The lights of the Manehattan arena dim a bit as Spike slowly gets into the ring, grabbing a microphone to get ready to do the introduction, but suddenly Iron Will gets in the ring and shoves the Dragon instantly down, taking the microphone from him. "Don't you ever steal the Iron Will's microphone time, dragon, you aren't the one that's doing the introductions here!" Iron Will then uses his foot to just shove the dragon out of the ring, and then clears his throat.
"Yaks, Buffalo, Dragons, Griffons, Changelings, Fillies and Gentlecolts. We give you the Equestrian Rumble. We start with two Equestrians, every ninety seconds a new entrant will enter this ring until our thirteth Equestrian has arrived. The only way to be eliminated is to be thrown over the top rope, and have two hooves, paws, feet, whatever you have touch the ground. There are no rules besides the fact that flying and magic in the ring have been banned. The winner of this match will be in the main event of Equestrimania. Now introducing our first entrant... but first, before that." Iron Will gets out of the ring, heading over to the commentary table, approaching a red earth stallion with a yellow mane. "WHY IS IRON WILL NOT IN THIS SORT OF MATCH! Iron Will would clean house and show all the others the door."
The red stallion blinks, looking at Iron Will, "... I thought I already told you this, Iron Will, but... it was because you weren't popular enough at the time I was making this all out to enter. Don't worry, you'll have your time."
Iron Will sits down, grumbling as he sits down next to the red pony. "Bunch of marks, introduce yourself, pone."
The red stallion gives a light chuckle and waves to the camera. "Hey there, Mat Joker here... I'm just a knowledgeable commentator of pro wrestling to provide information based on the event and the importance of the numbers. You know, calling the match when needed. Anyways, our first entrant is coming out from backstage now."
Twilight Sparkle comes out from backstage, looking kind of nervous as she slowly heads down to the ring, slowly getting in. Iron Will snorts as he watches. "Psh, Iron Will would totally be a better wrestler than that PRINCESS. Look at her, she's so nervous."
Mat would look over at him with a glance then speaks up, "For good reason, she's entering at number one, she's gonna have to outlast twenty-nine others to win this match. However, fun fact, in the WWE's version of this match, the number one entrant has won this match twice. Shawn Michaels in 1995, and... What do you mean I can't say his name on air? Whatever, fine. Some Rabid Wolverine in 2004. That good? Good."
Iron Will raises an eyebrow at Mat and speaks as Twilight is now in the ring. "... Are you talking to yourself?"
Mat looks at Iron Will, giving a light chuckle, "... No, they put an ear piece in my ear and want me to refrain from mentioning that certain wrestler." He pointed at the headset in his left ear. "Speaking of wrestlers, our entrant number two is entering the ring."
Iron Will looks at the ramp as Octavia walks out from back the stage, violins and strings playing in the background as she heads down the ramp to the ring, climbing up the stairs to the ring.
Mat gives a light cough and speaks, "In twenty nine years of the Rumble in the WWE, two have won from the number two spot. Vince McMahon, despite Steve Austin, in 1999, and Rey Mysterio in 2006. Rey Mysterio actually has the record for the longest time in a Royal Rumble, setting in at one hour, two minutes, twelve seconds. At least one of the first two positions usually ends up going really far into the match, so we'll see what happens."
Tavi's in the ring already, and both her and Twilight are in the opposite corners. The bell rings and Twilight slowly approaches Tavi, being pretty hesitant. Tavi then suddenly grabs her by the forehoof and gives her a hoofdrag, flipping her over and slamming her into the canvas. Tavi and Twilight quickly get up, and Twilight goes after Tavi again, only to take another hoofdrag across the canvas. Tavi quickly rushes a recovering Twilight, but, Twilight quickly ducks, and trips up Tavi, sending her face first into the canvas. Twilight looks down at Tavi, hooking her hind legs and giving her a Boston Crab submission, sitting on her back as Tavi struggles.
