Ugh that was snow, gross!"
Sweetie Belle giggled. "Well Hearths Warning Eve is coming soon. It's strange though. It shouldn't be snowing this early."
"Hey how come you don't have an cutie mark?" Luffy asked.
"Oh well I Uh, haven't found my special talent. I have 2 other friends, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo. They don't have cutie marks either, so we have this club where we try new things to get them. We call ourselves The Cutie Mark Crusaders, I should show you the tree house later."
"You guys have an tree house? That sounds awesome!" Luffy had walked up to Sugarcube Corner and was about to open the door.
"Shouldn't you knock first?" Luffy ignored the question and opened the door, and was shocked to hear 'SUPRISE' shouted at him. There was an massive amount of decorations, food, and people including Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinky Pie.

"SUPRISE!" Shouted the entire crowd.
"Welcome to your 'Welcome to Ponyville' Party!" Pinky Pie shouted. I've been planning this party for days. It was hard work but worth it!"
But Luffy was paying more attention to the massive pile of food, and barley managed to hold back gobbling it in one swoop. "Wow a party?! This is so cool! Hmm there is no me-" he got cut off by Applejack who held an hoof over his mouth.
"Look Sugarcube." She whispered. "Ah know you're an fan of meat, but be careful what you say, you might cause a panic."
"I'm sorry Luffy I couldn't find anything about how to help. But I sent a letter to Princess Celestia, if anypony can help it's her. Twilight said sorrowful.
"Ah that's ok Twilight." Luffy wrapped his arm around her. "It's an party!" With that Luffy let go, and grabbed a quarter of the food and ate it, shocking everypony except for Pinky.
"Sweet Celestia Pinky ah think you might have an eating rival. Ah hope there's enough." Applejack said stunned.
Luffy mostly ate, at one point to be grabbed 2 straws and stuck them in his nose and at the base of his mouth, it was oddly hilarious. Pinky did the same and began singing to the music along with Luffy.
"Woah cool a purple lizard!" Luffy had taken notice of Spike who was at the party as well.
"Hey I'm not a lizard, I'm a dragon!" Spike corrected annoyed.
"Really? You don't look like one."
"I'm a baby dragon, I'll get bigger and stronger."
"Oh cool." Luffy said as he shoveled more food down his throat.
Rainbow Dash noticed the commotion after an while and reluctantly joined in after some convincing, though she kept her distance from Luffy, at least until he overheard her talking about the Wonderbolts. "What do you mean who are the Wonderbolts? They are only the BEST fliers in Equestria!"
"That's sounds awesome! Wish I could fly."
"Yeah well I wouldn't expect you to know how great they are!"
"Hey." Luffy said.
"Wha-phhtthahahahaha!" Rainbow Turned her head to Luffy and saw him with his 'straw face.' Try as she might even she couldn't hold back the urge to laugh at how funny he looked. "Ok THAT was pretty funny, but it still doesn't mean I trust you!"
"So what exactly is that stunt you were doing anyway?" Luffy asked.
"What's it to you?"
"Just curious." Luffy responded.
Pinky spoke up. "Dashie was gonna make spiral made of an rainbow!"
"Thanks for telling him Pinky." Rainbow said sarcastically.
"No problem!" Pinky answered, oblivious to the sarcasm.
"How would that work?" Luffy asked.
"If Dashie goes fast enough for a Sonic Rainboom, she leaves behind an Rainbow trail. It's something you HAVE to see!" Said Pinky.
"That sounds so awesome!"
"At least you know awesome when you hear it." Rainbow begrudgingly said.
"Hmm...Oh!" Luffy slammed himself hooves together after moments of thought. "I have an idea!" And he ran outside, motioning Rainbow to follow, which she only did after being given egged on by her friends. "So you want to make a stunt huh? I think I know how to help."
"And how exactly are you going to...do... that?" She and everypony else was not prepared for Luffy's next move. He had cupped his hooves together, and started stretching them backwards. "Ah! You really are a freak aren't you?!"
"Just stand on my hooves and I'll launch you like a slingshot." Was his only response.
"Are you crazy? No way!" Rainbow yelled.
"Why are your legs stretching like that?!" Twilight asked nervously.
"It's fine, I'll explain after the stunt." He responded. "Rainbow Dash, you need speed don't you?"
"Y-yeah? What's it to you?"
"So climb on my hooves. The Gomu Gomu no Slingshot will give you all the speed you need!"
"What are you n-." Rainbow attempted to reply, only to get interrupted.
"Will you shut up?! Stop acting so suspicious and TRUST me!" Luffy by this point was growing annoyed at her distrust, and stared right into her eyes with an great intensity.
Rainbow wanted to look away, but couldn't, she stared right back as if searching for something, anything that told her he had ulterior motives. The eyes are the window to the soul after all, but she couldn't find anything, instead she saw an spark, a spark of friendship and loyalty, the same one she had with her friends. Against all odds she felt trust emanating from him, and climbed into the slingshot...before wanting out moments later. "You know on second thought this is a bad idea."
She attempted to move but by this point it was too late, Luffy had already slung his arms forward. Oh Mr. Luffy I have your outf-Sweet Celestia what have you done to your arms?!" Rarity had arrived just in time for the show.
The sheer speed of being slung resulted in an Sonic Rainboom within seconds. Everypony else was amazed as usual but nowhere near as much as Luffy, who was foaming at the mouth with stars replacing his eyes.
Rainbow Dash kept going faster and faster, making an glorious spinning spiral rainbow. By this point almost everypony was freaking out with excitement. Rainbow landed next to Luffy. "Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh that was amazing! I uh I mean that was ok I guess. Now tell me what you did."
Everpony surrounded Luffy waiting for an explanation. In a dull drone voice Luffy responded. "Now tell me what you did."
"Wait are you copying me?!"
"Copying you." Rainbow got annoyed, and it took a few moments to notice his eyes, which were currently swirling in the shape of the Hypno Rainbow.
"Did you seriously get hypnotized?! Rainbow half asked half shouted while shaking Luffy, who promptly snapped out of it.
"Huh oh man that was the coolest thing ever."
"Yeah I get it, now tell me about that thing you did!" Rainbow said.
"You mean my devil fruit?"
"Devil WHAT?!" The crowd yelled.
"Yep." Said a grinning Luffy. "They are special fruits that give you powers, but they take away your ability to swim. I ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, and it turned me into a rubbeman." He pulled his cheek to demonstrate.
Twilight spoke. "But that's not scientifically possible. How can a fruit give you supernatural abilities? You shouldn't even be breathing if you have a rubber body!"
"I don't know how it works, it just does."
"But I..." Twilight started to protest, but eventually came to the conclusion that Luffy didn't have proper reasons for his powers, much like another certain earth pony.
Rainbow turned to her friends, and then to Luffy. "Ah ok look man, maybe I was a bit hard on you earlier, sorry about that."
"It's fine, nothing to get angry about."
"Does someone like you even GET angry?"
"Yeah. Anyone messes with my friends, and I'll kick their ass!"
This got a smirk out of Rainbow. "You know something I think you and me are gonna get along just fine." Before anything else could be said, Spike came running to Twilight, holding something.
"Twilight, Twilight!" In response Twilight looked down and saw Spike holding an letter. "It's from Princess Celestia!"
"What? Luffy you may want to get over here. 'Dear Princess Twilight I have read your letter and it's contents. I would very much like to have the human/pony you call Luffy in the castle tomorrow, we have much to discuss. -Princess Celestia-

Meeting With A Princess: Secrets Revealed!
"This is great Luffy! Celestia must know what to do." Twilight said.
"Well what are we waiting for LET'S GO!" Luffy was excited that he could finally meet up with the countries ruler, but his hopes were doused when Twilight reminded him that the meeting was tomorrow. "Aw but I wanna go now! I can't stay here forever, I need to reunite with my friends!"
"Listen Luffy If I were separated from my friends I'd be feeling the same way, but right now the best thing you can do is be patient. Please just wait for 1 more day? That's all I'm asking." Twilight reasoned with him.
Luffy thought it over and decided it was for the best. "Fine but where am I supposed to sleep until then?"
"Oh oh I know I know!" Pinky spoke up. "You could stay here at Sugarcube Corner. You wouldn't even have to walk, I mean unless you count walking up the steps to your room, and I'm sure the Cakes wouldn't mind 1 night!" She later came to regret that statement as she had to use all her bits when Luffy got up in the middle of the night and ate everything in the store. She ended up getting her mane munched on when she tried to wake Luffy, who mistook it for cotten candy in his groggy state. Regardless she remained in good spirits, and easily forgave him though she made him Pinky Promise to pay her back for everything be ate.
Later that night Luffy was having a nightmare. He saw Kuma separating his crew. "No! NO! STOP IT! LEAVE THEM ALONE!" He grew desperate and found himself someplace new.
This next dream was even worse than the other. He was in darkness and saw an vision of his brother Ace who had a gaping hole in his chest. "Luffy.. I'm sorry..I couldn't keep..my promise."
"Wha-what?! ACE NO!" Luffy shrieked.
"Is thou having troubles facing thine demons Straw Hat?" A voiced questioned. The visage of Ace melted into the darkness, which in turn was replaced by white. Before Luffy was a magnificent dark blue mare, her mane and tail flowing and looked as the night sky on her chest and flank were black blotches with a moon on them. The most peculiar thing Luffy noted was she had both wings and a horn, just like his friend Twilight.
Luffy mistaking her for an assailant grew angry. "Grrr! What did you do to Ace Moon Jerk?!" He assumed a fighting stance and attempted to charge, only to be help in place by an blue field.
"Calm yourself Straw Hat!" I did nothing to your brother. He was not even your brother, he was an shadow formed by your mind, a nightmare. As Princess Of the Moon it is my duty to guard the dreams of ponies. I sensed an terrible nightmare from you, which is why you are seeing me."
Luffy struggled slightly before stopping and letting his aggression lower, in response the blue mare dropped her magic. He examined her for a moment before getting a grin on his face. "Whoa you're some moon princess? Awesome! I didn't know there was more than one princess."
"Yes of course Straw Hat. There are multible princesses each with their own role to fulfill. In face I believe you have already met one of them."
"Really who?"
"Who is the only pony you met that looks as I do?" Luna questioned while brandishing her wings and horn.
Luffy tried thinking, examining her wings and horn, it was incredibly difficult for someone as simple as him, but he eventually put 2 and 2 together. "You mean Twilight? But she doesn't do anything but read!"
"Her role as princess is not yet known to her, but one does not become a princess for reasons so simple. What it is, is up to her to find. I'm glad to have spoken with you, I've heard many of your deeds, and your heart is kind. Compared to most of the humans I have seen in your world, but I have overstepped my boundaries, we were not to meet until tomorrow, I must leave and guard other dreams. Goodbye Straw Hat."
"Wait! How did you know I'm a human? Who are you?"
The Moon Princess gave a small smile and said "Luna."
With that she dissapeared and Luffy awoke in the morning in a cold sweat.
There wasn't any time (or food for that matter.) for breakfast, as Luffy had to be at the castle early. In fact thanks to an combination of Luffy's sleep eating, and nightmare they were almost going to miss the train to Canterlot. Pinky was freaking out. "Oh man oh man we are gonna be late we gotta go!" Luffy barley had enough time to put on his outfit from Rarity before getting dragged out. It was an black jacket vest with grey fur lining and a hoodie, in addition to black blue shorts.
"Hold on Pinky I think I know how to get us there." Luffy said with a cheeky grin on his face.
Meanwhile at the train station the rest of the Mane 6 were wondering what was taking Luffy and Pinky. "Where are they? It shouldn't take this long, we're going to miss the train!" Asked Rainbow Dash, who was pacing in annoyance.
"Just give them some time Rainbow, I'm sure they are on their way." Twilight tried to ressure her friend.
"Yeah right, I bet they are taking a nice little...stroll? Do you guys her something?" Asked Rainbow.
"Hey she is right y'all, I hear it too!" Applejack said.
"What?" Twilight said, confused.
"Look! In the sky!" Fluttershy squeaked.
Rainbow put her arm over her head. "Is that?"
"YAAAHHOOOO!" Luffy shrieked with joy. Pinky on the other hand wasn't having quite as much fun. Even a party pony like her had limits.

"Are you sure this is safe Luffy?" Pinky asked while gripping Luffy's back. Luffy had decided to slingshot himselfand Pinky to the train station to cut down time, and had stretched his hooves to the roof of a nearby building.
"Ah don't worry Pinky, it'll be fun, now hold on! 'Gomu Gomu no Rocket! '
"I.. thought.. you.. said.. this.. was.. safe!" Pinky shrieked.
"I know, isn't this fun? Hey look there is the station!" Luffy immediately stretched his legs, wrapped them around a nearby pole, and launched him and Pinky to it.
Applejack seeing this immediately warned everypony to move. *SMASH* Like a bullet Luffy and Pinky smashed into the floor, causing minor damage. While Pinky was kissing the ground Luffy was laughing maniacally, while Rainbow had him by the shirt. "Just what in the hay were you thinking?!"
"Hahaha! Well we were gonna be late so I used my devil fruit to get here faster. Hahaha!"
"How can you laugh at the fact that you almost died?" Rainbow asked confused.
"Because it was so much fun!" Luffy responded.
