We skipped Discord's reformation for now, but it is coming... But I really wanted to get this up before the Season 7 opener. It is coming. So please Discord fans, please be patient.

Prologue: A Perfect Day?
Twilight heard birds chirping outside her window, she got out of bed and after she got dressed she looked at the calendar, the day was marked as her first Musical Thursday as the lead singer. She smiled and threw open her window. “Morning in Magiville shimmers,
Morning in Magiville shines,
And I know for absolute certain
That everything is certainly fine.
There's the Mayor en route to her office.
There's the sofa clerk selling some quills.” As she sang she jumped out the window in the Golden Oak and was helped down by Thunderlane and Bulk Biceps. As she walked, well it was more like a rhythmic dance-like march, Skyborn jumped into the air, some in summersaults, some a simple leap. Alongside Twilight several Magicborn and Earthborn were dancing not unlike Twilight, several engaged in their normal activities with a skip in their steps and movements matching the beat of the song. Even the Mayor and her immediate staff had a spring to their step.
As Twilight pointed out the ‘sofa clerk’ in question, an Earthborn man somewhere between Shining Armor’s and her own father’s ages, Davenport was his name, was dressed in a casual business suit with a sofa and quills embroidered on his tie, called back to Twilight. “Morning, Twilight!”
Twilight waved back with a smile. She continued the song, occasionally spinning in one spot before leaping on with the meter. “My, Magiville is so gentle and still