Mat speaks up, "There's no submissions in a Rumble though, but putting any sort of damage on your opponent is a good thing, whatever makes them easier to eliminate."
The timer begins to count down from five...four...three...two...one... zero. Bulk Biceps runs out from the stage, screaming 'YEAH' at the top of his lungs as pyro goes off. He quickly rushes to the ring, sliding in and instantly knocks Twilight off of Tavi with a Clothesline. He then picks up Tavi and just bearhugs her, then suplexes her over his head across the ring. He gets up and shouts, 'YEAH, BULK STRONG!'
Iron Will snorts as he stands up, pointing a finger to Bulk. "IRON WILL COULD KICK YOUR PLOT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!"
Mat gives a light chuckle as he speaks, "Bulk Biceps looking dominant in a quick fashion. Did you know that the only person to win the WWE's rumble from Number 3 was Ric Flair? One of only two times where the prize was the WWE Title."
Bulk then picks up Twilight and then just bodyslams her into the mat, then tries to drop an elbow into her, but Twilight rolls away. Twilight and Tavi both rush Bulk, putting him into the ropes as they both try to eliminate him. Bulk starts to go over, then just shoves the two away, giving another yell as the timer ticks down from 5...4...3....2...1...0.
Tirek slowly walks out from the back, flexing on the stage as he slowly moves down the ramp to the ring. Mat motions for the camera to turn to him, and he whispers to it. "Don't tell him that I told you this, but not once in the WWE has the person in the fourth spot won the match. It's the only one that hasn't in the top five spots. How pathetic."
Tirek gets into the ring, and instantly goes after Bulk Biceps. Both males roll in the ropes into the corner, as Tirek strikes at Bulk's head in the corner with his fists. Bulk turns around so Tirek's put in the corner, and begins to wail on him as well. Twilight and Tavi just look on, not really sure if they should do anything, as the two fight at the ropes, trying to eliminate each other. Meanwhile, Iron Will is... no longer at Commentary. In fact... well, he's slid into the ring.
Iron Will shouts at the two of them, "IRON WILL SHOULD'VE BEEN IN BEFORE EITHER OF YOU!" Iron Will rushes the two, and just straight up clotheslines them both so hard that all three of them end up tumbling over the top rope to the outside, causing all three of them to be eliminated. Course, because of this, they all just end up brawling after the elimination, heading to the back as the timer ticks down again. 5...4...3...2...1...0.
Gilda flies out on the stage, before walking down to the ring, and climbs into the ring. Twilight gets up next to Gilda, giving a wave towards her, as Gilda just paws her right in the face, slamming her down to the canvas with a little smirk.
Mat gives a light chuckle at the commentary, "Guess I'm doing this show alone, ala Joey Styles. Alright, well... It's every one for themselves, you can't share the win... well, you can't anymore. Gilda enters at Number Five, the same number that Stone Cold Steve Austin won from back in 1997."
Gilda picks up and bodyslams Twilight on the canvas again, before Tavi comes up from behind her to shove her into the turnbuckle. Tavi begins giving Gilda shoulder thrusts in the corner as Twilight hangs onto a bottom rope to recover a bit. Gilda just shoves Tavi away and straight up headbutts her to the canvas. But Tavi gets up, another headbutt from Gilda takes Tavi down. Tavi gets up one more time, Gilda goes for the headbutt, but Tavi dodges and grabs Gilda by the head, giving her a Complete Shot as she falls backwards, driving Gilda beak first into the canvas. The timer begins to tick down. 5...4...3...2...1...0!
Trixie walks out on the entrance, lighting fireworks into the air as she stands up, showboating to the crowd. Course, this is instantly met with a whole bunch of boos. She snorts as the fireworks disappear, and yells at the crowd for being a bunch of stuck up jerks and finally gets her pony butt down the ramp.
