Zootopia, Teotle's Interdimentional Vacation!by TeotleChaptersTwo Glowing Yellow EyesTeotle's Inner WorldDiscord's Interdimensonal WebTeotle Needs ClothesRecap of a Forsaken DestinyTwo Glowing Yellow EyesTeotle was having a wonderful dream after he and Nyx were given Luna's lullaby, "Son Under The Moon". The young wolf cub was dreaming of sitting by a calm waterfall, somewhere in a beautiful garden of flowers, trees and shrubs. It was relaxing and calm. The garden was home to animals of all shapes and sizes, with soft and fluffy fur. There were statues of Teotle, Nyx, and all their friends playing games, such as tag, filly and the middle, hoofball, and scooter riding. However, one statue, in particular, really caught Teotle's eye. It wasn't a visual of them playing, no, this was a statue of a creature that appeared to have the tail of dragon, back legs of a lizard and a bull, the body type of a snake, the wings of a bird and a bat, the arms of a... Teotle froze up, for he knew what he was looking at. The shape of the statue ft the description of a familiar creature that Luna, His grandmother told him of in his previous life as Shadowflame. "Discord?" Teotle asked And with that one word spoken, the statue sprung to life, changing from stone to flesh in the blink of an eye. Teotle didn't see how it was possible, but Discord had entered into Teotle's dream. "You're probably wondering how I'm here. Am I right?" Discord asked with a suspicious smile. Teotle raised an eyebrow and answered, "Yes, but I'm also wondering if I'm still dreaming or having a nightmare." "Oh, don't be like that." said Discord. "I'm here to help you." "With what?" Teotle asked. Immediately, after saying those two words, Discord snapped his fingers and made Teotle snap out of his dream, however, he didn't wake up in his bed. His bed was lying in the middle of a street, surrounded by tall structures that resembled the buildings of a city. What was even more strange was that the sun was already coming up, even though Teotle had only been asleep for an hour and a half. How did Teotle wind up in the city? Where was this city? Was he in Manehattan? Did Discord... Before Teotle could think of anything else, he heard a loud noise that rang in his ears like needles. He looked in the direction of the sound and saw a large beast with yellow eyes that flashed bright like the sun. The beats was running at him with alarming speed, coming closer to Teotle as it continued to make it's loud noise. Teotle jumped out of his bed and tried to jump out of the way, but the beast was too fast. It rammed into him like a bull, knocking him off his feet and sending him spiraling in the air. He then skidded across the hard ground, as if he were a stone that had been thrown so that it skips on top of the water of a lake. When he finally stopped skidding, he was knocked unconscious. When Teotle opened his eyes, he found himself in a hospital room, lying in a patient bed. He was hooked up to a heart rate monitor and an IV bag. His prosthetic leg was removed and was laying down on a table by the window. Next to that table was a Bunny dressed in a police officer's uniform. She was reading papers in a manila folder with a question mark written on it. "Hello?' Teole asked the bunny, who looked up at him with a smile of relief. "Woo, thank goodness your awake." the bunny said. "I was worried you weren't going to wake up. It's been hours since you left the operation room." Teotle's eyes were wide open when he asked, "Operation room?" "Yeah." the bunny replied. The doctor was surprised to see you still alive after the accident." "What accident?" Teotle asked. "Am I ok?" The bunny then answered, "Well, you are now. You were kind of..." Just then a fox, wearing a yellow collard shirt and a black and red striped tie, walked into the room with two cups of cafe in his paws and a donut hanging out of his mouth. He handed one cup of cafe to the bunny and sat down in the chair on the other side of the table. "How's sleeping beauty over there." the fox asked, without looking away from his donut and cafe. "Um, Nick?" The bunny asked, pointing at Teotle, who was stumped about what to do. The fox then looked up at the bed where Teotle was laying, dropped his cafe and let the bite he took from his donut fall down from his mouth. "Huh." He said. "Uh, Judy..." Nick asked, looking at the bunny. "When did he...?" "Just now." Judy replied. "Um, ok..." Nick said, stumbling over his words a bit as he spoke. "How? He was hit by the truck we were chasing." "Huh?" Teotle asked, trying to get a clear answer of what is happening. Judy looked back at Teotle and replied, "We were in a high speed chase this morning. You were hit by the truck we were chasing after you suddenly appeared in the middle of East Avenue. When we saw you after you were run over, we didn't think you would make it in time fore