Chapters Attacks (rewritten/extended)
I sat on a bale of our base hay shed, with an AK-47 in my arms and a pistol laying next to me. I am around 18, but I had long arms, and that made it easier to hold the beefed up weapon. I was a typical tall teen, skinny as a toothpick, but ate a lot of food. A lot of it. I worked on a ranch, raising pigs for 4-H and FFA members. I was about 5' 11", my hair was blonde but turned to a dirty blonde-brown. When it gets too long, it cascades over and under my glasses into my eyes. My hair grew weird sometimes. I had steel blue eyes. I had a very visible and ragged beard, but it just wasn't enough yet to protect my face from the harsh Montana winters. Usually, when I am outside, I have tan overalls, with black muck boots. My choice of a hat was a pitch black one. I wore that one at night. My hands were scarred up, from years of previous ranch life. I had fair skin, with a little bit of red tinge to it. Anyway, back to the story.
It was still dark, and cold, and there was an eerie silence around the small 5 house town. My hands were starting to get numb, so I release my grip, adjust my position, and sigh. It has been 3 months now. We have been under attack constantly and always in fear. I am just surprised we survived this long. This is so stupid, cause we are just kids! Well, technically 1 adult and a kid. But still! Gee, when these attacks started, I didn't know we would need to fight for our life.
A shiver racked my body. Damn, it is really cold! I hope it is Danimal's turn soon. I was glad we are using our nicknames as code names. The Charlies are very persistent. Although, it puzzles me. They haven't leveled this place yet. Maybe because they want us alive. Who knows.
Danimal, my brother, basically was the opposite of me. Dark brown hair when he was younger. Dark skin, grayish green eyes. He was just a half of a head shorter than me. Even our personalities are polar opposites.
I sigh again, and pull out my phone, trying to fumble with cold hands. 7:30 AM. Finally, I can get him up. As I get ready to set the AK-47 down to walk over to him, I notice several red dots, three of which plant themselves on my chest. It took me a half a second to realize what they were. Shit! Snipers! I jump to the left, grab pistol and scream as I hear shots.
I scream at Danny, ¨Charlies! Attacks, Mayday, Red Alert! Battle-stations!¨
"Wha- What!?" Danny jumps up, with the gun in hand. "Where are they, how many, what position?"
"You are supposed to know that, you are the instrument geek!" I reply.
Boom. Tat tat tat tat tat. Pow pow. Boom pow. shhh boom
"Well, there Are three groups of one thousand each in the east. And there are three hundred in the west." Danny replied typing madly.
"Bro, turn it up, cause you make me feel.... Invincible! !"
I notice some getting closer and called for 45 ammo. Using both pistols that I had, shot at everything that moved. I was seeing red and infuriated. Soon I left the shooting to Danny, and I went out and started to use my brute strength. I swung left and right with my fists or anything I could grab. After what seemed like ten minutes, I finally got tired of this. I decided to scare some sense into them.
So I grabbed the closest Charlie, hit him in the face many times, and screamed loud enough for all to hear.
"Do you know who you are dealing with. You will know my name! I am the dark you cannot see! I am the lone wolf leading the pack! I am the light that will block out the darkness! I am a survivor! I am Maddog! I am a Habets!!" I look down at the guy in my hands and screech, " And I am sending you back to Hell where you belong!" And then I sent him flying several hundred feet.
I look at Danimal, and noticed the fear in his eyes. I didn't want to loose him. He was all that I had left. I wasn't gonna die.
That is when I see a purple streak. It looked like a missile. It flew up, and then I also see a plane. The purple object then sent a purple light at the plane which exploded.
"What the... Bro! Don't shoot at the purple object."
More and more Charlies were starting to form a wall. I hurl threats at them but they didn't move. So I said, "Alright, you want to do this the hard way? We'll do it the hard way!" I look at Danny and say," Let's give them the Shocks."
Me and Danny were knocked back into the bales, while anyone within fifty feet was blasted several hundred away.
I look up in time to see an object speeding towards us. Then about fifteen feet from the ground, a bright flash, and a rainbow ring forms. The explosion was so immense, it sent me to the ground. Nearly blasted my ear drums.
All the Charlies turned tail and ran. That is also when I see a Charlie fall from the roof, covered in party streamers. He defiantly is frightened, cause he says," What the hell kind of defenses do you have?! Why are you using a pony!"
Both me and Danny look at him in confusion," What are you talking about?"
"Well, I just got blasted by a pink pony with a cannon. And nearly talked my ears off!"
