I don't remember much of my past but what I did I wish I didn't know I was born in the crystal empire 3000 years ago to a small family of earth ponies but I was weird I was like our rulers I had wings and a horn word soon spread quickly about me having both wings and a horn and soon the king and queen wanted to see me. When my family got to the castle something weird happened the guards bowed to me and escorted me to the throne room and I sat in front of the king and queen themselves as expected I bowed to them then something even more weird happened they bowed back now I was really confused as to what was happening then they spoke "young one you are quite special for being born an alicorn for it has never happened before most alicorns ascend even us" the king said. " I offer that you and your family live in the castle for you are to be treated as royalty and I wish for you to wed our daughter princess cadence for you and her are the same age only a week apart but the choice is yours to make". then I surprised everone by saying the first thing since I got to the castle " i accept your offer so my family can prosper but I want to be treated like a normal kid I will accept the role of prince but I don't want to do any ruling before I come of age." I said "very well I accept your terms" the king said . this is where my life begin and my biggest mistake lies but you will find out soon enough.
