So you might be wondering: how am I going to pull off a crossover of MLP and Hunter S. Thompson's classic screed of seething gonzo journalism, without compromising either the spirit of the show or the live-wire prose of Mr. Duke? Well, to be honest I'm not sure. But that's the beauty and the horror of this life: jumping into something you're just not sure of and seeing where it takes you. Familiarity with the book or the movie is not necessary; the language of freak power is universal.