"For you maybe! But not me!" Pinky shouted.
"Sorry, but you said we were gonna be late."
"He certainly knows how to make an entrance." Rarity whispered to Fluttershy.
"Oi what are you guys doing Standing around for? We have to go." Luffy said, leaving everypony flabbergasted.
The journey to the Castle was a long one. It took Pinky an while to get over her flying experience. Luffy ate nearly everything on the train, and peppered Twilight with questions about Princesses and Alicorns. When they arrived in Canterlot Luffy had to be restrained to keep him from running off. Regardless they made it to the Castle intact. "Whoa this place is huge!" Luffy said, in awe of the sheer size.
"Indeed it is." Came a voice from above. Celestia herself had came out personally to greet Luffy and company. And landed in front of the Castle doors.
"Gasp! Princess Celestia!" Said Twilight. She and her friends immediately bowed before her. All except for Luffy. "Luffy!" She said to get his attention. "You're supposed to bow."
In a completely casual tone Luffy responded. "Nah I'm good."
Twilight was shocked by this. "Luffy! It's customary to bow to royalty, you can't just-" She stopped upon seeing Celestia gesture for her to stand.
"Twilight it's fine. There is no need for formality. If he doesn't want to bow, then I won't force him. Now come along inside, I have things to tell, and things to ask. You too Staw Hat Luffy."
"First things first." Celestia asked Luffy in a sterner tone than normal. "How did you actually get here?"
"I was just sent flying here by some bear-jerk."
"Bear Jerk?" Questioned Celestia. "Do you mean a man named Bartholomew Kuma?"
"I already told you he seeing me and my crew flying!" Luffy said raising his voice.
"I suppose that explains how you got past the fog that surrounds Equestria and it's neighbouring countries."
"Fog?" Asked Luffy. "What fog?"
"Yes fog. It is an spell I cast that when enetered, reverses a navigators sense of direction so they stray away from these lands. Though I suppose when you are flying out of control, you can't really be tricked into going the other way." Celestia said with a giggle.
Twilight spoke up at this. "Fog? Why is there fog surrounding these countries?"
"I guess I owe you some answers don't I?" Celestia let out a sigh. Twilight, Equestria and it's neighboring countries are all part of one massive planet. To the farthest reaches past borders of these lands are an race called humans. The stories behind them have an truth to them, although not completely so. I have seen the things that go on in the world, the pirates, the tyrannical World Government who would force powerful countries to be their allies. I didn't want an fate like that for these lands, so I created an powerful spell to hide us from the rest of the world.
Twilight protested. "But there is so much we don't know! This changes everything we thought we knew. We can't just hide ourselves in fear."
"Twilight I understand the way you feel, really I do, but the World Government is far too powerfull. They have hundreds of powerful allies backing them up, and they by themselves are terrifyingly strong. I have seen the world, and continue to see it now, and it is no different than it was 1000 years ago. I will NOT see my Kingdom turned into an instrument of war. Maybe someday things will be different, but right now someday isn't here."
Twilight attempted to protest further, but realized nothing she said would change Celestia's view. Her friends tried to find words but found only silence. "But what about Luffy? Why is he a pony? Why isn't he like the humans you described?
"The magic in these lands are unique. The natural magic twists and contorts human form into a that of an pony. Humans are not built to handle magical energy, so the land turns them into an form that can. As for Luffy I will admit that not every human is like those in the World Government, but unfortunately there aren't enough of them that aren't. I've seen many of his feats either through either through scrying on the world, or through newspapers I 'borrow' from paper carrying birds who get too close to the fog wall. He is nothing like them."
"So all I have to do is go outside the fog and I'll be normal again? That's great! All I need now is a ship, and I can reunite with my crew at Shabody Archipelago!"
"Wait you don't have to leave yet! Twilight said. "If you are an human then there is so much to learn. About your culture, what your life is like. So many things I'd like to test and find out about your species. All without interactions with the bad ones." She said while throwing a pleading glance to Celestia at that last line.
"Ah can't believe there is one huge world out there that we didn't know about." Applejack said dumbfounded.
"Yeah well I can't believe they don't know about the glory of Rainbow Dash!" Said a certain cyan pegasus, earning a glare from everypony else.
"Sorry but I can't my crew is waiting for me, and I need to meet up with them."
"Actually" Spoke Celestia. "Your crew is nowhere near the Archipelago. They are on seperate islands, and it would take months, if not longer to get back. If you want you could always stay here until they return, then I could teleport you right at the Archipelago."
"You can do that?" Asked Luffy in amazement.
"Of course, my magical range is wide enough to influence the Sun itself. Teleporting somepony a few thousand miles away is child's play."
"That's so cool! I guess I could stay until they get back in that case. Besides with that much time, who knows how many adventures I could have here until then!" This prompted an frown from Celestia.
"Listen" She said in an strict voice. "I know you aren't a bad person at heart. But I also know you have an extream reckless streak. In a peaceful land such as this I can't afford that. If your recklessness ends up causing serious damage or otherwise I will be forced to take action. Don't mistake my hospitality for freedom to do as you please, you have to be careful and think things through.
"Ok." Was Luffy's response.
"Good. Now that is settled there IS one other problem I have to address."

So before we continue I would like to say something regarding chapters. On occasion there will be an chapter titled: "Fun In Equestria" these specific chapters are, while cannon to this story, not part of the actual plot and showcase mini adventures Luffy goes through with ponies other than The Mane 6.
There will also be filler chapters regarding situations where where other members of the Straw Hat crew land in Equestria instead of Luffy.
Finally an third type of chapter appears on occasion, they to an extent ARE part of the plot. These "special chapters" regard back stories to OC's and other characters. Thank you for your time.
A Major Problem! Luffy's Wrath!
"A problem?" Twilight asked.
"Yes Twilight, I'm sure you all have noticed sudden periods of cold, and unseasonable snow mounds on occasion." Responded Celestia.
"Oh I remember that, I thought that was sugar!" Luffy shuddered.
"Word." Pinky agreed.
"But what could be causing it?" Twilight questioned. Snow shouldn't be happening this early, even with Hearths Warming Eve coming up."
"Maybe it's Discord, that guy is always pulling pranks!" Rainbow suggested.
"Who the hell is that?" Luffy asked.
"Now isn't the time!" Celestia raised her voice. "I know it is not Discord. You are right however, somepony IS making this happen. The magic associated with it is so familiar, I know the magic but not the pony, it is like I can't remember him nor his actions. Whatever the case is, this unseasonable weather has caused an Ursa Major to appear nearby Evergreen forest to fatten up for an early hibernation. I can't have it threatening Ponyville, which is why I need you 7 to subdue it before it attacks somepony.
"7?" Questioned Rainbow. "Look I guess that stretching ability is pretty cool, but what can he do to help?"
"Oh I'm sure there is more to him than meets the eye." Celestia said with a smirk.
"If you say so." Rainbow reluctantly accepted.
"Alright guys we have an Ursa Major to subdue."
As they left for Evergreen Forest none had taken notice of a cloud face that seemed to watch them.
At the entrance to Evergreen Forest things got a little tense between Luffy and the Mane 6. "Uh guys I think I should stay here." Fluttershy suggested, obviously afraid of going up against a Ursa Major.
"Aww come on Fluttershy, you stared down a dragon one time!" Rainbow tried egging her on.
"Yes bu-but dragons are a few houses big. An Ursa Major is hundreds of meters tall!"
"C'mon don't be a chicken! It'shouldn't just a giant bear!" Luffy shouted getting annoyed.
"Luffy!" Twilight said his name dissaprovingly and turned to Fluttershy. "Fluttershy it is alright, we will be here for you, for each other."
Fluttershy still didn't budge. Luffy sighed in dissapointment, and let his blunt side take over yet again. "Man I didn't know you were this much of a scaredy-cat. He said wearing a friendly smile. I don't think I like you anymore." Everypony felt a chill through them when he said this.
Fluttershy was on the verge of crying. Wh-wh-why would you say something like that?!"
"You have all these powerful friends at your side, and despite all you have been been through, you're too scared to face a bear? That's so cowardly." Fluttershy was crying by this point.
Applejack seeing this got in Luffy's face. "Just what in the hay is yer problem? How could you say something so mean?"
"I don't like cowards." Luffy responded almost deadpan.
"And would you mind telling me how you'd feel against a beast hundreds of meters tall?" Applejack asked.
"Food."
"Food?" Everypony questioned. "This guy thinks an Ursa Major is Food? He really is insane!"
"Are you mad?" Rainbow questioned. "Have you even seen an Ursa Major?"
"I've seen a zombie giant before." Luffy responded, recalling the time he and his crew fought Oars.
"Oh Fluttershy don't listen to Luffy, you've tamed dozens of dangerous creatures before! You're far from a coward." Rarity was attempting to confort Fluttershy.
"Look everypony we can deal with Luffy's outburst later, right now we have an Ursa Major to stop. Twilight by this point decided to speak up. "If it's foraging for food then it will leave behind a trail, if there is a trail we can follow it to it's cave. Considering how long it took us to get to Canterlot and back, it is pretty late, so it is safe to assume that the Ursa Major has either returned to it's cave, or is returning to it. We have to find it, subdue it, and relocate it somewhere else.
"Oh, alright Twilight you're right we can't get distracted. Applejack agreed before turning to Luffy. "But we ain't done talking about this." Luffy merely grunted, hardly paying attention.
It took hours to find the trail, and cave. Fluttershy came along but only after being convinced that Luffy was just sputtering nonsense. The entrance was massive and foreboding, Luffy being Luffy simple gazed at it in wonder. "Oh wow cool! This place is huge!" He shouted.
"Luffy! Shush" Twilight warned. "If the Ursa Major really is in there we have to come up with a plan! Ok Rainbow Dash you need to- WAIT! Luffy don't!" Luffy was already charging into the cave.
"YAAAHH! Alright you big dumb jerk where are y-" *SMACK* In the dark cave Luffy couldn't see anything, and ran right into the sleeping beast's head, awakening it. Moments later Luffy was knocked out of the cave. "Hey watch the hat you jerk!"
"That idiot's going to get us killed!" Everypony thought to themselves.
*THUD* *THUD* *THUD* The ground shook as the monstrosity crawled out of it's cave, furious at being awoken it made a terrifying roar. "Man this guy must be twice as big as Oars, too bad he isn't as strong." Luffy said putting his hooves escaping together. The Ursa Major attempted to swipe at Luffy who flipped out of the way.
"Rainbow! push it backwards, Applejack make a trip rope with your lasso. I'll use a paralysis spell once it's down!" Twilight yelled out.
"Got it Twi!" Applejack said, and within seconds had the rope secure.
"Alright you pest eat this!" Rainbow charged at full force, skillfully dodging a swipe from the Ursa Major and rammed into it knocking it backwards into Applejack's trip rope. Unfortunately before Twilight could do anything the Ursa Major had risen and took a swipe at Rainbow. Although she dodged the paw it came too close, and the air pressure swiped her to the ground. Fluttershy up until now was shaking, at least until she saw Rainbow get swatted to the ground.
Fluttershy was furious at this. "You! Big! Jerk! Nopony hurts my friends. Fluttershy flew right up to the the Ursa Major's face with the stare on full blast. Even the Ursa Major faltered, if only for a few seconds before regaining composure and trying to swipe her with it's paw.
"Oh no! Fluttershy!" Her friends cried out.
"Gomu Gomu no Pistol!" Right when Fluttershy thought it was all over she heard a shout, and saw a leg meet the Ursa Major's chest, knocking it backwards, and leaving an imprint. Before the Ursa Major could attempt another attack, the hoof grabbed Fluttershy as it snapped back to it's owner. It was Luffy.
"Th-thank yo-" She began, only for Luffy to interrupt her.
"You know something? I was wrong about you. You aren't a coward, otherwise you would have left your friends when this thing showed up. You even stood up to it, that was awesome! Shishishishi! I think I like you again!" He said with a big grin Fluttershy could keep from blushing at this. "I still think you're a scaredy-cat though." He said teasingly. Everypony couldn't help but give off a tiny smile at this.
*ROAR* The Ursa Major was at it's peak anger, by this point it had enough, and slammed it's foot at the last person to attack it: Luffy. "Oh crap!" Luffy started. "Fluttershy get out of-" He was inturrupted by Fluttershy attempting to push him out of the way, but it by that point it was to late, and the foot was upon them. *SMASH*
"FLUTTERSHY!" "LUFFY!" Everylony called out to them. Twilight and her friends were horrified at the sight of their flattened friends. Luffy being resistant to blunt force, took little damage save for an stab wound to his side were one of the claws hit him. Thankfully it had hit no major veins, artieries, or organs, though he was bleeding decently. Fluttershy on the other hand wasn't so lucky. She didn't have Luffy's resistance to blunt force, and took tremendous damage wjth multible broken bones, and damaged tissue.
Twilight was growing angry at the sight of her friends, and nearly unleashed a full power blast when she saw something starting. It was Luffy. "L-Luffy! You're alright!" No response. Luffy just held a gentle hoof on Fluttershy's head with a scowl. This was off to Twilight; not only was he mostly unhurt, but his demeanor was completely different from before. "You're hurt." Still nothing. Luffy's only responce was an quick glare to the Ursa Major before darting his eyes back to Fluttershy. This came as a striking change to Twilight and her friends. They had seen him get angry and annoyed before, but this was different. There wasn't any yelling or casual banter, just a cold glare that seemed to get bigger, and frankly they found it terrifying. He took off his hat, something he told Fluttershy to never touch, and placed it on her head before turning to the Ursa Major.
