Origin of the Empire- The Great Division

Creos, soon to be capital of the Creon Empire.

During the month of July, the ever-growing conflict with the Zebraca Kingdoms to the south. begin taking a toll on the old Empire as both Commanders and People see the war as nothing more than a power grab. The Nobility of the 15 great pony house secretly took over the Empire, Leave it in a state of unrest and chaos. The young princesses forced to go into hiding till they were ready to ascend the throne watched their families greatest Achievement crumble like dust.

During the later days of December, a corrupt Noble from one of the families. Ordered the Darkest Massacre in the empires history, 35000 Zebras were put to the sword, and 40000 Humans lost their lives. while the ponies lost 20000, the noble showed his disgust for humans as did the other nobles. because of their raising that they and pony-kind were better, the ponies didn't see it like that Humanity was there brother in arms. who helped build their great nation, but out of fear of death watched as humanity simmered then exploded after the massacre. it was during this time that Lord Marshall, Richard von Crenish, Hero of all humans and beloved Icon Declared his outrage. He summoned the 16 Great Houses of Humanity, including his own House, he declared that the Empire is gone and that it was time for Humanity to cut itself from the dying empire and form its own Nation. upon this proclamation the room exploded in cheers and hoorays, soon during the beginning days of July, entire Military divisions, Businesses, Scientists, General. All of Humanity within the old Empire heard the call and rallied to the Lord Marshall's call.

Upon hearing this trouble news the Houses of 15 quickly Dispatched one of their own to quell this growing problem, little did they know that it was all about to collapse. Black Heart from the House of Black Mane, stomped his way into the Grand of the Lord Marshall, demanding that the lowly human prepare for his immediate execution. None can truly know what happened during that small confrontation, but later that day Black Heart was dragged to the Public square and Executed. After the Execution, The noble Houses of Humanity, The people, and all the armies of Humanity Declared Richard von Crenish Emperor. during the beginning of his reign he Declared independence from Equestria, and all the territories that choose to follow him. 55% of the old Empire soon secede and became apart of the new Creon Empire, During the imperial naming ceremony Emperor Richard the 1st, re-declared his house as no longer Crenish, but as the Imperial House of Creon to embody the very empire itself.

during the week following this announcement and secession, the pony Nobility council was in chaos trying to figure out what possibly was going on. but on the 30th of July, they received their answer when a messenger carrying the head of Black Heart brought it into the council hall. terrified and disgusted the Nobility demanded the shaking messenger to read the parchment tied to package, what was on that note shall forever be remember in all history. "Long Live the new Creon Empire!"
