Cobalt Blue was a talented flier, a hard worker and an all-round good guy, with a beautiful, smart girlfriend. But when he gets a chance to be a wonder-bolt, he must either leave her behind, or take the new opportunity. He choses fame, and though he gets what he dreamed of as a young colt, a part of his heart is still missing.

14 years later, after retiring from the wonder-bolts, he still misses his old love deeply, but he knows he cant return to her. So, he tries not to think of her, but when a young mare arrives in his town, claiming to be his daughter, he is forced to face his mistakes in order to move forward.