the ambulance to arrive." "You lost me when you said truck. What's that?" Teotle asked, shrugging his good foreleg. Judy looked at Nick, who was looking back at her with the same expression of confusion. "You don't know what a truck is?" Judy asked. Before Teotle could answer, Nick then asked, "Do you know what an automobile is?" When Teotle shook his head, Judy then said, "Well, lets talk about that part later. The important thing to tell you is that you're lucky to be alive. When we took you to the hospital, you were a mangled mess. Your bones were twisted and dislocated in way the doctors never thought possible." "Your organs were like soft pudding for a while." Nick added. "But you soon looked like nothing ever happened to you." "That's why we feel it necessary to ask you a question." "Ok." Teotle replied, nodding his head. Judy took a deep breath before asking, "Where are you from?" Teotle's Inner World"Where are you from?" Judy asked. "What do you mean?" said Teotle, raising an eyebrow. "You survived a hit from a large truck, driving at full speed, and recovered from fatal injuries in record time, right after you appeared in the middle of the street, asleep in a bed." Judy replied without taking a breath in between words. "That seems a little strange to us." "Very strange." Judy corrected. Teotle thought about it for a moment, scratching his chin while he looked back at his memories of Discord. He is the most chaotic person Teotle and his friends have ever met. Discord can use extremely powerful transfiguration spells, shape shift, play mind games, manipulate time and space... "Of course!" Teotle said to himself. "I'm in another dimension." Judy and Nick looked at him with wide eyes. "What?" Nick asked. "I'm not from here." Teotle answered. "I'm from a world called Equestria. It's a place much like this, accept in my dimension, we don't have talking animals." "But you're an animal." Judy said, confused. Teotle's cheeks turned red as he explained, "Yeah, well, what I meant to say is that not all animals can talk in Equestria." "Ok." Judy said. "I just have to ask, why is it it that you can talk, but other animals can't?" Teotle shrugged his shoulders asked, "How are you able to talk?" "Because I was taught how." Judy replied. Teotle chuckled and said back, "There you go. I can talk because I was taught how." "Well, why can't anyone else but wolves talk?" Nick asked. "Not just wolves, also Ponies, Dragons, Mules, Minotaur's, Dogs..." "Wait a minute, half of those don't exist." said Judy. "Well, maybe not here, but they do in my dimension." said Teotle. "Do you have any idea how you got here?" Nick asked. "My old friend, Discord, sent me here somehow." answered Teotle. "Well, more liken an acquaintance." "Why isn't he a friend?" Judy asked. "Well, it's a long story as to who he is and what he can do." Teotle replied. "We have time before the doctors are done holding you here." said Judy. Teotle sighed, extended his good paw, and said, "Alright, you two need to hold my paw." Nick then asked, "Why?" "Just do it." Teotle answered. Nick and Judy both placed their hands in Teotle's paw and immediately started to feel a tingling in their heads. They both blacked out for a quick moment and woke up in the most unusual place they've ever seen. They, along with Teotle, found themselves a field of clouds, high in the night sky. The full moon radiated a bright blue light that illuminated the clouds that surrounded three companions. "Welcome to my mind." Teotle said to Nick and Judy, who were wide eyed with their mouths wide open. Just then, big towers of stones stacked on top of one another, rose from under the clouds. The stones them selves were round and smooth, like eggs, and they all served a purpose that helped keep each tower perfectly stacked, forming the towers. Each tower represented a thought, a memory, a feeling, or an emotion that Teotle has experienced throughout his current life or the life he had when he was Shadowflame. However, Teotle never bothered with his fathers memories. They brought him too much pain. Teotle had shown Nyx this place before, shortly after they first met, but he had never let anyone else in until now. The only reason he let Nick and Judy in was to show them what they were dealing with when it came to the land of Equestria. The three of them spent a good long while looking over Teotle's memories, most of which left Nick and Judy baffled. When they were finished, they retruned to reality, where time had only gone by for a few minutes. Apparently, time moves differently between fantasy and reality. "Ok, so, how do we get you back home?" Judy asked. "Your guess is as good as mine." Teotle replied. "Well, back track a bit." Nick said. "You said this guy, Discord, visited you in your dreams. Are you able to contact him to try and take you back?" "There is a summoning spell that