I glare at him. "Not likely. Now get the hell out 'for I blast ya one!"
"You heard what he said. Leave you, big meanie!" I almost had a heart attack when I heard a female voice above me. I go to turn around and look up, but I heard another voice to the right of me.
"Ya! Beat it before we take care of you instead!"
What the hell?! When I look to my right, I see a cyan blue pony with rainbow colored mane and tail. Then I turn around and I see a pink pony on the roof of our hay shed. Wow. He was not kidding. I go to turn to face the Charlie, but was met with a Purple pony with wings and a horn, in front of me. And the pony's horn was glowing brighter, and then let loose with a ball of light, blasting the other Charlies away.
Then silence.
The Purple pony broke the silence in a very feminine voice. "Wow, that was close. I think we scared them away. Now sorry, we had to meet like this, but we couldn't just stand and watch you get killed. Anyway, I am Twilight Sparkle, and these are my friends. We are here to save you."
All me and Danny could do was stare, with guns at our side. I finally snap out of my daze, and say," Not likely. But Ok, I am Maddog, and this is Danimal. Pleased to meet you." And we shook hand and hoof.
Author's Note
This is something that me and my brother have been imagining for quite some time now, and I finally decided to write it as a story. The point at which this story starts, it has been three month's since the wwiii and the first attacks. It is just something I started writing just cause. If anyone reads this, any thoughts and comments and criticism will be appreciated. Thank you.
Also, i only own my things, what i dont own: Invinvible, and My little Pony.

New Strategy (rewritten/extended)
Leader BloodHound, sat at his desk in his fort, giving his Sargent a death glare with steely grey eyes that would kill a man, trying to keep himself from blowing. The Sargent was shuffling his feet, causing the hardware on his uniform to jingle, while waiting for another command.
"I fucking told you, to eradicate them, Mark! Not just go and try to capture them!" BloodHound clenched his fists, and continued to glare at the Sargent.
Sargent Mark tried to protest. " But sir, they are just kids! How can-" Mark was interrupted.
"I don't give a flying fuck what they are! Obliterate them, destroy them, pound them into the ground, I don't care just get rid of them!"
"But sir-" Mark tried again.
"Shut up! Get your ass out there, Find another strategy and get. It. Done!" BloodHound Looked strait into Mark's eyes, and growls, " Level the damn place if you have to."
Sargent Mark saluted and hastily walked out, shuddering.
BloodHound walks over to a map on a wall in his office, and says, "I will get you, Habets Boys. I will get you and your family!" He brings out his dagger, and stabs the location where the boys are located, and screams.
There was a small knock on the door. "This had better be good." BloodHound was furious. Another Sargent walked in, fear flashing in is eyes. In the Sargent's hands was a new report. It didn't have very good news.
"What now." BloodHound snapped.
"Uh s-sir, I-I have this l-last attacks report h-here." The Sargent shuddered.
"Well what does it say? Come on boy, spit it out!"
"Uh well, our reporters state that t-there was some a-allies that helped the boys, and they mentioned that they were t-technicolor ponies."
"What?! Please tell me its not those ones that have been sighted before." The Sargent reluctantly nodded.
BloodHound was pissed. First these ponies, now the boys, and now the ponies again! BloodHound started pacing, while the Sargent stood like a statue, sweating profusely. BloodHound was thinking hard. "We need to find a way to get rid of these irritating obstetrical. How is the portal going?"
The Sargent shuffled his feet. "It is slowly going sir. We just need to do some small things. The scientists are hard at work. What I was told is-" Suddenly, an alarm system sounded, cutting off the Sargent and nearly deafening both men.
BloodHound ran from the office with the Sargent hot on his heels. Bursting through a lab door, he is glancing around to find out what is going on. "What the hell is going on?!" BloodHound demanded.
One of the employees shouts," Evacuate! Evacuate the building now! The reactor is overheating!" The person runs off, into the chaotic scene.
Then, the alarm systems stop, and the workers are busy with scientific calculating and checking the systems. "Reactor stabilized, core temp is down. Ready to go."
"Get this thing going, and I want it done asap! We don't have alot of time. So I suggest you get your asses moving and work!" BloodHound stomps off out of the lab, with a scared to death Sargent directly behind him. BloodHound says," Sargent Don, I want that portal ready to go in less than a week. I have a feeling that those boys will join the ponies. Well we will bring the fight to them, and they wont know what hit them!"

Operation... Pony Protection?
