Mission 2

Sorry, I know its taken me SUPER long to get a new chapter out, but my family recently got involved in a cub scout camp thing, and I've had even less time to write, just have a lot of other things I'm doing.

Just get on with it....

So Scarf’s cranky as usual, maybe the mane six will rub off on him. Another thing, the quotes at the beginning of each story are going to have less and less to do with the story itself.last thing, if you have an idea of what you think the next quote should be, leave a comment.

Words of wizdom;

Hidden Scarf cast his golden eyes down at the building in front of him. His next target was a particularly rare gem that was said to be held by both a fashion designer and as a seamstress at her shop, the Carousel Boutique. Having looked at the store from every possible angle, he decided it was best if he entered by the glass panels forming a circle on the second floor. Pulling his mask up to cover his face, he jumped into an alley next to the building he had been perched on. Stalking into the moonlit street, he cursed his decision to get to the gem as soon as possible. As the newest citizen, suspicion would almost instantly fall on him once it was discovered missing.

Shaking his head, Scarf decided to focus on the task at hand and crossed the street quickly. Locating his next checkpoint, he hastily climbed the tree closest to the store. still being sure he wasn't detected, he hopped onto the roof and opened one of the windows. Why isn't it locked he wondered, moving towards the center of the building. Suddenly he heard a loud yowling, whirling around, he found himself face to face with a completely white cat. Muttering a few choice words, he backed down the hall, the cat didn't move to follow him.

"What a mess..." Hidden Scarf couldn't help but whispering as he eventually found himself in a room covered in fabrics and ponicans., sifting through all the silks, he finally found what he was looking for. A trap door was covered by a seemingly discarded dress. Before he could open it, though, he heard a voice behind him.

"Opal, what is it darling?" shoot, no time Scarf quickly dashed into the trap door and down the long, earthy hallway dug out beneath it. It was surprisingly clean for an underground tunnel, he stopped at a circular room.

"There you are." he muttered to the large prize. "Tom."

"So you got it, huh?" Master said gleefully Scarf nodded. "How'd you get it out from under the ground?" the pony thief shuddered as images of a very angry seamstress came to mind.

"That doesn't really matter, what matters is nopony saw my face" he said.

"I suppose you're right, quite the prize." Mischief said, admiring the giant boulder cut to the shape of a diamond.

"Master..."

"What is it?"

"Why did i have to steal this piece of junk?"

“Haven’t the foggiest, scarfy, haven’t the foggiest