Twilight taught me, but I don't know what it'll do from another dimension. The distance between this world and mine might cause the spell to tear him apart, killing him and my only way home." "Well, what's life without a little risk? Sometimes you got to have faith." said Judy with a swing of her arm. "Faith?" Teotle asked. "Yeah, its where you do something out of just believing in..." "I know what it means, but I don't know if faith alone is enough to make a smart decision." Teotle replied. "Maybe not, but it more fun, and plus, it's the only lead we have to letting anyone back home know where you are." "At the risk of killing someone?" Teotle asked. "Well, I've seen some of your memories Discord, and a lot of them didn't seem very pleasant." Nick explained. Besides, if he does get torn apart, you can always use the Ark to piece him back together when you get home." Teotle thought about it for a moment, shifting his eyes at imaginary diagrams of the facts in his head. Eventually, he said, Lets do it." Discord's Interdimensonal WebTeotle climbed out of bed with Nick and Judy's help, and walked to the other side of the room where his prosthetic lay on the table. He reattached the leg with a click of the latch and began to move it ever to smoothly, to loosen up the joints. "I've been meaning to ask..." Judy said in confusion. "How does that leg operate? It doesn't have any motors, springs, wiring, not even a power source." Teotle raised an eyebrow and replied, "You use all those things, just to make a working prosthetic leg? Where I'm from, we use spirit energy to make and control our replacement parts. Well, accept for my sister, Scarlet Rose. She used springs and highly enforced steel to make her back legs." "Both of her back legs? Nick asked. "What happened to her real legs?" "She never had them." Teotle replied. "When she was still in mother's belly, she never developed hind legs. The doctors and scholars say it is a rare mutation that happened to her fifth grand father, accept it was his front legs." "Oh." said Nick, having a chill gong down his spine. "Sorry to hear about that." Judy added. "Don't be." Teotle replied. Scarlet can jump really high, and it was said that Grandpa Spear-Tooth was a really good dancer." Teotle channeled his spirit energy, and readied the summoning spell to bring Discord to them. Normally, the spell required the Elements of Harmony, however, using spirit energy makes casting spells more powerful than just using magic. The Elements of Harmony contain a combination of spirit energy and magical energy, each harnessed from the different attributes that the Elements represent. When Teotle cast the summoning spell, Discord appeared right in the middle of the room. He was sitting in a wooden chair, sipping a cup of hot tea. Discord looked around the room and then at Teotle. "You know, you and Twilight need to start warning me before using the my summoning spell." Discord said in annoyance. "I was in the middle of tea time with Fluttershy and Angel." Teotle growled with clenched teeth, trying to hold back from socking Discord in the face, especially after what had transpired this morning. "So, this is Discord?" Judy asked. "Why does he look like Frankenstein's monster?" Discord gasped, dramatically, and stared at Judy with a vengeful expression. "How dare you compare me to a character from a story book." He snarled. Teotle jumped in between the to of them and said, "Stop, this conversation is over, Discord. Just get us back home so I can kick your butt!" "Oh, as if you could win in a fight against me." Discord chuckled. "You couldn't even lay a paw on me." "SHUT UP, YOU SON OF A...!" Teotle snapped, only to be cut off by Nick. "Calm down, Teotle. If anyone here's you shout like that, they might call security. How do you plan to explain this guy magically appearing with us?" Teotle growled, trying to hold back his anger. When he finally calmed down, he then said to Discord, "How did you send me here?" "Oh, why should I tell you that after you risked my life trying to get me here?" Discord asked. "Do you even know how dangerous it is to summon someone from another dimension? You could have killed me." "At least we understand each other now." Teotle said back. "Besides, I knew that you came here with me, this morning." "Wait, what?" Discord replied with a raised eyebrow. "How did you...?" "I could still sense you when I woke up here." Teotle answered. "I knew you were just hiding, and you wouldn't show yourself until I summoned you, meaning, I didn't risk jack squat." "I do my best to hide so that I watch you try to fend for yourself, and you knew right away that I was there?" Discord asked, putting a paper bag over his head. "How embarrassing." "Yeah, you're embarrassed, we're all proud of your for your humility." Teotle said sarcastically "Now, how about I say goodbye to Nick and