"So you are multicolored ponies, that can fly, talk, and use magic?" Danimal asked Twilight. The 5 ponies sat beside me and my brother on a bale, with the ponies informing us of themselves. Rainbowdash was the cyan Pegasus, Applejack had a hat, a southern accent, and a tan coat. Pinkie Pie was obvious considering she was pink. And hyper. Rarity had purple curly mane and tail, as well as a white coat. Fluttershy, who was trying to calm all of our animals down, had a light pink mane and tail, and a buttery color coat. We have housed all kinds of animals, from our own, to wildlife. I just seemed to have a connection with them that helped calm them down. We have them anywhere that they could seek refuge. I would never hurt any animals.
¨Well, you could say that,¨ Twilight replied. ¨But I just have some questions for you boys.¨ Twilight shuffled her hooves against the bale, nervously.
Danimal was silent, waiting for me to answer, but I had my mind elsewhere, looking for any threats. It took me awhile to realize someone spoke. ¨I´m sorry, what was that? I was, uh making sure we were safe till the next attack.¨
Twilight nodded. Fluttershy walked up to me, and put a hoof on my knee, which made me slightly uncomfortable. I try to not make any physical contact with anybody else except my bro. But before all this started, I longed for it. I just couldn't get myself to talk to people, because i was afraid i'd mess it up. In school, I had a few friends. But most of the kids were mean, and bullied me. I wanted to be loved, and cared for. But I kept my self closed up.
But something caused me to smile, and I wanted to pat her on the head. But before I could lift my hand, an alarm system sounded. Two seconds later I hear a war horn. I grab my weapon and holler, "Get down!" and all of us hit the dirt.
The ponies were confused as hell. But so was I. I stood up and looked at Danny. "Lets kick some ass. Lets give them all we got!" I quickly glanced at a clock. 10:00 A.M. Wow, time goes slow but also fast!
Things got crazy. Bullets flying, explosions everywhere. I kept switching between weapons, and hands. Then I hear a Charlie say, "Get 'em!"
As the attacks went on and off, I started noticing the ponies doing different tasks to protect me and Danny. Then, that is when I see a bomber plane, and I scream,"Incoming!" Danny aims with his long range rifle and fires. There was a ton more people than there usually is. And it started to look like a worthless fight.
I turn around to get one last look at the ponies that were trying to protect us. I sigh and turn back around, and went to a fighters stance, with both my pistols in hand, Danimal was firing his customized semi-auto to the right of me. Twilight was directly behind me, wings flared, horn ready to blast. Pinkie Pie was blasting some people off the roof, Applejack just bucked some 30 feet away. Fluttershy was trying to ask some to go away, Rarity was yelling, threatening, and whacking one on the head, as the charlie was attempting to make a break for it. Rainbow Dash just landed on the roof, getting ready to attack again. What an interesting fighting force.
Twilight then says, "We need to leave! They are going to destroy us if we don't." The ponies start running, but me and Danimal just stand there. Twilight looks back at us and yells, "What are you doing?! You will die if you stay!" She motions for us to follow. "Come on!"
I look at her flatly. "We can't leave. If we do, then they will use our technology against us. I'm not leaving, or destroying our supplies." I turn to my brother. "Well, it was nice knowing you, bro. At least we survived this long." I gave him a hug, with tears in my eyes.
"Me too, bro. I love you." Danny whispered in my ear.
"So do I, Little Bro." I reply.
Suddenly, I felt another point of contact. Something was wrapped around my legs. I look down and see Fluttershy doing her best to hug my legs, trying to reach my waist. I smile and pet her head. We just met, and now we are going to die. I then hear a distant hum, like a helicopter. I ready my gun as the machine hovers in front of us, but I hear a feminine voice shout, "Easy there, boys. No need to get trigger happy, now."
I look a little closer, and recognized the owner of the voice. I shudder and blink dumbly. "B-BlitzCat?!"
She looked at me with a smirk. "What's the matter? You seem surprised?" She states sarcastically.
I snap out of my daze, shaking my head. "Of course I am. I didn't expect to see you... Here?" I reply.
Suddenly, there was a high pitched whistle and instantly knew it was an ICBM. "Look out!!" I scream. The missile hits the helicopter, blasting it apart. The two pilots inside were jarred from their seats and flung out of the damaged machine.
Twilight now irritated, says,"Lets go!"
"Hold on! I am not leaving these guys here and our supplies!" I screech.
"Fine." Twilight sighs. "We will take your supplies and injured men with us. Close your eyes and be careful."
Suddenly, Our supplies, us, the ponies, and the men were teleport out of existence as more ICBM missiles comes in to level the place, only to be detonated before impact by an invisible force.