Meanwhile Mat speaks up from the commentary desk. "... Number Six. In 1991, Rick Martel, who entered Number Six was the longest one in that Royal Rumble... unfortuantly, he did not win the match. I doubt Trixie's gonna win from that place either. NO ONE HAS WON FROM NUMBER SIX."
Trixie hears this and hasn't entered the ring yet, standing on the apron, she waves a hoof at Mat and shouts at him. "THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE CAN WIN THIS MATCH FROM ANY NUMBER! ANY NUMBER THAT TRIXIE COULD HAVE! IN FACT, TRIXIE..." Trixie is suddenly interrupted by Tavi just pushing her off the apron, and she hits the ringside area with a thud. Meanwhile, with all that happening, the timer has been counting down again. 5...4...3...2...1...0.
Pinkie Pie suddenly seems to just appear out of thin air by Trixie's side, quickly grabbing her and rolling her into the ring, then quickly slides in herself. Trixie is dazed and confused as Pinkie picks her up, and throws her over the top rope, but Trixie hangs onto the bottom rope and gets herself back into the ring as Pinkie just shrugs. Gilda's back up and tries to charge Pinkie from behind, but Pinkie quickly turns around and dropkicks Gilda flat on her back.
Mat blinks as he scratches his head, "... Uh... right... well, now she's in the match, she can't really... use her probably cheatish powers to win this match, or her party cannon. Anyways, yeah, number seven... No one's won from Number Seven in WWE Rumble History, though... well... Triple H did last the longest in the Number Seven spot back in 2009."
Twilight attempts to eliminate Octavia by attempting to throw her over the top rope, but Tavi just hangs onto the top and middle ropes with her hooves, hanging on for dear life. Twilight is then suddenly ambushed with a chop block as Trixie dives right into the back of her legs, sending her crumpling to the mat. Pinkie picks up Gilda and jumps up on her head, wrapping her legs and going down to flip the Griffon over with a hurricanrana. Timer ticks down 5...4...3...2...1...0!
Lightning Dust takes off heading straight into the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope, looking around for someone in particular. She frowns in annoyance and then just straight up charges Pinkie right into a corner Turnbuckle with a hoof. Pinkie flails her hooves at Dust just keeps driving her front shoulder into Pinkie in the turnbuckle repeatedly. Pinkie pulls a sudden pie out of Space Time and hits Lightning Dust in the face with it. Lightning Dust stops driving her shoulder and looks at Pinkie, the pie dropping off her face, squinting in annoyance. She then jumps up while turning aroundd and puts a hoof around Pinkie's neck as she falls down, bringing Pinkie's head into the canvas.
Mat shouts from ringside. "AN RKO! That's the finishing move of the guy who won from the Number Eight Position back in 2009, Randy Orton! I can't believe that... this is..."
The timer ticks down. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Berry Punch comes out stumbling around, drinking a bottle of wine as she stumbles her way to the ring and into it. Ponies just all look at her. Gilda slowly walks over to her, and goes to claw her in the face, but Berry ducks and kicks her in the gut, and turns around, bringing her hoof around Gilda's head as she jumps and sits down, ramming Gilda with her shoulder. STUNNER! Berry gets up and picks Gilda up, throwing her over the top rope, to the outside. But Gilda knocks the wine bottle out of her hoof and out of ringside. Berry jumps over the top rope to try to save it and catches it before it shatters, but Berry's hooves have hit the ground, she's gone. Meanwhile, Gilda's still hanging onto the bottom rope, one talon on the floor. That is, until Pinkie Pie runs up and slides butt first into her to knock her to the ground. GILDA IS GONE.
Mat chuckles a bit, "Well... um... I didn't get to say much, but... yeah, nine has not been that good of a number, and it isn't here tonight as Berry Punch would rather drink than wrestle. She was doing both for a moment there."