"Woah woah hold it!" Rainbow trked deterring him away. "You're not actuality planning on fighting that thing the way you are NOW are you?!" Luffy ignored her, and continued glaring at the Ursa Major.
"Luffy were're all upset." Twilight reasoned. "But in you're conditio-" She stopped when she saw him stand on his hind legs, put them in a strange placement, and made them expand and contract. His coloration grew slightly pink, blood spilled out of his wound, and steam came from his body. "What did you do to yourself?"
Luffy didn't speak a word. In an instant he dissapeared and reappeared in front of the Ursa Major, 1 leg held out, and the other reeled in backwards. The beast grunted in shock. Luffy let out an animalistic growl before smashing it in the face with a wordless jet pistol. The sheer force was enough to knock out one of it's tusks, and send the beast tumbling backwards crushing it's own cave in the process.
The rest of the Mane 6 were in shock at what they just saw. Luffy landed a few meters in fro t of the Ursa Major, and let Gear 2nd die out. Rainbow tackled him in excitement. "That was amazing! How'd you do that? What was with that smoke?!"
Pinky spoke up next. "Yeah we were all 'Oh no they got crushed!' But then you were like 'I'm gonna glare at you, and punch your face!" She said while bouncing around.
Luffy replied that it was nothing, and went over to check on Fluttershy. "Nothing? Twilight thought. "He takes down one of the most feared creatures in Evertree Forest, and he calls it nothing?"
Luffy picked up Fluttershy, and held his hoof near her neck, feeling for an pulse, still frowning. Applejack came up and put an hoof on his back. "You ok there sugarcube? Whoa! What happened too you?" She immediately retracted her leg. Yah feel like you just came out of an oven!"
Luffy kept his frown before breaking into a smile, having found a pulse. "Ah! She is alive! Thank goodness!"
"You ain't exactly in the best condition yourself there Luffy." Applejack said.
"Yes especially your clothes darling, they're tattered, and bloody." Rarity noted.
"You both need to get to an hospital. You're bodies have taken serious damage!" Twilight warned.
"I don't care about my body right now! Just make sure Fluttershy is safe!"
It was 3 and a half weeks before Fluttershy recovered. She woke up in blinding lights and saw her 6 friends, before finding herself in hug. It was Luffy, who had heavy bandaging around his where the Ursa Majora clawed him. "You're ok! I thought you were a goner!" She found herself blushing heavily.
"Aw give her some room Luffy!" A certain cowpony told Luffy. "You've been sitting there watching her ever since we got here. Ya only ever left a few times."
"We have to hurry we're throwing you a recovery party, and even the princesses are gonna be there!" Pinky said.
"But what happened to the Ursa Major? You guys didn't hurt it did you?" Asked Fluttershy. Luffy in responce put on his horrible poker face.
"It's ok." Assured Twilight. "We relocated it to a sanctuary." She said as they neared the entrance.
"Oh! Yosh! That reminds me I have someone who wants to say hi to you. Luffy proceeded to inhale and yelled out. "LUFFEN! GET OVER HERE!"
"Luffen?" Asked the group? Who is...that? They felt a rumbling, and gaped at the sight before them. "LUFFY!" They all shouted.
A Rubber Pony in Equestria
The Mane 6 couldn't believe what they were seeing. After what felt like ages Twilight spoke. "Luffy" she started. "HOW COULD YOU BRING THE URSA MAJOR HERE?!"
"I tamed him." Luffy responded.
"You, you tamed it? How?" She asked dumbfounded.
"I got lost on the way back from the sanctuary."
"How did you get lost? It's a straight path upwards south of the sanctuary." Rainbow questioned.
"Yeah south. Down is south right?"
"Noooo." Rainbow answered.
"Really? Guess that explains why I ended up in the sanctuary. Anyway I got lost and tried catching some fish. I caught a huge one but then this jerk 'points his hoof at Luffen' came outta nowhere and snatched it before I could cook it. We ended up fighting over it and I won. Felt kinda sorry for him though, so I caught some more really huge fish for him, and he helped me get out of the sanctuary. I guess he just sorta followed me after a bit afterwards."
"Mr. Luffy" Rarity started. "Has occured to you that it followed you because it expects you to feed it?"
"Nah he just does what I ask. Now, 'ushers to Luffen and points at Fluttershy' APOLOGIZE!" At this Luffen got on his stomach, and started grunting at Fluttershy.
Fluttershy looked nervous for a moment before responding. "Oh well I guess it's ok, we did wake you up and attack you."
"See? He is actually really sweet when he isn't trying to kill us." Luffy said while rubbing Luffen's stomach.
"Luffy I think it's very nice that you made Luffen your pet, but he needs to go back to the sanctuary." Twilight said.
"Aw c'mon why can't he stay?" Luffy whined.
"Well fer one it's a huge wild animal. Applejack spoke. Fer two it's a HUGE wild animal! Even if yah tamed it completely, It's sheer size makes it a walking wrecking ball!"
"But" Luffy tried protesting.
"You could always visit each other." Fluttershy suggested.
With a sad sigh Luffy admitted defeat, and had Luffen go back to the sanctuary, promising to visit once every few weeks. As Luffen lumbered away Rainbow came to to Luffy. "Ok just WHAT are you?"
"Rainbow Dash!" Twilight said in an apprehensive tone.
"I don't know what you mean." Luffy responded.
"I mean how are you able to tame an Ursa Major?"
"It's no big deal."
"No big deal?! You punched that thing out and made it your pet!"
"I agree with Rainbow." Rarity spoke up. "You have incredible strength that only a few ponies can actually attest to. It's quite the wonder really."
"Oh well I've been fighting huge beasts as a kid. My grandpa would throw me into the forest every week to toughen me up."
"Your grandfather threw you in a forest as a kid?" Questioned Twilight. "How horrible!"
"Nah Grandpa Garp is a nice guy, he did it all to make me into a strong marine like him, but I wanted to be a pirate."
"This Garp feller is one of them nasty marines the princess was talking about?" Asked Applejack.
"I don't think every marine is a big jerk, I've seen a few good ones out there."
"If you say so Luffy" Applejack said skeptically, and they headed for the party.
The party was great. There was food, dancing, music, all of ponyville and the princesses. Luffy was devouring everything in sight before he noticed princess Luna from his dream. "Bhey gron I bough fu? (Hey don't I know you?)
"Uh lets wait until thou have finished consumption of thine meal before we speak further." She said akwardly.
"What the hay man?!" Rainbow shouted.
"Ya varmit keep yer hooves to yer own plate Luffy!" Applejack yelled at him. Luffy was swiping food from people's plates.
"What a barbaric appetitie!" Rarity commented in disgust.
"Oh my, I hope there is enough for everypony." Fluttershy said worriedly said.
While everypony else was either disgusted or in awe of Luffy's eating habits, Celestia simply watched with an amused look on her face. "How dare thou stealith food from my sister!" Luna shouted at Luffy, who had dared to swipe food from Princess Celestia herself. But this wasn't the end oh no. Luffy's next eating act was the most shocking of all. While Luna was chewing him out he wasn't paying attention, and ended up inhaling all the food on the table.....along with the table itself.....and Spike, who didn't let go and was halfway in Luffy's mouth as a result.
Twilight shrieked at the sight. "AH! SPIKE! LUFFY YOU'RE EATING SPIKE! SPIT HIM OUT! SPIT HIM OUT! " She yelled while gripping Spike by the legs, eventually getting him out.
"Oh gross dude! Ever hear of mouthwash?!" Spike shouted at the now bloated Luffy, who's only response was to spit out a leg from the table.
Everypony was glaring at Luffy who had eaten everything. Just when things looked bad they heard an giggle behind them, followed by hysterical laughter. It was Princess Celestia, who was rolling on the floor unable to control herself. "Hahahahaha! H-he ATE the table! Hahahahaha. Oh I'm sorry, I can't hahaha!".
"Sister! Please, control yourself!" Luna pleaded. But it was useless, Celestia kept laughing, and soon everypony was laughing with her. Eventually the laughter died down, and when it looked like everypony would go without food, Pinky Pie revealed she had bought backup food just in case Luffy ate it all. What she DIDN'T expect was for him to eat the table. As for Luffy? He was forbidden from touching anymore food unless given willingly.
Amazingly a new table appeared for the food, only this one was different. It had a serpentine shape with mix matched animal parts. Meanwhile a pink cloud appeared over Luffy's head, raining chocolate milk on him. "Cool! It's raining chocolate!" Luffy shrieked with joy, while drinking it, bloating him even more.
"I know right?" Pinky asked while joining Luffy. "Didja know that cloud is made of cotten candy.
"COTTEN CANDY?! EVEN COOLER!" Luffy yelled while jumping to the cloud and chomping it. By this point Luffy's stab wound couldn't take the stretching and opened for a moment, letting chocolate leak out. "OH SHIT! A LEAK!" Luffy started freaking out. Chocolate then started gargling in Luffy's mouth, and he had to force it down. "Ugh I think I drank too much chocolate." Celestia had her hooves over her mouth barley able to contain her giggling. A voice rung through the room at that moment.
"Hellooooooo everypony!"
"Oh great it's HIM" Rainbow sneered.
"Why yes it is HIM." A figure in the shape of the table rose from it leaving the table behind. "So sorry I'm late, but my inter-dimensional travel services were down for a few weeks. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to get it fixed!"
"What are you doing here Discord?" Rainbow sneered even more.
"Why Dashie am I not allowed to visit my best friend's recovery party?" He said appearing next to her pulling her cheek. He noticed Luffy and turned to him. "Oh and you must be the little pony who saved Fluttershy's life. You truly have my thanks!"
"Oh lay off him Discord!" Rainbow told him. "Watch yourself around this guy Luffy."
Luffy didn't say a word for a few moments. This time it was his turn to be stunned. His stunned face swiftly turned to one of excitement. "Woah cool! It's a talking snake-goat-chicken thing! Awesome! Do you wanna join my crew?"
Discord was taken aback by Luffy's excitement over him. Most ponies would be instantly annoyed at him, and tell him to buzz off. This one seemingly adored his wacky antics and instantly wanted to be friends with him. "Why yes I am a talking snake-goat-chicken thing! But I prefer Discord. As for your offer." Discord suddenly appeared next Luffy in a classic pirate getup. "Going on fun adventures, causing chaos across The 7 Seas? It's awfully temping but I'm afraid I must decline." He turned to normal.
"I refuse."
"Wait you what?"
"Your refusal. I refuse it."
"Sheesh and I thought it was my job to make no sense!"
"Just join already!" Luffy sounded so demanding.
"Look. Kid. Tempting as your offer is, I can't join up with you. I have obligation to friends of mine in Ponyville." Discord's eyes darted to Fluttershy as he said this.
"Aw well I guess if you have friends, I can't just pull you away from them." Luffy said dejected.
Discord felt a tad sorry for Luffy. Not only did he save his best friend, but he appeared to genuinely like his chaos, and wanted to be friends, which is more than he could say for most ponies be met. "Aw are you feeling down? Well look I can't accept your offer, but what I can do is give you this." A silver string with a small I shaped whistle appeared around Luffy's neck. "Consider it a token of friendship for helping Fluttershy in her time of need. If you were to blow into it, I would hear it and come to your aid....or not....what can I say? I can't hear it when I'm sleeping!" Discord said defensively.
"Wow so cool! What other tricks can you do?" Luffy asked.
"Tricks? Dear boy tricks are no more than illusions. What I do is all too real." Discord said. *CHOMP* During their conversation Celestia had teasingly levitated a cake right behind Luffy, outside his field of vision, or so she thought. In one bite Luffy swallowed it along with the plate it was on, causing giggles amongst ponies.
"Real huh?" Luffy said thoughtfully. "Could you do this?" He whispered something in Discords ear.
"Why of course, such a feat is literal childs play for one such as me." In that instant an ethereal piano appeared and began playing a cheerful tune.
"Hey now whats this song?" Applejack asked.
"I don't know. But I LOVE it!" Pinky responded.
"It does have a cheerful tone of adventure doesn't it? Rarity said with admiration."
Luffy was gleefully singing to the song. It wasn't long before everypony got into it, even the princesses and Discord were singing and dancing to it.

Gather up all the crew! It's time to ship out Bink's brew! Sea wind blows to where, Who knows? The waves will be our guide! O'er across the ocean's tide, Rays of sunshine far and wide, Birds they sing of cheerful things, in circles passing by!

"That was quite possibly the most beautiful song I've ever heard!" Rarity said. "Luffy just what WAS that song?"
"Oh that was Bink's Sake. My musician Brook plays that all the time. Apparently it has an affect of making everypony happy and cheerful, don't know why though."
"Ooh a musician? That sounds lovely! I'll bet he is a real gentleman. What is he like? Rarity went on asking questions.
He is an afro skeleton, he is kinda a pervert, and he makes hilarious skull jokes.
"Jokes? Do tell!" Pinky inquired.
"Ok ok. What do call a singing skeleton? A natural BONE singer!" He and Pinky were the only ones laughing.