That everything is certainly—” Cutting Twilight off as she held her arms out as if to welcome something with her closed, was a cloud that had poured down on her in a torrent causing a massive splash. Twilight took a few breaths to calm herself before she looked to her left, “Rainbow Dash, that's not funny!”
“Terribly sorry, darling.” came the polished voice of Rarity to Twilight’s right. Twilight turned to see Rarity on a small hill and was trying to control a series of clouds and not controlling them well. “I'm afraid I'm... I'm not good with the thundery ones today for some reason.”
The enchantress’ signature tiara did not have the three sapphires but what looked like a tri-colored rainbow coming from a stylized cloud that was Rainbow Dash’s aura mark. Twilight gasped at the sight as it dawned on her that “Something tells me everything is not going to be fine.”
Destiny, Oh Why?
Twilight shook her head trying to process what she saw as she witnessed Rarity move the clouds around with her magic “What are you doing? What happened to your aura mark?” Twilight asked as she joined Rarity on the small mound and was not able to understand what had happened.
Rarity was taken aback, “Whatever do you mean, Twilight? I'm simply doing what I've done since the day it first appeared. I am an elementalist after all.” Rarity then looked to the sky and the patchwork of the clouds. “Does my sky look fabulous or what?” Rarity asked hoping to get some positive feedback on the fruits of her labor. Everyone started to complain about what Rarity was doing with the sky. “Too last season?” Rarity asked weakly as she gave an apologetic laugh as everyone walked away angrily,
Twilight shook her head, “Where is Rainbow Dash? Why isn't she handling this?” the arcane mage asked.
“Why would Dashie be managing the weather. She’s a druid and lives in the cottage not far from town. But seriously, Twilight Darling, how do you not know that?” Rarity asked utterly confused that one of her best friends seems so ignorant about one of the others.
Twilight ran back to Golden Oak, “This is not what the Mayor told me about Musical Thursdays.”
About twenty minutes later as Twilight and Spike were walking to the cottage near the Everfree. Spike was still very tired. He yawned, “I still don't know what you had to wake me up for. I love sleeping when it rains.”
Twilight was not going to hear it. “It's not about the weather, Spike. Rarity had Rainbow Dash's aura mark, and class and said this was Rainbow Dash's cottage.” Twilight was flustered that they were at Fluttershy’s cottage. This was getting to become a headache. “Something strange is going on…” Twilight then knocked on the door and heard the calls of the animals that lived not only in the cottage with Fluttershy but nearby the cottage.
The door opened to reveal Rainbow Dash in her usual attire, but her hair was pinned up with a hairpin with a stylized pink butterfly exactly like Fluttershy’s. “Hey, guys.” Rainbow allowed the two to enter as she flew to the side.
“Rainbow Dash! Why is Rarity doing your job?” Twilight asked as she and Spike stepped in before they all heard several crashes as the animals were getting unruly. “And what in Mystica is going on in... here?”
Rainbow Dash picked up the tamarind that Fluttershy normally played and started to play a tune on it… rather poorly... in an attempt to calm them down as she sang, to no success what so ever. “These animals don't listen, no, not one little bit
They run around out of control and throw their hissy fits
It's up to me to stop them, 'cause plainly you can see
It's got to be my destiny, and it's what my aura mark is telling me.”
After Rainbow Dash finished the verse, “Where’s Fluttershy?” Twilight was trying to come to terms with what is going on. Spike was simply watching it all.
“Sugarcube Corner, duh, she’s the residing jester.” Rainbow Dash answered, while not singing, she was still in tune.
About five minutes later Twilight and Spike entered the bakery and witnessed Fluttershy blowing balloons trying to entertain the people there, but no one was amused. The druid was dressed in her usual garb, much like Rainbow and Rarity, but her brooch was not the pink butterfly it normally is but a yellow balloon. She picked up a pair of drumsticks and tried her hand at the drum set and tried to play... tried being the operative word, the poor thing was clearly out of her league, much like with Rainbow with the tamarind, as she started to sing, “I try to keep them laughing, put a smile upon their face
But no matter what I try, it seems a bit of a disgrace
I have to entertain them, it's there for all to see
It's got to be my destiny, and it's what my aura mark is telling me”
As Fluttershy finished the verse, the tune still continued as Twilight looked around as everyone else left before she asks the key question. “Where’s Pinkie Pie?”
“Pinkie Pie…” That name gave Fluttershy some pause for about a second until she remembered something, “How did you know Cripps Pink’s maiden name?” Fluttershy was confused that Twilight knew something that she shouldn’t have known.
“Cripps Pink?” Spike asked for Twilight and himself.
“She changed her name when she married Big Mac and moved in with the Apples when she moved here. But still, how did you know her name?”
“We got to go. Thanks for the show.” Twilight said trying to be diplomatic in her exit with Spike, leaving a five hundred-bit note for Fluttershy.
About five minutes later Twilight and Spike arrived at Sweet Apple Temple, the saw Pinkie Pie, her hair flat like it was deflated with stylized apples in lieu of the balloons on a stetson in lieu of her jester's cap, with Applejack’s base on her back, every so often she would play the base as she sang, “I don't care much for pickin' fruit and plowin' fields ain't such a hoot
No matter what I try, I cannot fix this busted water chute!
I've got so many chores to do, it's no fun being me
But it has to be my destiny, 'cause it's what my aura mark is telling me.” As the pink-clad farmer was still running around managing… or rather desperately trying to… the farm. Bless her heart, but she was out of her element.
“Where’s Applejack?” Twilight asked as Pinkie finished singing the verse and took a moment to look at her handiwork and continue playing the bass the tune of the song still going. “Why isn’t she here?”
“Applejack?” Pinkie Pie asked confused. After a second of thought. “You mean Applejewel, she runs Dash of Manahattan, silly.”
Twilight and Spike dashed back to town to Carousel Boutique, in about five-ten minutes they arrived and there was a sign that read ‘Dash of Manahattan’ in lieu of Carousel Boutique. As Twilight and Spike entered they witnessed Applejack finish sewing...something. Applejack, dressed as usual but had a sapphire cut as a kite in lieu of the stylized apple that normally adorned the pauldron, was at Rarity’s portable piano and started to sing as she played the piano. “Lookie here at what I made, I think that it's a dress
I know it doesn't look like much, I'm under some distress
Could y'all give me a hand here and help me fix this mess?
My destiny is not pretty, but it's what my aura mark is tellin' me.”
Twilight and Spike stepped outside to see Rarity with Rainbow Dash’s guitar, much like the others she sang as she played. “I'm in love with weather patterns, but the others have concerns
For I just gave them frostbite on top of their sunburns
I have to keep on trying, for everyone can see”
Twilight then heard Rarity and Rainbow Dash sing together, “It's got to be.”
Immediately repeated by Fluttershy singing, “It's got to be.”
Pinkie Pie then joined in, “My destiny.”
Applejack then joined in repeating Pinkie Pie, “My destiny”
Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy then joined in again following Applejack, “And it's what my aura mark.”
Pinkie Pie and Applejack then followed the three repeating most of the last line, “It's what my aura mark.”
All five then sang together as Twilight saw in her mind's eye, Rainbow Dash with Fluttershy’s Aura Mark on yellow background behind with Rarity with Rainbow Dash’s Aura Mark behind her on a light blue background, to her left, with Pinkie Pie to her left with Applejack’s Aura Mark on an orange background, with Fluttershy to her left with Pinkie Pie’s Aura Mark on a pink background, with Applejack to her left with Rarity’s Aura Mark on a dark blue-purple background with Twilight, with her own Aura Mark on a lighter purple background to Applejack’s left. “Yes, it's what my aura mark is telling me!”
Twilight ran back into the Golden Oak and started to levitate several books towards her and was read them at a nearly impossible speed for anyone else, “This is bad. This is very, very bad.”
Spike came in shortly after and shut the door as Twilight put the books back finding nothing and the went to her own collection and continued to read the books. Spike had no idea what had happened but knew Twilight likely had an idea. “What's going on? Why is this happening?!” There was a slight panic in his tone, but he was for the most part calm.
Twilight put away the last book, unable to find anything and gave a sigh of regret before she answered Spike. “Last night, I got a special delivery from the princess.” Twilight then thought back to what happened the previous night.
The Mayor had just left having finished briefing her about the next day, as Brighteyes arrived with a package and letter for Twilight. Twilight signed for it and opened the package. It was an old book. Twilight the letter. Hearing Celestia’s voice, she started to read it, “Dear Twilight Sparkle,
The spell contained on the last page of this grimorum is Star Swirl the Great's secret unfinished masterpiece.” Twilight gasped in delight as she looked at the book like a child in a toy story. “Ooh!” She then returned to the letter. “He was never able to get it right, and thus abandoned it. I believe you are the only person who can understand and rewrite it.
Princess Celestia.” Twilight then opened the old spell book and she turned through the pages looked through it and found the spell Star Swirl was not able to finish. Before she read it she prepared to cast it. With her focus gem glowing, “From one to another, another to one. A mark of one's destiny singled out alone, fulfilled…?” Twilight was puzzled with that “That doesn't make any sense. It doesn't even rhyme!” Twilight shrugged her shoulders and placed the book down before she went upstairs to bed.
Back in the present, Twilight “I cast the spell so I could find out what it was, but nothing seemed to happen. But now I know something did happen.” Twilight then looked at the Elements of Harmony and saw that they were alerted just like their bearers. “The spell has changed the Elements of Harmony! That must be why their aura marks are all wrong!”
“Wow..., but why aren’t the rest of the town, you and I affected by the spell?” Spike asked.
Twilight gave it some thought, “Well you’re a dragon, I cast the spell, as for the rest of town, I think it has to deal with the spell and the Elements, that it only affected my friends.” Twilight theorized.
There was no way to test that but Spike elected to accept the working hypothesis. “Okay, how about you just cast the counterspell to it or that dispel magic spell and switch them back,” Spike suggested.
Twilight shook her head, as she opened the book from which she learned the spell in question and “The ‘dispel magic’ spell doesn’t work on incomplete spells, and incomplete spells don’t have counterspells! They’re incomplete so there wouldn’t be a way to counter them.”
Spike took a few seconds to think of another solution to the problem. “Why don't you just use that memory spell you used to fix everybody when Discord was here?”
Twilight shook her head, “It's not just their memories, Spike, that the spell affected. It's their identities that have been altered!”
Spike was confused at that and elected to seek some clarification on the topic. “How?”
“An aura mark is more than just something that points to a person’s talent. It comes when a person has an epiphany, a realization, about him or herself and it’s not always about talent. Often it’s about one’s identity or who the person is, rarer a clue to their destiny, and not uncommon some sort of combination of the three.” Twilight started to explain as she walked through the library. “You know mine is a purple six-pointed star with five smaller white five-pointed stars in the five spaces between the six points. Stars don’t directly tie with magic, which is my talent, at least not in a way for the six that make up mine to say ‘she’s great with magic’. My aura mark ties to my identity and my destiny and I messed up my friends’.”
“Well, what about Zecora's cure for the aura pox? You know when Apple Bloom ate raw ‘Heart’s Desire’ and she had Aura marks pretty much popping out of nowhere.” Spike suggested calling attention to another possible solution.
“That won't work either…” Twilight brushed off as she started towards the stairs in defeat.
“Well,” the dragon was out of ideas and suggestions. He sighed, “maybe it won't be so bad. Maybe our friends will grow to like their new lives.”
“No, Spike.” Twilight started up the stairs “They're not who they are meant to be anymore. Their destinies are now changed, and it's all my fault.”
After Twilight was out of sight, Spike shook his head, “Man, humans are complicated and they sure don’t make it things any simpler.”
Twilight Sparkle looked out of the window in her room as everything started to go dark and gray because of the clouds that Rarity could not manage. She saw Rarity in a depressed state as she just stood in the rain. Twilight soon started to sing, “I have to find a way
To make this all okay
I can't believe this small mistake
Could've caused so much heartache
Oh why, oh why?”
As she continued to sing she looked beyond and imaged how miserable Rainbow Dash was and was not getting anywhere with the animals, then Fluttershy as she was booed off the stage, some people even throwing bad tomatoes at her, then in the desolation of Sweet Apple Temple and Pinkie’s forlorn look, and then in town to Carousel Boutique and Applejack crying as another customer left anger. “Losing promise
I don't know what to do
Seeking answers
I fear I won't get through to you
Oh why, oh why?” Twilight’s voice broke as bundled herself into a ball as she laid on her bed. Tears started to trickle down as she desperately tried to keep herself from falling apart. This was so much worse than when she confronted Discord, namely because this was not brought about by someone using her lack of foresight against her, this was simply her lack of foresight.