Berry just crawls under the ring with the wine bottle as the timer runs down. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Fluttershy nervously comes out and looks down to the ring, almost turning around and heading to the back. Rainbow Dash stops her and basically pushes her trembling form down to the ring and throws her in. Fluttershy stares at everypony, Twilight just waves at her, and Flutters instantly hides behind Twilight. Dash rolls her eyes and heads backstage again. Pinkie waves to Flutters as well, and Trixie gets behind Pinkie to give her a German Suplex. Meanwhile Tavi and Lightning Dust are trading hoof blows.
The timer ticks down again 5...4...3...2...1...0. SUDDEN BASS DROP as Vinyl walks down to the ring, still donning her headphones. She walks over to the ring and climbs the steps to get into the ring. Vinyl instantly helps Octavia with Lightning Dust as they both lift her up and suplex her to the ground over their heads. Flutters is still hiding behind Twilight who just looks at her, and pats her head.
Mat chuckles. "Fluttershy at number 10, Vinyl at number 11. Truthfully, the 11-20 spot is a dead zone. Only 4 times in the rumble's current 29 year history has the winner been in that position. Oh, by the way, number 10 hasn't won either. Flutters is really looking nervous over there. Meanwhile, we got that double team."
Vinyl bodyslams Dust down as Octavia runs off the ropes and jumps up, landing on top of her back-first with a senton. Vinyl then turns around, and hits a standing moonsault after, just backflipping to land on Dust's stomach with her own. 5...4...3...2...1...0 Derpy walks out on stage, heading down to the ring as Dust gets up from the assault. Vinyl and Tavi get out of Derpy's way as she ends up running over at Dust, and she straight up trips, sliding into Dust. Derpy's collison sends Dust over the top rope, and Dust hangs on with her forehooves, only having one hind hoof touching the ground as she tries to recover. Derpy apologizes and extends her hoof to Lightning Dust, who reaches up and... PULLS DERPY OVER THE TOP ROPE TO THE OUTSIDE. Derpy has been eliminated as Dust gets back into the ring.
Mat coughs a bit, "Wow... uh... that... that was pretty mean. Uh, Derpy, number 12, another quick elimination."
Octavia and Vinyl are now wrestling against Twilight and Pinkie Pie as the four continue to trade moves. Vinyl jumps and hits a spinning wheel kick to Pinkie as Twilight his a belly-to-belly suplex on Octavia. Meanwhile, that timer runs down again 5...4...3...2...1...0! Starlight Glimmer comes out and goes into the ring after a bit of hesitation and jumps, tackling a recovering Octavia as her and Twilight work on the Cellist.
The red stallion commentator grins. "Number 13, an unlucky number, or is it? The first royal rumble in 1988 was won by a man at Number 13, Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Back in the first one though, it was only twenty participants not thirty. Another rumble that was weird was the 2011 Royal Rumble, with forty participants, won by Number 38, Alberto Del Rio."
Vinyl goes to attempt to help Octavia, but Pinkie catches her and puts her in a Rear Naked Choke in the ring as Tavi gets double dropkicked. Twilight and Starlight pick her up, and they both whip her into the ropes. Both go to clothesline her with their hooves, but Tavi ducks under, and bounces back off the ropes, jumping in midair, hitting them both with a double crossbody. Meanwhile, Dust sneaks up on Fluttershy, and just quickly throws her over the top rope to the outside, while no other pony in the match is looking, then slinks off to sit in a corner, resting. Tavi breaks up Pinkie's submission on Vinyl by kicking her off with a hoof as the timer ticks down, 5...4...3...2...1...0.
Maud Pie walks out and slowly walks to the ring, just staring at a rock, as she sees Tavi and Vinyl attacking Pinkie, she puts the rock down on the commentary table and gets into the ring slowly. She picks up the two mares and just suplexes the two of them over her head to the canvas. Pinkie gets up next to her, the two hoof bump. Twilight and Glimmer are content to just relax, looking for Fluttershy, who... well, she's gone, having already been eliminated.