"You have...a talking skeleton for a musician? How in tarnation is that even possible? Applejack asked confused.
Oh well he ate the Yomi Yomi no Mi so when he died he could come back to life. Unfortunately his soul couldn't find his body, and by the time he did it was a skeleton.
Fluttershy looked a little sad hearing this. "But doesn't that bother him?"
"Nah I don't think he minds. I think he kinda likes it."
Fluttershy perked up at this, and with that the party went on. There was much dancing and singing. And after all was said and done Twilight offered a place to stay seeing as how the Cakes couldn't afford to have Luffy live in their shop. But only so long as he promised her some experiements with his devil fruit.
"Now that was a party!" Pinky shouted.
"Yes it was certainly...unique." Rarity quipped remembering Luffy's eating habits.
"I know it was great! I don't see why you guys hate that Discord guy so much."
"He brainwashed us and turned ponyville upside down!" Rainblw said.
"Well hs isn't doing it NOW. So I guess he is still awesome."
Rainbow tried to come up with a counter argument, but Luffy made a good point, even without the Elements of Harmony his friendship with Fluttershy was enough to keep him in line.
"Well I'm glad you liked him Luffy. I think he really liked you too." Fluttershy agreed with Luffy.
"Well just be careful Luffy." Applejack warned. "Discord may be reformed but he is still a massive prankster."
"Ohh a prankster?" Luffy suddenly got a big grin on his face.
"Oh great now look what you did Applejack!"
"I don't know what you're talking about Rainbow, no idea." But everypony could see right through his poker face.
"I hope you don't, cause if you do, I'm not sure I want to think about it."
With that everypony began heading home. And Luffy headed for Golden Oaks with Spike and Twilight. Who knows what adventures lie in the future. Find out next chapter.

A Rubber Pony in Equestria

Sorry everybody, I really should have mentioned this earlier, I forgot to mention something. Characters from IDW comics will make appearances, and some of their stories Luffy will even experience. Again apologies for not mentioning this sooner, I was caught up in making the story.
Experimentation
It was an early morning in Ponyville. Inside Golden Oaks Library while Spike was making breakfast. Twilight had awoken Luffy to begin conducting experiments on his devil fruit. "Come on Luffy." She tried nudging him. "You promised me research on you're devil fruit." Waking Luffy was not easy, the guy was a heavy sleeper. Then an idea popped inside Twilight's head. "Ok Luffy if you want to miss out on breakfast that's just fine with me." Luffy's eyes shot right open.
"Breakfast?" Luffy eagerly jumped out of bed down the stairs giggling, not noticing the Alicorn he knocked over in his excitement.
"Rude." She thought to herself.
"Luffy will you calm down it's not ready yet!" Spike shouted at Luffy, who was chanting 'breakfast breakfast breakfast!'
"Aw but I'm hungry!" Luffy whined.
"Seriously dude? After everything you ate last night you should be full for a week." Spike spoke from the kitchen.
A sound of magic then a voice came crom behind Luffy. "Sorry Luffy but Spike is right." It was Twilight, who had teleported behind Luffy. "Spike just got started making breakfast, you will have to wait."
Luffy's eyes instantly lit up, and his attention turned to Twilight's teleportation. "Whoa how'd you do that?! Did you eat a devil fruit too?!"
"Nope that was just magic. Any skilled unicorn is capable of it, although it isn't easy and takes practice. Now let's go to the basement, the experiments shouldn't take very long, and Spike should be finished by the time we are done. Spike be sure to rearrange the books when you are finished." She said as she took Luffy to her lab in the basement.
"You can count on me Twilight!"
Inside Twilight's basement, Twilight had Luffy strapped into a metal chair, behind it was a thundercloud, trapped inside a glass tube, attached to the chair. "Alright Luffy this is test number 1. If you are a rubberman you should be able to handle a lightning bolt without injury. Once I pull the switch, negatively charged electricity should flow through the chair, this will attract the positively charged lightning from the cloud into the chair."
"So what you're saying is that it's mystery lightning?" Luffy's childlike personality and antics never ceased to amaze Twilight. By this point she was starting to wave it off as Luffy just being Luffy.
"No Luffy, think of lightning as a massive static shock. Now are you sure about this? Lightning can reach 1 billion volts, even if you're made of rubber that kind of voltage is still dangerous, even rubber has it's limits, and I don't want to hurt you." Her voice was full of concern for her friend.
"It's fine I beat a guy with lightning powers before." Luffy didn't seem to care at all.
"If you say so." With that she flipped the switch. Luffy hardly felt a thing, his body wasn't conducting the electricity at all. His only reaction was to suck in his lips. Twilight mistook it as an act of pain and promptly flipped the switch down. "Luffy! Are you alright? Omigosh I'm so sorry!"
"What are you talking about? I didn't feel a thing."
"But your lips, I-I thought you were in pain!"
"Oh that? Thats just a habit I do when attacks don't do anything."
Twilight let out a sigh of relief at this, and pulled out her notes. "Subject appears unaffected by high amounts of electricity."
"Is Spike done with breakfast?"
"Not yet Luffy. We still have a few more things I want to try. Now hold out your leg and stretch it under this microscope." She held out a microscope. If your body is made of rubber then you should be capable of compressing it. I want to see your molecular structure."
"Ok whatever you say, lets hurry up, I'm starving." Luffy said as he flattened his leg beneath the glass plates.
Twilight was in awe. "This is incredible! Your entire body is like rubber, yet it's molecular structure is no different than that of a normal living cell. This explains why you can breathe, eat, and well...be alive in general! Your body isn't literally made of rubber, it only exhibits it's properties!" She was frantically scribbling notes down. "But I still don't know HOW you do it."
"I already told you I don't know how devil fruits work!"
Thats fine Luffy, maybe we can find one at some point, if we can then maybe I could figure out how it works. It obviously has reasons for how it works, all we need is a sample." She pulled out a grey machine with a pad, and what appeared to be a screen.
"The hell is that thing?"
"This Luffy, is an energy testing machine I came up with. You throw an attack at the black pad, which absorbs the force of the attack and determines it's energy on a scale of 1 to 10." She demonstrated by blasting the machine with a full power magic beam, earning a 10.
"So what do I do?"
"You hit it of course." You're strength is enough to knock out an Ursa Major. I want to put it to the test, see what you're upper limits are."
"So you want to know if I can throw a punch huh?" Luffy remarked with a cheeky grin, cracking his hooves. "All you had to do was ask Gomu Gomu no Pistol! " The attack slammed into the machine, and after a few moments a 9 appeared on the screen.
"A 9? Thats great! Thats at least half as powerful as a 10! But that isn't what I wanted. I wanted to see your strength when you have steam coming from your body."
"You mean Gear Second ?
Gear...Second ? Twilight was perplexed.
"Yeah." Luffy said standing on his hind legs and putting them in a wierd position again. "I kept running into people who were stronger and stronger, so I came up with new techniques to fight with everything I have. To protect my friends." Luffy's legs once again appeared to expand and contract with his cost becomkng shiny and pink, and steam covering his body. "Alright that did the trick. Gomu Gomu Gomu no... " Luffy had his hoof cocked backwards with the other one outstretched.
Twilight's eyes shrunk to pinpricks at what she saw. "Are you aiming?"
"Yep" He dissapeared and reappeared in front of the machine. "Jet Pistol! The force knocked it back a few inches, and after a few moments it flashed a 10.
"Amazing." Twilight whispered to herself. "Bu-but how are you doing this? It looks like you teleported! Wait a moment, sudden increase in body temperature, swollen legs resulting from odd positioning...you're doing blood doping aren't you?!
"Blood what?" Luffy questioned.
"You're forcibly clogging your blood using your legs, and when you release it, all that clogged blood bursts forwards at high speed, effectively doubling your heart rate! Thats why blood is dripping from your wound!" She pointed to Luffy's stab wound from Luffen. "But this is so foolish! What you are doing is tearing apart your own body. I can't permit you to do this!"
"It's my body, I can do what I want with it."
"But I."
Luffy responded in a stern tone "I don't care. I did this for my friends, as long as it saves them, I'll keep going and going. My body isn't important to me." He said letting the affects of the gear wear off.
"And just how far will you take it?" Twilight shot back.
"Until I die."
"Until...you... die?" Twilight's ears drooped, this idiot was willing to rip apart his own body if it meant protecting his loved ones. She searched for words but couldn't find any, Luffy's mind was made up. She gave a sad sigh, and asked about Luffy's teleportation. "Ok fine, if you're sure, I won't try to stop you. Now, how did you move like that?"
"When It looked like I was teleporting, I was really just moving my feet 10 to 20 times per second."
"So it's not teleportation, just high speed movement? Incredible, I've never heard of such a thing. At least not to the point of mimicking teleportation that is."
"Ok are we done now?" Luffy asked impatiently.
With a roll of her eyes Twilight sighed and gave in, she was getting hungry as well. As they walked up the stairs she had no idea how hectic the rest of the day would be.

A seemingly boring day in Ponyville. Luffy was pouting that his breakfast didn't have any meat. "Luffy you can't eat meat." Twilight scolded him as though he were a colt.
"Aww why not?"
"Well for one it's illegal for ponies to eat meat. Secondly even if it weren't we are herbivores, so even if you tried eating meat you would only make yourself sick."
Luffy was horrified at this. "You're saying I can't even eat meat? What kind of cruel place is this?!"
"This 'cruel place' is my home." Twilight was slightly offended.
Luffy quickly returned to his cheerful demeanor and gobbled his breakfast. "Oh well, I can wait until I reunite with my friends. Man I'm getting bored now, see you later."
"Luffy! Hold on!" Twilight tried stopping him, her experiments may have been over, but she still had questions. However Luffy was already out the door.
Luffy was wandering through Ponyville looking for something to do. The experiments were boring, and the breakfast didn't do much to help. He caught a few glances from passing mares and stallions. After all just about everypony remembered the man who ate the table. But Luffy didn't mind, he was used to people thinking he was weird or goofy. Out of the corner lf his eye, he spotted an apple cart. Still hungry from the small breakfast, he thoughtlessly walked up to the cart and tried scooping up an armful only to be stopped by a familiar voice. "Now hold on there Luffy. Ah know how hungry you always are, but you can't go eating my stock without paying."
"Applejack? You sell apples?"
"Well of course! Sweet Apple Acres is me and my families livelihood."
"Can I have an apple? I'm hungry." Although by an apple he clearly meant all of them at once.
"Sorry Luffy. But I can't, you'd eat all my stock, and I doubt you have the bits to pay for it all. Now I might be willing to let you have a basketfull if you helped at Sweet Apple Acres."
This did not appeal to Luffy. "No thanks, that sounds boring." And he walked off.
Luffy continued walking until he came across a lake. "Ah it's so boring right now isn't there anuthing to do?" As if on cue a thought popped inside his head.
"Discord may be reformed but he is still a massive prankster. " A grin on Luffy's face appeared, and he reached for the whistle Discord gave him and blew into it. For a few moments nothing happened.
Luffy was dissapointed. "Man this thing is busted." In that moment, as if on que, his reflection in the lake started to deform and contort.
"I can assure you it is far from broken." A voice came from Luffy's own reflection as it walked out of the lake, taking the form of Discord.
Luffy's face brightened up. "Discord!"
"Yes it is Discord. Now did you need me for something? I hope it is important, I was enjoying a lovely game of pin the tail on the pony." As he said this, Discord was trying pin Luffy's own tail on him, while Luffy still wore an amused expression.
"I'm bored. Lets have some fun!"
"Fun?" Discord was mildly interested, today had been even duller for him than normal. "And just what did you have in mind?" He asked while rumaging through Luffy's brain.
"Pranks. I heard you were amazing at them."
"Amazing? I'm only the best at them. Oh but I can't. I might anger Fluttershy if I got out of control."
"Oh come on! You're a Chaos God! You can do anything! Can't you just undo it all if you take it too far?
Discord began rubbing his chin in contemplation. He was seriously considering Luffy's offer. He hadn't been able to cause any chaos on any scale for weeks because his inter-dimensional travel services weren't working. "Hmm I'm still not sure."
"Don't be such a chicken Discord!" Luffy tried egging him on, and it seemed to work.
"A chicken? ME? I am anything but!" As he says this, he takes a look at himself, and discovers he is indeed a chicken. "Oh. Well so I am a chicken. Well fine my adoring fan. If it's pranks you want, then it's pranks you'll get!" With that he wrapped an arm around Luffy, and teleported them to their first victim.
"What the heck is up with my books?" Twilight was frantically opening books and reading through them, searching for any that looked normal. Behind her a massive pile of books. Discord and Luffy had reversed the words, and rearranged the letters inside each book. "Spike have you sent my letter to Princess Celestia yet?"
"Uh not yet Twilight!" Spike had problems of his own. For when he tried to send Twilight's letter, he burned it instead, another prank.
"Spike I need that letter sent asap!" Twilight came running over to Spike. "*GASP!"* Spike! What happened?!" Spike stood with a sheepish grin on his face with the ashes of the letter by his feet. "Ugh! What the heck is happening?!"
"Luffy! Stay down! heel boy!" Discord was holding Luffy back with a dog leash. The reason being that they had pranked Pinky Pie with a chocolate cloud that rains cotten candy, which Luffy wanted to eat.
