Ponies meet Inklings

Inkopolis plaza was bopping that evening like it was every day.  You had squids of all ranks and levels hanging out and just having a good time together.  Up in the studio of the squid sisters there were four people.  Callie A.K.A agent one, Marie A.K.A agent two, Sophia A.K.A agent 3, and the James the new recruit or Agent 4.  They were laughing and thinking of all the good times they had that night.  Meanwhile in a lab in an unknown location scientists were inspecting the octarian technology agent three, and four had brought them, and CapnCuttlefish was there as he had a somewhat good understanding of octarians and there technology.

"Be careful with that thing it could blow your head off,"   CapnCuttlefish said to a scientist who was poking around a gun.

"I know what I'm doing," the scientist said.

CapnCuttlefish just sighed and rolled his eyes, kids these days he thought to himself.

"Hey gram-pa whats this dohickey?"  one of the scientists asked.

CapnCuttlefish walked over to see what he was looking at.  It was a big device that had some strange markings on it.

"I don't know I've never seen this thing before," Capncuttlefish said.

"Hey there's a button here, mabey we can see what it does," the scientist said.

"No don't touch it," CapnCuttlefish said, but it was to late as the button had already been pushed.  The machine started to him loudly and started to glow purple.

"EVERYBODY TAKE COVER!!" CapnCuttlefish screamed and everybody dove.  This machine then sent out a pulse.  Meanwhile back in inkopolis Callie, Marie, James, and Sophia were talking.

"Remember that time I used a ink-," James said before he stopped talking.

"What is that?" James asked.

"Duh it was an inkstrike," Sophia said.

"No what is THAT?!" James asked again.

The other three turned around and saw a bright purple light heading towards the city.  It was approaching fast, and they didn't like the looks of it.

"TAKE COVER!" Callie yelled and they all took cover.  It came and engulfed the city in a bright purple light.

Today was a busy day in ponyville for Twilight as she had lots of friendship problems to solve in ponyville.

"Settle the dispute between lyra and bon-bon check," Spike said as he checked it off the list.

"Spike what's next?" Twilight asked.

"Hold on a second," Spike said, and he then burped a letter from princess Celestia.

"Read it to me Spike," twilight said.

My faithful pupil I know your having a busy day, but I have an important matter that I need you to come to canterlot for, attached is a spell that will teleport you derectly here, your mentor Celestia

Spike then handed her the letter for the spell so she could use her magic.

"I'll be back in a while Spike," Twilight said, and then looted away to Canterlot.

After teleporting to Canterlot and going to the palace twilight met with Princess Celestia to see what the problem was.

"Whats the matter princess?" Twilight asked.

"Glad you could come here Twilight.  We have reports that a island has appeared of the cost of Manehatten.  I want you and your friends to go investigate the matter and see if you can find where this island came from," Celestia said.

"You can count on me princess," Twilight said with a smile.

After getting back to Ponyville Twilight called all her friends over to meet her.

"Alright guys it appears that a island has appeared off the cost of Manehatten.  Princess Celestia wants us to go investigate it," Twilight said.

"Really thats all?" Rainbow Dash said with a glum look " I was kind of hoping to be fighting some kind of monster or something,"

"Well I for one am glad that were just investigating, and not fighting off some demon," Rarity said.

" me too," Fluttershy said.

"Alright y'all enough talk lets just get going," Applejack said.

The group then exited the castle and went for the train station.

Sophia slowly opened her eyes as she woke up. " man that was crazy" he thought to herself.

"you okay?" James asked slowly as he was also waking up.

"Yeah just threw my head for a loop," Sophia said.

Callie and Marie also started walking up.

"Another 5 minutes please," Callie said.

"Time to get up already?" Marie asked.

"Hey your finally awake," Sophia said.

"what do you think that was," Callie asked.

"I dunno maybe it was some science experiment gone wrong," Marie said.

"Hey maybe I'm seeing things, but can somebody explain to me why there is another island other than our own," James said.

The three turned around, and saw another island just like James had said.

"If your seeing things then I must also be seeing things," Sophia said.

Just then a radio transmission came in for them.

"All agents report in," CapnCuttlefish said over the radio.

"Hey gramps this is Callie, are you okay?" Callie asked.

"Don't worry kiddo I may be old, but I'm as spring as ever,"  CapnCuttlefish said.

" Hey Capn this is agent 4.  Can you explain the bright purple light, or why there is another island floating of the coast?" James asked

" I can explain both.  I'm down at a lab helping scientists research the octarian technology you brought back.  We came upon a machine which not even i knew what it was.  Then Larry here decided it was a good idea to press a button on the machine.  The machine then activated and sent out a bright purple light, and considering what you just said I'd say it was a dimensional  vortex opener.  Unfortunately it seems to be broken so in the mean time where stuck here.  I want you guys to go explore this other island and see what you find got it?" the captain asked.

"Yes sir" all the agents replied.

"All right guys suit up!" James shouted and the got their gear.

After taking the train to the Manehatten station the mane 6 started to walk towards the island which was about 8 miles to the east.

"You think that there well be any aliens i hope so as ill have to throw them all a surprise party ohhh you think they like chocolate cake, or maybe vanilla, or strawberry, or cherry chonga flavored i know thats the kind i would choose if i was throwing a suptrise party for myself," Pinkie pie blabbed on.

"PINKIE PIE SHUT UP PLEASE!!!" Rainbow Dash yelled.

Pinkie Pie then looked at Rainbow Dash and stopped floating and or mindlessly talking.

"Come on guys we'll be there soon," Twilight said.

"I hope there isn't any aliens, that sounds scary," Fluttershy said, slightly trembling at the thought of meeting aliens.

"If there are any I hope they have a sense of style," Rarity said.

Twilight rolled her eyes this was gonna take a while.

After grabbing there hero suits and weapons the group headed out on a boat to the other island.  They then started walking into a forest near the beach.

"Think we will find anybody here?" Marie asked the other agents.

"Maybe.  This place looks pretty peaceful to me," James said looking at all the peaceful birds and other animals.

"Hopefully its nothing like our island," Sophia said.

"Hey you guys stop thinking of the worst what could possibly RUMBLE,"  Everybody stopped moving after it was heard and Callie pulled out her hero roller, Marie her hero scope, Sophia pulled out her hero shot, and James pulled out his hero brush.

"What do think it is?" Callie said holding her roller.

"Maybe its nothing," Sophia said

" I dont think its noth-" James was suddenly cut off when something jumped out of the bush and leaped for him.  He barely dodged out of the way, and it still cut his leg. Another one then jumped out of the bush.

"FIRE DAMMIT FIRE!!!" Sophia yelled.  They then began attacking the creatures.  After emptying there ink tanks the creatures ran away.

"Yeah that's what you get for messing with the agents," Callie said.

It was a celebration to soon though as the creature came back, and it was a lot bigger than before.

"Heh heh, think we can forget this and move on?" Callie said nervously.

The creature responded with growl.

" If anybody has ideas I'm up for them," Callie said as the creature got closer.

Just then something was thrown over her head and the creature burst into flames, and after a couple minutes it disintegrated into dust.  They looked back at James who was sitting there.

"How did you do that?" Marie asked.

"Molotov," James said.

"You just happened to be carrying a Molotov," Sophia said

"Hey it pays to be prepared.  I noticed that the creature was made out of wood, so I logically assumed that it must be flammable," James said an then asked "anybody got a bandage?"

Callie tossed one to him and he wrapped it around the part his leg had been cut.

"Lets keep moving," James said when suddenly another Rumble was heard. They one again readied their weapons, but what they saw this time was surprising.