Mat coughs a bit. "Anyways, number 14 is Maud Pie, I got nothing relevant to say about number 14, as no one's won from there. Though Maud looks seriously"
Lightning Dust is still hiding in the corner. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Discord appears out of nowhere, standing in front of Lightning Dust, picking her up by her back, Dust squirms as she's lifted up as Discord just squints and talks to Dust.
"Guess Discord is not happy that Dust eliminated Fluttershy. This... could go bad soon." Mat nervously chuckles and stands up, waving his hooves as he yells at Discord. "NO CHAOS MAGIC, THAT STUFF'S BANNED, REMEMBER? DON'T MAKE ME DISQUALIFY YOU!"
Discord's head snakes over as he takes a look outside of the ring at Mat, squinting a bit, then just lifts Dust up and drops her over the top rope, but Dust hangs onto the rope for dear life, hanging on the apron. Discord attempts to push Dust off, but Fluttershy peeks out from behind the curtain, and Discord floats over the top rope, landing in front of Fluttershy, asking if she's okay. Fluttershy nods slowly, and tells him quietly that she thinks... he's been eliminated. Discord shrugs as the two go backstage probably for tea as Dust takes a deep breath, having been spared. The timer ticks down as Vinyl and Tavi somehow duck a charging Maud, pulling down the ropes, but Maud hangs onto the ropes to get back into the ring to not be eliminated. 5...4...3...2...1...0.
OH HOLY CRAP, IT'S MINTY, MINTY HAS SHOWN UP, she walks down the ramp and gets into the ring, rushing Twilight and Glimmer, who just duck. Minty trips over them and gets eliminated in a super quick fashion. She wasn't even in the ring for five seconds and she's gone. Lightning Dust climbs up the the turnbuckle, and jumps off, landing on top of Twilight and Starlight with a diving cross body. The apron cover moves a bit as Drunken Berry is pushed out by a azure hoof as it quickly withdraws back under the ring. Berry's all passed out and whatever, laying at ringside.
Mat rubs the back of his head as he chuckles, "Geez... uh... Discord was 15, Minty was 16... Both numbers haven't won, and guess what. They still haven't won, I'm not surprised anyways. Number 17 is up next with a whopping Zero Wins."
5...4...3...2...1...0. Lyra comes out and heads to the ring. She heads in, and instantly goes after Maud, hitting her with a clothesline, but she doesn't budge much. Dust comes in to help, so do Tavi and Vinyl. Maud's pressed up against the rope as the four ponies continue to try to eliminate her and she's just standing there, hanging onto the rope with a hoof, and then shoves all four of them away with her own hoof. Pinkie can't help but giggle as she looks at her sister just staring blankly.
Meanwhile Mat just stares at Boulder on the announcer table, "... Huh... I wonder if Maud can read the minds of rocks or something. Course, that would mean you have a mind."
The timer ticks down at Mat prods the rock with a hoof. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Spitfire zooms by as she flies down to the ring, landing inside. Lightning Dust instantly goes after Spitfire and the two begin brawling around the ring. Everypony else just gets out of their way, obviously the two have some sort of problem with each other. While that brawl goes on, Tavi and Vinyl are now trying to eliminate Pinkie Pie, which prompts Maud to come over and bang their heads together. Lyra hits a Butterfly Suplex on Glimmer, hooking her head and foreleg as she brings her over her head to the mat. Twilight just watches on, taking a breather in the corner. Spitfire and Dust both headbutt each other in the middle of the ring as the timer ticks down once again. 5...4...3...2...1...0!
Princess Cadance comes out, with Shining Armor, and hands him Flurry Heart. Shining Armor looks at Cadance, and hesitantly goes back to take care of the foal. Twilight tries to be nice and waves to Cadance as she enters the ring. Cadance waves back as Lyra gets lifted over Maud's back. Maud runs past Cadance and slams Lyra into the canvas, Oklahoma Stampede! Lyra is down. Spitfire and Dust are still brawling, until Maud clotheslines the both of them. She also runs over and decks Cadance in the head with a hoof, then kicks Twilight against the turnbuckle. Pinkie's trying to calm her down, but Maud then tackles Glimmer.
