The shrinking begins

Spike was in the main library in the Golden Oak. There was still pretty messy around but Spike was kinda used to it. Twilight really should learn to clean her own mess up for ones. Spike saw the stone star shaped thing laying on the floor and he went over to pick it up. On his way he stepped on something very sharp. He looked down to see a quill with the sharp end upwards. He looked up again with tears in his eyes. "YAAAAAAAAW!" Spike shouted while he was jumping on only one leg. "Ow! ow! ow! ow!" He continued with the jumping. He sighed and stoped. "Twilight should really do something about this." He made it to the star and picked it up. "So much for that. It's almost like this only happened because things shouldn't get too rushed"

Downstairs
Twilight was still too busy looking at the stone tablet when she suddenly snapped out of it. What am I even doing? What is that? Where am I?Oh. The basement. Have I been staring at that since I came down here? How stupid! It's not even a whole stone tablet. Maybe Spike can explain this to me. Twilight thought as she set off to find Spike. She couldn't see him in the basement but when she was about to go upstairs Spike came running down. "Spike! What did I tell you about running on the stairs?" Twilight asked when she suddenly remembered what she actually wanted to ask him about. "Oh, and what am I doing down here?"

"First off. You told me that I must not run on the stairs because I could fall and get injured pretty badly. Second. We came down here because we heard something talk and then we saw that stone tablet over there" Spike said as he was pointing to the table where the stone tablet could be seen. "You began to stare at the thing because you thought that there was something written on it. Let me say this straight: There's nothing written at that thing at all!" Spike yelled.

"Maybe you just can't see it. There is something written on it... but I can't see it all." Twilight said. She sighed and began to walk away.

"Wait! I think that I can fix that problem." Spike said while he was jumping up on the table. He placed the star peice on the stone tablet and suddenly the stone tablet glowed. Spike saw the stone tablet was whole again but he could not see anything. "Wow... bummer."

"You did it! I can see all the words. It looks like a poem." Twilight said as she went over to inspect the now whole tablet. She was very excited about the tablet but Spike still seemed pretty low. Twilight noticed that and she immediately asked: "What's wrong Spike?"

"I guess that I'm just a little disappointed. If only I could see it." Spike said. He actually wanted to see it. He jumped off the table and began the walk upstairs. He was not in the mood to clean up so his goal was his bed.

"Umm... Spike? I can read it out aloud you know." Twilight said with a questioning look. Spike froze at that. He then jumped from the stairs and down to Twilight. He landed right next to her hooves and looked at her with big eyes. She still had her questioning look. Spike noticed.

"Uhh... forgot that" Spike said blushing a little. That was pretty embarrassing. Twilight looked at him with a little smirk. She then turned her head to the stone tablet and Spike waited for the words to come out. He felt strange. Why was he so... happy? It used to be Twilight who freaked out about this. But then again he was acting strange that day. First off he freaked out because of a stone star shaped thing. Then he was really scared about going down to the basement and then he forgot the ability to read out aloud. Now he was super excited about a stupid poem that stood on a stone tablet. Something was not right here...

He didn't get to think his thought's through. Suddenly he fell off Twilight's back. He got back up on his feet and glared angrily at Twilight. Twilight levitated the stone tablet and went back upstairs leaving Spike in the basement. She didn't even see him. Spike was amazed that Twilight just went straight pass him. He stayed for a little while. Then he ran upstairs. When he opened the door to the library he was expecting to see Twilight but he saw nopony.

"Twilight?" He asked. He took a look around. He checked the kitchen. Nothing. Checked the basement again. Nothing. He double-checked the library and came to the conclusion: Twilight was not downstairs. He was about to go upstairs but suddenly somepony said something.

"I'm... up here." Twilight said with a low voice. She always sounded like this when she was ill. Spike went upstairs and saw Twilight laying in her bed. She was under her quilt and she looked like a pony who was about to throw up. There was a bowl next to her. Spike quickly understood why it was there.

"Why did you first answer now? I was worried."

"I-I'm felling a little s-sick."

"Wow... are you alright?"

"N-no"

"Okay... you get some rest. I'll run the library until you fell better," Spike said as he went to the staircase. When he was down in the library Twilight suddenly felt her quilt was larger than before. She didn't worry though since it was impossible to shrink. She just thought that it was her illness.

But it wasn't...

A Meeting with the Crusaders - part 1

A day had passed and Twilight was feeling a lot better. She levitated the actually big quilt off her and made sure to not levitate it too high. Her new alicorn power was still new to her but today it was a lot easier. She jumped out off her bed only to find out that her bed was larger than she remembered it. She turned around to look at the bed and she saw that her head was the same hight as the bed. She stood there in a whole minute. Then she freaked out.

"Nonononononono! What happened to me!? Am I at a filly's size? SPIKE!" Twilight said while she was trying to find a mirror. She ran around the room and she even began to flap her wings because she was panicking. She then hit the ceiling and fell down on the floor. Rubbing her head she got up and began to breath slowly. "Okay. Let's focus on what I know..."

"What is it Twilight?!" Spike said ramming inside her room. He looked around the room but he saw no Twilight. "Uh... Twilight? Are you in here?"

"I'm over here mister 'I'm not going to knock'" Twilight said as she flew up and landed on her bed. She was still not used to it. To have wings I mean. That day in Cantorlot where she made a loop in the air was pure luck (or so the auther thinks and he is writing the story so he determines what happens).

Spike was shocked. He couldn't even move. He couldn't even talk. First he thought that it was a joke. But it couldn't be. It was in fact Twilight Sparkle who was right in front of him. "Uhhhh..." Spike said. He could not say anything else.

"Okay... this is also weird to me Spike but please help me! I can't stay like this forever." Twilight said but Spike didn't move a muscle. They stared at each other. There was a big silence. Twilight finally broke it. "Spike! Dont just stand there! Get me some books!"

"Oh... yeah uh... right away!" He said finally snapping out of it. He began to walk downstairs and left Twilight in her room.

She was a little suprised. Spike just went downstairs without helping hergetting down the stairs. They was quite big. She could fly down but she had a lot of trouble flying. She chose that it was worth a shot so she jumped down from her bed and began to flap her wings. She carefully flew down to the door and opened it with her magic. When she stepped outside she saw that Spike was talking to somepony. She was hoping that it was everypony but her friends. But she soon realised that it was none other than Applejack and Rarity who was standing in the door.

"Oh Spikey Wikey we simply must know if Twilight can come and have a little meal with us today." Rarity said while she was doing her trick with her eyes that made Spike float.

"I will ask her for you Rarity" Spike said with his love voice. He used his tail as a propeller and floated towards Twilight's room. "Hey Twilight? Rarity and AJ want you out on a dinner. You want to come? Twilight? Where are you?"

