Stress Release

It was a chillier night than normal as Velvet was storming towards the palace. While her husband had been having issues performing in the past, she never once imagined that he would simply not want to engage in intimacy, especially because he was looking forward to a sporting event. As she got closer to the palace however, her thoughts began to change from being angry over a sports obsessed husband to a sexy white Alicorn who knew how to cater to her needs, regardless of what they were.

When she arrived at the palace she was greeted by two guards. One asked, "Halt, who goes there?"

The other added, "State your business."

Velvet replied, "Well I am Twilight Velvet and I need to speak to Princess Celestia."

One of the guards stated, "Princess Celestia is away for a few days."

When hearing this Velvet knew that if she wished to speak to anypony that she would have to speak to Princess Luna, who she does not know that well. She asked, "Could I speak to Princess Luna please."

The guard sighed, "Follow me. I will see if she wishes to speak to anypony and if she does, you may speak with her."

Velvet followed the guard towards the throne room. When Celestia was home, the guards simply let her through so she was kind of shocked that the guard would have to lead her to the throne room. When they arrived the guard ordered, "You wait here. I will go and see if she will have any company."

He headed into the throne room and immediately Luna saw him and was not impressed. She scowled, "Guard, why are thou not at thy post? State thy business."

The guard replied, "Your Majesty, there is a pony that goes by the name of Twilight Velvet who wishes to speak with you."

Luna's demeanor changed immediately since she knew who she was, "Yes, we shall see her. Send her in."

As he left the throne room he said, "You may see her."

Velvet nodded and headed into the throne room where she was greeted warmly by Luna, "Twilight Velvet, it is good to see you." Her demeanor changed to one of concern as she continued, "What has brought you here at this hour?" She then remembered how sometimes her sister would comfort her when she would have arguments with Night Light. She asked, "Are you and Night Light having problems?"

Velvet replied, "Yes we are and I just need somepony to listen to me."

Luna motioned for her to come closer and asked, "What is going on?"

Once she was close enough to Luna that she could make direct eye contact with her she began, "Well it is a rather long story......"

Luna interrupted, "How about we go to the dining hall to talk. There will not be anything to eat and unfortunately the chefs are asleep but at least you won't have to stand."

As Velvet followed Luna to the dining hall, she couldn't help but notice how her flank would sway back and forth when she walked. For a brief moment she was mesmerized by it until she heard Luna say, "Sit down and tell me what has been going on."

Velvet sat down, rather close to Luna and began, "Well as you know it is Friday night so this afternoon I decided to cook my husband his favorite meal, hay steak and hay fries. That is his favorite meal and I thought that by fixing him that he would be in the mood."

While Celestia would easily know what she was talking about, because of her nature and her history, Luna was oblivious. She asked, "In the mood? In the mood for what?"

Velvet's jaw dropped open when she asked this. She asked in return, "You know, in the mood for intimacy." She put her hand on Luna's shoulder and continued, "You seriously didn't know what I meant?"

Given that Luna always tried to appear stoic and didn't want anypony to know about some things that she does, she knew she had to lie, "No, I did not. Unlike my sister, I am not into such things."

Velvet's face dropped a bit. After watching Luna's flank sway back and forth she was hoping that maybe she could provide her with some special comfort but realized that the chances of that now were next to zero.

Luna saw her face drop and asked, "Velvet, what is wrong?"

Velvet replied, "Oh nothing." She then decided to continue voicing her problems, "Ok, back to where I was. Well I fixed him his favorite meal and then I decided that since it was still early that we would watch a romantic movie so he would be sure and be in the mood."

Luna asked, "And how did that turn out?"

Velvet replied, "Well I was able to get into it easily but just like it always does when we watch a movie together, his mind began to drift to who knows what."

While Luna herself was no fan of romantic movies and would likely do the same thing in that situation, she couldn't help but feel empathy for the mare sitting next to her, "I am sorry that he did that Velvet. So what happened after that?"

Velvet began to become agitated, "Well then we go to bed and I undressed entirely, waiting for him on the bed and when he finally got to the bedroom, he wasn't even the slightest bit aroused!"