The other songs are in because, while I don't hate what M.A. Larson gave us, but I feel that the 'return to normal' of the rest of the cast was a little too easy, too soon and so each of them had to actually take a chance and that they all have same false past.
As to why this is so soon, well I have been working on this (on and off) while also working on "My Little Mages: The Siege of Krystalopolies" and "My Little Mages: The Phantasm of Philanthropy"

A True True Friend
After Twilight had cried for a short time she felt Spike’s claw on her shoulder. She slowly got out of the ball and looked at her familiar still very much in tears. She rubbed her eyes dry, but still very much in pain. “Oh, Spike, what have I done?” She asked the dragon.
Spike smiled reassuringly as he placed his other claw on Twilight’s other shoulder, “Aw, come on, Twilight, you'll figure out a way to fix this.” Spike then looked to one of the nightstands next to Twilight’s bed. He then walked over and picked up a photo in a frame, the photo was of Twilight and her friends. Twilight was in the center, in front of her was Fluttershy, to Twilight’s left was Applejack, to Twilight’s right was Rarity, just behind Applejack was Rainbow Dash and just behind Rarity was Pinkie Pie. Spike handed the photo to Twilight, “These are your friends.”
Twilight accepted the photo and started to stare at it. Slowly she brought her right index finger to the photo. She placed it on the image of Pinkie Pie, “From one to another, another to one.” As Twilight spoke she continued to trace the photo, picturing a line from Pinkie to Fluttershy, to Rainbow Dash to Rarity to Applejack and then to Pinkie Pie. “A mark of one’s destiny singled out alone, fulfilled…” She didn’t cast the spell but she was thinking. She then smiled, “You're right, Spike. And they mean more to me than anything. My friends…” Twilight the paused, her pupils started to dilate as her mark started to appear in both.
Spike watched on nervous as Twilight continued to stare at the photo. “Twilight? Are you alright?”
In Twilight’s eyes, the five white stars converted to the aura marks of her friends and arranged as not as they should be but as she witnessed earlier today. She slowly began to see how to correct everything, From Fluttershy to Rainbow Dash to Rarity to Applejack and then to Pinkie Pie… “From one to another…” Twilight gasped as she placed the photo on her bed and ran out of the room and down the stairs. “I've got it! I know what to do!”
Following her, Spike had no idea what was going on in Twilight’s head. “You do?”
Twilight stopped at the case with the Elements of Harmony and opened it as she placed the Element of Magic on her head and summoned to herself a satchel, “I may not be able to remind them of who they are, but I can show them what they mean to each other. They'll find the part of themselves that's been lost so they can help the friend they care about so much!” She placed the other Elements into the satchel as she spoke, while Spike joined her in the library proper. Once the last Element was placed she started towards the door and bolted out. “Come on, Spike! The dragon shook his head as he caught up.
About a couple of minutes later, Twilight and Spike caught up with Fluttershy as she left Sugarcube Corner with a suitcase, her head low and was about to take flight and leave. “Fluttershy, wait!”
Fluttershy was far from cheerful as she responded, “Oh... Hey, Twilight…" Fluttershy rose her head to look Twilight in the eye, but the depression she was in was still there.
Twilight then looked around Fluttershy noticing the suitcase “Where are you going?” She asked as she turned back to Fluttershy.
Fluttershy took a breath before she answered. “I'm moving back to Cumula, maybe my parents can help me find a place to work in one of the plants.” Fluttershy then signed before she continued as she took out a whoopee cushion. “I don't know what's wrong, but I can't seem to make anybody laugh.” She sat down on the whoopie cushion making it deflate in an attempt to get Twilight and Spike to laugh.
Twilight thought for a second and then took Fluttershy’s hand and helped her to her feet,“Before you go, I was wondering if you might be willing to help Rainbow Dash. She's really struggling with her animals.”
Fluttershy was taken aback by that suggestion, “But... I don't really know anything about animals…” She tried to back away and head off.
Twilight, however, was having none of it as took hold of both of Fluttershy’s upper arms preventing her from escaping. “But you do know something about Rainbow Dash.”
“I…” Fluttershy didn’t know how to respond to that at first, but she slowly grew with confidence, “know that she's a true friend, we grew up together, she’s kind of that slightly younger sister I never had and I'll do anything I can to help her.” Fluttershy said as she looked Twilight in the eye with resolution. Twilight smiled in response.
About five minutes later Twilight and Fluttershy arrived at the cottage only to hear a thunk and Rainbow Dash gave a muffled “Whoa!” from within.
Twilight threw open the door, “Rainbow Dash!” the arcane mage exclaimed as she and Fluttershy were shocked at what they saw.
In the middle of the main room of the cottage, the animals had tied Rainbow Dash up and had placed her in a large cauldron with wood under in as if they intended to cook Rainbow Dash… ALIVE... “I'm in here! Help! I'm trapped!” Rainbow struggled to get out of her bonds but she was not getting out of that trap.
“Hurry, Twilight!” Fluttershy pleaded as she turned to Twilight panic written on her face. “Can't you do some sort of spell to get her out?”
Twilight shook her head, “No. Fluttershy, you're the only one who can help!” Twilight placed her right on Fluttershy’s shoulders and turned Fluttershy around to face the situation. “Rainbow Dash needs you!”
Fluttershy looked at all the angry animals and timidly spoke up. “Um... Hello? Little... woodland creatures?” All the animals, from Harry the bear to Angel Bunny, to Fuzzy Leg the spider, to Toby the fruit bat, to Hummingway the hummingbird to list a few, turned to face Fluttershy. While they were all still annoyed they stopped. “I know that you're all very upset and feel like giving Rainbow Dash a hard time, but we'd all really appreciate it if you'd calm down and, um, maybe... rest for a bit?” The animals started to growl at here, Fluttershy continued to speak. “Oh! Uh... look!” She then saw collections of food for the animals. “Here's some nice, juicy leaves for you to munch on. And some crunchy, munchy acorns too. Uh, wouldn't you like to take a break and have a little snack?” Fluttershy placed some of the food out for the animals. They all started to click and clatter as they all started to devour the food. As all the animals finished and started to calm down and went to Fluttershy happy. “Aww,” All the while, Angel was nuzzling Fluttershy, “look at that. I guess you were all just cranky because you were hungry. Oh, you are very welcome, little friends.” Harry the bear then bear-hugged Fluttershy and kissed her. Fluttershy giggled a little at that. “Goodness, it's like I can understand them! I... I feel strange, like... like this is what I'm meant to do, like this is who I am! My destiny!”
From within the satchel, the Element of Kindness changed its color back to match Fluttershy’s pink hair, while Twilight took it out of the satchel and it started to levitate to Fluttershy. All the while as Fluttershy started to sing as she looked at the animals, the cottage and such, and felt a rush of joy, “What is this place
Filled with so many wonders?
Casting its spell
That I am now under.
Squirrels in the trees
And the cute little bunnies
Birds flying free
And bees with their honey.
Hooooonneeeeeeey!” As she continued to sing, she hovered out of the cottage guiding some of the animals out and basking in the wonder of nature. At that moment the music changed to a more rapid tune. “Oooh, what a magical place
And I owe it all to the Skyborn race.
If I knew the ground had so much up its sleeve
I'd have come here sooner, and never leave.
Yes, I love ev-er-ythiiiiing!” As Fluttershy finished the Element of Kindness clasps around Fluttershy’s neck on Fluttershy stopped and in her eyes all of her life, from when she was a little girl when she met Rainbow Dash, to when she discovered her Aura Mark, to when she moved to Magiville to when she stared down a cockatrice, to her brief modeling career, to her short time as part of Rarity’s and Big Mac’s acapella group, to when she started Discord on his path to reformation, all of her life. As her memories came back Fluttershy dropped to her knees as her brooch changed from its current yellow balloon form to its original pink butterfly as, “Wha... what happened?” She asked as she got back on her feet.
“Fluttershy, look! Your aura mark!” Twilight exclaimed as she pointed out the change. Fluttershy looked and saw that her brooch and thus her aura mark, was once again a stylized pink butterfly. “It worked! It worked!” Twilight then embraced Fluttershy and jumped up and down happily. “ Oh, I'm so happy you're back to normal!” After ending the embrace. “Now we need your help!” Twilight then started to sing, “A true, true friend helps a friend in need
A friend will be there to help them see”
Fluttershy then joined in with Twilight as the two looked at the success of the restoration of the environment following Fluttershy’s ‘return’. “A true, true friend helps a friend in need
To see the light that shines from a true, true friend”
There was, however, one other person in the room, “Um, hello? Friend trapped inside, remember?” Rainbow Dash called out, earn a couple of apologetic smiles from the two. The two then helped Rainbow Dash and untied her, freeing her.
Twilight started singing again as she led Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash out of the cottage to find the enchantress in question on a small hill in town. “Rarity needs your help
She's trying hard, doing what she can”
Fluttershy quickly caught on, Twilight had prodded her so it was up to her to prod Rainbow Dash, “Would you try, just give it a chance
You might find that you'll start to understand” Fluttershy said as she took Rainbow Dash’s hand and flew the two up to one of the clouds.
Twilight then repeated the reframe with Fluttershy joining her from the beginning, all the while Rarity looked on utterly confused and Rainbow Dash was nervous about managing the weather, “A true, true friend helps a friend in need
A friend will be there to help you see
A true, true friend helps a friend in need
To see the light that shines from a true, true friend.”
After Fluttershy and Twilight finished, Rainbow Dash remained in the sky and was unsure about what to do. She had always been a druid as far as she knew, and was never an elementalist, even as she hovered near the clouds. Fluttershy saw Rainbow’s hesitation and then looked to Rarity. “Excuse me, Rarity, can I borrow that?” Rarity reluctantly gave the guitar to Fluttershy. Fluttershy then flew up and gave it to Rainbow Dash. “Rainbow, do you remember ‘Awesome as I Wanna Be’?”
“But isn’t that Rarity’s song?” Rainbow asked before she started to play the guitar shocked that she could do it.
“Give it a shot.” Fluttershy then took a deep breath, “Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!”
“Awesome as I wanna be,” Rainbow sang, surprised that she nailed the song.
Fluttershy landed and was joined by Twilight, “Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey!”