"Over here. You walked straight pass me." She said with an annoyed tone. She was hiding behind the door to make sure that Apple Jack and Rarity didn't see her in this condition. That would be so embarrassing. Think about it. Your best friends come over and see that you are only at a filly's size and ask you why it happened and then they would laugh for sure.

"Oh sorry Twilight. Did you hear the question?" Spike asked her while looking behind the door.

"Yes I did... and I'm not going. But tell them that I'm a little sick and I can't go outside. Also tell them that Twilight Time is canceled today. Can you do that?" Twilight asked receiving a nod from Spike she carefully went back inside her bedroom.

Spike went back downstairs and saw that Applejack and Rarity was inside the library. He ran over to them so he could deliver the message Twilight had told him to. He cleared his throat and began to speak.

"Twilight can't come out right now. She's a little sick you see and it's problably for the best if she stays in bed. You understand right?" Spike said. The two mares looked at each other and then at Spike. He made his puppy eyes and they couldn't stop looking at them. "Pleeaase?"

"Well... of course we understand that Twi is sick but Ah am just a little disappointed Ah guess" Applejack said while she was beginning to walk to the door. "When she gets better yah better write to me partner." And with that said Apple Jack was off.

"Uhmm... I better get back to my boutique then. I'll see you later Spikey Wikey!" Rarity said with her most elegant voice. She went outside and Twilight stuck her head outside her room. She saw Spike wave to Rarity until she was at least 5 miles away. She slowly flew down and started to find some books. She was hoping to find something there could restore her size and she did NOT want to be seen.

That wish was interrupted faster than Twilight could read a book when three little fillies stormed inside the room.

"CUTIEMARK CRUSADERS: DOOR SMASHERS!" The three little fillies said in unison. They began to laugh but Twilight froze at the spot. Her door was smashed to smithereens and they just laughed at it! The thought of not getting seen was not in her mind anymore. Therefore, she screamed.

"WHAT WAS THAT!? MY. DOOR. IS. WRECKED!" Twilight shouted while looking at the three fillies. The Cutiemark Crusaders was many things but Twilight was just mad right now. The fact that Rainbow Dash always smashed her house was also annoying. But the worst part is... Spike didn't tell them that it was canceled. Spike immediately ran outside and in a matter of seconds he was gone.

"Wow Twilight! Calm down. It was an accideeeeeeeeeeee," Scootaloo continued for a whole minute when she saw Twilight standing in front of her looking right into her eyes. Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom saw Twilight too and they gaped. Twilight finally broke the silence.

"I know I know. It's weird. I'm sorry that you have to see me in this condition. Wow! You all look so big!" Twilight said looking amazed. She walked over to stand beside Apple Bloom to measure their hight. "This is so... weird!"

Apple Bloom finally snappped out of it. "Wow Twalight... what happened?" Apple Bloom asked with a worrying tone. They all three seemed to snap out of it and they began to look at Twilight with their normal eyes. "You look so... small!"

"Yeah Twilight... are you okay?" Sweetie Belle said while she went over to pick a up a book. She placed it on the shelf and so did the others. Twilight used her magic to place all the books in the right place.

"I'm fine thank you... but please don't destroy my door next time you come here. Deal?"

"Deal!" They all said in unison. They helped Twilight clean up and then they got some tea. They didn't talk much but the crusaders wanted to say something. They just couldn't get it out. Twilight noticed that they all seemed a bit... how to put it? Nervicited? Yeah that might work.

"Something wrong girls?" Twilight asked looking at each one of them. "You can always tell me. I'm not angry anymore."

A Meeting with the Crusaders - part 2

The Cutie Mark Crusaders sat in front of Princess Twilight Sparkle. She had just asked them a question that was too embarrassing to answer. The three little fillies looked at each other and then at Twilight who was just as big as them. They all really wanted to say this but they just couldn’t. Sweat began to drop from their faces and Twilight looked more and more worried. She finally spoke again.

“Girls. You know you can tell me anything right? I won’t judge you. I’m not evil you know.” Twilight said while she was using her magic to make some new tea. She was still looking at them and they got more and more uncomfortable. Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom could not even speak but Scootaloo knew that it had to come out now.

“We want to play with you!” Scootaloo said and right after the last word her hoofs was in front of her mouth. She blushed a bit but she didn’t regret what she said. It was the truth after all. The Cutie Mark Crusaders had always wondered what it was like to play with an alicorn at their age or size. Now was probably the best time ever. Twilight made her “really?” look and the three fillies nodded.

The silence hung in the air for about two minutes that felt more like two hours. Then a little purple dragon interrupted them. He came running through the opened door (more like broken door) while he was panting like crazy. He held one claw up while his head was hanging down. It was the sign that meant 'wait a second'. He stood there in a minute and Twilight was about to lose her patience.

“Could you tell us what’s wrong already?” Twilight asked with an annoyed tone since Spike hadn’t said a thing since he ran in here. She was still a bit confused because of the fact that The Cutiemark Crusaders wanted to “play with her” (whatever that means) and now Spike was just standing in front of her without saying anything. Twilight was thinking so hard about everything that was happening so she didn’t see Spike giving her a confused look.

“Wow Twilight calm down. Nothing is wrong.” Spike said while looking at Twilight eye to eye level. He wasn’t used to look straight to see right into Twilight’s eyes but he should maybe try to get comfortable with it. He then remembered how he left Twilight with the fillies and began to fear that Twilight was mad. “Please don’t be mad at me Twilight! I-I-I meant to tell them but…”

“It’s okay Spike.” Twilight replied giving him a warm smile. She went over to hug him but she found herself bend down to hug his legs. She heard small giggles and opened her eyes. She quickly got up and hugged him normally while she was trying to hide her blush. She almost forgot about the three other fillies in the room. “Oh girls what did you say again?”

“Ohh… yeaaaah… ‘bout that…” Apple Bloom said a little unsure on what to say when Twilight suddenly lit up.

“Oh yeah you wanted to play with me… Right?” Twilight asked with a happy expression. She smiled while looking at the three fillies who was very uncomfortable. Twilight’s smile faded away slowly since they only looked at her. “Or what?”

They didn’t move a muscle at all. They were too scared to answer. But they all knew that it had to come out. Then they nodded and Twilight’s smile returned to their surprise.

“Oh my gosh! Yes! Yes! Yes!” Twilight jumped up and down with happiness as fuel. She went over by Spike’s side and whispered in his ear: “They want to play with me!”

The CMC’s was shocked. They thought that Twilight would be all like: “Why in the world would I play with you? I’m a princess after all!” But she just accepted it. No… she didn’t just accept it. She was actually excited about it. “Youuu want to play?” Sweetie Belle asked with a questioning voice.

Twilight was still jumping around in joy. “Of course! Why wouldn’t I? Since I was a filly - or maybe not in the time where I was studying hard - I always wondered what it was like to play a game with somepony else… It never happened though.” She stopped her jumping and looked down on the floor. It was like there was a big party balloon in the room there just got popped.