Mat speaks from the commentator's table, "Spitfire is number 18, Princess Cadance is number 19. Each number has won the rumble once. 18 was Shawn Michaels in 1996, and 19 was your favorite wrestling meme John Cena in 2013. Course, we're about running down and going to ge to number 20. 20 has not won the Royal Rumble ever."
5...4...3...2...1...0! Sombra comes out and slowly walks down to the ring. The dark unicorn picks up Boulder and gets into the ring, holding it out to Maud. Maud just looks at him, and Sombra holds Boulder over the top rope, threatening to throw him. Maud slowly walks closer to Sombra, so Sombra chucks the rock. Maud runs and jumps over the top rope to the outside, diving to catch the rock for an elimination. Sombra just laughs and Twilight just punches and kicks at him, but Sombra just hits her in the gut and DDT's her. Pinkie rushes at Sombra, but Sombra just throws Pinkie over the top rope to the outside, as she lands back first on the Maud. Maud in response to this, just carries Boulder and Pinkie backstage without a word. Both Pies are out! Lyra's getting put in a Camel clutch by Glimmer as the timer counts down.
5...4...3...2...1...0! Rainbow Dash quickly zooms down to the ring, sliding in under the bottom rope. She pulls Lightning Dust out of Spitfire's hooves as she lifts her over her head and drops her, face first onto her knee. Spitfire runs off the ropes and then kicks Dust in the face as soon as she sits up. The two continue to double team Dust. Sombra gets picked up and slammed by Twilight and Cadance. Octavia and Vinyl are trying to toss Glimmer over the top rope, but Glimmer hangs onto the ropes to stop herself from getting dumped over, using a hindhoof to kick them both away. Lyra is down on the mat and Octavia and Vinyl pick her up and give her a double powerbomb.
The commenator responds, "Lyra's in trouble! Dash entering at Number 21, Pinkie and Maud are both out, chaos is everywhere, and WHERE IN PARTS UNKNOWN IS TRIXIE?" At that response, Trixie peers her head out from under the ring, taking a look directy at Mat for a moment, then slowly pulls her head back underneath, pulling the apron down to cover her. Mat gives a light chuckle and responds, "Oh... that's smart."
5...4...3...2...1...0 Bon Bon runs down to the ring and instantly hits Vinyl and Tavi in the back of their heads with a double lariat, sending them both down. Bon Bon picks Lyra back up and the two of them put Vinyl in the corner and begin working her over with strikes. Meanwhile, Dust is leaning against the ropes as Dash whips Spitfire towards Dust. Dust ducks and pulls the bottom rope down, sending Spitfire to go flip over the top rope to the outside for an elimination. Dust taunts Dash after, and promptly gets beaten down.
Mat takes a look around the action in the ring. "Spitfire is out, Bon Bon and Lyra are attacking Vinyl. A lot of ponies around are taking a breather. Also, Bon Bon was number 22, a spot where we have had two winners. Triple H in 2002, Sheamus in 2012. In fact, from this point on, every number has a winner, except for ONE SOLE NUMBER. That number sucks. Number 23 doesn't, in 1994, number 23 Lex Luger was co-winner of the rumble with number 27, Bret Hart."
While Glimmer attempts to break Sombra's neck with a piledriver as Twilight just continues to watch, and take notes in a book she's found. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Shining Armor runs down to the ring, putting Flurry Heart on the announcer's table as Mat just stares at the baby. "You aren't going to nuke my desk, are you?" Mat just boops Flurry as she giggles, while Shining Armor and Cadance are now working on Sombra with Glimmer and Twilight. Sombra is able to somehow fly them off, as Flurry Heart flies off the desk, zooming over and tackling Sombra over the top rope to the outside. Sombra grabs Flurry though, and quickly runs up the ramp to the backstage, causing Cadance and Shining Armor to hop over the top rope to go save their filly.