Pinky rather enjoyed this prank, most of Sugarcube Corner was covered in cotten candy. The Cakes were a different story. "Pinky! There is cotten candy everywhere!"
"I know! isn't it great?! It's like pink fluffy heaven!" Pinky was bouncibg around the room in a combination of happiness and a sugar rush.
"Oh this prank is boring me. Next target Luffy. Luffy? Not again!" Luffy had once again attempted to charge at the cloud out of hunger. With a yank of the leash Discord dragged Luffy towards him, and teleported them out.
"Ahh! Why am I flying in reverse?!" Rainbow Dash was in a panic. The prank pulled on her reversed her flying direction.
"Why am I tangled in my own hair?" Rarity was trying to fend off her hair, which was attacking her.
"Dang it! I bet this is Discords doing! Only HE could cook up something like this!" Rainbow's voice was full of distain.
As the 2 friends struggled, 2 other friends were watching in the distance. "Oh Luffy isn't this fun? I'm so glad you came up with this idea. You have no idea how boring it gets without a bit of fun here and there."
"So who do we get next? Fluttershy?"
Luffy's question created a frown on Discord's face. "Hold your horses kiddo. Don't get me wrong, I like you. But if you prank so much as a hair on Fluttershy, I'll turn your skeleton from an innie to an outie."
"Ok ok fine. We won't prank her. So who is next?"
Applejack was walking along the trail alongside the river, on the way home from selling apples. "Sure wish Luffy took my offer. I could use help on the farm." As she thought to herself she noticed a flailing figure in the water. Applejack tried getting "What in tarnation? Is that Luffy?" Her expression went into panic. "Oh geez! Didn't Luffy mention he couldn't swim because of some weird fruit?! Hold on Luffy! I've got you!" She immediately ran and dived into the water, only to be stopped dead in her tracks mid dive. The water felt weird and thicker. It wasn't until she noticed Luffy had his hoof pointed at her frozen in a laugh, with Discord alongside him, that she realized what had happened: Luffy had intentionally jumped in the water, and had Discord turn the river into raspberry jello the moment Applejack touched the water. To say the least, Applejack was not amused, and gave Luffy a look that said she would kick his flank blue when they got out.
"Haha oh man we got you good Applejack!" Luffy was rolling alongsode the trail laughing.
"And just where do you get off pulling a stunt like that?!" Applejack was furious at being tricked like that.
"Oh come now Applejack, it's been a boring day for everypony. Me and Luffy are just livening the day up a bit. Isn't that right Luff-phht!" Discord's eyes bulged out of their sockets. Luffy in his hunger had eaten the now gelatinous river, and was bloated as wide as Discord was tall. "Wow! You my man are a riot!" He said playfully smacking Luffy on the back.
Applejack was a combination of annoyed, impressed, and weirded out. "I'm never gonna get used to this."
Nopony was safe from the duo's pranking. "Celestia? Sister? I think we have a problem." It was Princess Luna, although you wouldn't recognize her from how she looked. Thanks to some tea laced with poison joke, she and her sister had both their colors and abilities swapped.
Celestia was less than amused at the obviousness lf Luna's comment. "Yes I can tell. Discord must be at it again. I knew we shouldn't have drank that tea he left for us."
"Sister I think Discord may have a partner in crime. I saw him teleport outside the castle shortly after we had the tea, and a pony with a straw hat was with him."
Celestia was in shock. "You don't mean Luffy do you? What are they doing?"
"Nothing terribly harmful. It seems they are going on a pranking spree. We have complaints from many ponies about these 2."
Celestia gave a exasperated sigh. "This needs to stop. We need to contact Twilight and her friends, I think I know how to handle the situation. If everything goes right they will stop soon, and hopefully learn a lesson."
"Alright Discord who do we prank next?" Luffy was eager for some more fun, his simple mind completely blown out of telhe water by Discord's chaos.
"Why no pony. We have already pranked everypony in Ponyville."
"Speaking of Ponyville have you seen anything weird going on? Ever since we got Cheerlie I haven't seen anyone."
Discord was slightly suprised at at Luffy's statement, up until now he hadn't noticed the lack of ponies. "Really? Well now that you mention it, Ponyville does seem to have gone pony less."
Luffy tried looking around, and found nobody, growing annoyed. "This is weird! Where the hell is everybody?!"
"Oh come now Luffy you're overreacting. It isn't as though everypony suddenly dissapeared." His face turned to worry, as he looked around and saw no one as well. "Is it?"
"Well I don't know!" The duo started searching through Ponyville looking for anypony, but the place was like a ghost town. Luffy tried Sugarcube Corner "Pinky Pie! Hey you in here?!" His sense of worry had overriden his sense of hunger, ignoring the cotten candy around the place.
"Fluttershy, old buddy old pal! Are you there?" Discord was at Fluttershy's, but just like the rest of Ponyville it was empty.
"HEY isn't there anyone here?!" Luffy and Discord had searched and searched for hours until the moon was out, and yet found no signs of life. It was like everyone was just not there anymore. Thier search had taken them to the outskirts of town. Luffy sank to the ground on his knees. "What the hell is going on? Everybody is just gone."
Discord sat next to him. "Luffy. You don't think something happened to everyone do you?"
"I don't know." Luffy was growing grim. "All I wanted was to make the day a little less boring, have a little fun. I didn't think we would make everyone dissapear."
"I know how that feels. Even if I'm reformed, that doesn't mean I don't get chaotic urges. But what is the point when all your friends are gone?"
"Not all of them."
Discord was confused by Luffy's words. "What do you mean? Everyone we know is who knows where."
Luffy put on a small smile, and looked up at Discord. "Well. We're friends aren't we?"
Discord was touched by what Luffy said, his irises like dots, he put on the same smile as Luffy. "Oh. Well, I-I guess we are aren't we?" He wrapped an arm around Luffy. "Still I'd like to know what happened to everyone."
A voice from behind them suddenly made itself known. "You won't have to wonder about that for much longer." It was the voice of Celestia. As Luffy and Discord turned around they saw the Princesses, Mane 6, and half of Ponyville appear in a flash.
Discord was caught off guard by this, Luffy on the other hand was amazed at what just happened with stars in his eyes. "Woah how'd you do that?!"
Twilight spoke up. "We all got tired your pranking, so the Princesses called us up and had us place a mass invisibility spell on everypony in town."
"Yer pranks were getting out of hand so we made y'all think we dissapeared." Applejack said.
"To make you more considerate of your friends." Fluttershy added.
"Being a prankster myself I can enjoy a good prank, but you 2 went kinda crazy." Rainbow spoke next.
"We followed you everywhere watching you search for us. It was actually kinda funny." Pinky stated.
"Now can you please reverse the pranks?" Rarity pleaded. "I don't think my mane can take much more!"
"Hmm? Oh yes yes I should probably fix that." With a snap of his fingers the effects of Discord and Luffy's pranking dissapeared.
"Aww! I kinda liked cotten candy rain." Pinky groaned in dissapointment.
"I'm sorry everybody. Me and Luffy were just trying to brighten up our day. When you're a Spirit of Chaos, it is difficult to keep yourself under control. I suppose we did go too far with the pranking."
Celestia walked up to the duo with a stern yet compassionate smile. "It would seem you have learned a valuable lesson in friendship. What about you Luffy? Have you learned something?"
Luffy cocked his head to the side in confusion, unaware of what 'friendship lessons' are. Discord nudged him to get his attention *nudge* "Luffy didn't you learn anything about friendship? Being a better friend?"
"Oh thats what she meant! I guess I should have been more considerate to my friends, it's boring with no one around."
"A good prank can be super-duper fun, but not if it upsets people. Pinky spoke.
"If ya want to prank somepony thats fine. Next time y'all do this, can you please tone it down?" Applejack asked.
"Why yes of course everypony." Discord assured Applejack. "We never meant any real harm." Pinky came up to them with something in her hooves.
"Aw everything is alright now. Have some cake?"
Luffy's mouth became like a waterfall. "Cake?! I want some!" In that instant the cake began bubbling and deforming, before exploding over the duo covering them in cake.
"Surprise! It was a prank cake." Everypony started laughing.
Luffy took the prank in stride. "Haha! Oh man you got us good!"
"Oh yes, well I guess I can't say we didn't have that coming." Discord agreed. Everyoony laughed even harder.
When all is said and done, the joy of a prank is nothing compared to laughing with your friends. Luffy has a lot to learn about the magic of friendship, and he may just end up doing some teaching of his own. But can he take those lessons to heart and protect his friends from the upcoming threats to Equestria? We can only hope.

"Aw I don't wanna sunbathe! I want to go in the lake." It was a sunny day in Equestria, and Luffy and the Mane 6 were at the lake.
"Um you do realize your devil fruit makes you physically incapable of swimming right?" Twilight looked at Luffy with concern. Luffy stood at the lake's edge like an eager child. Finally Twilight gave in and managed to come up with a solution. "Ok Luffy how about this: I cast a barrier spell around your body to keep you from actually touching the water. Sound good?"
Luffy lit up and pulled Twilight into a bear hug. "Oh really? Thanks Twilight!"
"Luffy it's fine! But could you let go? You're crushing me." Luffy promptly let go. "Oh thank you Luffy. Luffy! Wait! I didn't cast the spell yet!" Luffy in his eagerness had assumed Twilight cast her spell, and had began running for the lake.
"*Gurgle* Help!." *SPLASH* Luffy was flailing in the water trying not to drown.
"You see Luffy this is why you wait before acting. Now let me pull out of the lake and we can-oh geez! Wait!" *SPLASH* Luffy in a panic had begun stretching his arms outwards trying to grab something, and that something happened to be Twilight. "Really? You really did that?" She asked deadpan as Luffy clung to her. With a flash of her horn a purple aura appeared around Luffy fitting his form, and blocking the water enabling him to swim.
"Sorry Twilight. I kinda panicked." Luffy said sheepishly.
Applejack who was also in the water approached the duo. "Haha! I swear Luffy yer as headstrong as Rainbow Dash, and crazy as Pinky Pie!"
"Hey! No pony is crazier than me!" Pinky Pie appeared from the waters surface.
"I'll take your word for it." Applejack replied.
Luffy hollered out to Rainbow, Fluttershy, and Rarity, who were relaxing in the sun. "Come on! The water is great!"
Rainbow replied back at him. "No thanks we're enjoying the sun!"
"Yeah speaking of which, I'd like to get out of the lake you dragged me into."
"Come on Twilight. Have some fun!" Luffy tried getting her to stay.
"Drying off is my idea of fun, I wanted to sunbathe with everypony else."
Pinky also tried convincing Twilight. "It's not like some swimming will kill ya. Unless of course you forget how to swim and suddenly sink."
"Thanks but no thanks."
Luffy sighed a got out of the water. "Oh well." He began running to the edge and jumped. "CANNONBALL!" The resulting splash got everypony.
"Hey! Watch the mane!" Rarity shouted annoyed.
"You call that a cannonball? THIS is a cannonball!" Pinky inexplicably appeared at the edge of the lake and jumped. The landing made all the water in the lake rocket upwards and back, making a splash of explosive proportions. Most of the ground around the lake was swamped with water, and most of the Mane 6 were knocked over by the water.
"Ah swear y'all, one day those 2 are gonna be the end of us." Applejack said in awe of. Pinky's cannonball.
The next morning was terribly cold. Yes Hearth's Warming Eve was a few days away. But Cloudsdale was late in producing winter, this winter came clear overnight without warning, and freezing like a raging blizzard, to say nothing of the massive snow cloud that seemed to stretch endlessly over the horizon. Twilight was running around the library trying to figure out the cause of this unnatural winter. "Keep calm Twilight." She reassured herself. "There has to be a book on this. There just has to be! Too bad I can't find it." *KNOCK KNOCK* "Oh who could that be?" She opened the door, and saw her friends outside.
"Guys you're here!" A voice came from upstairs. It was Luffy who came crashing down the stairs into everyone, knocking them outside. Everybody lying sprawl in the snow.
Rainbow got up first, and shook the snow off her. "Dude! It's freezing out here. A little warning next time?" Luffy hardly payed attention, and was playing in the snow making a snowpony, with Pinky joining in. Everybody else entered Golden Oaks to discuss the blizzard. Everypony was worried abkut the worsening blizzard.
Applejack spoke first. "Alright Twi this snowstorm is unlike anything we've ever seen before, it is getting dangerous with ice everywhere. Not even the pegasi can help. We were hoping you had some answers."
This got an outburst from Rainbow Dash. "Hey! It's not our fault! Everytime we kick a cloud, it pops back twice as big!"
"Well whatever the case is we need to-" Rarity attempted to speak, but was inturrupted by Luffy screaming. Everypony looked out the door window to witness the events unfurling.
"HEY! You big jerk!" Pinky had accidentally knocked over Luffy's snowpony. Luffy balled up some snow and flung it at Pinky, hitting her square in the face.
Pinky's reaction was to lick the snow from her face. With a massive grin on her face she replied to Luffy. "So it's a snowball fight you want huh? Fine by me!" She began chasing Luffy, throwing snowballs fast enough to make a machine gun jealous. The tables quickly turned when Luffy caught them and balled them up into one big snowball, and literally steamrolled her with it. Luffy stood victorious, only to see the snowball rise prompting him to bolt to the door. The moment he opened it Pinky was already on him, and smashed it on him, and the rest of the Mane 6 with the snowball, breaking it.
