Week 1, Researching the biology of alicorns for this was tough, thankfully Luna and Celestia provided DNA samples for me to work with. What the new alicorn will harness for its abilities is still up for debate.

Week 2, Decided on plasma/electricity related abilities would be most useful, due to time constraints a 'soul' Will have to be transplanted into the body, splicing in small amounts of Dragon dna (to allow the alicorn to survive its own abilities) into lungs and skin, success.

Week 3, Testing experimental forms of magic (my own cocktail of Alicorn, unicorn, runic, and hints of dark magic) were initially failures, even with alicorn length horn analogs, reshaping the first horn and adding a second smaller horn of similar shaping (approx. Average unicorn length) to use as a stabilizer proved successful. Safety note: don't touch either of the horns while active, it is VERY painful.

Week 4, chupacabra DNA added for eyes, magic proofing, and assorted internal organs, added my own DNA to the mix for good measure. The spellwork required to put all of it together is almost complete. Finding a compatible soul is next.

Week 7, the body is nearing completion, and I found a method to find a soul, although no ponies seem to fit the parameters, I am expanding the search to beyond our dimension.

Week 10, A soul has been found that is compatible, sepating it is the hard part, progress is slow but promising.

Week 11, body is complete, and the soul is ready for transplant, added magical failsafe to prevent the alicorn (confirmed female) from going rogue.

Week 12, massive anomalies detected during transplant, the alicorn is fine but has some additions in the form of unknown metallic objects intertwined with organs, some of which are producing massive amounts of energy, removal impossible due to how well the parts are intertwined with organs oherwise the alicorn seems to be alive and asleep, cutie mark is still unknown I pray to Celestia this still worked.

Hoofnote... Alicorn's magical reserves are quite large, not quite celestia standards, but certainly powerful enough to compete with myself or Princess Cadence without even trying, and and with the right skills she may even be capable of takimg on Princess Luna without too much issue