Rainbow Dash continued to sing as she flew among the clouds and clearing the sky showing sun fully, bringing light and ending all the chaos brought on by Rarity’s attempt to use weather patterns like they were tapestry, “Step aside now, you're just gettin' in my way
I got sick chops you could never hope to play
When it comes to makin' music, I'm the ruler
You wish you could be twenty percent cooler.

Watch out for me, I'm awesome as I wanna be!” Rainbow Dash stopped singing as she landed and stopped playing the guitar as she thrust her right arm with her hand as a fist in the air expecting everyone to cheer. “Yeah, I am a show stopper.” At that moment, the hairpin changed from the pink butterfly it was to the tri-colored rainbow coming from a stylized cloud it should be. Also at that moment, the Element of Loyalty changed back to its proper color and then floated to Rainbow Dash. As it clasped around Rainbow’s neck, the elementalist remembered her whole life, when s stood up for Fluttershy, and Gilda, when she was first nicknamed ‘Crash’, to her first Sonic Rainboom, to her moving to Magiville, to all the events that took place since Twilight moved into town including her time at Wonderbolt Academy. As the last memory ended, Rainbow Dash stammered as she shook her head, “Uh, what just happened?” she asked as she looked Fluttershy and Twilight.
Twilight hugged Rainbow Dash glad that her friend was back, she ended the hug and turned herself and Rainbow Dash towards Carousel Boutique, “There's no time to explain, but we need your help. Applejack's trying to make dresses!”
Rainbow Dash froze at the thought, the paladin was great with patching up her gear and darning her socks and such but making a dress... “Say no more!” Rainbow Dash went to Rarity and took her hand and bolted into the Boutique. Looking through one of the windows from the outside Rainbow Dash started singing, “Applejack needs your help
She's trying hard, doing what she can
Would you try, just give it a chance
You might find that you'll start to understand” as she continued to sing she opened the door forcing Rarity into the establishment showing the mess therein in much more detail. Horror was written over Rarity’s face.
Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash then all sang as Fluttershy pulled Applejack from a sewing machine after messing up sewing another order, as Rainbow Dash prodded Rarity to the machine. “A true, true friend helps a friend in need