There was silence in some time. Everypony - and dragon - looked at Twilight with worry. Twilight noticed that they were looking at her and she quickly got up on her hoofs and turned to the fillies. Scootaloo walked up beside Twilight and began to hug her. Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle did the same and Twilight felt a lot better.

“Sorry girls… I-I just had a flashback.” She sent them a big smile and they returned it. “What game did you have in mind?”

They looked at each other. (Yes. Again) Then Apple Bloom went over to a chair to stand on it. After some heavy breaths she stood up and looked down at everypony. “We… have no idea…” Apple Bloom blushed and tried not to look at Twilight who couldn’t keep a little giggle back. Then they all laughed and felt like they couldn’t stop.

“Don’t… you have… something… funny to do?” Twilight had trouble speaking between her laughs but in the meantime she wondered why they laughed anyway. It really wasn’t that funny.

“Well… we like to pull pranks on our sisters…” Sweetie Belle said as she suddenly lit up. “Oh. My. Gosh! We could make the best prank ever with you on our side. I might even have an idea…”

Twilight froze as Sweetie Belle mentioned her friends. She didn’t know what to say. Come on Twilight, think! You need to tell them something…“Um… maybe I shouldn’t see my friends. I wouldn’t want to…” she tried to find an excuse. “To…” she made a face and she couldn’t think of anything. That was until a genius idea struck her. “I wouldn’t want to alarm them. You know they can get… funny...”

The CMC’s and Spike looked at her for a while. Then Spike said okay and so did the fillies. Twilight was happy that they understood. “But… we really could do the best prank ever… I have a perfect idea.” Sweetie Belle continued. Then she thought about it and lit up once again. “They wouldn’t even know that you were there! We could trick them…”

“Sounds like a good idea Sweetie Belle! If Twilight’s okay with it that is,” Scootaloo said turning her head towards Twilight for confirmation. Twilight thought about it and came to a conclusion.

“It’s sound like a great idea Sweetie Belle but well…” Twilight saw the fillies’ expressions and felt bad about. If I’m not getting seen, then I supposed it’s okay… “Okay. Let’s prank my friends!”

Preparations

Twilight looked horrified after Sweetie Belle had told her the plan.

”I thought that ’they will not even know that you were there’ meant that I should be standing far away and watch. Not that I was supposed to participate.” Twilight said while the CMC’s put make up on Twilight. “Are you even sure they would fall for it?”

“Pfft. Of course they will fall for it! All you need to do is to go over to them and make a few advanced spells. Then they would be like ‘WHAAAAT?!’ and then we will jump out and shout ‘GOTHA!’” Scootaloo said with a huge grin on her face. “Girls stop! She. Looks. Perfect!”

There - right in front of the three fillies - stood Twilight Sparkle or rather: Alicorn Sweetie Belle. She looked just like Sweetie Belle - except for the wings that is. Twilight’s wings were still quite big and her magic was also good. She took a quick glance down herself to see two white hooves in front of her instead of lavender. The three fillies still looked unsure though.

“What is it girls? You’ve done perfect. I look just like Sweetie Belle… Right?” Twilight asked a little bit unsure herself. She turned to look at Spike who laughed so hard that he almost choked in his own laughter. “And what’s so funny Mr. Dragon?”

Spike tried to stop laughing but he couldn’t. Not until Twilight froze him and levitated him up in the air. When he hit the ceiling Twilight let go of him and he fell down to hit the floor. “Ow. Okay! Okay! It’s just… your eyes… their lavender.” Spike said while rubbing his chin. Twilight went over to a mirror to look at herself. She must admit that she looked kind of… odd.

“Is there some way to fix this?” Sweetie Belle asked Twilight with concern. If her eyes weren’t the same color as her own eyes their sisters could see that it wasn’t her. Then another though came to her. “And what about your voice? They know yours and they can probably recognize it with ease.”

Twilight was thinking. She knew something that could change her eye color but she had no idea about the voice thing. “I might know a spell which can change my eye color but the voice… I have no idea.”

Spike heard what Twilight said and was gone in an instant. He ran upstairs to find something but the fillies didn’t know that. Therefore, they shared some confused looks. Then Twilight went over to a bookshelf and levitated a book out. She turned a lot of pages until she finally found what she was looking for. An eye color change spell (wow that sounds like one of Pinkie Pie’s weird party names). She took a quick glance at Sweetie Belle’s eyes to make sure that she knew the right color. Light greenish. She then turned to the book once again and concentrated to make the spell right. Suddenly there came two light greenish balls out of Twilight’s horn and they placed themselves in her eyes. She turned to the fillies who looked amazed. She made a quick smile until Spike came tumbling down the stairs.

He had a book with him which contained a spell that allowed a pony to speak into an enchanted object and then the same voice will come out of the pony who had enchanted the stone. Spike got on his feet and gave the book to Twilight while he explained her how the spell worked. Twilight’s new eyes lit up when she found the spell that Spike had told her about. There was only one thing she didn’t understand.

“Why have I never seen this before? I thought that I knew every book (and that I had read every book) in this library. And then you show up with a book that I have never seen nor reed.” Twilight said with a little bit disgust sometimes. She couldn’t stop flipping through the pages to see all the new spells that she had never seen before. Before she lost control Spike took the book back.

“I did it because Celestia told me to. She was afraid that it would be too much for you. I guess she was right. Maybe this is a bad idea.” Spike said who turned around to carry the book upstairs once more. The three fillies looked disappointed but Twilight smiled.

“Fear not little fillies. Twilight got the page right here!” Twilight levitated the page up so everypony could see it. She had just managed to pull the page out of the book. It did hurt to do such a thing to a book but she needed to do it for her friends. “Now we only need an object to enchant. What do you think?”

Apple Bloom was the first one to speak. “An apple!”

Then Sweetie Belle. “A diamond!”

And finally. “My scooter!”

They all turned towards Scootaloo to give her a confused look. Scootaloo blushed a bit when she heard what she had said herself. Twilight went pass the fillies and picked up a rock. “What about this? That’s good enough if you ask me.” Twilight said while holding the rock in the air so everypony could see it. They nodded and Twilight went over to the spell once again. She didn’t have time to cast the spell since Spike would be down in a few minutes. “Okay. Now we have everything that we need. Let’s go out to make this the best prank ever! We can even ask Rainbow after that.”

“But I thought that you didn’t want them to see you.” Scootaloo said confused. Twilight frowned while she was smiling. She looked kind of evil until she stopped.

“That was the past. Now let’s go!” She went through the still broken door with the spell page and the rock in her magic’s grasp. The CMC’s followed her while they ignored the fact that Twilight had changed. There was only one thing that she had on her mind right now. In the short time that she had the book in her magic’s grasp she also saw a spell which looked very interesting. She just needed that book…

The Best Prank Ever

After some time, Twilight didn’t think of the book. When they got away from The Golden Oak she forgot that she had even seen it. She thought that there was something that she had forgot and she tried her best to remember but she just couldn’t. She didn’t even want to prank anymore but she knew that she had made a Pinkie Promise and she also knew how Pinkie was if she found out that somepony broke a Pinkie Promise.

