She was worried that Spike might get some kind of disease that could kill him. "I can't believe this.", she said. "What if something inside his body explodes." "None of your organs can explode, Twilight.", Starlight said. "You're probably still thinking that Spike has cancer." "You don't know that yet, Starlight.", Twilight said. "But, it could happen. Do you think he might need surgery? Is there something in his ribcage that cracked and caused him to be that like?" "Twilight, calm down.", Rainbow Dash said. "I'm sure everything will be fine." They heard loud coughing from the hallways. "What's that sound?", Starlight asked. Twilight perked up an ear, guiding her to where the sound's coming from. "It's coming from the bathroom.", Twilight said. They followed that noise, leading them to a bathroom that had a door cracked open. They peaked inside and saw Spike coughing up blood and puking it in the toilet. "Oh my, Spike!", Twilight gasped. They could barely see Spike's face. "Spike, look at me in the eye.", Twilight commanded. "Are you alright?" Spike looked at Twilight, making her gasp. His face was covered in blood. "Oh my gosh!", Starlight gasped. "What is wrong with you?", Twilight asked. He leaned over the toilet, moaning. "Get away from the toilet!", Twilight yelled, pulling Spike away from the toilet. "I can't feel my face, Twilight.", Spike moaned. "Where's that doctor when you need him?", Twilight asked, panicking. "He'll be here any minute, Twilight.", Starlight said. "We need to help our friend." Spike dunked his head back in the toilet and pretended to puke more blood out. "Why didn't we get the doctor from Ponyville here in the first place?!", Twilight asked. "He said not to, Twilight.", Rainbow Dash explained. "Princess Celestia sent him one as soon as possible." "Yeah, but the doctor's not here yet!", Twilight yelled. "She sent a doctor from Canterlot!" Spike lifted his head back up, making Twilight recognize something that she learned from a long time ago. "Oh my, we need to get him to the hospital, he's got ebola!", Twilight panicked. "What?!", Rainbow Dash and Starlight asked, panicking together. Spike pretended to panicked. "Oh no, Twilight, I got ebola!", he moaned, panicking. He walked toward Twilight, putting his arms up to grab. Twilight screamed and ran backwards away from Spike. "SPIKE!", she screamed. "Rainbow, what do we do?!", Starlight exclaimed. "I don't know, Starlight!", Rainbow Dash panicked. "We have to do something!" Spike jumped on her and tried to get his hands to her face. Twilight used one hoof to block his hands. Spike got one had through and wiped blood on Twilight's lower lip, making her screaming. It also made Rainbow Dash and Starlight hug each other while screaming. Then, Spike began to laugh, Rainbow Dash was laughing as well. Spike looked at Twilight and pointed at her bottom lip. "You got ebola.", he teased. "We all have ebola, Twilight.", Rainbow Dash laughed, cutting her embrace from Starlight. At that moment, Starlight was still holding on to Rainbow Dash. "W-what's going on here?", she asked. "We pranked you two.", Spike laughed. "I don't have ebola. I wanted to get you and Starlight back after pranking me." "You did this to get me back?", Twilight asked. "Yes, this isn't actual blood on my face, it's fake blood.", Spike said. "I had to make it look real." "And that joke was so worth it.", Rainbow Dash laughing. "It sure was, Rainbow.", Spike said. "Thanks for helping prank Twilight and Starlight." "Any time, dude.", Rainbow Dash said, as she and Spike did a brohoof. The two look at Twilight, she was giggling and blushing. "Me and Starlight are going to get you, Spike.", she giggled. "That's right.", Starlight said. "And it'll make you poop a duke."