“But how can I… I am an elementalist, this needs an enchantress...” Rarity started as she looked at everything and unsure if she could do it.
Rainbow Dash looked back at what Fluttershy did, and thought she should repeat the action. “Remember ‘Art of the Dress’?” the elementalist asked as she got the portable piano and gave it to Rarity.
“But that’s Applejewel’s song.” Rarity started to protest but Rainbow Dash glared at her, “Fine.” Rarity then started to play the piano and sing, “Thread by thread, stitching it together
Twilight's dress, cutting out the pattern snip by snip

It's the perfect color and so hip
Always gotta keep in mind my pacing
Making sure the clothes' correctly facing
I'm stitching Twilight's dress.” Rarity was shocked that she sang the song properly and was actually fantastic on the piano.
Rarity continued to sing her confidence building all the while. “Yard by yard, fussing on the details
Jewel neckline, don't you know a stitch in time saves nine?
Make her something perfect to inspire
Even though she hates formal attire
Gotta mind those intimate details
Even though she's more concerned with sales
It's Applejack's new dress” As she sang, Rarity’s magic flowed from her focus gem and started to correct all the orders that Applejack had messed up starting with one and doubling after each correction.
“Dressmaking's easy, for Pinkie Pie something pink
Fluttershy something breezy
Blend color and form,
Do you think it looks cheesy?” Rarity asked the group as she took a break in the song as she showed some of her work. She received reassuring smiles and thumbs up from Fluttershy, Twilight, and Rainbow.
Rarity continued as she looked at Rainbow Dash and started levitating fabrics and string. “Something brash, perhaps quite fetching
Hook and eye, couldn't you just simply die?
Making sure it fits forelock and crest
Don't forget some magic in the dress
Even though it rides high on the flank
Rainbow won't look like a tank
I'm stitching Rainbow's dress” All the while Rainbow Dash tried but failed to escape Rarity’s magic as a new dress was made around her. Even though it was over her normal attire, even Rainbow had to admit she was rather… dashing.
Twilight opened the door and beckoned people in, as Rarity completed the next and final verse of the song. Everyone was happy for their orders and left with them paid in full, “Piece by piece, snip by snip
Croup, dock, haunch, shoulders, hip
Thread by thread, primmed and pressed
Yard by yard, never stressed
And that's the art of the dress!” As Rarity finished and the last customer left, the Element of Generosity changed back to its true deep purple color and levitated out of Twilight’s satchel and clasped around Rarity’s neck. Rarity’s tiara changed to have her focus gem to be the set of sapphires that made up her aura mark as all her memories, from when she discovered her mark, to Sweetie Belle’s birthday, when she opened Carousel Boutique, to all the events that shaped her life including Twilight’s move to Magiville. Rarity gasped as she shook her head. She then saw Opal. “Oh my, what a terrible dream I had….” She trailed off as saw one of the orders Applejack messed up that she hadn’t corrected. “Or, maybe I'm still having it.”
Twilight then hugged Rarity, glad to have her friend back. However, there were two more to go. As she ended the hug, “Rarity, Pinkie Pie is about to lose the farm.” Twilight then turned Rarity to face Applejack. “We need Applejack's help!”
“Lose the farm?” Rarity looked at the paladin, a confident smile on her face. “Well we can't let that happen, now can we?” The look of confusion on Applejack’s face was unmistakable. Rarity took Applejack hand and she started towards Sweet Apple Temple, after putting a sign that read, ‘Out To Lunch’. “Pinkie Pie is in trouble
We need to get there by her side
We can try to do what we can now
For together we can be her guide.”As the five arrived at the temple grounds the desolation of Sweet Apple Temple.
Twilight, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity sang as they stopped Pinkie Pie/Cripps Pink from doing more and found Apple Bloom, Big Mac, and Granny Smith locked up and set them free, giving Pinkie Pie a few looks of annoyance. “A true, true friend helps a friend in need

After the five finished Applejack looked over the temple grounds, namely the collapsed barn, “Um, Ah ain't so…” Applejack tried to protest.
Rarity cut the paladin there, “Darling, you do remember ‘Raise This Barn’.” Before Applejack could counter, “I know that you think that it’s Cripps Pink’s song, despite that her name is really Pinkie Pie, but please, just try singing it.” Rarity then levitated into Applejack’s hands the base she would normally play.
Applejack took a breath as Granny Smith started playing her fiddle. “Yee-hoo!” Applejack shouted before the words of the song came to her like stampede of cattle on a drive, “Raise this barn, raise this barn

Together, we can raise this barn

Up, up, up, go the beams
Hammer those joints, work in teams

Grab a new partner, here we go” As Applejack sang she joined in playing the tune with her base as her connection to the Earth that brought new life back to the fields, from the apple orchards to the cornfield, etc.
Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Apple Bloom, Big Mac and Granny Smith all shouted, “Yeah!”
Applejack then grabbed Rainbow Dash and Twilight as she took them to another part of the grounds, and directing Rainbow Dash to use her elemental magic to make it rain and other needed weather for the farm. As for Twilight, Applejack directed her to harvest and such, “Come on, Girls! Let's get to it! Wee-hoo!” She continued to the song as “Raise this barn, raise this barn

Together, we can raise this barn

Finish the frame, recycling wood
Workin' hard, you're doin' good

Applejack gave a ‘Whoo-whee!’ before she continued she then grabbed Fluttershy to look over the animals and help them get back into the swing of things. As Applejack continued she then took Rarity into the temple and propped her to help spruce it up. “Raise this barn, oh, raise this barn

Slats of wood come off the ground

Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Apple Bloom, Big Mac and Granny Smith all shouted “Yeah!” in the break as they restored more and more of the temple grounds back to its former state.
Applejack then grabbed them all as only the barn was left and as she sang she got them all to help restore the barn, “Bow to your partner, circle right

That barn's gonna be the best in town.”
Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Apple Bloom, Big Mac and Granny Smith all joined with Applejack as they finished the last of the temple ground, “Raise this barn, raise this barn