Luffy took his loss in stride. "Oh man, you totally get me!"
Everybody was less than amused at their antics. "Agh! It's minus 15 *C outside! How can you be so energetic in cold like this?" Rainbow questioned them.
Up until now Luffy had payed the cold no mind, it took Rainbow mentioning it for him to notice. "Oh wow you're right Rainbow Dash, it-it's s-so cold!" He and Pinky began shivering like the everybody else, arguably even worse.
"NOW you notice? Oh geez, this is gonna be a lonng day." Rainbow gave a sigh.
"Ahem!" Twilight got everyones attention, and gave her take on the situation. "I'm sorry girls but I haven't found anything in my books. I've looked through every book twice, and not one of them says anything about whats happening."
"Well there just has to be something we can do. As much as I hate to say it, perhaps Discord could undo it." Rarity suggested.
Luffy'sface twisted to one of his rare frowns, and he shouted louder than he normally did. "Hey Discord didn't do it! Celestia said so herself!"
"Indoor voice please!" Rarity, and everypony else covered their ears. "That was unnecessarily loud. I never accused Discord of anything. But be that as it may, Discord IS an reality warping spirit. Even if he isn't the cause he can still use his magic to make this unnatural blizzard go away."
Fluttershy spoke up. "I'm sorry but that won't work. Discord told me he was sent on a misson by Celestia. Something about a magic absorbing anomaly. He is on the borders of Equestria as we speak, searching for it."
"Well who needs him? If we rely on him for everything, we will go soft! We've survived Chaos Worlds, an Evil Shadow Pony, Nightmare Moon, and lets not forget The Changlings. An out of control blizzard is nothing for us, it's not as though it is threatening all of Equestria!" Rainbow Dash had a really bad habit of tempting fate, no sooner than she finished her speech, Spike burped up a letter from Princess Celestia. Everyone gave her a smirk. "You gotta be kidding me." 'Dear Princess Twilight I'm sure you and your friends have noticed the unusual weather. Go to the train Station in Ponyville, the train will arrive with me there, and then we will head to the Crystal Empire. This is of the upmost importance. -Princess Celestia-
"What is the Crystal Empire?"
"Oh it's only the most gorgeous place in all of Equestria!" Rarity informed him. "It isn't called the 'Crystal Empire' for nothing you know."
Twilight inturrupted. "Girls, and Luffy. We know what we have to do. If Princess Celestia thinks it is a problem, then it must be worse than we thought!"
"Yeah but what in tarnation does the Crystal Empire have to do with anything?" Applejack questioned.
"I don't know yet, we will just have to wait until we meet with Princess Celestia. We have to leave, otherwise we will miss the train.
"Hey thanks for the outfit Rarity!" Rarity had brought everybody winter wear. In Luffy's case it was a long winter coat with blue black horizontal stripes.
"Oh it was nothing Luffy, I couldn't just let my friends freeze." She paused and took a moment to admire her handiwork, among other things.
"I hope the train gets here quickly, quite a few ponies have been hospitalized due to the weather, to say nothing of the property damages happening. The sooner we get to the Crystal Empire, the sooner we can find out what is going on, and put a stop to it." Twilight's voice was full of conviction. As if answering her hopes the train arrived 20 seconds later, and they went on, bidding farewell to Ponyville. They saw Princess Celestia and Luna in the first train car, which had royal guard at the door. Their faces looked somber. Twilight's face began beaming despite the cold, and she ran up to her former teacher. Princess Celestia! Princess Luna!"
Celestia took off her saddened face and allowed a gentle smile to appear in it's place. "Twilight, Element Bearers, Straw Hat! It's wonderful to see you all. Please take a seat."
Everyone took a seat. Fluttershy started asking questions. "So uh Princesses do you know what is going on?"
Rainbow asked next. "Yeah what's up with his weather, and whats the Crystal Empire have anything to do with this?"
Celestia turned to face her questioners. "What doesn't it have to do with this? Look at the clouds, they are the same ones that surround the Crystal Empire, and now they are spreading across Equestria."
Applejack put up a concerned face, and added more questions. "Well do we have any idea what is making it happen?"
This time Luna spoke up, still retaining her somber face. "Who you mean."
Rainbow Dash spoke loudly. "Oh come on! no pony could be that powerful!"
"Black Ice is." Luna replied.
"Who the hell is Black Ice?" Luffy asked.
"Black Ice." Luna said his name with raw hatred, her sad face turning into a scowl. "An Evil Alicorn with and terrible powers over the forces of snow and ice. 1200 years ago he appeared, reawakened The Windigos, and is the source of the eternal storm that surrounds the Crystal Empire."
"Oh great. Another wack job who wants to rule over Equestria." Rainbkw said with sarcasm.
"Rule over it? Absolutely not. He would love nothing more than to turn Equestria into a frozen wasteland. Encasing everything and everypony in ice. He is a twisted monster who cares not for life, with a mind as fragile as the ice he makes. Me and my sister threw him in Tartarus, he must have escaped when Cerberus left his post."
1200 years ago. "HAHAHAHAHAHAH!" A beam of ice and magic came from a horn, freezing an army of pegasi. The horn was half organic, half ice with the organic part seemingly broken off where the ice portion began, nerves visibly pulsing inside the horn. "Keep charging fools! I'll turn this land into ice, and DESTROY IT!" It was Black Ice, with a ghostly white coat, and a cutie mark that represented a potion bottle. His mane and tail like ice, and his wings made of ice, with visible wing bones inside it. "This place doesn't DESERVE TO EXIST! Your rulers are traitors who would throw you away!" He began gathering up all the snow in the area for miles and started condensing it in a bomb like ball. "With this Equestria will become a land of ice! Incapable of life!" The ball began expanding as more snow hit it, all seemed lost. But before it could do anything a blast of blue magic hit Black Ice square in his neck, making him lose focus and dropping the ball on him. It was Princess Luna. "PRINCESSES! AFTER WHAT YOU DID YOU DARE COME HERE?!"
"SILENCE!" Luna wore a heavy scowl, her eyes narrowed like a viper ready to strike. "We did nothing to thou! It will be you who pays! For what you tried to do to Equestria! For awakening the Windigos! For the taking of me and my sisters precious student!"
"Ragh! SHUT UP!" The mention of 'student' made Black Ice go ballistic. He stood on his hind legs slammed his front hooves into the ground sending ice spikes straight for Luna, who flew upwards. "Don't try to run Luna!" At his command the spikes shot upwards, and gave chase. She dodged one in an elegant spin, blasted a few with her magic. They still gave chase, and there were dozens, but it wasn't over. Luna made a downwards dive and allowed the remaining spikes to catch up, teleporting at the last second making the spikes shatter against the ground. Her teleport got her right behind Black Ice, and she blasted him in the back. Luna made an approach. "Agh! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO!" A miniature twister of snow surrounded him, and exploded outwards knocking Luna back. "HERE! A gift of mine!" He threw a vile of green liquid hitting Luna. "Doesn't it hurt? It'll increase your nervous systems sensitivity. Don't forget that ice isn't my only talent!" He proudly looked at his cutie mark, which signified a knack for potion making. "Next time think before you fight!"
Despite the cold hutting her ever harder Luna merley gave a smug smirk as she stood back up. "Whoever said we were fighting? I was just holding you back, until my sister got here." She promptly teleported away from Black Ice leaving him confused.
"Ahg whats that blinding light?" To his horror it was none other than Princess Celestia herself, flying above in front of the very Sun. "YOU!" He shrieked with fury and fear. Celestia spoke not a word, and the light seemed to grow brighter condensing itself in an orange ray around Black Ice. With temperatures hotter tban the surface of the Sun the snow melted instantly and the ground too under the heat of solar flare. "YAAAAHHH! IT'S LIKE AN INFERNO!" Black Ice was horribly burned with his with his wings partly melted, exposing the bone, as he tried to regenerate. Black Ice began rolling in pain. "IT'S HOT! MY SKIN FEELS LIKE IT'S MELTING! HOW COULD SUNLIGHT BE DOING THAT?!" It was all over Celestia appeared beside him as he got up for one last attack, and Luna appeared on the other side. Both princesses formed an energy ball representing their celestial bodies, and fired them at Black Ice resulting in a powerful explosion that could be mistaken for an eclipse. The dust settled. He was barley alive. "First you throw me away, then you try to kill me when I fight back. And to think I thought my heart was made of ice."
Celestia spoke as he lost consciousness. "I don't know why you did what you did, but we did nothing to you. We don't even know you. You will be living in Tartarus for the rest of your days for your crimes."
"Woah you beat him with sunlight? Thats so cool!" Luffy was amazed at their story.
"Princess you mentioned a student of yours?" Twilight asked. Celestia's face lost it's luster becoming pale, and sad.
Luna spoke. Her voice stern, yet pleading. "Please don't ask such questions, that is an bad memory for us, one that we can't bear without tears."
"So what?" Luffy's voice questioned her.
"So what? We're princesses. It's expected of us not to lose compusure. We must remain strong for our subjects."
Luffy was fuming at this and hollered. "THATS SO STUPID!" His sudden change in tone caught everypony off guard. The guards themselves flinched. "So because your princesses you can't cry when you feel like it? Don't be so stupid! Who cares if you're princesses?! That doesn't mean you can't act like a person. It's not weak to show your feelings!"
There was a few moments of stunned silence. "Luffy." Twilight gave an whisper.
Luna attempted speech, attempting to keep calm, although Luffy's words had rocked everypony. "Luffy I don't think you understa-"
Celestia inturrupted her sister with an amused smile. "Straw Hat Luffy. For someone who carries themselves as an fool, you have more wisdom than meets the eye. You're quite the enigma aren't you?"
"I'm just saying what I think." Luffy responded.
"If you really wish to know about 'the student', then fine I'll tell you. Frosty Hearth. His name was Frosty Hearth. He was a young unicorn colt in the Crystal Empire, who lived on the streets, due to the orphanage being too full. He wasn't just a student, he was the very first one. Me and Luna were on a trip there when we saw him, playing with the snow. Of course most ponies in his area could do the same, but the way he did it was so beautiful, and elegant. It was so trance like, few ponies were that skilled at it. We walked up and spoke with him. I suppose we made an impression on him, because we caught him following us when we left. I guess he left an impression on us too, so we offered to make him our student. He lived with us for 3 years before that fateful day today. Celestia's voice began breaking, her eyes watering.
"Sister." Luna said mornfully.
"On the way to the Crystal Empire a strong wind conjured by Black Ice knocked Frosty out of the chariot, and into the valley below." Tears now streamed down her face. "We searched for months before realizing the truth, and yet even still I held some hope that he might be out there."
"So what's so important about this Frosty Hearth guy?" Luffy questioned. "I bet you had dozens of apprentices before."
Luna answered his question with a frown. "Frosty was our very first student. It was our first time taking somepony into our personal care. We were young, and new to it. We were with him most of the time, and did almost everything together." She paused before speaking again, her voice cracking. "I guess after all that time spent with him, he dug his way into our heart's."
Both of the princesses were lightly crying, a few tears streamed down Fluttershy and Pinky's face, while Rarity held back a sob. "Good job, you made the princesses cry!" Rainbow sarcastically told Luffy, who remained calm the whole time.
"It's fine. This is something they need."
"Oh what? to relive a bad memory?"
"No. To relive it with their friends. They need to let it out with people they care about." His words once again caught everypony off guard. Everyone just sat for the rest of the trip, pondering this new information, little words were said afterwords.
"Hey what the hell is this?!" Luffy was dreaming again. Inside he felt deathly cold, ice was everywhere. He saw a vision of a pale alicorn covered in ice. "Huh? It's Black Ice! Come here, I'll kick your ass! Gomu Gomu no Pistol! " Luffy stretched out his arm, slung it forwards, crashing through Black Ice. "Ha! Got you! Huh?" The broken pieces of Black Ice began reforming, this time in the shape of Twilight, only frozen. Horror came through Luffy, his ears drooping. "Twilight? Hey whats wrong with you?" He placed his hooves over Twilight, searching for life. Luffy suddenly heard the crackling of ice behind him, and turned around to see 8 more visions of Black Ice. "What the? One of you has to be real! Gomu Gomu no Gattling! " The Black Ice visions all shattered and reformed, each reformation taking the shape of one of Luffy's friends, completely frozen. The mane 5, the princesses, and Discord. Luffy dropped to his knees. What is going on around here?" Ice began forming around him as well as he grew sadder, and angrier.
"Luffy." A voice called out for him. "Luffy! Wake up!" The voice came again, this time more forceful. LUFFY!!!
Luffy's eyes shot open, blinded by light momentarily. He could feel himself being held down, he tried struggling, but relaxed when he heard familiar voices. "Luffy it's alright." Luffy looked around. There were dents in the car, his the Mane 6 were holding him down, everybody had worried expressions, and the guards were knocked out.
"Woah what happened?" Luffy asked as his friends let him go.
"You happened sugarcube." Applejack spoke to him. "You started flailing an muttering in your sleep. You started attacking everypony, saying something about Black Ice."
Twilight spoke next. "Luna tried entering your dreams, but you ended up punching at her everytime she got near you." Luffy took a look at Luna who had bruises on her body.