He was belly to belly with the rainbow pegasus while she was laying on grass and rubbing her head. "Spike, what the junk?!", Rainbow Dash snapped. She grabbed the dragon by the sides and threw him to the grass. "What's the big idea jumping on somepony while they're taking a nap?!" Spike got up on his feet and brushed the dirt off himself. "I need your help.", he said. "With what?", Rainbow Dash asked. "What do you need my help for?" "I need you to help me prank Twilight and Starlight back.", Spike said. Rainbow Dash was surprised to hear such words from a baby dragon like Spike. "You're kidding, right?", she asked. "Did Twilight and Starlight prank you? How?" "Starlight made Twilight look like a blank flank and Twilight pretended that she was going to join the changelings.", Spike explained. "I cannot believe the words that are coming out of your mouth, Spike.", Rainbow Dash said. "I'm pretty sure they got you good like that." Spike didn't look amused, he raised an eyebrow, making Rainbow Dash's smile wider and darting her eyes left and right. "What, too soon?", she asked. "It was just some dumb ol' prank." "And I was wondering if you had any ideas.", Spike said. Rainbow Dash scratched the top of her head to think. She couldn't think of any ideas for pranks. "Sorry, Spike, but I don't have anything on my mind right now.", she said. "Well, thanks for nothing, I guess.", Spike said, sarcastically. He tapped his face, then an idea came to him. "Hey, remember the story of Equestrian History about Ebola?" "Um... yeah.", Rainbow Dash said. "Why?" "I'm thinking I should pretend that I'm sick, because I got Ebola and I'll give it to Twilight.", Spike said. "Does that sound like a really awesome idea." "I haven't done any pranks that are dark before, but I guess I'll go with that idea.", Rainbow Dash said. "Twilight's reaction will be so funny if you try to terrorize her by getting close to her with blood on your face." "Here's the plan: I'll pretend I'm sick in bed and you get Starlight and Twilight to help me, and when I'm coughing up blood in the toilet and they come in, I'll climb over Twilight and put blood on the corner of her mouth.", Spike said. "Alright, I'm good with that.", Rainbow Dash said. "I'll take you to the castle, then I get Starlight and Twilight." "Sounds fine to me.", Spike said. "I just hope they fall for the joke. I've got Ebola and it's coming to Twilight." "So, where are Starlight and Twilight?", Rainbow Dash asked. "They're at the café for lunch.", Spike said. "Tell them I'm sick and bring them to me."

"So, how's Spike, is he okay, did he get some type of disease?", Twilight asked. "I know about a lot of diseases.", Starlight said. "What if it's a really bad one and he dies from it." "I'm not sure if it's a really bad one or not.", Rainbow Dash said. "But, no matter what kind of sickness that's affecting Spike, I'm sure he doesn't have cancer nor he's got a disease. Right now, he's in his room, lets go check on him." The three friends raced through the hallway, straight into Spike's room where he was coughing with a tissue against his mouth. "Starlight, Twilight, thanks for coming to help me.", he said. "I am glad we're here for you, Spike.", Twilight said. "And take the tissue out of your mouth." Spike removed the tissue from his mouth, there was blood dripping from his bottom lip and it was smudged onto the tissue. "Oh dear, there's blood on your mouth.", Twilight panicked. She grabbed another tissue with her magic and tried to clean the blood off. "You said it wasn't a cancer problem.", Starlight said. "I did.", Rainbow Dash said. "When I left to get you guys, he was coughing, I wasn't expecting blood to come out." "Oh, I just hope it's not a cancer problem.", Twilight said. "If he does, I could be wrong.", Rainbow Dash said. Twilight was about to set the tissue aside, when she paused as she saw three tissues that were already used and had blood on them. She put the tissue down any way. "Well, that's just over dramatic.", she said. "You're coughing up blood. You need chest x-ray." "Can you please leave me be, Twilight?", Spike asked nicely. "I'm not leaving you if you're coughing up blood like this.", Twilight said. "We should get a doctor.", Starlight said. "I messaged Princess Celestia, saying that I need a doctor.", Spike said. "She said, she'll send one right away." "Yeah, but you're coughing up so much blood, she might send a doctor from Canterlot, it'll never get here in time.", Twilight said. "I just need to be patient, alright?!", Spike snapped. He took a deep breath, he didn't want to snap at Twilight again. "Just get out, let me rest." "You're coughing up blood, Spike.", Twilight said. "I'm not leaving, nor taking Starlight with me." "Just leave.", Spike begged. "Please, Twilight." "We're not going anywhere.", Starlight said. "Please, girls.", Spike begged. "Rainbow Dash, can you get them out of here, please? I need some rest." Rainbow Dash didn't answer. She wanted to say something, but Twilight said something before she could. "We're staying here.", Twilight said. "Twilight, do I have to get on my hands and knees and beg you?", Spike asked. "I'm doing what the doctor says."
