The Love Interest

Pinkie Pie was in her room thinking about her friends. While she was lost in thought there was a knock on her bedroom door. So she went over and opened it up and saw Rarity there. Rarity and Pinkie Pie hugged. They both stayed there for a bit and then they pulled away from the hug and looked at eachother.

"How are you Rarity? How are you?" Pinkie Pie asked her friend. Rarity sat down and Pinkie Pie sat down by her. Rarity thought for a few moments while Pinkie Pie watched her. Rarity looked at her and Pinkie Pie looked back at her with a paitent look in her face. Rarity then started to speak in a nervous voice but Pinkie Pie didn't pick up on it.

"I came to hang out I guess. I mean if that's alright with you. I just want to talk to you for a bit and see how you are doing. You know? I'm going to hang out with you Pinkie Pie. Rarity said. Pinkie Pie giggled and ruffled Rarity's hair as she thought Rarity's worries were silly. She then responded to her best friend.

"Of coarse I don't mind. You are my best friend aren't you? You can come over anytime you want as long as it's in the daytime because at night we are closed and all of us are sleeping but otherwise in the daytime you can come over here I won't mind Rarity." Pinkie Pie stated. Rarity smiled and nodded at Pinkie Pie.

"Thank you Pinkie Pie. I just have some things to say." Rarity said looking off to the side. Pinkie Pie shrugged as she didn't mind having Rarity wanting to talk to her about something that was on her mind as she didn't want Rarity to hesitate either or be nervous about telling her anything that she need to tell her.

"Sure go ahead. I'm all ears Rarity so you don't need to hesitate in telling me and you don't need to stall. I don't like it how ponies stall when trying to tell me things. It's like I make them nervous and it makes me feel bad so just spit it out." Pinkie Pie said. Rarity nodded as she looked at the floor for a few moments and then looked up at her.

Rarity looked at Pinkie Pie's beautiful posture. Rarity loved her so much that she couldent be apart from her. She was dying to tell Pinkie Pie about her crush but she knew that it wasn't the right time just yet so she decided to hold on to her secret just a little bit more as she asked another question to buy her some time before she would tell her friend about the crush she had on her.

"I'm not wasting your time am I? Because if I am please tell me so that I won't waste your time again. Rarity asked her friend. Pinkie Pie shook her head no and waved off her concern as it was unfounded and that Raroty was just worrying for no reason as she was taking a break from her work so Rarity didn't have to worry about that.

"Nope just go on and tell me Rarity. I don't mind at all. I have a lot of time before my next shift. If you telling me something goes over my time of my break then I'll just calm the Cakes down about my whereabouts by talking to them after. Just tell me Rarity sooner you tell me the sooner you don't have to worry about it anymore." Pinkie Pie said smiling.

Rarity nodded as she took a deep breath and looked at the floor. She then looked back up at Pinkie Pie as Pinkie Pie had an understanding smile and a patient posture. Rarity was grateful for how much patience Pinkie Pie had. She looked into Pinkie Pies eyes and spoke.

"I think you are beautiful funny and smart Pinkie Pie. I've thought about this for a very long time and I have decided to tell you my long kept secret that i had hidden from you and my friends because I can't keep hiding it any longer or I'll shout it out in public some day. I have a crush on you Pinkamena Diane Pie." Rarity said softly.

Rarity quickly looked down to avoid Pinkie Pie's reaction. She felt embarrassed and mortified as she had no idea how Pinkie Pie would respond. She hoped that Pinkie Pie would understand her feelings and not laugh them off. She was blushing. She took a quick glance at Pinkie Pie and Pinkie Pie was also blushing. She wondered what Pinkie Pie was thinking at that very moment.

Rarity had no idea what would happen now. She couldent take it back as the truth was officially out there and Pinkie Pie had heard it directly from her. She was scared of being rejected by her crush as she loved Pinkie Pie with all of her heart. She couldent take not being able to be with Pinkie Pie so she hoped that Pinkie Pie would accept her feelings.

Pinkie Pie lifted her head and kissed her passionately on the lips. Rarity felt her heart burst with joy as Rarity kissed her back in love. They were finally together as they happily enjoyed the kiss that they were both sharing. From that day foreward they were lovers and they would never be cheat on eachother or leave eachother.

They told their friends and they were all happy for them as they were happy for eachother as well. They all celebrated Rarity and Pinkie Pie starting a wonderful romantic relationship that they both promised would last till they both passed away. They also vowed to get married.