One, two, three, four” Granny Smith stopped playing and everyone stopped the song short as the barn and everything else was what it was before the misguided attempts of Pinkie Pie, still under the misconception that her name was Cripps Pink and married to Big Mac. All the while Pinkie was sitting on the ground.
“Yee-haw!” Shouted Applejack as the Element of Honest changed back to its orange color as it levitated from Twilight’s satchel to Applejack. After it clasped around her neck, all of Applejack’s memories came back, from when she returned to Sweet Apple Temple from her short time at the Oranges, to the birth of Apple Bloom, to everything that had happened since Twilight’s move to Magiville, all until the night before. “Now, that's more like it!” Applejack saw the sapphire kites on her pauldrons changed to the stylized apples that normally are. “What's next?” Applejack asked as turned to Twilight.
Twilight happy that Applejack was back to normal, but her demeanor changed as she recalled that there was one last piece of the puzzle. “The townspeople are furious. We need Pinkie Pie back.” Twilight turned Applejack’s attention to the down-in-the-dumps Pinkie Pie.
Applejack smiled as she figured what to do. “I'm on it. I know just the thing.” Applejack walked up to and picked Pinkie Pie up and sat the jester on her shoulders as if Pinkie was Apple Bloom being place on Big Mac’s shoulders and started towards Magiville with the others behind her. As she mostly march, Applejack started singing as she pointed towards the dour townspeople, “The townspeople need you
They've been sad for a while
They march around, face a-frown
And never seem to smile
And if you feel like helpin'
We'd appreciate a lot
If you'd get up there and spread some cheer
From here to Chantalot!” As Applejack sang she marched to Sugarcube Corner, placed Pinkie on a chair and pulled out of Pinkie’s hair Pinkie’s drum set and handed her the drumsticks. As she finished she turned to make Pinkie turn back to the town.
Pinkie Pie was not certain what to do, “I don't know if I can make them laugh, all I know is farming, but only the last day everything has...”
“Repeat after mah,” Applejack cleared her throat, “Mah name is Pinkie Pie (Hello!).” As she said ‘Hello!’ Applejack waved at someone.
“My name is Pinkie Pie (Hello!)” Pinkie Pie repeated nervous about everything, also waving when she said ‘Hello!’.
“And Ah’m here tah say (How ya doing?)” Applejack continued as she called out to another residence of Magiville.
“And I am here to say (How ya doin'?)” Pinkie Pie repeated the words and the action.
“Ah’m gonna make yah smile and Ah will brighten up yahr day!”
Pinkie then repeated. “I'm gonna make you smile and I will brighten up your day.” Pinkie then started to continue to sing by herself. All the while she started traversing the town, spreading her cheer, “It doesn't matter now (What's up?)
If you are sad or blue (Howdy!)
'Cause cheering up my friends is just what Pinkie's here to do
'Cause I love to make you smile, smile, smile
Yes I do
It fills my heart with sunshine all the while

And you fill me with good cheer” As Pinkie Pie sang she leap all about town bringing with her light and cheer and encouraging the residents of the town to smile, it started with only a handful but it grew almost expeditiously, it was as if Pinkie Pie induced happiness was a plaque…it’s a good thing that it’s not.
The tune then went solemn, as only Rarity and Applejack played their instruments, “It's true some days are dark and lonely
And maybe you feel sad
But Pinkie will be there to show you that it isn't that bad.” The tune then changed as Pinkie Pie seemed to match… well as much of a march as her skipping would imply... as a drum set is heard as well, “There's one thing that makes me happy and makes my whole life worthwhile
And that's when I talk to my friends and get them to smile” As Pinkie Pie sang her hair sprung back to its normal puffy state. “I really am so happy
Your smile fills me with glee
I give a smile I get a smile
And that's so special to me
'Cause I love to see you beam, beam, beam
Yes I do

To make you see
That I do
It makes me happy when you beam, beam, beam

From these happy friends of mine.” All the while the infection of Pinkie Pie’s cheer spread faster and faster and farther and farther in the town as everyone’s entire demeanor changed to nearly Pinkie Pie normal day level of happy.
As Pinkie finished the line, Twilight, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Applejack joined in with their pink-clad friend, “Come on everybody smile, smile, smile
Fill my heart up with sunshine, sunshine
All I really need's a smile, smile, smile
From these happy friends of mine”
“Come on everybody, smile, smile, smile
Fill her heart up with sunshine, sunshine
All she really needs is a smile, smile, smile
From all these happy friends of,” the six less Pinkie Pie sang, as not only the townspeople, but almost all living things, from birds, to mammals, to bees, to the grass and the trees, succumbed to Pinkie’s happiness…. mustard seeds have nothing on Pinkie Pie’s Happiness, wildfires have nothing on Pinkie Pie’s Happiness… in fact, there is nothing in any existence that can even imagine that it can spread a billionth as fast as Pinkie Pie’s Happiness.
All the while Pinkie Pie sang, “Yes, the perfect gift for me,
is a smile as wide as a mile.
To make me as happy as can be,” as she started to spin holding her arms out.
The six then started to sing together, “Smile, smile, smile, smile, smile” as everyone in town joined in
After the last ‘smile’ Pinkie Pie finished the song with its last two lines as she continued to twirl around as if to embrace the whole town, “Come on and smile
Come on and smile.”
Pinkie finished as she ended up looking right in the face of Cranky. The old man smiled at her, “Good to have ya back, kid.”
“Cranky.” Pinkie then dove at the typical grumpy old man hugging him. “I am so glad you’re smiling.” She then let go of Cranky and turned to the other residents of Magivillie. “Come on everybody, I wanna see you SMILE!” Pinkie Pie threw her arms wide open as if to embrace the whole town.
“PINKIE!” the entirety of Magiville cheered.
“Oh… I missed you all too.” Pinkie Pie started to tear up but then froze as her eyes started to show everything of her life, even before Twilight moved to Magiville, her life on the rock farm, her first party in Magiville, everything, to the night before. As it ended the Element of Laughter floated to Pinkie Pie and clasp itself around her neck as it returned to its proper color and her Stetson transformed back into a jester’s cap with her signature three balloons.
Everyone cheered as Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Applejack embraced their happy pink-clad friend.
The six, each with their instruments sang the last verse of the song, “A true, true friend helps a friend in need
A friend will be there to help them see
A true, true friend helps a friend in need
To see the light! (To see the light!)
That shines! (That shines!)
From a true, true friend!” As the song finished as Twilight et al were in again in an embrace.
“Well, this has been one Musical Thursday for the history book.” Rarity spoke up. “But darlings, I don’t think there should be an encore for the foreseeable future.”
“Totally agree with you there, Rares.”
Everyone then shared a deep laugh. Twilight, however, heard something as they all laughed, her voice echoing “A mark of one's destiny, singled out alone, fulfilled.” She then gasped as she realized something. “Wait a second, that's it! I understand now! I know how to fix the spell!” Twilight then ended the embrace and headed toward the Golden Oak, her friends in tow.
Twilight, et al were back in the Golden Oak, about five minutes later, as the sun was setting, Twilight picked up the grimorum, a quill, and ink. She started to write as she spoke, casting the spell again, but this time it was complete. “From one to another, another to one. A mark of one's destiny singled out alone, fulfilled.” Then Twilight’s completion of the spell started to form. “From all of us together, together we're friends. With the marks of our destinies made one, there is magic without end!” Twilight then put the quill down as the ink dried. In that instant, beams of light shot from the Elements of Harmony sans The Element of Magic towards Twilight. Twilight, however, closed her eyes accepting whatever might happen as her friends cried in shock before the room was bathed in light.
As the light cleared, Fluttershy gasped as they all saw Twilight’s Aura Mark on seemed to etched on the floor, with herself and the four others were in the place of the five smaller stars. “What happened?” Everyone started to ramble in shock as they started to look around the library desperately looking for Twilight. No one seeming to notice that the Element of Magic was in the center of Twilight’s mark on the floor.