She stopped her thought’s and went through the plan once again. The fillies explained everything to her and she got the dress on. The time was running out but if they were quick they could make it just in time. Twilight knew how long the girls was to eat together. First off they would make a discussion about what to eat (a waste of time if you ask Twilight) and then they would wait for the meal. Pinkie always ordered a bunch of food (of course) so they had to wait for her food to arrive. Then they finish and they depart. Right now they should be in the waiting process so there should still be about a hour before they were done.

Twilight and the fillies were still running. Twilight was about to stop as she saw her friends sitting nearby but then she thought of the magic rock. She turned to the fillies and asked them where it was. “Don’t worry Twalight. We got the rock right here” Apple Bloom said with her country accent. She took the rock out of the saddlebag and showed it to Twilight.

Twilight sighed in relief. “That’s good… Wait do you think we should test it before we do anything stupid?” Twilight asked with a little bit of panic written in her face. They didn’t think that it was a problem but Twilight insisted.

“Fine Twilight. Here let me have it” Scootaloo said and right after that she got the stone in her hoof. She cleared her throat and began to talk. “Hello my name is Twilight Sparkle. I’m an Alicorn Princess and live in The Golden Oak library in Ponyville.”

Twilight had repeated it all and even with Scootaloo’s voice. She blinked a few times while she was trying to get used to the new voice system. “Okay now that we know that it works just fine then let’s begin!” Twilight said still a little bit unsure. She didn’t show it though and the fillies went over to a large rock near her friends table. Twilight gulped but went over to the table anyway.

“And then I said ‘uh nuh!’ and then she said ‘uh yuh!’” Pinkie Pie said with her normal voice and her normal randomness. “And then I hit her with my party canon. She flew and flew and flew and…”

“We get it Pinkie!” Applejack said annoyed. She really disliked Pinkie when she became so random and she had been hearing her voice ever since they sat down. She finally managed to shut Pinkie up… for about two seconds.

“Oh yeah then there was that time where I first met Twilight. She just came over to me and then I was all like ‘HUUUUH!’ and then I ran away, leaving Twilight in the dust. Oh speaking of Twilight where is she? Shouldn’t she be here today. Hmm maybe she’s sick and therefore she can’t…”

“PINKIE!”

“Sorry”

Pinkie’s head hang low. They all began to laugh. Well everypony besides Applejack. She had seen Sweetie Belle and was suddenly very curios to why she was there and not with the other CMC’s. Applejack gave Rarity a look. She noticed and made a face there meant ‘what?’ and then Applejack looked towards Sweetie Belle in her dress. Rarity followed Applejacks look and saw Sweetie Belle (or she thought so).

“Sweetie Belle! What are you doing here? Me and my friends are having a sophisticated dinner together.” Rarity said as ‘Sweetie Belle’ came closer. ‘Sweetie Belle’ began to panic but just as she had expected Sweetie Belle’s voice took over her own.

“Well I just wanted to show your friends the wonderful dress that you made me.” ‘Sweetie Belle’ said while she got the idea and turned around so they could see every part of it. “I mean you really outdid yourself this time. They just had to know!”

They all seemed very impressed by the dress and Rarity couldn’t resist going over to her sister and show her friends where it had been hard to get the right stiches and everything. Twilight just waited for the right moment to strike with their plan but Sweetie Belle didn’t say anything in quite some time. That was until now of course.

“Oh and I also came by to show you all my new magic tricks. Twilight taught me everything and I’m so ready to show it.” ‘Sweetie Belle’ said and after some time there came a few murmurs about it. They didn’t seem to like the idea too much but Rarity didn’t have the slightest problem with it. She was happy that Twilight would help he little sister with magic so she wanted to see what she had learned so far.

“Go on Sweetie Belle. We all really want to see your tricks.” Rarity said while Twilight thought Yeah you better want to. ‘Sweetie Belle’ lit her horn and waited for Sweetie Belle to say the first spell.

“Levitation!” there came an apple out of nowhere and she made it flew around the table so everypony could see it. She thought that an apple wasn’t enough so she began to levitate the table too and everything with it. The ponies around the table were proud of her and they began to stomp their hoofs in the ground for a cheer. ‘Sweetie Belle’ wasn’t done though.

“Marvelous Sweetie Belle! Simply marvelous!” Rarity said because she thought that it was over now. Thought she found out that ‘Sweetie Belle’ was far from finished.

“Teleportation!” She began to teleport everywhere. She even teleported Pinkie Pie sometimes too. “Transfiguration!” She turned towards Pinkie Pie who was having the time of her life. “Say Pinkie, would you mind for some cake?”

“Absolutely not!” Pinkie Pie said while she was drooling. Just the thought of cake made her drool and when somepony mentions it she was drooling even more.

“Thought so” the spell was unleashed at it was fired at the plate with food. In an instant the other food on the plate was replaced with a big nice cake. Pinkie didn’t hesitate. In a matter of seconds, the pink pony was inside the cake to eat it from the inside. “And last but not least…”

She didn’t get to finish the sentence since the CMC’s was watching from behind the rock and the all saw what happened. Twilight suddenly shrunk and the dress went off. Twilight looked on the ground and saw nothing but darkness until she finally fainted.

Hospital Check-Out

Silence…

There was only silence…

There was so quiet.

Too quiet.

She could suddenly feel a bright light shining down on her. She couldn’t resist to open her eyes. But when she did she saw five giant ponies looking down on her. She would like to scream but she saw that there was something on her mouth. When she tried to take it off with her hoofs she saw that they were lavender again. Not only that, her hoofs were very tiny and she couldn’t reach the thing. When she gave up there was a blue aura covering it and it flew off.

She saw her friends smiling to her. A small smile could be seen on her mule for a second but she stopped when she realized that her friends should hate her for lying about being sick. The thought was quickly thrown away when her friends came close to her so they could hug her. She was speechless. Fortunately, Fluttershy was the first pony to speak up.

“Oh Twilight! We were so worried about you! Oh you look so adorable!” She puttered Twilight while she said it. She couldn’t help herself since Twilight was so small and had very big eyes. Fluttershy got up and turned around to whisper to the others (or well… I guess that she always whispers… hmm… She was very quiet… I guess) “Can I keep her?”

“What?!” They all said in unison.

“Of course you can’t do that darling. We need to help her get back to normal.” Rarity said taking a quick look at Twilight who was very confused. She knew that she was at the size of a filly but they didn’t look that tall last time she saw them. Unless… she had shrunk more! Rarity looked back at the others while her eyes shined. “Although I must say that she IS very adorable.”