5...4...3...2...1...0 Out comes Applejack! AJ rushes down to the ring and gets inside, saving Dash from being eliminated by Lightning Dust. In fact, the two grab Dust and just toss her over the top rope to the outside without any a care. Dust is gone. Bon Bon and Lyra attack the two from behind, but Dash and AJ shrug off the attacks and both just simulatenously body slam the mares down. AJ and Dash both hit a leg drop on the two mares as they come in as a hours of fire. Tavi and Vinyl go to attack AJ and Dash, and the four brawl a bit, before Vinyl and Tavi get a double spinebuster.
The timer begins to tick down again 5...4...3...2...1...0! Chrysalis walks out from backstage, getting into the ring slowly. Glimmer just charges head first at her, but Chrysalis catches her by the neck, picking her up and chokeslamming her out of the ring at ringside! Twilight rushes Chryssi and goes for the legs again. Glimmer takes a look under the ring and finds Trixie, pulling her out of the ring and throwing her inside the ring. Pretty much everypony looks at Trixie as she stands up, the magician giving a nervous chuckle as she suddenly pulls Twilight in front of her to use as a pony shield.
Meanwhile Mat gives a sigh and speaks, "While... we got a break in the action, I'm gonna do my job. Okay, Number 24, AJ, Number 25, Chrysalis. 25 has one only one time, in 1990 by Hulk Hogan. While, the number 24 spot has won THREE times. 1991 with Hogan, 1998 with Steve Austin, and 2000 with The Rock. So AJ's in one of the best spots she could be in right now."
AJ and Dash go after Chrysalis, but Chrysalis pulls in front of her Trixie and Twilight, using them both as a shield. AJ and Dash stop, both of them getting knocked down by Lyra and Bon Bon who brohoof each other. 5...4...3...2...1...0. Celestia comes down to the ring, looking straight at Chrysalis. Chrysalis just throws Trixie and Twi into Bon Bon and Lyra as Celestia comes in. The two begin to brawl, going all the way around the ring, everypony pretty much just staying out of the way as the two brawl. Twilight slowly gets up, watching as the two begin to roll around the ropes, she sneaks up on the two and slowly dumps them both over the top rope to the outside. The Princess of Friendship gets a double elimination. Chrysalis responds by putting Celestia through the Batpony Announce Table, causing E's to cut through the air for a few moments.
Mat blinks as he looks over at the another announcer table. "BAH LUNA AS MY WITNESS, Celestia might be broken in half! That's what happens when you draw unlucky number 26. No one's won from 26 in all of WWE's Rumble history."
The timer runs down. 5...4...3...2...1...0! Rarity walks out from the stage, wearing a white and purple wrestling ensemble as she slowly moves down to the ring. She slowly gets into the ring, making sure to show off the outfit to the crowd, while everyone is pretty much down, except Lightning Dust. Lightning Dust sneaks up on Rarity, who suddenly nails Dust right in the gut with her plot, then grabs her by the head and DDT's her into the canvas. Trixie climbs the turnbuckle and perches herself on top of it, waiting for Bon Bon. She jumps off for a dropkick, but Bon Bon catches her and powerbombs the Magician on top of the canvas. Bon Bon turns and motions Lyra to Rarity. Rarity quickly clamps onto the ropes as Lyra and Bon Bon try to pull her off the ropes.
"So, yeah, number 27, won the Rumble FOUR TIMES. Yokozuna in 1993, Bret Hart in 1994 as co-winner, Steve Austin in 2001, and back in 1989, BIG JOHN STUDD! The most winning number in Rumble history, and it belongs to Rarity. What luck she has! But, there's still three more!"