This is the final chapter of My Little Mages: Enchanted Enigma Elixir. This was a lot sooner than I expected. I didn't expect to be able to finish this until after the season 7 opener. But then again I have been working on this at the same time as the two previous works.
Yes, there will be an answer to the Equestria Girls series in this AU, but there are a few more things I will complete first.

Twilight slowly regained consciousness as she looked around, she was in a place that looked similar to the Dreamscape, but there was much more order. She floated down and landed on a path that was milky white and seemed to be made of stars. “Hello?” She called out her voice echoing. “Where am I? What is this place?” She continued to ask as she looked around trying to figure out where she was.
“Congratulations, Twilight.” Twilight heard a voice echo as she turned to see Celestia slowly walk towards her from behind her. “I knew you could do it.”
Twilight was utterly baffled by that statement, “Princess... I don't understand. What did I do?” She continued to look around and tried to grasp everything that was going on, did she die? Is this her judgment?
Princess Celestia placed her hands on Twilight’s shoulders as if to comfort her student. “You did something today that's never been done before. Something even Star Swirl the Great was not able to do because he did not understand friendship like you do.” Celestia let go of her hold on Twilight as she conjured Star Swirl’s grimorum showing the completed spell. “The lessons you've learned in Magiville have taught you well. You have proven that you're ready, Twilight.” Celestia then sent the book back to where it came and looked forward and started to walk around her as if to lead her down the path the two were on.
“Ready? Ready for what?” Twilight shook her head again trying to process everything that had happened and what is going on as she started to follow Celestia.
Celestia didn’t answer at first but turned Twilight’s attention to a collection of white screens that floated near them as she started walking down the star-like path, “You've come such a long, long way
And I've watched you from that very first day
To see how you might grow
To see what you might do
To see what you've been through
And all the ways you've made me proud of you
It's time now for a new change to come
You've grown up and your new life has begun
To go where you will go
To see what you will see
To find what you will be
For it's time for you to fulfill your destiny.” As Celestia sang all of Twilight’s life, everything she learned during her time in Magiville from Nightmare Moon’s return, to every lesson she learned out right, to everything she observed and learned from her friends to Discord’s escape, to Chrysalis’ infiltration, to the Gala, to the incident with Nightmare Rarity, to finding the Crystal Heart, to freeing Trixie from the Alicorn Amulet’s corruption, to casting the newly created spell and making a new magic and everything in between, were shown as the two walked. At the end of the ballad, Celestia stopped and showed Twilight two paths.
“Both paths will take you back to Magiville, the one on your left will have you return as you were when you arrived here, the newest master of one world.” Celestia as she pointed to the left path. She then waved her hand to the right. “The other will change you, open you to a new world to learn, grow in and master.” Celestia then walked around Twilight to be behind her. “The choice is yours, Twilight and yours alone. All that I have done is provided for you the chance to have the option.” Celestia then started to walk backward and away from her student and position herself to be in the center of the path so not to influence Twilight’s choice.
Twilight looked at paths ahead and looked between the two. “What's along the path to the right?” Twilight turned to face her mentor, and then back to the fork in the road. “What changes?”
“You will be joining us.” Twilight heard Cadance’s voice as she turned to see Luna and Cadance walk down the same path, Luna was on Celestia’s right and Cadance on Celestia’s left.
“Remember when We were Nightmare Moon and said you could merit ascension?” Luna spoke as she stopped as did Cadance. “Well, you have merited ascension, Twilight Sparkle,” Luna explained.
“How? All I did was fix a mistake I made by casting an incomplete spell which… well, lead to a near disaster.” Twilight countered.
“You demonstrated your understanding of your friends, that they know each other, and you have fostered growth among them and with each other,” Cadance said as she walked up and hugged her sister-in-law. “Just like how I showed Prismia that she can truly love again.” Cadance then ended the hug and walked back to join Celestia and Luna.
“So what do I do?” Twilight was at a loss for what to do as she turned back to the path and then back to “Which way should I go?”
“We cannot tell you, Twilight,” Cadance said as she and Luna dipped their heads, Twilight could tell they wanted to tell Twilight which path to take but they also wanted her to make her own choice without them putting unjust influence. “Only you make the choice.” Twilight dipped her head, she was lost and confused and really needed a guide.
“But we can offer some wisdom,” Celestia spoke up as she walked forward and held Twilight’s chin motherly. “Ask and answer ‘what does your heart want?’” Celestia finished as she placed her hands on Twilight’s shoulders. Before Twilight could tell response. “Before you decide just remember this, your choices, like your aura mark, will always reflect who you are.” Celestia then walked backward to let Twilight make the choice herself.
Twilight turned back to face the fork. For a moment she just stood there. She knew that for so much of her life she never truly thought with her heart. She closed her eyes and took a breath. A ball of magic seemed to spring from her heart with a small cord connecting it to her and it pulled Twilight forward. She followed the path her heart selected. The entire space was then bathed in white light, blinding everything and everyone.
Applejack et al exited the Golden Oak having failed to find Twilight therein only to see coming from the twilight of the sky a purple star with five smaller white stars around in it appeared in the sky. They watched as it floated down to the ground and collapsed on itself before exploding in white light. In the center floating just above the ground was Twilight, but she was slightly taller and from her back came two metallic wings not unlike Cadance’s, Luna’s and Celestia’s, but unlike their wings, Twilight’s mark was in the place of the other three and her wings were purple and gold. Twilight then land as the light past. “Twilight? Is that you?” Applejack asked as she and the others and the whole of Magiville were able to see again. Everyone gasped at the sight of Twilight and her new form. The paladin then spoke up as she and the others walked up to Twilight awed by their friend, “Wha... I-I've never seen anything like it!”
Rainbow Dash flew around and laughed as she examined the wings. “Ha! Twilight's got wings! Awesome! A new flying buddy!” Rainbow Dash then hugged her friend glad to have someone to fly with.
Rarity covered her mouth as she also walked around her friend utterly impressed with what she saw, “Why, you've become a demigod.” Rarity stated having realized what had happened to Twilight. “I didn't even know that was possible.” Rarity placed her hand over her heart and smiled at what happened.
Pinkie Pie then came out of nowhere swing on ropes with fake wings screaming in cheer, “Demigod party!” She played kazoos to tried to get the others to cheer, her party cannon going off in the background.
Fluttershy gave a soft laugh as she turned her attention back to Twilight. “You look just like a princess!” Twilight blushed a little at that statement.
“That's because she is a princess.” A motherly voice came as Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadance appeared right in front of the Golden Oak.
“Huh?” All six exclaimed before Pinkie Pie reached into her hair, “Hold on a second!” she requested as she pulled out a glass of water and drank some of it and then spat some of it out. Earning a few laughs from the rest of her group and the town.
Twilight was shocked at this revelation, “A... A princess?” she asked as she looked at the three and then among her friends.
Princess Luna and Princess Cadance laughed a little as Princess Celestia walked up to her newest equal. “Since you've come to Magiville, you've displayed the charity, compassion, devotion, integrity, optimism, and of course, the leadership of a true princess.” Celestia finished and gave Twilight a closed-eyed reassuring smile.
“But…” Twilight started as she tried to process all the changes, “does this mean I won't be your student anymore?”
Celestia opened her eyes as she kept her smile as she answered. “Not in the same way as before. I'll still be here to help and guide you, but…” Celestia then gave Twilight a small bow, as did Cadance and Luna, “we're all your students now, too. You are an inspiration to us all, Twilight.” Soon all the others then gave Twilight a bow.
Seeing everyone then raise back from their bow, Twilight while seeming to accept some of this but there were still few thing she didn’t understand, “But... what do I do now? Is there a book about being a princess I should read?”
Celestia couldn’t help but giggle at her apprentice's need to read in order to learn, knowing that Twilight would always be like that and Celestia couldn’t ask for any change there, “There will be time for all of that later.”
The following day, a couple of hours before midday in the throne room of the castle in Chantalot, many of the gentry of Mystica, the ambassadors of many of the allied nations, including with representative from Gryphonstone. Also there in the front of Night Light and Twilight Velvet with Shining standing next to them. The three were tearing up over what was about to happen. In the front of the room stood Cadance, Luna, and Celestia, all three were in their full regalia, Cadance’s having a more crystalline look due to her position as the Princess of Krystalopolies. Celestia was in the center with Luna on her right and Cadance on her left. In front of the three was a pedestal with a tiara, the Elemental of Magic as the main jewel, but it was made to look more regal than it’s original form. Princess Celestia spoke as the room fell silent. “We are gathered here today in celebration of a momentous occasion. My most faithful student, Twilight Sparkle, has done many extraordinary things since she's moved to Magiville. She even helped reunite me with my sister, Princess Luna. But today, Twilight Sparkle did something extraordinary. She created new magic, proving without a doubt that she is ready to be crowned Mystica's newest princess. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present for the very first time, Princess Twilight Sparkle!”
As the announcement finished a choir began, as members of the royal guard in front of, flanking and behind the heralding choir. The choir itself held up a set of flags with Twilight’s mark on it. The choir itself was split between in front of Twilight. Twilight was dressed in a similarly to Celestia, Luna, and Cadance, but her dress was gold and purple. Next to Twilight were her friends. Applejack was in ceremonial plate armor as opposed to her normal leather armor, Fluttershy was dressed more in line with traditional druidic ceremonial garb with a crown made of vines on her head. Rainbow Dash was in a more formalized version of her gala dress. Pinkie was in a much more subdued version of her gala dress without the small hat and gloves. Rarity was the also in a toned down version of her gala dress. All five of them wore their Elements. As they walked the choir sang. “The Princess Twilight cometh