Applejack rolled her eyes. “We need to get the princess’ help so we can get Twalight back to normal. She can’t stay like this.” Applejack said. She felt like the only pony in this room who actually wanted to help Twilight but she knew that the others also wanted to help. They just saw how cute she was.

Applejacks thoughts were suddenly stopped when Twilight made a little sound so everypony turned their attention to her. As funny as it was when Twilight saw up on her friends they looked quite intimidating. They were almost scary!

“Um… Have I… shrunk again?” Twilight managed to say with the cutest little voice. They all (except AJ and Rainbow Dash) made an eek that meant: How cute! Twilight wasn’t so sure whether she should like being called cute or not.

“Well… right now you are at the size of a… umm… newborn foal?” Rainbow Dash said a little unsure about the last part. Though when she got a nod from Applejack all of the unsureness left her. “Yup! Newborn foal.”

“What newborn foal?! That can’t be right… I-I-I was at the size of a filly! How could I have shrunken more? How come…” Twilight got interrupted before all of her unanswerable questions got out.

“We don’t know anything about this Mini-Twilight. We just know that you are the most adorable little thing in this room right know. Oh and probably the sweetest too. No that must be this one” Pinkie Pie said while she was holding a cake from Sugercube Corner. “Hmm I have to find another word for you so you know just how cute and special you… OH MY CELESTIA! You are the most special pony in this room right now! Oh maybe I can even mmbh…”

Pinkie’s mouth had been covered with the cake she had held in her hoof.

“We just came to check up on ya. Y’all have been sleeping since yesterday.” Applejack said with a little surprise in her voice. Before Twilight could reply Applejack continued. “Yesterday you just shrank and now you are at the size of a newborn foal. We don’t know anything about it but we were kind of hoping that you maybe knew why.”

Twilight had to think a little while but it was very hard. Each time she thought about her shrinking this other memory of a book just flushed into her. But why and how could a book be so important? She couldn’t think back to what happened since Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo made that prank to her friends.

Though… there was something stuck in her mind. Something about a stone… tablet?

“I-I don’t exactly know why this has happened but I have this memory of a tablet. A stone tablet. It feels like it’s important,” She didn’t want to mention the book yet.

“But how can we find a stone tablet that only you saw but you don’t remember where?” Pinkie asked after she finally was done with the cake. Twilight never really said that she didn’t know where but this was just Pinkie Pie, being Pinkie Pie.

“If I’m correct then I’m not the only pony or should I say dragon who saw it. And if it has something to do with my shrinking I bet we should begin there.”

Applejack stopped Twilight from jumping down from her bed and turned her so they looked each other directly in the eyes. “Don’t you think that we should stop this before we find out why it happened?”

“No AJ. We need to know why this has happened. Then we can fix it. You need to know why things happens. If you don’t then you don’t know how to fix it.”

“Alright partner you are the clever one anyway.” Applejack took Twilight and swung her over her shoulder to place her on her back. “Let’s go to your house Twi.”

They all agreed and checked out of the hospital. When they were on the way Twilight began to think about the question she had asked herself about when she woke up.

“Why do you even want to help me? I made Spike lie about me being sick and then I made a prank together with your sisters. You should hate me.” Twilight said while her head was hanging low.

“Twilight don’t you ever question us darling. We love you and everypony can make mistakes,” Rarity said and the others agreed with her. “Now we just need to find Spikey Wikey!”

I'm so sorry for being this late with my story. I promise that this story will be comlpeted. I'm not that kind of guy who just abondons his story. Hope you enjoy this. I wrote it this morning at 5 am so it's rather short.

Stone Tablet

Spike had to think for a moment before he answered Rarity’s question.

”Well I haven’t really seen the stone tablet since Twilight and I found it but I will be very surprised if it’s gone. Nopony has been in here since Rarity and Applejack wanted to invite Twilight out on dinner,” Spike said while all of the ponies got inside the room. When Applejack came in Spike couldn’t resist the urge to aww. “Wow! You really are small. I’m even bigger than you now. This is going to be weird for us both. Hmm let’s go down in the basement to take a look on that tablet shall we?”

After they all nodded Spike got over to the door that led to the basement. When he opened it there was very dark in the room. He switched the light on but what he saw was very surprising. It was like a storm had teared the room apart.

“What. Happened. To. My. RESEARCH BASEMENT!” Twilight yelled as loud as she could. This was just unacceptable. Spike said that nopony came in since Rarity and Applejack came. Twilight was not in good mood but she knew that she couldn’t blame Spike. He was a baby dragon after all. She looked at all her stuff there was messed up. Ink and quills were everywhere and to not mention the parchment with all her research. She began to breath slowly. This was the method that Cadence had taught her to use when she was angry. “Who could have done this. Who would have done this.”

“Ah don’t know sugercube but maybe we should find that stone tablet of yours,” Applejack said while she helped Twilight down from her back. They all nodded to Applejack and began to walk down the stairs. While they all walked Twilight flew. As strange as it was she didn’t feel any trouble flying. It was like her new size helped her have a very good control over her flying. She couldn’t fly fast but she could fly without any trouble. Maybe it’s because her wings have a normal Pegasus size and they are therefore easy to control.

While Twilight thought about her flying Spike had gone over to the table where Twilight had read the inscriptions in the stone tablet. And it was now the world was turned upside down. The stone tablet was still laying on the table. Spike picked it up and turned to the other mares in the room. He was about to say something but suddenly Twilight fell to the ground.

“Twilight!” they all said in unison. Rainbow Dash was the first to aid her friend but what she saw was very surprising. Twilight just shrank the half of her size! When the others reached Rainbow and Twilight they all saw that their friend had shrunk once again.

“What happened? Is she awake? Is she alright?” Spike came with a lot of questions that nopony could answer at the moment but Twilight didn’t faint this time. She opened her eyes and saw her even bigger friends. She managed to eek at the sight of them and turn her head down in Rainbows hoofs. She was actually scared of them! They looked so intimidating. She already knew that she had shrunken once again.

Rainbow could feel her shivering in her hoofs and turned to the others to tell them that she was shivering and that she was probably really scared right know. They all nodded and turned away to look at the tablet.

“Exactly as I remember it. Nothing is written on it. Or well Twilight said that she could see something on it. Hmm…” Spike thought about it and then a thought hit him. “Maybe only Alicorns can see it! Maybe that’s why nopony can see anything on it. Only Twilight and the other princesses.”

“That would make sense,” Fluttershy managed to say though she didn’t know anything about it. She just supported every idea her friends came up with.

In the meantime, was Rainbow Dash trying to get Twilight to speak but Twilight didn’t even dare to look. Her friends were too big for her to handle. Twilight knew that they only wanted the best for her but she couldn’t stop thinking that they could crush her with ease. Rainbow was different somehow. She felt safe when she was near her.