The timer counts down. 5...4...3...2...1...0! Luna comes out at number 28 as she slowly moves over to the ring. The moment she enters, she's instantly rushed by Tavi, Vinyl, Dust, Bon Bon, Lyra, who are all trying to put her over the top rope, but she begins knocking down them all one by one. AJ and Dash try to put their talents together to eliminate Luna, throwing her over. Luna lands on the apron though and knocks Dash and AJ away before climbing back in and knocking the two over with clothesline. Trixie, Rarity, and Twilight are just staying away from the Moon Princess right now. She picks up Tavi and Vinyl, giving them both a double chokeslam as the timer ticks down.
5...4...3...2...1...0. Coloratura comes out from backstage, causing Rarity to perk up. Coloratura walks down the ramp and enters the ring, to be instantly pounced by Rarity and the two begin to brawl, rolling around the inside of the ring. Some screaming is heard involving 'THE REAL RARA'. The two brawl as Dust jumps off top, dropkicking Tavi in the back of the head, and Vinyl just tackles her in response. AJ and Dash motion for Twilight and Trixie, pointing at Luna as Luna just motions for them to bring it. AJ runs in and eats a hoof to the head. Dash runs in and eats a clothesine. Twilight and Trixie both charge in and Luna looks to go for another double chokeslam, but Lyra and Bon Bon hit Luna with a chop block, taking out her legs so she lets go and flops over.
Mat whistles, "Number 28 is Luna, won both in 2005 and 2014 by The Animal Batista, and Coloratura is Number 29, which won in 2003, thanks to Brock Lesnar, and 2010 with Edge. Course, the last spot, Number 30, has won THREE times. 2007 with The Underaker, 2008 with JOHN CENA, and 2016, last year's, with... TRIPLE H."
Timer ticks down. 5...4...3...2...1...0 Number 30 walks out from backstage and it's Sunset Shimmer. She instantly runs down to the ring, motioning to everyone then to Luna. Everyone puts aside their differences for the time being to pick up Luna and throw her over the top rope to the outside for the elimination. Dash and AJ ambush Lyra and Bon Bon right after that, throwing the two of them over the top to the outside. Dash and AJ highhoof and Dust rushes at them two, only to get thrown out by the two as well. AJ waves towards Dust, telling her goodbye and then... Dash throws AJ over the top rope to the outside. Dash laughs as she's eliminated her friend. Rarity picks up Colortura with a powerbomb and goes to throw her over the top rope, and Colortura lands hard at ringside. Course, Rarity is too distracted in revenge, so Trixie sneaks up and tosses her over the top rope to the outside for the elimination.
"We are down to six left. Twilight Sparkle, who was #1, Octavia, who was #2, Trixie, who was #6, Vinyl Scratch, who was #11, Rainbow Dash, who was #21, and Sunset Shimmer, who was #30."
Dash goes to throw over Twilight, but Twilight hangs onto the bottom rope, yelling at Dash. Dash just shrugs, and Vinyl sneaks up behind Dash and dumps her over the top rope to the outside. Course, Shimmer sneaks over and dumps Vinyl over to the outside. Octavia tries to sneak up on Shimmer, but Shimmer nails her with a hoof, and picks her up, giving her a backbreaker onto the knee. Shimmer then picks up and throws Tavi over the top rope. Tavi hits Twilight and loosens her grip, causing her to get eliminated, but Tavi's still hanging on. Trixie sneaks up and pushes Sunset over the top rope to the outside, and begins celebrating, thinking she's won!
Octavia gets back into the ring and rushes Trixie, trying to throw her over the top rope to the outside, but Trixie's hooves hook onto Tavi's head and flip her over the top rope as well. They both hit the apron, and Tavi hits the floor just seconds before Trixie. TRIXIE HAS WON THE ROYAL RUMBLE! Trixie gets back inside the ring and celebrates her victory as fireworks go off everywhere! She even points to the Equestrimania as it bursts into more fireworks.