The Princess is here!” As the choir and the guard proceeded they stepped to the side as everyone proceeded to the three princesses. At the end of the song, Twilight kneeled before Celestia and the other princess. Celestia took the Twilight’s tiara and placed it on her head. The crowd cheered as Twilight rose and turned to face the crowd.
Princess Celestia leaned into Twilight’s ear, as she was at a loss for what to do. “Say something, Princess,” she whispered.
“Oh. Um…” Twilight then cleared her throat as she collected her thoughts for an on the spot speech. “A little while ago, my teacher and mentor Princess Celestia sent me to live in Magiville. There I studied friendship, which is something I didn't really care much about when I left Chantalot. But now, on a day like today, I can honestly say I wouldn't be standing here if it weren't for the friendships I've made with all of you. Each one of you taught me something about friendship, and for that, I will always be grateful. Today, I consider myself the luckiest person in Mystica. Thank you, friends. Thank you, everybody!” Everyone cheered in response. As Twilight and her friends started forward out of the hall in a sort of march as familiar tune started to play. “Life in Mystica shimmers.” Twilight sang as she exited the castle were even more of Mystica’s subject cheered as Twilight and her friends continued onward in the streets.
“Life in Mystica shines.” Rarity joined in.
“And I know for absolute certain.” Rainbow Dash cut in.
“That everything (that everything).” Applejack then joined
“Yes, everything (yes, everything).” Fluttershy joined next.
“Yes, everything is certainly fine.” Pinkie Pie was the last of the group to join the song.
“It’s fine.” All six sang together as they all hugged each other.
“I LOVE MUSICAL THURSDAYS!” Pinkie cheered earning giggles from herself, her friends and everyone there.
Epilogue
In the crowd watching Twilight et al go by as they sang, were six cloaked and hooded female figures. “You have chosen poorly, Celestia. Your newest project is going to learn why.” The one in the center of the group said before she turned to the others. “Is everything ready?” She asked her conspirators.
“You are aware that if this fails we will be sentenced to death for treason?” One of the others commented in a deadpan.
“I am well aware of that. Answer the question, is everything in order?” She asked again, more forcefully.
“We are ready, dearie.” another of the hooded and cloaked women answered/
“Excellent, no need to accelerate the plan. It will be a week before the pretender can go back to her little tree-fort, more than enough time.” The leader said as she turned back as her cyan eyes flashed diabolically.
Elsewhere, deep in the Everfree Forest, in a cave under the Castle of the Two Sisters, a crystalline tree seemed to be safe but a lot of black thorny vines started to creep slowly towards it, ready to pounce on it.