Judy, and then you take me back home?" "I don't know how to go back?" Discord replied. "WHAT!" Teotle snapped again, this time, causing the doctors out in the hall to knock on the door. "Is everything alright?" asked the doctor. "Yes, sir, nothing to worry about." Judy said, giving Teotle an irritated look. Discord smiled and asked, "Do you even know how interdenominational travel works?" "No." Teotle replied, crossing his arms. "Well, let me educate you." Discord said, summoning a chalkboard. He then drew a web of circles; each having numbers 1-10 written in them. He then summoned a pointer and began to explain, "Circle #1 is where Teotle and I am from. Circle #2 is where Judy and Nick are from." "Imagine the other dimensions, labeled #'s 3-10, as other random dimensions that don't really matter to us. The number order of each dimension is constantly changing over time. Some dimensions switch places with each other in an intricate pattern, depending on where they fit in the web I've drawn here." "What are you saying?" Teotle asked. Discord rolled his eyes and replied, "I'm trying to say that our dimensions are in the wrong position for us to go back to one or the other. When you travel in between dimensions, you are basically traveling over a bridge that connects the two of them together. Outside that bridge, there is an empty void where time and space are boggled. "It all depends on where you are and how far across the web you want to travel. I brought us here when our worlds were next to each other, causing no space-time boggling. If you want to go home, you must know where and when you have to be to go back, preferably at the moment after I brought us both here." Teotle Needs ClothesTeotle and Discord had stared at each other in silence for five minutes. "Why did you bring us here if you can't take us back?" Teotle shouted. "Now why should I tell you, especially after you just yelled at me?" Discord mocked. Teotle clenched a fist and said, "Because if you don't, then I'll..." "You'll do nothing." Discord argued. "Without me, you won't know the way home. So far, I have all the cards, here." "What's stopping anypony, back home, from realizing we're gone?" Teotle wondered. "It's because the sun isn't up, yet. I know a special way to get back before morning, giving us plenty of time to do things my way." Discord explained. "What exactly is your way?" Teotle asked, was interrupted by the nurse who had walked into the room, after hearing Teotle's and Discords argument. By the time she turned to face Discord, however, he had taken the form of a silver coated wolf. What surprised Teotle more, aside from Discords quick transformation, was the fact that he had kept his bushy eye brows, long beared, and his front buck tooth. He was also dressed in a brown polo shirt and dark green shorts. After looking at Discord long enough, he reminded Teotle of a distant uncle he has, from Ulcer's side of the family. He owned a restaurant where the dinning table also functioned as a grill. This allowed the chef to cook the food directly in front of the customers, while doing fancy tricks and stunts, using his special assortment of utensils. "Hello, sir." the nurse said, offering a handshake. Discord shook the nurses wing and said, "Good morning, ma'am. I'm Teotle's uncle, Discord." After Discord introduced Teotle to the nurse, she realized that he was the patient who was lying in the bed earlier this morning. Her eyes widened with concern as she said, "You're awake?" "Yes, we've gone through this last night. The whole hospital was in an uproar over his quick recovery." Nick explained. "Oh." said the nurse. "My shift started five minutes ago, so I didn't get a turn to hear the gossip." Judy chuckled a little, due to the ironic fact that the nurse was a chicken, and that they're not known for being late. She regained her composure and asked the nurse, "Could we have a set of release forms, since you're here?" The Nurse clucked and asked, "What's the rush?" "Nothing." Nick replied. "We just need to ask him some questions at the station." "Is he in trouble?" The nurse asked. "No, it's just that we forgot the recording equipment their, we need a documented description of what car hit him last night." Judy explained. "Oh, and we also need to get him some clothes. Teotle then looked down and say that everyone had clothes on, while he was in his bear fur, and quickly covered himself with his paws. "Don't worry, dear, we'll get you a nice set of shorts and a shirt before you go.", the Nurse said, taking the clip board off the wall, outside of the room, and signed the requires release forms. She then asked Teotle to sign the bottom line of the form. She then said, "Ok, you're free to go." After they went outside, the four of them got in the car and drove to the police station. When they arrived, they went to the front desk, where officer