"Oh uh, sorry about that." Luffy said sheepishly while rubbing the back of his head.
"It's fine, your actions weren't on purpose." She reassured him.
"Yeah you were going crazy! And not the fun kind!" Pinky added.
"Luffy what did you see?" Twilight asked Luffy.
Luffy took a moment to catch his breath and recalled his dream to his friends. "You were all frozen, I thought you were all dead!" Luffy proclaimed ending his story with his eyes growing wet.
Celestia put a hoof over his shoulder. "Luffy it's fine, it was a dream nothing more. We were worried for you too. It's rare for ponies to have night terrors this bad. The important thing is that you are ok."
"Do you think my dream meant something?" Luffy asked.
Celestia took a pause, then sighed. "Who knows. Some dreams are foretelling of things yet to pass. In your case I would hope it isn't, for the sake of everypony."
Luffy wiped his face, and regained his smile. "Well alright then! Let's keep going to the Crystal Empire!"
"Actually." Celestia spoke. "We are already here. Welcome to the Crystal Empire."
Luffy took a look outside the window, and saw a glimpse of a glorious city full of beautiful crystals. His eyes full of wonder at the sight. "Woah. Awesome." He said in a whisper.

As everybody got off the train Luffy damn near bolted into the city on his own, and would have to if not for Applejack holding him by the tail at the last second. "Now look here Luffy I get that you're the excitable type, but could you for once control yourself?" It was difficult convincing him, Luffy was quite possibly the only pony with less self control than Pinky.
Yet despite making a promise not to go anywhere, somepony caught his attention. It was a light purple mare in a cloak who had been on the train in a separate car. Luffy in particular was an idiot to say the least, but had incredible instincts about people, and this pony was really setting them off. He felt like she was someone important, and so Luffy slunk away from the group to follow her. "Huh? Is anyone there?" The cloaked mare turned around when she thought she was alone, yet hearing something. "Must have been my mind playing tricks. YIKES!" When she turned her head forwards she saw Luffy nose to nose from her face. In her shock she jumped backwards.
Luffy didn't seem to notice her shock, and went up to her. "Hi my name is Luffy. What's yours?" He put on his big grin, and extended his hoof out. The mare cautiously looked at him. He seemed friendly enough.
"I uh, don't feel comfortable giving out my name." The mare said looking for a chance to run.
Luffy put on a frown and sighed, dissapointed. "Can you at least tell me why you are here?"
"Why do you care?" She asked backing up into a wall.
"Shishishishi! You're funny!" His laugh was kind and friendly. "I like you."
She was stunned by his demeanor. He didn't seem at all suspicious or threatening. If anything he seemed childlike and curious, and now wanted to be her friend. Maybe she could trust him, she allowed her naivety get the better of her. "Let's say I'm her to help a friend." She still carried suspicions, and told him little.
Luffy carried a smile. "Really? Who is he? Do you want any help?"
"Um no. I don't think you'd like him. He is um...different from the average pony."
Luffy just let out another laugh. "Oh it's fine! I'm friends with all kinds of weirdos. There is this walking skeleton, a cyborg, a racoon dog, and this weird snake guy. Maybe your friend would want to be friends with me?" His words caught her off guard, not too many ponies would want to be friends with the person she wanted to help.
"No I don't think so. He is a little unstable to say the least. But I know I can help him!" Her voice was full of conviction and determination.
Luffy placed hoof on her shoulder smiling. "Man I thinks it's cool you want to help your friend so badly. I know how you feel. I hope you succeed." The mare smiled back, but jumped when Luffy started screaming. "OH CRAP!" He was freaking out.
"Hey whats wrong?" She asked worriedly.
"Oh man oh man! I promised my friends I wouldn't get seperated, and here I am!" He placed his hoofs on the mare's shoulders. "Do you know where the big Crystal Castle thing is?" She akwardly pointed to the obvious spire that could be seen from across the city. "Oh man thanks! It was nice meeting you!" He shouted as he ran towards the spire.
The mare still felt shaken by his outburst, but managed a small smile. "It was good meeting you too." She said in a whisper.
"I can't believe that fool bolted into the city on his own! I knew we shoulda put leash on him like we did in Canterlot!" Rainbow shouted, and occasionally flew upwards scanning for Luffy.
"Oh Dashie, I'm sure he didn't mean it. Maybe he just got lost." Fluttershy tried reassuring her friend.
"It isn't easy to blame him. This place gets more gorgeous with every visit!" Rarity said.
"Except we aren't here for visits, we are here on urgent business." Twilight reminded.
"When are we not?" Spike asked in his usual snark.
"Which reminds me. Why are we here? Shouldn't we be searching for Black Ice?" Applejack questioned as they followed Celestia to the location of the Crystal Heart.
"We won't search for him, we will get him to come to us." Celestia answered. "Black Ice wants to freeze everything and everypony in Equestria, and that includes the Crystal Empire. But thanks to the Crystal Heart, any freezing he does to the Crystal Empire won't be permanant. We'll activate the Crystal Heart, which will attract Black Ice to it's location, and he will try to destroy it."
"And we will be waiting for him." A different voice spoke, it was Discord.
"Discord! You're back!" Fluttershy's face beamed as she hugged her friend.
Discord had a look of confusion "Oh I uh it's good to see you too miss...?" This shocked everypony.
"Um hello? Fluttershy?" Rainbow answered angered. "I know you're a jerk but could you at least remember the name of your friend?"
"Well excuuuse me. All that searching in the snow for the magic anomaly has made me a bit sick, and it's difficult to remember things lately." He began appearing slightly green.
"Oh trust me you're sick alright." Everypony was a bit wary of this change. Celestia and and Luna exchanged glances, and their Luna entered the room to the Crystal Heart on her own. After a few minutes she came back, and they started leading everyone to the Crystal Heart room, where Cadance and Shining Armor were waiting.
"Princess Cadance!" Twilight shouted, and ran up to her sister in-law, and they did their greeting. "Sunshine, sunshine, ladybugs awake. Clap your hooves and do a little shake!"
"Twily! It's so wonderful to see you again!" Shining Armor called out to his sister.
"Hello bbbff!" Twilight ran up and nuzzled him. It's been some time since we have seen each other."
"Yeah well not as long as the last time." He said remembering the events of the changeling invasion.
"A heartwarming scene to be sure. But in case you forgot, we have a psychotic ice pony to stop." Discord's comment earned many a glares.
"He has a point. We can't let Black Ice run around." For whatever reason, Celestia's mention of the name made Discord twitch his eye in annoyance. "We need to activate it now."
"I have already prepared the Crystal Fair. Everypony is ready waiting to activate the Crystal Heart." Cadance assured Celestia.
"Well alright then, let's do this!" Rainbow Dash shouted as the Heart began spinning faster and faster. As the heart began powering up, a smug grin appeared on Discord's face, and he placed a frozen hand on Fluttershy, freezing her solid. "DISCORD! What have you done to Fluttershy?!"
Discord began glowing blue, catching everyone off guard, and turned to face Celestia and Luna with a sadistic smirk on his face. He spoke, but with a different voice. "Hello Princesses! Miss me?" His blue form glowed brighter, and brighter before bursting outwards in an explosion of frost.
Celestia gasped and managed to utter 2 words before freezing. " Black I-" With everything frozen Discord flicked the frozen Crystal heart off it's pedestal, breaking it. "Ooopsie. Did I do that? Oh well." His form began twisting and melting. Discords body now looked like ice, and further melted revealing a pony with wings and horn of ice.
The pony reveled in his victory, before turning to Celestia's frozen form. "Princesses...MY NAME IS NOT BLACK ICE! Thats just a name you came up with! Don't worry, I froze you just enough that you can see and hear me. Man oh man you sure are gullible, I'd never be capable of doing this to Celestia of all ponies in a straight up fight, too bad this isn't a straight up fight. Wish I could have gotten your rubber friend too. But I have plans for him." He held up a potion that was a sickly yellow. "Oh and don't even think of using your magic! My stay in Tartarus has given me time to meditate on my powers, and through meditation, discover abilities I never knew I had. This includes the power to freeze anything. Yes literally anything, including magic. Yes I literally froze your magic, can you believe it?"
He walked around, and turned to the frozen Twilight. "Aw look at you! You're trying to figure out how I did all this." He said with mockingly. "Let's say I made a deal with a certain Centaur. He causes a magic disturbance, attracts Discord, and badda bing I freeze him after putting down Discord. Wonder how? I've been watching your adventures with scrying spells. I've been planning this for a very long time.
Black Ice shot a look at Twilight and Cadance. "Imagine my surprise when I find out the "Master of Chaos" can get sick by tatzlwurm snot. Oh he might be unkillable, but Discord can be temporarily slowed down. I may have milked some snot from the tatzlwurm in preparation for Discord.
All that is left to do is wait for your new friend, and then I can eliminate the last wrench in my plan. It should be quite a while before he gets he-WHAT THE? Black Ice was wrong, Luffy had seen the entire thing, and was already throwing an attack. Black Ice barley managed to get out of the way of the stretching hoof. "Straw Hat! You're early!" He gave a sneer.
Luffy stood outside the Crystal Heart room His face livid. "I found you Ice Jerk! Now I'm gonna kick your ass!"

Who is Black Ice? The Shocking Truth
"Aw man where is the spire? I can't believe I lost sight of it!" He pointed his hoof at a random bypasser. "Hey! Where is the big spire?"
"It's a few blocks straight to the left." He responded.
"Yosh! Thanks!" And Luffy ran to the right.
"Hey! The spire is that way!" The stallion shouted, pointing his hoof in the right direction.
"Oh thanks!" Luffy ran in the direction to the spire.
"What an odd pony." The stallion thought to himself.
"Gotta find the spire! Gotta find the spire! Alright! There it is! Wha?" Luffy stopped dead in his tracks, and saw an odd looking alicorn, surrounded by ice statues that Luffy recognised as his friends. Rage began curdling inside Luffy. "Bastard! Hurting my friends! Gomu Gomu no Pistol! "
The alicorn shot his head in Luffy's direction in response to Luffy's attack, and jumped out of the way. "Straw Hat! You're early!"
"I found you Ice Jerk! Now I'm gonna kick your ass!"
Back to the present. "Ah ah. Temper temper Straw Hat. You wouldn't want to hit one of your friends by accident." Black Ice chided Luffy trying to egg him on.
"Then I'll have to make sure my punches miss them! Gomu Gomu no... " Luffy began twisting his arm.
"As if you could hurt me." Bmack Ice spat, and let Luffy attack.
"RIFLE! " The attack seemingly made contact, but instead phased right through Black Ice. Luffy gave him a look of confusion. "Huh? what did you do?"
"I expected more from you, but if this is the best you can offer, I should freeze you right now!" Black Ice suddenly appeared inside the snow beneath Luffy, attempting an ambush. But Luffy's keen senses let him know what happened, and smashed Black Ice with his left hoof. Once again the attack went right through him, and Black Ice was a swirling cloud of ice. "You can't hurt me idiot! I've learned how to turn my body into pure arctic clouds! My time in Tartarus has allowed me to ponder on my powers, and discover their true abilities! How can you hurt a cloud of ice?" He asked smirking at Luffy.
Luffy gave a smirk of his own. "So you're like a logia huh?" Luffy bent his knees. "I bet I can hurt you with heat!" Luffy began pumping his legs. "Gear Second! Gomu Gomu no Firestarter! " Luffy pressed his hoofs together, and began rubbing them against each other at such speed that his legs couldn't be seen anymore.
"Huh? I don't understand, are you trying to confuse me or something? Whats up with the steam kiddo?" His face contorted in confusion, then shock at the sight. "Hm?! Um ok what am I looking at?"
"Alright you Ice Jerk let's see you phase through this! Fire Luffy! " Luffy had used Gear Second to increase his speed, and ignite his hoofs through friction. "If you're anything like a logia then you should take damage from your elemental weakness." Luffy stopped and took a look at his hoofs, realizing exactly what he just did, as the fire spread to his coat. "OH CRAP! I SET MYSELF ON FIRE!" He started screaming like a mad man, and running circles. "AAAHHH! HOT!HOT!HOT!HOT!HOT!HOT!HOT!" He ran into a building knocking snow on him.
Black Ice was just dumbfounded, even the frozen statues had somehow facehoofed at Luffy's sheer lunacy. "Are you kidding me?"
The snow rumbled and burst outward with Luffy standing without his coat. "I'm not joking around here! I'm always serious when I fight!"
Black Ice was less than amused his ears drooped, and his tail began twitching. In a completely deadpan tone asked if he was finished. "So um yeah...are you done? I have a country to freeze." Snow began piling around Luffy. "To think I actually saw you as a threat. Hey! Where did you go?!"
Luffy appeared behind him still in Gear Second. "Jet Stamp " The attack yet again passed through Black Ice. "Hey! Get back here!" Black Ice looked around searching for Luffy, and caught a glimpse of him. "How are you teleporting?! You aren't a unicorn!" He let out a breath of frozen wind, covering things in ice, but Luffy's speed let him escape. Black Ice grew annoyed, and blasted out a wave of snow. "RAAGH! KNOCK IT OFF!"
