Long ago, before Celestia and Luna took the throne, two groups came to Equestria. One group sought to sow death and destruction through the lands in the name of chaos, while the other group, a brotherhood of stallions in silver armor, fought to protect Equestria from the evil, and thought their bravery the legends of the 'Silver Stallions' was born.

Over a thousand years later, the signs of chaos once again begin to rear it's ugly head, and the same armored monsters that howled their praises to dark gods a thousand years ago begin to reemerge.

But for all the monsters, great heroes will always stand to face them.