“Come on Twi. We need your help. None of us can see anything on that stone thing. Only you.” Rainbow said with a calm voice. Twilight didn’t answer. “Twilight. We’re your friends. We won’t hurt ya. And sometimes you got to see fear in the eye. You said it yourself. We need to know what’s happening and how it’s happening.”

Twilight finally gave up. “Fine. I-I’ll come over.”

Rainbow flew over to the others and placed Twilight on top of the stone tablet. Twilight tried to look away from her friends so she could focus on the inscriptions.

“Okay… Here we go… When somepony read it, they will start to feel it. Time will go, and the size will flow. The keyword is half, so don’t laugh. In the end you will find, that it’s all in your mind.” Twilight finished the poem. They all looked at each other and at Twilight who was about half the size of a newborn foal. “I don’t see much there can help.”

“You’re wrong Twilight… There’s something about this that make sense…” Spike said as he began to think of what Twilight had said. His face turned into a surprised expression. “Oh my Celestia!”

“What is it Spike? Have you found something? Because that would be SUPER FUN!” Pinkie Pie said while she fired her party canon so confetti flew everywhere. “Hmm… I need more confetti…”

Everypony rolled their eyes except Twilight. Her ears were hurt a lot. She didn’t say anything because she didn’t want her friends to be all like ‘oh no Twilight. You need to go to the hospital!’ Besides. What’s life without some injuries?

“Twilight said: The keyword is HALF.” Spike walked over to Twilight who quickly curled herself into a ball. He picked her up and showed her to the rest of them. When Twilight grows big again I’m so done for. “Have anypony noticed how Twilight first was a filly, then a newborn foal, and now the half of a newborn foal?” Spike let the mares in the room get the idea of what he was saying. When they didn’t say anything he sighed. “She is shrinking the half of her current size!”

“Ohh” They all said in unison.

Rainbow Dash picked Twilight up and placed her on her back and said: “Well what are we waiting for? We have a train to catch!”

A Long Train Ride

A big toot toot could be heard now that the train was leaving Ponyville. Twilight and her friends got comfortable and they began to talk about things from their normal life. Twilight was still a little bit scared of her friends but after their last talk she had been a lot less scared. The funny thing was that Twilight was really glad to sit with Rainbow Dash. She made her relax. Twilight didn't know why though.
"Are you okay Twilight? You look a bit worried" Rainbow said when she saw how Twilight had made a sad face. Rainbow knew that Twilight was still a little scared and that she somehow felt good when she was close to her. "If you want to you can just sleep the train ride away on my head or something. I'm going to sleep too."
"Maybe I could do that but it's just that I'm a little too worried about seeing the Princesses. What if they can't fix this? And I'm also sad because I'm scared of my best friends! I'm such a bad friend," Twilight said while she levitated a tear away from her cheek. She hoped that Rainbow would let her think but that was not the case.
"Hey, Twi. I don't know what you're going through right now but I know that we might look really big and dangerous to you. And I'm sure that Princess Celestia have a solution. Now if your worries are tone then please. Take a nap," Rainbow Dash got comfortable and she was out like a light. Twilight just stared at Rainbow's sleeping body with a surprised expression. Rainbow had actually given an almost good advice. Twilight didn't have to think too much about the 'taking a nap' part of Rainbow's advice and after some struggles to get up on Rainbow's multi-colored mane she laid down and began to sleep.

Princess Celestia sat on her throne and looked down on Twilight. Twilight thought that she was massive but she was also really small. Celestia had an angry expression on her face and she began to walk down to Twilight.

“Princess! Oh I’m so glad to finally see you! As you can see I have a little problem. Don’t laugh. And I was hoping that you…”

“I won’t help you,” Celestia interrupted Twilight. “You made this and you clean up… That is if you can escape me!” Celestia made an evil laughter and placed her hoof on top of Twilight who barely had time to put up a shield. Celestia tried to push harder and Twilight knew that due to her size she couldn’t hold up much longer. When Celestia saw Twilight’s expression her smile grew even wider. She took her hoof up and right before it came down to crush Twilight she just said one thing: “Goodbye my faithful student!”

“NOOOOO!” Twilight screamed but to no avail. Celestia’s golden hoof came down with a great power and Twilight saw her doom. The princess lifted her hoof and where Twilight should have been there was now nothing…

Twilight woke up with a scream that coursed Rainbow Dash to wake up but due to Twilight’s small size and Rainbow’s sudden movement she got tossed right off her head. Twilight didn’t get to think before she landed right inside a cake.

“Oh for the love of Pete,” Twilight said as she tried to use a teleportation spell to get out of the cake. Right before that happened she her the sound of a mare that made her flinch.

“Uhhhh! Cake! My favorite meal! Can I have it? Oh please please please please pretty please!” Pinkie said as she took out her wallet and gave some bits to the mare with the cake. When Pinkie finally managed to get the cake from the mare she just ate it all in one second. “Mmm nice cake!”

“NOOO! PINKIE!” Twilight said as she slid down Pinkie’s enormous throat only to hear Pinkie saying: nice cake! When she finally got to the end of Pinkie’s throat and got into her stomach she began to hyperventilate. “Oh no! This isn’t happening. Please tell this isn’t happening!”

Meanwhile in the train…
Rainbow ran around like a crazy horse. She had lost Twilight and it was all her fault. Rainbow couldn’t live with herself if Twilight was dead. She would have killed her own friend AND a princess of Equestria. Then she heard a voice.

“Ohh that cake was NOT good. There’s something crawling around inside me,” Pinkie patted her belly while she said it. “Stop that! It tickles!”

“Pinkie! What did you just say?” asked Rainbow Dash who got more nervous by each second. She just had to her what Pinkie had said to be sure in her theory.

“Umm that it tickles?” Pinkie tried.

“NO! Before that!”

“There’s something crawling around inside me?”

Rainbow’s heart skipped a beat.

“I’m sorry Pinkie but I have to ask your belly a question. Alright?” after a confused nod from Pinkie Rainbow Dash flew down and asked a question: “Twilight are you alright? Two kicks if no and one if yes.”

“Ouch! Ouch!” Pinkie gasped. “Oh no. Have I eaten Twilight?! That… That can’t be! NOOOOO!”

While Pinkie was sad Rainbow tried to think of a solution. She got one pretty fast but it’s probably not the best for Pinkie. “Pinkie can you throw up?”

Pinkie gave a confused look to Rainbow. “Of course I can silly! Everypony can! Why do you ask?”

“Well first off: I’ve never seen you throw up or heard about it… Well except when AJ made those terrible muffins.” She paused. “And secondly: that could be our solution! To save Twilight from your stomach!”

Pinkie began to get the idea of Rainbow’s idea. “Great idea Rainbow! But maybe we should give Twilight a warning first.” Rainbow nodded and told Twilight about the plan. Twilight was a little unsure but she trusted her friends. She gave a sign that meant that she was ready and before she knew it she was on her way up Pinkie’s throat. Everything went according to plan. That would mean until now.