Clawhauser sat, eating his morning donuts. When they reached his desk to check in, he looked at Teotle and Discord and asked, "Hi, I'm Officer Benjamin, what can I do for you? "Don't worry, Ben, they're with us." Judy answered. As they were walking through the station, occasionally catching a few glares from the other officers, Discord then whispered in Nick's ear, "You'd find more life in a grave yard." Nick was about to laugh at the joke, but before he could, Chief Bogo came out of his office and said, "Officer's, Hopps and Wilde, my office, NOW! Judy winced and said softly, "Was hopping to avoid this discussion." When the four of them entered the room, they sat down in the seats that had been set in front of Bogo's desk. The Chief was looking at Teotle's medical records, the only records that he could find. He stared at the documents and X-Rays for a solid two minutes. "Um, Chief?" Judy tried to ask, only yo be cut off by a huff from the ox's flaring nostrils. Eventually, the Chief went and asked, "Well, if this is right, These two wolves don't exist in our files. Tax payments, no social security number, or for that matter, any birth certificates." Bogo huffed through his nose again, looked Nick and Judy in the eyes and firmly asked, "Where, prey tell, did you find these two?" Judy took a deep breath and said, "Well, as for the cub, Teotle, we found him on the street after he got hit by the truck we were chasing. You know, the one we wrote about in the report?" "I know about the truck, Judy, I just want to know, in detail, why they have no records." Remarked the Chief. "I can explain that, sir." Discord said, standing up from his chair. "Please, sit down, sir." Bogo said, biting down a shout. "Oh, I can't just sit down, sir." Discord replied. "Because I'm feeling very up, at the moment." Bogo stood up from his desk chair, walked up to Discord and said, "The Mayor has been on my case all morning, because of your nephew's car accident. Not only did he make my officers lose the only lead we had to the speed racer case, but we also had to keep the doctors from leaking this mess to the community. if the news had heard of this, there would be a riot right outside my office door." "I understand your concern, Chief, but I simply don't have the time to have a debate right now." Discord added, twisting and pulling at his beard. "I don't care about your time." Bogo said with irritation. "This cub's X-Rays are a paperwork nightmare. A tattoo might not be as hard to explain to the public, but this child has embroidery all over his skeleton." "What?" Judy asked, snatching the X-Rays from Bogo's hooves. Judy looked at the file for a sold ten seconds with wide eyes. She turned to face Teotle and Discord and asked, "What haven't you been telling us?" Recap of a Forsaken Destiny"What haven't you been telling us?" Judy asked, looking at Teotle and Discord, be-shuffled. "I read the part in the file about your recovery, but I haven't seen this before. Teotle sighed and said, "It's a long story. Maybe I should start from a few years before the day I was born." "Is that necessary?" Chief Bogo asked. "Yes." Discord replied. His story so long and complicated, that you would, most likely, need to divide it into at least three books, and then have another book with an abbreviated recap on the main plot." "Thank you, Discord", Teotle said before continuing. "Back at our homeland, my father ruled with an iron fisted dictatorship. He lived a long rule, where everyone served him without question. Eventually, he realized that he would eventually die, either by the flames of war, or the sands of time. So, in order to preserve his rein, he took six wives, who of which carried at least one child each. me and my siblings were born from fragments of his very soul, that he split into seven pieces." "Wait." Nick asked. "How are there six wives and seven children?" "One of the wives had twins." Teotle explained. "Each of us represent the seven deadly elements, and we each carry a part of our father's powers." "Power?" Bogo asked. "This all sounds like a fantasy. What power could a child, like you, possible have?" Teotle frowned, raised his paw, and began to use his magic to control the chief's body against his will. Bogo ended putting his coffee on top of his head and dancing ballet around the office. Unable to stop himself, the chief went into a rage of hysteria. "ENOUGH!", he demanded. "MAKE IT STOP!" Teotle then loosened his grip on his magic and released Bog from his spell. He took a deep breath, looked at the cub, and asked, "What was that?" "That was my Mind control spell", Teotle replied. "I was able to manipulate your body's movement while leaving your mind unaffected. Shall i go on with my story?" The Chief huffed and said, "Yes, go on." "Thanks.", Teotle replied. "before my father divided his soul among me and my siblings, he ensured