Incident Delta is the most important of the pre-war incidents in determining strategic goals, tactical dangers, and the capacity of the enemy in maintaining a war. The following is pieced together through a compilation of security footage, diary entries from main examiners, and subsequent inquiries regarding unknown equinoid species alpha, beta, gamma and the theorised delta.