Twilight was in Pinkie’s mouth again but right before she got barbed out she hit Pinkie’s tooth that made a big red mark on her back. She screamed a little only for the scream to disappear when she was outside again.

“I got her! Oh no… She’s bleeding!” Rainbow Dash said right as she caught Twilight mid-air. Twilight had fainted when she got that mark because it was so big (for Twilight) and it was bleeding harder for every moment. “Oh no! She can end up dying if we don’t do something!”

“Don’t worry Rainbow!” said Pinkie while she had her hoof in under a seat to take out a medic pack. “I store medic packs all around Equestria! In case of a medic pack emergency.”

They packed Twilight up and laid her on Rainbow’s back. They began to walk back to the others. And of course they didn’t know a thing. Before they got over to them Rainbow said something.

“Hey Pinkie?” Rainbow Dash whispered to Pinkie.

“Yes Dash?” Pinkie replied.

“Let’s never speak of this again.”

“Never speak of what again?”

“Exactly.”

And with that said they tried to enjoy the rest of the train ride…

In about 10 seconds.

The train stopped very suddenly and Twilight fell off Rainbow once again. Rainbow felt it right as it happened and told Pinkie that she had lost her once again. Pinkie gave a ‘really?’ look and then they began to search.

“Sorry for the sudden stop! The train will continue now! We will arrive in Cantorlot in ten minutes!” The conductor said.

“TEN MINUTES?!” Pinkie and Rainbow Dash said in unison. They looked at each other and began to search even faster.

Meanwhile on a seat…
Twilight woke up with very little memory of what just happened. The only thing she remembered at the moment was a large white object there hit her very hard…

She turned around to look at her back. It was packed in a lot of bandages. When she turned again she saw a blue Pegasus who was just about to give up on her search for Twilight. Twilight flinched as she saw how Rainbow descended down towards her but it was too late for Twilight to react. Rainbow finally sat down and Twilight felt some of her bones crush.

“There’s no hope… We lost her! I can’t believe that this happens again!” said Rainbow completely unware of Twilight under her. “I mean we searched everywhere! Right? Wait what’s that I can feel? It’s like there’s something tiny right where I’m si-“ She didn’t get to say more because Pinkie threw her of the seat and gasped at what she saw. She saw Twilight but not like Twilight. She was unconscious again and was flattened by Rainbow’s butt.

“Oh no!” Pinkie managed to say.

Rainbow got over beside Pinkie. “Hey! What’s the big… idea?” She had seen Twilight in Pinkie’s hoofs. “Oh no… Did I sit on her?! There’s no way a normal pony could have survived that! I-“

“Well then it’s good that I’m not a normal pony huh?” Twilight’s voice filled both mares with joy. Twilight tried to get up but fell again. “You have no idea though… how much this hurts.”

“Oh of course!” Pinkie got the medic pack again and packed Twilight with even more bandages. “Umm Dash? I don’t think we can keep it a secret now…”

“Yeah you’re probably right about that one Pinkie.”

Twilight smiled while she rolled her eyes and fortunately the rest of the trip went just about how it should. Twilight thought for herself: That was a long train ride.

”Look AJ I already said sorry okay! Even Twilight forgave me and she is the one there got eaten alive” Pinkie blushed at what Rainbow was telling and Rainbow noticed. “No offense Pinkie”

“Heh… none taken” She replied while she rubbed her chin in thought.

“And then she was bleeding all over her back! Oh and what do I do after all this? I SIT ON HER FOR PETE’S SAKE!” Rainbow was furious because Twilight didn’t blame her for what happened. She just forgave her as the nice friend she is. “She forgave me and you should do the same since it wasn’t you who got eaten alive and-“

“We don’t need the whole speech again Rainbow but Ah am still upset with you because Twilight trusted you and all you do is losing her all the time! Heck where is she even now?” asked Applejack now looking around at all the mares present.

“Oh no! Did somepony step on her?” said Rarity. They all began to look under their hoofs but there was no Twilight. “Oh my! Of all the bad things there could happen this. Is. The. Absolute. Worst!” She pulled a fainting sofa out of nowhere.

“Umm girls? I’m right up here” said a flying little alicorn. She really got the hang of it now. All the mares sighed in relief as they saw up to look at her. “I just really like flying! I mean. I can’t stop it.”

Rainbow carefully flew close to her and said: “I know how you feel”

“Alright enough chit-chat. Let’s go to the castle and meet Princess Celest-“

“No.”

They all looked up to see the source of the voice only to see Twilight giving them a serious look. She didn’t want them to be in there. She wanted to see her for herself.

“Pardon?” Applejack didn’t understand what Twilight just said.

“I will go inside alone.” Twilight said completely sure.

“But… but…”

(And then a very long discussion/argument came but the author doesn’t have the patients to write such a thing so we will skip to the part where Twilight walks inside the throne room… Don’t blame me.)

As Twilight walked inside the throne room a little bit of fear hit her. What if her dream was the truth? What if Celestia wouldn’t help her? What if…

“Ahh Twilight. My most faithful student. I see that you have a little problem” She giggled a bit at her own joke which was very strange of her. She usually doesn’t laugh at all. “Anyway. I sense that you want me to help you? I will don’t worry.” Twilight got more and more confused of how Celestia behaved. “You just need to tell what lesson you learned from all of this. I hope it’s good. It was hard to find that old stone tablet.” Twilight had to work a little while with what Celestia was telling her right now. Then she snapped.

“DID YOU DO THIS TO ME?! HAVE YOU ANY IDEA OF HOW CLOSE I WAS TO DIE ON THE TRAIN?! YOU CAN’T BE SERIOUS! AND ALL BECAUSE YOU WANTED TO TEACH… me a… lesson?” Twilight didn’t get it. This didn’t sound like Celestia. She would never get Twilight to do something that could cost her life.

“Of course I did. Hope you learned it though because I don’t think that I can keep it for myself anymore… Okay I can’t hold this mask anymore.” Celestia disappeared and in her place there came a tall figure. “Ohh! You should have seen the look on your face!” said Discord while he was smiling and laughing. Then he disappeared and appeared once again right beside Twilight and in her size too. “It was priceless.”

“Oh for the love of… something,” she sighed but then a question came to her. “Where is the real Celestia? And Luna for that matter?”

“Vacation.”

“What?”

“They are gone on a vacation. My idea,” Discord saw Twilight’s disapproving look. “Well I just thought that I should be a good friend and give them a little time to be for themselves.” Twilight didn’t stop. “Fine. I admit that I also sent them away so I could do this to you. Oh that reminds me…” He teleported over to her other side a laid his arm around her neck. “Did you get the idea of me lesson?”

Twilight thought that if she played nice Discord would turn her back to normal. Therefore, she played his game. “Well no. I really don’t see what I should learn from all this Discord. Would you please tell me?”