that his wives, The Sister's Of The Shadow, would prepare us for the ritual." "What ritual?" Judy asked. "The ritual of making us kill each other in gladiatorial combat, thus allowing us to gain the powers of one another after one of us is defeated. Once the last of us was left to have all the power, their own soul would be engulfed by it, allowing our father to claim the victor's body as his own." "What about the inscriptions on your bones?" Nick asked. "The symbols help create a protective barrier over my skeleton, allowing my bones to be nearly indestructible. In addition to that, my father's power helps me regenerate almost immediately after being injured. That's how I was able to survive being his my the truck last night." "Let me guess.", said Bogo. "These things help make you a more efficient killer? Making you harder to kill helps eliminate your sense of fear, right?" "That was the original plan, however, my mother wanted more for me than a singular purpose. She was the only on of the six wives who didn't want to go forward with the ritual. Instead of teaching me to embrace being killed in the ritual, she wanted to raise me like a real mother would. Eventually she sent me away to another country to ensure my survival, but my brother, Brimstone, found me. When I went back, i had already made a plan to stop the ritual from being completed." "How?" Nick asked. "I gave my own power to a friend I met. When I was taken back, there was me, Brimstone left. I managed to have my sister, Fracture, give me her power, allowing me to be able to defeat Brimstone. Since I didn't have all the pieces of my father's soul, the ritual was still incomplete." "Not bad thinking." Judy added. "Where is this country of yours?" Asked the Chief Teotle looked at Discord, who gave no support over the question. Teotle had told the almost his whole story already. He eventually told himself to tell him all of it. "My country is in another dimension, far away from yours." Teotle replied. The Chief looked at him blankly for a long while. "In this dimension of yours, does everyone have magical powers?" "No." Discord answered. But many of them are our friends, and we'd like to get back to them now. The only problem is that we have to be at a certain place and time in order to get back." "Where is this place? When do you need to be there?", Bogo asked. "Hold on, chief." Nick demanded. "You're not going to say they're crazy and take our badges?" "No, Nick.", said the Chief. "I know enough about you and Judy to know you're not playing games. Besides, I've never danced like I just did in all my life." "To answer your question...", Discord interrupted, "I brought Teotle here t teach him something important." "What?" Teotle wondered. Discord smiled and said, "Something you don't know about yourself. If I'm right, you forgot to give your brothers and sisters their powers back." Teotle's cheeks turned red as he realized that Discord was right. He did forget to give the powers back. "What's your point?" "My point is that you need to learn how to use your fathers power to it's full potential, before we have a major attack like we had at the science fair.", Discord replied. Are you even aware of what abilities you hold?" "I know enough.", said Teotle. "I don't think you do." Discord huffed. "Over the years, in my stone prison, I was able to watch and listen to all that your father had done in the past. Not only was he able to take magic from his surroundings, he was also able to take it from various places within other universes. He could open dimensional portals at will. You could do it too, if you knew how." Just then, a call came in from the phone on the Chief's desk. When he answered, it was Benjamin, from the front desk. "Sir, you better get down here."
Two Glowing Yellow EyesTeotle was having a wonderful dream after he and Nyx were given Luna's lullaby, "Son Under The Moon". The young wolf cub was dreaming of sitting by a calm waterfall, somewhere in a beautiful garden of flowers, trees and shrubs. It was relaxing and calm. The garden was home to animals of all shapes and sizes, with soft and fluffy fur. Judy took a deep breath before asking, "Where are you from?"
Teotle's Inner World"Where are you from?" Judy asked. Eventually, he said, Lets do it."
Discord's Interdimensonal WebTeotle climbed out of bed with Nick and Judy's help, and walked to the other side of the room where his prosthetic lay on the table. If you want to go home, you must know where and when you have to be to go back, preferably at the moment after I brought us both here."
Teotle Needs ClothesTeotle and Discord had stared at each other in silence for five minutes. She turned to face Teotle and Discord and asked, "What haven't you been telling us?"
Recap of a Forsaken Destiny"What haven't you been telling us?" Judy asked, looking at Teotle and Discord, be-shuffled.
