Before there was peace, there was chaos.

Long ago, before the rule of the two sisters, Discord ruled the land with an iron fist, twisting reality to his liking.

Ponies lived in fear under the tyrant's rule. And Discord loved it.

But, the two sisters, Celestia and Luna quickly overpowered the tyrant, and encased him in a prison of his own skin.

He saw them cheer, celebrate, and laugh at his defeat. Oh, how it offended him.

He swore to make a spell, that would bring Equestria down to its knees. He would fill three ponies a sense of hatred, so that they would look at each other in anger.

After finishing the spell, Discord waited for the perfect chance to strike. He ignored the insults the ponies gave him, for he knew that he would get back at them someday.

He would then regain the throne, and rule Equestria again. Oh, how he loved his plan.

He grinned widely, the spell ready to be cast.

Two hundred and fifty years later, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Twilight Sparkle were born.

Meanwhile, in a distant planet, a massive military force called the Resistance invaded the planet of Xinlieu, enslaving it's inhabitants and forcing them to work for them.

Forced to do excessive amount of work, and given a very small amount of water and food, they are extremely malnourished.

After a fight with the guards, a weak prisoner is knocked out, and somehow appears in the middle of the Everfree Forest.