"Woah what was that?!" It was the cloaked mare Luffy met from earlier, she too had been heading for the spire, and was barely out of range of the ice wave. She attempted to use her unique magic on a few ponies, freeing them. "Oh this is bad! This is really really bad! You need to get out of here!" Some ran, but a few stopped.
"Hey thanks!" A few of them uttered. "But what about that guy? He is spreading ice and snow everywhere?" They pointed to Black Ice.
The mare was fearful. "I-I don't know!"
The blast wave was fast, and powerful, many bystander ponies were frozen solid, but Luffy was too fast, and blasted a safe hole through the wave with a Gomu Gomu no Jet Cannon. "Got any more tricks?" He asked mockingly.
"Oh I've got plenty! Ice tendrils formed around Luffy and attempted to stab at him. Luffy ran, and ran, constantly dodging the tendrils, as one after another popped up after him, before slamming into a wall of ice. While trying to dodge the tendrils luffy hadn't noticed Black Ice's trap. "Suprise suprise!" The wall grabbed Luffy and took the form of Black Ice. "Haha oh man you ice tentacles did great distracting him, now get impaled!" He crossed his hoofs together and the ice tedrils came crashing into Luffy, stabbing multible parts of his body, leaving him blood spattered. He held up Luffy with an ice tendril face to face, grinning like a sadist. "See kiddo, this is what happens when you mess with me! Once I finish you off no one will stop me from devastating these lands. After all these years I'll finally have my revenge for the way Celestia and Luna treated me! Goodb-OOF!" Luffy had punched him in the chest while he was ranting, not in cloud form.
""Grrr!" *SMASH!* While Black Ice was recoiling, Luffy used soru, and smashed Black Ice in the face, senting him flying in front of the pedestal of the Crystal Heart. Luffy crossed the distance with ease and appeared above Black Ice "Now Gomu Gomu no... " His legs stretched backwards.
Black Ice had just enough time to look up in horror. "Ah! He is too fast, I can't turn to cloud fast enough!"
"JET BAZOOKA! " The impact hit Black Ice right in the stomach, sending small cracks through the floor. "Now Gomu Gomu no... "
"Hold it!" Black Ice managed to teleport in a puff next to Twilight, allowing some of the ice to melt from her head down to her neck. "Take another step and she dies. It'll be easy, I just have to send an ice spike right through her ears, and....well....I'm sure you can figure out the rest!" Luffy stopped dead in his tracks, at his friend being threatened.
"Agh! YOU COWARD!" Twilight shrieked at him.
Black Ice had an amused look, and sneered at her. "Um yeah ok, and your point is...? Look I don't have time for this. You. Straw Hat." He pointed his hoof at Luffy. "I'm giving you an ultimatum: Drink this nifty little potion, and I won't hurt your friends." He levitated a sickly yellow bottle in front of Luffy.
"Don't do it Luffy!" Twilight called out to him. "Who knows what he put in that potion!"
"Oh it's nothing special! It'll just slowly freeze every bodily fluid you have over the course of 10 agonizing hours. Doesn't that sound fun? C'mon. Admit it. It sounds fun doesn't it?"
"And if I don't?" Luffy said fuming.
"Oh. Well then I kill all your friends, and force feed you the potion anyway. Listen kid, I'm not playing games, I'm here for revenge, and if I have to freeze over Equestria to do it then I'm gonna do just that. Now drink the potion or your friends die! I'm a phycho, but this phycho is a man of his word."
Luffy thought it over, his face crumpled into a frown, before he gripped the potion. Twilight's face went pale, and her ears dropped. "No Luffy don't do it!" But her pleas were ignored, and Luffy gulped down the potion. Tears streamed down her face, and she managed only a whisper. "Please no." Black Ice kept his smug grin the whole time. Luffy finished the bittle and dropped it.
"Wonderful!" Black Ice said with glee, and he clapped his front hoofs together sending fourth a wave of snow. Everypony was unfrozen save for Ice Yokes around their necks, and now there was a dome of ice surrounding them all.
"Hey! What gives? You promised you wouldn't hurt the-" His eyes turned to pinpricks, and the veins in his eyes turned blue. Luffy covered his ears as they rang, and his blood began to crystallize. "Cough! Cough!" Ice shards came out of his mouth as he coughed, and Luffy dropped to the frozen floor pale, and breathing heavily.
"LUFFY!" Twilight shrieked and ran to him. "Get up! Please!" Her tears kept falling on him, freezing as they made contact with his skin.
"You're right Straw Hat! I did promise not to hurt your friends, and I didn't! Those yokes are made of the same ice that is freezing their magic. All I did was give your friends accessories! That isn't 'hurting' anypony. Like I said I'm a man of my word, my EXACT word that is! Hahaha!"
"What did you do to him?" Rainbow snarled as she struggled to get up.
"I did nothing but give him a drink. This is doing something!" Black Ice sent an ice cloud at Luffy, making him freeze even more, causing ice to cover his right hoof, and half of his face.
"Hey leave him alone you jerk!" Rainbow rushed to Luffy's side and kicked it making it pop. "Lay off! You got what you wanted!"
"H-h-how'd you do that?" Luffy questioned weakly.
"Dude! I'm a pegasus, messing with the weather is what we do." Rainbow gave off a warm grin. She spoke in one of her rare soft voices. "H-hey man look it'll be alright. We'll find a way out of this. Me and my buds have gotten through worse than this."
"Have we though?" Pinky Pie asked. "I mean everyone has their magic frozen, and these things on our necks pop back on when we take them off."
"Way to kill the moment." Rainbow said with sarcasm.
"No more speaking! This farce has gone on long enough. I am tired of playing this game! You do what you want, I'm going to watch the world freeze! At long last the Princesses will suffer for their sins against me! Oh, and some friendly advice: Don't even bother trying to bust the ice dome. This stuff is so hard, it makes diamond look like wet paper.
He started to walk and made an exit hole, but was stopped by words alone. These words struck a chord in him, and made him angry. The words were from a yellow pegasus. "How could you?" Her words were full of dissapointment. "This place is your home, and you want to kill it? Why would you throw this place away? What did this place ever do to you?"
Black Ice turned around with a psychotic grin. This one was different from the others. The others were ones of sadism, but this one was absolutely freaky. This was the grin of a man so angry, that all he could do is smile. "Do you have any idea what it's like, little filly? To have a family? Imagine getting seperated from your family, and then experiencing excruciating pain. Horrific pain, like a branding iron to the brain." He looked at Celestia and Luna. His voice then became a loud snarl, and he got uncomfortably close to Fluttershy's face. "Then after finally finding said family, enduring all that pain just for them, you discover they replaced you?! AS IF I WERE SOME, SOME, SOMETHING " Fluttershy was visibly shook. "YOU!" He pointed an accusing hoof at Celestia and Luna. "YOU REPLACED ME! YOU ABANDONED ME!"
Everyone, especially the Princesses were confused. Celestia questioned him. "What are you talking about? We never even met outside of combat."
"Are you joking me?!" Black Ice shrieked, almost insulted. He teleported between the 2 princesses, wrapping his cold wings around them. "NEVER MET?! Lady! Who is the one pony you knew with ice magic?! Well go on! TELL ME!" The sister's hung their heads in sadness, unable to answer.
"Frosty Hearth. They knew Frosty Hearth." Twilight answered for them.
"Thats right! Somepony give brainiac a prize!"
"Except you killed him." Luna said with resentment. Her face churning with anger.
Black Ice started howling with laughter. "Ha! Haha! Hahahahahahaha! Just who do you think I am?" He blew a breath of frost on the ground, cauzing it to freeze forming a glass like surface, and making a mist appear. The mist began to dissapear, and began forming letters which turned to 4 words. 4 simple words that changed everything they knew about 'Black Ice.'
"I "
"No way" Rainbow whispered.
"AM "
"Can't be..." Applejack denied, dumbfounded.
"FROSTY HEARTH "
"Frosty! Y-you're alive?!" Celestia and Luna asked with tears running down their faces.

A Tragic Misunderstanding
"I AM FROSTY HEARTH " The words burned themselves into everybody's eyes as they tried to wrap their heads around this new information. The Mane 6 Cadance, and Shining Armor just sat with their jaws open, and wide eyed staring blankly at the words. Even Luffy was taken aback by this reveal. Meanwhile Celestia and Luna looked just looked straight Frosty with faces mixed with happiness, anger, saddness, and fear, wondering just what happened to him.
"F-Frosty?! B-but this can't be! You, he...died." Celestia said, not believing him.
"We first met when I was performing tricks with snow, and I slipped on ice crashing into you." Frosty replied with a deadpan look, recalling their first meeting.
Celestia nearly teared up, and began walking up to him. "Frosty? It really is you..." Any anger held by the princesses was replaced by joy at the revelation of Frosty being alive. She attempted to put a hoof on his shoulder, only for Frosty to freak out. Rearing backwards, he slammed his hoofs down. As he did so, he charged his horn, and upon hitting the ground, blasted Celestia into the dome with a snow blast, cracking it.
"DON'T YOU TOUCH ME!" Frosty roared ferociously, his smug grin completely upside down contorted in anger. "Is this some kind of joke? You honestly think after everything you did, I want your affection?!"
Everybody gasped in horror at his outburst.
"You brute! She thought you were dead! She was so happy to see you, and you just blast her?!" Rarity gritted her teeth at Frosty, who had so heartlessly slammed his teacher into a wall. She quickly lost her bravado when Frosty teleported in right in front of her, sneering.
"It's nothing she didn't deserve!" His face was full of anger and hurt. His ghost pale body up close emitted a deathlike cold, as his anger grew.
"And just what DID she do to deserve this?" Frosty turned around at the sound of Twilight's voice. "What could she have possibly done to you?" Twilight's voice was full of both resentment, and desire for understanding.
"I told you already they threw me away like trash! I fell into the mountain valley below outside the Empire, and crawled back to the Crystal Empire. Despite my injuries, I made it in time for Hearth's Warming Eve, at the Crystal Palace, where the Princesses stayed. When I went to see then, what did I see? I saw them with somepony else! She and Luna were nuzzling, and playing with a young little filly, just as they did with me! It was like they forgot about me, like everything we had was some sick joke! They never even knew I was there! They replaced me like I was some broken toy!"
"What are you talking about? We had guards searching everywhere for you! It took years for us to accept your so-called death! We never forgot about you!" Luna shouted at him in a tone of confusion and determination.
"LIAR! Frosty shrieked. "I didn't see any guards searching for me! You never cared for me, it was just a big lie, I know what I saw! I won't be tricked by the likes of you! I've seen what you 2 really are: Lying little manipulators thats what! Always using kind motherly words laced with half truths to manipulate innocent ponies like chess pieces. A world so easily manipulated doesn't deserve existence."
"Don't talk about the princesses like that!" Twilight shouted, trying to step forwards. "They always cared deeply about their subjects."
This got a giggle out of Frosty. "Heh heh. You still think they are some heroes? Poor poor Twilight, so caught up in worshipping the princesses that you don't see them for who they really are. Luna, and especially Celestia have been controlling you all along. Just look at your life up till now. Don't believe me? Take a look at how you met your friends! That wasn't destiny, that was Celestia using you to get her sister back. She deliberately withheld information for her own gain, and used you to get what she wanted."
Twilight contorted her face in confusion, and spoke up. "How could you possibly know that? You were in Tartarus until Cerberus left his post!"
"Oh is that so sparklebutt? Fun fact: I escaped years ago, way before you and your friends came along. Any cage will break if you smack it enough times. I would have attacked sooner, but a millenia of no magic tends to put one out of practice, I had to hide and re-learn a few tricks before I tried anything. I've had plenty of time to catch up, and observe recent events, a certain mare and a mirror comes to mind. Glad to know I'm not the only pony to see Celestia for who she is."
"Sunset saw the error of her ways and learned the values of friendship, and so could you if you would just let go if this irrational hatred of the princesses!" Twilight retorted.
"I don't want your stinkin friendship you loon! What I WANT is to make the princesses suffer. And the best way to do that is to force them to watch as I make their kingdom crumble beneath their feet! WHY would I want to be friends with ponies so easily manipulated? WHY would I want to crawl back to the Princesses who abandoned me?"
There was a dead silence for a few moments. "Frosty...w-what happened to you?" Celestia tried standing up. "We truly don't know what you're talking about. You call yourself Frosty Hearth, yet you are nothing like the one we knew! What have you done to yourself?" She understood so little of his past, and so badly wanted to understand what he was talking about.
Frosty was shocked and amused, and wore a falsely warm smile. "You really don't know what you did do you?" He spoke ever so softly. "How funny. Are you really so ignorant that you know nothing of what you did to me?" His horn began glowing and crackling with magic, and his smile turned to a small frown. "Fine then! If you are so desperate then see for yourself what you did to me! The 2 of you, and Equestria threw me away like I was worthless junk! Well. Now it's my turn! Enjoy a trip down memory lane!" His horn made a flash of light that enveloped everybody.
"What did you to us?!" Rainbow snarled, trying to keep balance, but like with everyone else, it was pointless. Legs weakened, and vision blurred.
"Ah don't know but I'm feeling a bit... woozy...ugh!" Applejack's vision blurred until all she saw was white, and she fell to the floor alongside everybody.
Frosty took one melancholic look at the unconscious group before teleporting outside the ice dome to begin his frozen devestation of Equestria.