Luna gasped, "Seriously, he was not aroused?" She took a closer look at Velvet and found herself staring intently at Velvet's chest. After a few seconds she snapped out of it and continued, "How could he not be aroused? I think you are incredibly....." she began to blush as she finished, "I think you're incredibly sexy."

Velvet's ears shot up at the comment. She asked, "Seriously, you think I'm sexy?"

Not knowing whether she should do it or not, Luna placed her hands on Velvet's chest and continued, "Yes, I think you are very sexy."

This was the cue that Velvet had been hoping for. She reached her hands out and grasped Luna's voluptuous breasts and blushed, "I think you're really sexy too!"

The two gazed deeply into one another's eyes and moved in for a kiss. Right before their lips met Luna pulled back and asked, "So what happened next?"

Velvet sighed in frustration knowing that she was so close to kissing Luna but didn't let that bring her down too much. The night was not over yet and she hoped that Luna would let her stay with her for a few days. She continued, "Well I finally got him in bed but even after crawling on top of him and lowering my breasts into his face to suck on, he still wasn't hard! He even got out from under me and admitted that he wasn't in the mood!"

Luna again cradled Velvet's chest with her hands and continued, "He didn't want to suck on these?" She threw her hands up in the air and continued, "What kind of stallion is he?" She blushed at Velvet and continued, "ANYPONY would be lucky to be able to suck on these!"

Velvet began to giggle, "Luna, stop it! You're embarrassing me!"

Luna wanted to know more so she continued, "And what happened after that?"

Talking about this brought out a fury in Velvet. She screamed, "Like I said, he said he wasn't in the mood. Even worse, he claimed that he was looking forward to him and his friends going to a buckball game the next day, a stupid buckball game!"

Luna was shocked that a stallion would turn down intimacy with such an attractive mare simply because he was looking forward to a ball game. She gasped, "What kind of stallion is he? No stallion in his right mind would turn down intimacy just because he was thinking about a ball game, especially intimacy with a sexy mare such as you!"

Velvet began to find it hard to continue talking given the way Luna seemed to be hitting on her but she wanted her to hear the whole thing. She continued, "And well, we began to fight after that and for the first time in our lives, we lit up or horns in anger and fired energy at one another."

This shocked Luna yet angered her at the same time. She slammed her fist down on the table and yelled, "What? He fired energy at thee?" She calmed down and continued, "I am sorry you had to see me get angry like that. I am just mad that he would do such a thing." Luna put her wing around her and asked, "He didn't hurt you, did he?"

Velvet blushed when Luna put her wing around her. She replied, "No he did not." While one part of her wanted to tell Luna about the rest of the argument and her storming out, another part of her wanted to just end this conversation and see if she could maybe get closer to her. She finished, "And after that, I yelled at him and then headed over here."

Luna looked up at the clock and realized that it was almost time to lower the moon and since her sister was out of town, raise the sun. She gave Velvet a smile and replied, "Would you like to join me as I do my royal duties?"

Velvet realized that perhaps that was Luna's way of saying that she wanted her to stay longer than just a few hours. She replied, "Of course I would."

As they headed out for Luna to do her duties, Velvet walked by her side. Much to her surprise, Luna grabbed her by the hand as they exited the castle and headed to the roof. Luna let go of her and flew skywards, lit up her horn and began to lower the moon and raise the sun. While Velvet had watched her and her sister do their duties from the courtyard before, she had never seen it from that vantage point. When Luna finished her duties she again grabbed Velvet by the hand and said, "How about we have some breakfast. I don't know about you but I am hungry."

Velvet was in such a daze that she completely forgot how she had been communicating with Luna and slipped, "I am as well your Majesty."

Luna stopped, gave Velvet a smile and said, "There is no need for formalities Velvet, just call me Luna please."

Velvet gave her a smile, "Alright Luna, will do."

As they headed back into the castle, arm in arm, hand in hand, Velvet couldn't help but feel a sense of bliss. While she didn't know what the day held in store for her, she was fairly sure of one thing. She was fairly sure that Luna would not make her return home to her husband, who was the one pony that she did not want to see.