“Well since you’re asking me so nicely I suppose I can give you the answer. You will freak out anyway.” He removed his arm from her neck and teleported from her side to her front. “The lesson was: Don’t touch things you don’t know what is. Pretty good eh?”

Twilight was about to explode but took a deep breath and said: “I think that it’s a fantastic way of showing me that I shouldn’t mess with things that I don’t know anything about. But you must know that I can’t stay like this. Can you turn me back please?”

“Oh no dear! I can’t do that. Only you can make yourself normal… but I suppose I can tell you how.” He snapped his paw and teleported back to Twilight’s house. He grabbed the stone tablet and teleported back to Cantorlot in his original size. “All you have to do is to remove the star-shaped piece and then you will be back to normal okay?”

Twilight was a little unsure. “I can’t lift something that big! It’s just about my size! Can’t you do it?” Discord shook his head. “But I can’t!”

“Yes you can little one,” a little giggle escaped him. “Don’t you remember what there is written on it?” He pointed one of his talons on the final part of the text and said: “In the end you will find, that it’s only in your mind.” Discord smiled proudly but there came no reaction from Twilight. After some time in silence Discord told her what it meant. “All your abilities work just as they did when you were big, oh maybe even better. It all depends on what you think in your mind. If you think ‘I can be the strongest magician ever’ then you are the strongest magician ever. Same goes for your flying and sport and so on.”

“…Really?” Twilight didn’t believe him quite yet. After a nod from Discord she tried it out anyway. She thought that she could lift everything in Equestria but she focused her magic on the star-shaped piece. She pulled and it flew out with great power. In a matter of seconds, she grew back to her original size. “Oh my… That felt wonderful.” She tried to walk away but stopped instantly because of the pain in her body. “OW! My body! It still hurts!”

“Well of course it does. You got hurt after all and may I say that you got hurt pretty much. You should probably sleep and rest in a few days eh?”

After a long discussion with Discord and explanations to the waiting mares outside they all continued their daily life...

That was until Tirek showed up.

The Library's secret

It was a nice and warm morning, when princess Twilight Sparkle got up and out from her bed. She quickly brushed her mane and went down to the library. "Spike! Wake up! We need to go to Cantorlot!" Twilight said while she put some books in order. Spike came down to Twilight while he was murmuring something about it's too soon to go but Twilight ignored him. She went into the kitchen so she could make some breakfirst.

"Can I get some jewels... Please?" Spike asked like if he was still half asleep. He then bounced off the chair he was standing on and went over to pick up his favorite broom. He started to clean up the library so that somepony wouldn't get disturbed by all of the dust. He walked around and did his thing but then he hit something hard. He looked at it and tried to see what it was supposed to look like. One thing was clear: It was shaped like a star.

"I'm sorry Spike but we have been through this before. Ahem. WE HAVE NO JEWELS!" Twilight shouted while making herself a big sandwich with hay. She remembered all of their discussions about jewels for breakfirst. Of course she won the discussions but Spike was sure that someday he could get it. "You have to choose something else."

"S-Sorry Twilight! I-I don't know what came over me! Maybe I'm just tired." Spike said while looking at the star shaped thing. "And i think that i'm seeing things too... There is some star shaped thing here." He then took it up with his claws and then he freaked out. "Oh no oh no oh no! It's real! It's actually real! How come I've never seen this thing!? How did it get here!? How!? HOW!?!"

"SPIKE" Twilight shouted. She went into the library and glared angrily at Spike. "What's the big idea? Quit shouting like that and tell me what's wrong before you wake up the whole neighborhood." She took a bite of her sandwich. "What's wrong?"

"It's just that... that" Spike's back was turned towards Twilight so she could not see the star shaped thing in Spike's hands. He then turned around and showed the thing to Twilight. "I'm cleaning this place everyday. Normally I only clean away dust. I know everything in this library nor this. There's something itchy about this... I just can't point it out."

Twilight looked confused for a little while. Then she smiled and bursted into laughter. "Oh Spike. You almost got me on that one." She fell down on her belly and she couldn't stop laughing. "Why should there be anything in here that I - or in this case you - didn't know what was? It''s a laugh. We have been living here in a whole year Spike."

"No! It's not a joke I'm telling you! Maybe someone lost it or something-" Spike was cut off by a mysterious voice coming from under the library. Spike shivered like crazy but then he saw Twilight head for the basement door. Spike "eeek!"d but chose that it would be best to follow his owner. When he got to the door he glanced around the basement just to be sure that there was no monster. He saw Twilight standing down at the bottom of the stairs and he quickly made a jump down the stairs and landed on top of her back. Since she didn't expect him landing there she almost fell. She turned her head to Spike with a angry look. Spike made the "I don't know" look and Twilight sighed.

"There's something on the table." Twilight said while she was trying to remember if she left anything there last time. She came to the conclusion that there was nothing left on the table last night so she began to get confused. "Though I don't recognize it."

"I told you that something was off" Spike said while having a big smile on his face. He then got bounced off Twilight's bag and onto the floor. "Ow! Twilight what was that for?"

"Please Spike. Now let's see what that thing is." Twilight said. She passed Spike and saw that he was giving her a angry face. Twilight stopped and looked down at her little baby dragon. She rolled her eyes and levitated him onto her back once again. "Happy?"

"Very."

"Then let's see on that thing shall we?" Twilight said and with ten easy hoof-steps she and Spike was with the mysterious "thing". It looked like a stone board but there was something written on it. It was like Twilight was in a trance. She just stood and looked at it.

"Umm... Twilight? What are you looking at? There's really not that much to see." Spike said with a little worry. She didn't say anything. She didn't do anything. "TWILIGHT!"

"Wha? Oh Spike what's wrong?" She asked like if there was nothing wrong.

"Twilight you were staring at that stone tablet. There's nothing on it. It's not even in one piece. It needs something star shaped..." Spike said when he suddenly remembered what he left upstairs. He jumped off Twilight and rushed upstairs. Twilight began to stare again.

If there's any gramma mistakes then please point them out for me so i can fix them. If something is missing i will gladly try to fit it in.

Sequel or not?

Twilight teleported out of her house in the last second before it exploded. She carried Owlicious with her but the owl flew away from her after a sad look on his face. Twilight got up on her hooves and spread out her wings. She teleported towards Tirek to continue their fight.

From the back of a house there came a greenish pony who looked very frightened. She had seen how Twilight’s house met its doom and she was a little sad about it. It wasn’t her house yes but one of her good friend’s house. After some time, she noticed a black book with a crystal in the middle of it. She picked it up with her magic and tried to open it. She couldn’t do it though. She shrugged and thought: I can always return it when the time is right. I hope Twilight understands… How did this book even survive?

After that day there was one word in Twilight’s mind there came back every day but only in a short amount of time…

Book book book…
